More than Meets the Eye
Gideon Gleeful sat in his room in front of his mirror trying to plan-out his next move. After making friends with Mabel he finally got her to agree to go on a date with him. Now all he needed was to impress her with something over the top so she would want to go on another date. "But what to do?" he asked aloud. "I plan on taking her to a nice restaurant, nothing too fancy for the first date. Maybe for the third. But I need something else to make it feel special."
He turned in his chair to think, not noticing his reflection in his mirror didn't copy him. In fact, the reflection's right eye glowed blue and the body grew darker and begin to change. Gideon rubbed his chin, still trying to think, "maybe I should get some advice. But my folks are useless and I can't just go up and asked for advice on girls from my worshipers. If only I knew someone who knows how a girl thinks."
"I think I know a guy."
Gideon stiffen hearing a girl's voice but sounded like an echo or two voices speaking at the same time, and it was coming from right behind him. He turned around to see someone else in his mirror. A grinning face with golden hair and glowing eyes and an eyepatch. The refection just grinned wider, "Boo."
Gideon gave a small shriek and fell to the floor. He laid there, panting, not noticing how everything in the room seem to lose all its color and go black and white. The figure stuck her head out of the mirror, the metal rippling as if it was water, "Easy kid," the girl said using her hands to pull herself out of the mirror before floating above him, "you might have white hair but you're too young to have a heart attack Gideon."
Gideon manages to calm himself down and look at his new visitor. She was a tall teenager about sixteen or seventeen with golden long hair and tan skin. She wore an eye patch over her left eyes with a drawing of an eye over it. Her right eye was a solid blue with a small slit pupil. She wore a golden suit with a white button-up shirt under it with a black bow tie, black gloves that reach half way up her arm, golden riding pants and black riding boots. To top it all off she wore a small top hat and carried a simple black cane and her entire form was glowing. Gideon finally gathered his wits about him, "Who are you? How do you know my name?"
The woman gave a small laugh, "Oh I know lots of thing Gideon." She lowered herself so she just floated off his floor and leaned forward on her cane, "I know your name is a pun on word for glad and gleeful."
Then to his surprise a second copy of the woman seem to split from her and stood on her left side. This copy said, "I know what's under that fancy hair of yours."
A third copy appeared to the right said now, "and, oh get this," the copy giggled very amused, "you've been thinking an awful lot about a certain girl with long brown hair that loves crazy sweaters."
Gideon blush while the original and first copy suddenly looked interested as she said, "oh details, give me details." The third started whispering to the other two who were giggling and looking very amused. The original then said lowery, "oh, oh that's scandalize."
"Who are you!?" Gideon shouted, both to stop the conversation and to get some answers. "What do you want!?"
The three beings all pulled together into one as she said, "You can call me Le Fay kid, and it's not what I want, it's what you want."
Gideon paused, "What do you mean?"
Le Fay floated on her side, her head supported on her hand and kept her eye on Gideon, "Kid you are looking to impress a certain shooting star, and I'm here to help you."
"Really?" Gideon asked excitedly before he stopped and narrowed his eyes. "wait, what's in it for you?"
Le Fay straightens up and gasped as if offended, "are you saying I can't be a fellow Samaritan and help out someone?" she struggled for a moment before she laughed, "Samaritan, that's a funny word. I don't even know what that means."
Gideon didn't say anything, still uneasy. "why should I trust you?"
Le Fay rolled her one eye, "I'm offering my help and you're just being rude you know. But if you must know this is a hand and hand deal. I help you and then you will help me with a little project of mine." She floated over and tapped his hair with her cane, much to his displeasure, "Our relationship would be that of a flower and a bee. I'm the flower offering you the stuff you need to make your honey for your queen bee." She paused here, "or am I the bee? I think I would be with our color scheme."
Gideon narrowed his eyes but still said nothing. Le Fay frowns a bit annoyed before she turns with a huff, "fine I know when I'm wasting my time." She started to float off towards his mirror once again, "I see you don't need me. I'm sure you already have a masterful plan to woo your shooting star so that she would all but beg to be your queen."
Gideon panicked for a second before he called out, "Wait!" Le Fay paused for him, "I need your help."
Even with the mirror in front of her it didn't show the wide evil looking grin on her face. When she turned her smile was smaller and less evil. "In that case I'll help you get your girl's attention and you will help me with a project. We can work out the details for my end later." She held out her hand which lit on fire with blue flames "the bargain she is struck."
Gideon looked at the flaming hand, "is that normal? Or safe?"
Le Fay rolled her eyes "I'm being theatrical. You won't feel a thing."
Gideon stared at the hand before he reached out and grasped Le Fay's hand to seal the deal.
"It burns!" Le Fay screams.
Gideon screamed in terror before he realized he really wasn't feeling the flames. He gave the girl a glare who was simply smirking at him, "too easy kid. But seriously we have a deal."
The shook before they separated. Le Fay turned for the mirror again before she paused, "oh yeah I almost forgot; I need a down payment."
Before Gideon could ask she reach and grabbed his hair before she pulled. To his horror it came off like a wig leaving him bald. He screamed in horror seeing his perfect hair was gone.
Gideon then shot up, wide awake and panting hard at his desk. He looked into his mirror to see his hair was perfectly okay. After patting his hair down to make sire it was there the boy sighed before he wondered aloud, "was that even real?"
He then noticed something was written on his hand. Written on his hand was the words 'The deal was real'. Gideon frowned before he chuckled, "Soon Mabel I will have you as my queen." He started to laugh before he noticed something else written on his hand. Below the first message on his wrist the new sentence said, 'see what I did to your other hand'.
Gideon looked in horror, fearing the worst before he gained a deadpan look. On his hand was a chibi bunny head with the ears drawn on his index and middle finger with a speech bubble saying, 'It's a bunny!'
Gideon got up to wash his hands, not seeing the shadow in his mirror with a glowing blue eye.
=End
And done. Let me tell you this one is crazy. Now I am sure there will be reviews for questions and the two I know I will nip in the bud. Le Fay is NOT a female Bill Cipher and she is NOT a human version of Bill. She and Bill will be two different characters and they will meet. Heck they don't even know the other exist until then. Le Fay is one of the Gravity Falls characters that has powers like Bill's but no where near as powerful. I won't say who she is because that would ruin the surprise but let me assure you things will never be the same. For Le Fay, is more then meets the eye.
