Well this is a surprise no? Sorry to say that I don't have any of our stories ready to be updated and it doesn't help that we still come up with new ideas. This one is a My Hero Academia story with some mixed elements but overall I like how we are getting it all set up. Not really an AU since the world is pretty much the same but some crazy mixed into it that will shift a few things. But instead of being vague, why not see the idea for yourself and see if it is worth anything.
My Demon Academia
The halls of U.A. academy, the building that help train some of Japan's greatest heroes if not the world. This includes the number one hero and the Symbol of Peace, All Might. All Might himself, or rather his true form Toshinori Yagi, was sitting at the long table where the other teachers of the school as well as the principle Nezu were going over the results of the entrance exams for the Hero Course, seeing which ones stood out and which of the classes they belong in. Toshinori was to become a teacher this year, in his All Might form of course, wanting to help train a new generation with the shorten time he can use his power. But he had another goal as well, for he was also looking at the student body as a whole to find a worthy successor to inherit his quirk, One for All.
A task he himself took with the upmost seriousness. It wasn't just the quirk his teach passed on, but he wanted whomever it is to be worthy of not only One for All but also his title of the Symbol of Peace. To have the heart of a true hero, someone like Nana. His inner musing was broken when he heard some of the teachers talking about those that had the best result.
"Looks like we got some real talent this year." Hizashi Yamada or rather Present Mic chuckles at his own words, seeing replies of the exams he had monitored. He might have been the official for the exams but even he couldn't pay attention and noticed everything at once.
Across from him Nemuri Kayama the Eighteen Plus Only Hero: Midnight, eyed some of the screens at highlighted moments from certain students. "I'll say, this one passed without even getting a single rescue point."
On the screen a modestly built teen with spiky blond hair in standing on the smoking remains of a multi-story robot, the famous Zero-pointer to see which students has the mindset of a hero. The blond was shooting off explosions from the palms of his hands as well as bright color flames, which made sense since he had a large mane of flames around his head not unlike a lion's mane.
"Kid has impressive aim," the gun hero Snipe agreed. "Eighty-two villain points is nothing to scoff at."
"He used the opportunity when everyone else was running from the Zero-pointer to increase his score," Sekijiro Kan also known as the Blood Hero: Vlad King explained. "Then took down the Zero-pointer like it was just another enemy to him."
Present Mic chuckled as he observed another screen. "And he isn't the only one that took one down. This kid destroyed it with one punch."
Toshinori glanced at the screen in question and sure enough he saw a boy jumping up to head level with the Zero-pointer before he attacked which caused the head to cave in on itself and knocking the entire machine down, exploding as it did so. Toshinori though he saw something around the kid's hand before the punch, but his main focus was on why he attacked. A smile grew on his face as he saw the kid running towards the danger because a few of the test takers seem to be in danger of the Zero-pointer crushing them. Now Toshinori knew the machine wouldn't actually hurt any examinees due to its programing but the point was to make it look real. And the kid didn't hesitate to rush into danger to protect them, thus having the judges give him a perfect score of sixty rescue points. Add to his score of twenty-three villain points, giving the boy a total score of eighty-three and taking the number one score of the exam. Midnight gave a purr as she eyed the display of power. "I wonder how he manage to do that."
The Excavation Hero, Power Loader: Higari Maijima shrugged before he gained an amused look, "though he managed to take first place from the fire exploding kid by one point. If I was him, I would have been pissed."
Ken Ishiyama or Cementoss hummed in thought. "How strange. It looks as if he has two quirk; the flames as well as the explosions. They don't seem to be the same quirk."
"His quirk is just explosions."
This comment got the rest of the teachers to pause before turning to the speaker. It was none other than Shota Aizawa, the hero known as Eraser head. This was odd itself as usually the hero doesn't make comments during these meeting of examinees. The hero didn't pay attention to them as his nose was in one of the files he had sitting in front of him. "Katsuki Bakugo, quirk: explosion. The fire abilities aren't a quirk but something extra."
Present Mic gave his friend a dull look, even lowering his sunglasses to have it stand out, "If I wasn't so sure you were allergic to them, I would say you were joking."
Aizawa didn't pay attention to him but glanced to the head of the table, "Principle, I would like to make a request."
Principle Nezu took a sip of his tea before looking at the teacher. "And that would be?"
"I want the seven students in my class" Aizawa explained. "The six students we were talking about from the exams and the one that was recommended."
This took everyone by surprise, from Present Mic, to Midnight all the way to Toshinori. Vlad King rose up and slammed his hands onto the table, "Damnit Aizawa! You can't just call dibs like that!"
"I just did," the hero muttered dully.
Vlad King then pounded a fist next, "damnit! At least leave Midoriya for me!"
"Since when did you request students be placed in your class?" Present Mic asked, trying to wrap his head around it.
"Didn't you expel your entire class last year?" Midnight added, narrowing her eyes, "what makes these kids so special."
"She does have a point," Toshinori said, getting Aizawa to glance at him. "I don't think there has ever been a teacher here that was trying to get so many students into their class. And why those seven?"
Aizawa gave him a look before she asked "you don't remember them? Even if its been nine years I figured you would remember."
This confused the Symbol of Peace for a moment, his eyes glancing up as he thought back. It only took him a moment and even than he stiffens and his eyes went slightly wide. "it's them, aren't they? Has it really been nine year already?"
"Care to share with the rest of the class?" Midnight asked, annoyed at how she was out of the loop.
"Yes I believe you have us at a disadvantage" Cementoss added, wishing to understand as well.
Vlad King raised a brow at them before he grunts, "oh right, I forgot you were still in training Ken and Nemuri didn't make her debut when it happened."
Both heroes were confused but it was Nezu who spoke up, "It started over nine years ago with a series of kidnappings. From several different wards and cities across Japan. The victims were children, rages ranging from six or seven to a few older around ten and one thirteen years old boy."
Midnight and Cementoss stiffen with eyes wide at this new. "And these students…?" Midnight asked, unable to finish her question.
Toshinori nodded, a serious look on his face "were the ones taken. Let me tell it caused a lot of panic since all the heroes were working to try and find them. Not just me but all the top heroes were searching and still turning up nothing."
The two were quiet, almost afraid to find out more. "How long?" Cementoss finally whispered.
Aizawa gained a scowl on his face, "nine months."
This caused Midnight and Cementoss to choke on air. 'Nine months!'
"Yeah it wasn't a good time," Toshinori stated clenching his fist, recalling how powerless he felt during those long months. He took a deep breath to steady himself before glancing at Aizawa, "but we finally got a lead, thanks to your hero work."
Aizawa grunts, "I was lucky. I was doing underground work when a suspect I caught had something. He was a low life who was scouting out other targets, hoping to get the woman behind this attention and possible some cash for his efforts."
Toshinori scowled again, remember the scum when he confessed. "If there was ever a time I nearly crippled a lowlife criminal it would have been him. Both Endeavor and I put the fear of god in him in order to find out what he knows. But more importantly we narrowed a location where we could find them.
"We assembled one of the biggest hero and police taskforce to raid and hopefully get those kids back. Myself, Best Jeanist, Edge Shot, Endeavor, Miriko, Gang Orca were just some of the heavy hitters we got for this task. Even Aizawa was adamant about joining the raid."
"We needed to get those kids away from that woman," said hero argued, recalling how this was one of the first times he worked with so many spotlight heroes he disliked. But to him the kids were more important.
Snipe whistled, "so many top-level heroes. Talk about shock and awe."
Toshinori nodded, "even then it wasn't easy, and not without loses. The facility used didn't house just the kids but other experiments which she unleashed to slow us down. Even with many heavy hitters leading the charge, those demons were unpredictable and numerous. But we persevered, and finally got to the main lab of the place. There we found them…though not the same as before their ordeal."
"Whoa, whoa, hold on. You said 'demons'? Like from Hell? Wasn't it just a Quirk?" Present Mic asked as he got confused, due to not being part of the raid himself.
"I have to agree, on the question of the demon claim, and what happened to these kids is a more important question." Cementoss asked as he was also confused about the situation.
"Even I'm at a loss to fully explain it, but Demons is the best term, and what the villainess named her project, which included turning these children into what these things were." Eraserhead said as he had no other choice but to believe what happened. The two were shocked at this claim.
"It's true, as Midoriya was originally classified as Quirkless." Toshinori added to Aizawa's claim, looking over the file showing the boy in question.
"And how did he take down that Zero Pointer like that?" Snipe asked as he noticed how it looked and pointed that out. "It looks like he has some sort of blood related Quirk."
"That's why I wanted Midoriya!" Vlad King stated, wanting to train another blood based hero, "Because whatever that woman did gave him something like a blood related Quirk."
"Getting back to the point, their genetics were altered. They were considered something else, and we should have them in a single class so we can have a better idea on what they can do." Aizawa's statement and proposal had a good idea.
Nezu was quiet through the entire argument, calmly sipping his cup of tea. Finally he said, "after the rescues operation the children recovered have been monitored to make sure they would be able to have a normal life as well as for their safety. The fact it seems they are all choosing to enter the hero course is a blessing since the potential of those students are quite high. Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugo, Momo Yaoyorozu, Ochaco Uraraka, Kyoka Jiro, Mina Ashido, and Tsuyu Asui; each with so much potential we can not have wasted. And from what I hear about Camie Utsushimi at our rival school tell she has shown much of the same potential."
This took some of the other teachers by surprise. "I mean no disrespect sir," Power Loader said calmly. "But may I ask why you seem so confident about that?"
"When we described the enemies we faced as demons, it wasn't for no reason" Toshinori explained with a heavy scowl. "They might have started out as normal animals but after the experiments you wouldn't be able to describe them as anything other than demons and monsters. They were viscous, sturdy, and had all sorts of surprises to them not to mention numerous. The heroes had to stop holding back when facing them, hell I had to put more power to my punches at times. One demon took a blow that would normally kill a charging elephant, but all it did was knock it down and dazed it. I didn't even notice until it got back up and tried to attack when I had my back turned protecting another task force. A couple gave me some bruises after everything was said and done."
This sent a chill down all the other heroes' spine at what the team had to face. If the world's strongest hero was forced to put more power into the raid, then you know the other heroes had similar trouble if not more. Aizawa closed his eyes as he remembered that night, of the fights he had been forced to face and struggled against, even more with how his quirk was useless there. He then opens his eyes and stated, "all the heroes attacked at different angles to prevent any escapes. Each hero also had a small task force of special op officers following them. I was alone as I was sneaking in to find the villain's position and where the kids were. Most of the heroes were injured and some even have a scar or two. Hell, I was nearly killed by a surprise attack more than once. But most of the officers lost their lives during that raid. And that isn't even the worst part."
"I'm almost afraid to ask," Present Mic muttered aloud.
Aizawa gave a small grunt, "from the villain's computer files we manage to crack, we learn those demons we face during the raid were considered low level; nothing more than beast."
This cause the other teachers beside Toshinori and Nezu to go wide eyed. It was Cementoss that voice his concern, "then I assume the students are considered a higher level."
Nezu nodded, "yes, which is one of the reasons why we were concern as they were growing up after this experience as well for their protection."
"Protection?" Midnight echoed before she realized something throughout the whole explanation. "You never said anything about the villain, other then what she did."
Toshinori clenches his fist at this reminder, "that's because she managed to escape somehow."
"Escape!" Snipe proclaimed and he wasn't the only one.
Nezu gained a serious look at this. "Indeed, which was the main concern about the children's safety. But even after nearly a decade since her disappearance there has been no sign of her going after them nor more kidnapping leading to her doing this again. However even if we have not seen any clue of what she is doing now or where she is, we still must be vigilante."
"Well we'll keep an eye on them," Midnight agree, not wanting any harm to come to the new students. "But at least you all manage to get them out of that nightmare."
The other teachers didn't notice the dark look that appeared on Aizawa's and Toshinori's face, recalling that while they manage to rescue the kids, two were still not found to this day. 'Wherever you are,' Toshinori thought to himself as he tried to keep himself calm. 'if you ever come near my students, I won't hesitate to put you down…Salem.'
(scene change)
A group of young teenagers were walking towards the gates of UA, this bastion of heroism and where the future heroes would rise. At least one of them, but the others were the rest, UA was the best of the best of the best.
"Dammit Deku, you bloodsucking nerd! I still don't get how you beat me!" Katsuki Bakugo nearly shouted to another of the group.
"Kacchan, I just wanted to help those people out, and there was a lot of competition with Uraraka and Tsuyu on the same field." Izuku tried to explain the rescue points, but it was hard to get anything through Katsuki when he's on a rampage.
"It's hard competing with friends and others ribbit, and I told you to call me Tsu after all these years." Tsuyu Asui commented, with the last bit directed towards Izuku.
"Yeah, but they were just robots, right?" Ochaco Uraraka added as she was happy to get into the same school as everyone.
"Yeah, but that just meant we could go all out on them." Izuku added as they made it to the gates. "I think Momo and Kyoka texted us that they were going to go on ahead."
"I was surprised to hear that we are all in the same class, ribbit," Tsuyu said as they entered the doors into the school building. "You would think some of us would be in a different class."
"I'm happy for it," argued Ochaco. "That means we can still be together."
"I didn't say it was a bad thing" Tsu corrected, making her main point known.
"Who cares!" Bakugo called out loudly, a determined look in his eyes. "Let's just show the class who the top predator here."
"You mean Izuku?" Tsuyu asked, getting Ochaco to cover her mouth to stop her laugh while Bakugo grinded his teeth in anger.
It didn't take them long to find their class, which had a massive door no doubt for students that had giant quirks. Bakugo walked forward before he gained a smirk that told the others he was up to something. They were right as he went and kicked the door open with his foot and marched inside. "Alright you extras, listen up! You're looking at the next number one hero! So you better stay out of my way if you know what's good for yea!"
The students inside the class looked stunned, not believing what they were hearing. Near the back on girl sighed and shook her head "there goes Bakugo, running his mouth off again."
She had fair skin and short black hair with two large bangs framing her face. The thing that stood out for her was the fact her earlobes extended down and ended in a organic jack like the end of a headphone, as well as her arms also seem to be winged feathers with her hand having sharp claws like talons, her feet didn't have shoes on showing they were large talon like feet much like a bird of pray.
Next to her a tall girl with a spiky ponytail and a very mature figure for her age agreed with her. "It's to be expected actually."
Several of the other classmates stood up and glared at Bakugo. One was a dark blonde boy with a black streak that resembled a lightening bolt. "Who the hell do you think you are!?"
Another boy with red spiky hair raised a fist as if for a fight. "If you think we're going to take that challenge lying down then you got another thing coming."
A set of clothes that seem to stand up on their own, showing the girl was invisible to them, shook her arm angrily. "We won't lose to a guy like you."
Bakugo wasn't insulted, in fact he smirked at them. "So you extras have me fight in yea. Good. Much better than my last class. There's no point in being the best hero if I don't actually earn it."
Another girl sighed and have the boy a dull look, "knock it off Bakugo. No one wants to have a barking dog as a hero."
This girl looked the strangest as she had light pink skin and a darker shade pink hair with two small yellow horns and the normally white part of her eyes are black. She also had shell like armor on her hands and arm with four black tube like horns sticking out of her upper back and a long armor black tail behind her that was twice as long as she was and ended in a wicked looking barb.
Bakugo gained a tick-mark at this and shot the girl a glare. "Who the fuck asked you Ripley!? And who the hell are you calling a dog?"
The red hair boy blinked and looked at the girl "you know this guy Mina?"
The newly dubbed Mina nodded, "yeah I do. Kirishima, this is Bakugo. He's part of the group I told you about."
Kirishima raised a brow and looked at Bakugo, more interested then before.
One student rushed forward and confronted Bakugo. "Who are you to try and start a confrontation on the first day? Do you have no respect for this institute?"
Bakugo gave the boy a dull look, "Well this guy has a pole up his ass. Maybe I should blow you up to get rid of it."
The boy stepped back started, "You would threaten a student? Are you sure you belong here?"
The spiky hair girl stepped forward and placed a hand on the boy's shoulder, "I apologize for him. Bakugo may be brash but I can vouch that he does have it takes to be a hero."
Bakugo growled at her "don't you dare speak for me!"
She didn't seem phased as she looked to the others stepping into the classroom. "Good to see you all again."
"Nice to see you too Momo," Izuku said with a soft smile while Mina and Ochaco jumped and hugged each other, happy to see their friend again. "Glad to see you are in the same class as us."
"I was surprised myself," Momo admitted honesty. "I also wish to congratulate you on earning the top score for the entrance exam. When I saw the results I knew you and Bakugo would score high but you two took the top positions. Makes me wonder how well I would do if I took the exams and not recommended."
"Ah hell no!" Bakugo declared loudly, shocking everyone that wasn't part of the group of friends. "I already had to deal with the bloodsucking nerd and his brain during the exams. I don't need your brains and power also trying to take my spot as number one Baywatch!"
Izuku smiled, looking forward to this year. He froze however when his enhanced senses detected something or rather someone. Someone just appeared without anyone noticing. He quickly spun around, getting the others' attention to the sudden move. Izuku wasn't sure what to expect but it wasn't a man laying just beyond the doorway on the floor, wrapped in a yellow sleeping bag. Aizawa glanced up and meet Izuku's eyes. "Impressive. I didn't think anyone would notice me that quickly. There might be some talent in this class after all."
Aizawa unzipped his sleeping bag and stood up, causing all his students to take in his form and look before stepping into the classroom.
"My name is Shota Aizawa, your homeroom teacher, and many of you need to work on your situational awareness." Aizawa said getting a number of people to sweat drop at the introduction. "Now, change into your gym uniforms and meet me outside in the practice field."
(Scene Change)
It didn't take the students long to into their gym uniforms and head to the training field. Aizawa was already there with a small cart with softballs next to him. "Listen up, we will be doing quirk evaluations today. In middle school you did seven physical exams b it wasn't allowed to use your quirks in order to make them 'fair'. This is illogical and something most school boards are dragging their feet on. Bakugo," he paused as he tossed a softball to the kid in question, though this one had an extra ring and that looked like a sensor. "What was your record for the softball toss in middle school?"
Bakugo raised a brow but replied, "ninety meters."
While he wasn't allowed to use his quirk, his extra demon features allowed some more hidden muscles for the throw. This got some of the kids' attention as Aizawa jerked a thumb over his shoulder. "I want you to give it a go, but this time with your quirk and all your abilities. Just stay in the circle."
Bakugo caught the hint and gave a scary looking grin. He wasn't all upset that the teacher knew as the seven in question already figured the school would already know before that came. Bakugo stepped forward and to the marked circle away from the others. His grin turned feral as a mane of flames appeared around his head, getting one of the other student's attention. Bakugo pulled his arm back before he gave a throw with a loud "Die!"
At the end of the throw an explosion appeared as well as flames, all of which propelled the softball at high speeds, speeding away from the class. 'Die?' was the thought of most of the class expect those that knew Bakugo's style and antics. Aizawa turned to the class and showed a reading of the distance of Bakugo's ball at 837 meters. The class was amazed while Bakugo himself grinned ferally.
[Katsuki Bakugo. Quirk: Explosion. Demon name: Belial. A flaming feline demon based that gives him super hot flames and fire resistances. Add his quirk explosion add to him being a pure powerhouse.]
"In order to go beyond your limit, you must first know that limit," Aizawa explained to them. "This will be a good place to measure yourself to show how much you have grown."
This got the class excited. "We get to use our quirks?" one student Denki Kaminari asked.
"So awesome!" the red hair Kirishima agreed.
Next to them the invisible girl Toru Hagakure, was bouncing with glee. "This is gonna be so much fun!"
This got Aizawa's attention. "Fun?" he asked while his grin started to look scary to the students. "If you're looking for fun you came to the wrong place. Here's the stakes: the students that scores in last place will be expelled."
This caused all the students to gasp and gap at him, unable to believe what they were hearing. "But it's the first day!" Ochaco explained, "that's not fair!"
"Natural disasters," Aizawa object sharply, getting their attention. "National emergencies, villain attacks. None of these are fair and yet heroes go and face these head on every day. I'm sorry to tell you... that for the next three years... U.A. will run you through the wringer. That's "Plus Ultra". Use your strength to overcome it all. So bring it."
The class glanced between themselves, each one worried that they might not be strong enough.
-50-meter dash-
The class's first test was the fifty-meter dash, each student was paired up to race each other for the best times. Iida stretched his legs to prepare while Ochaco debating on what she should do. She first thought to use her quirk to remove the gravity from her uniform and shoes before she figured she needed something better. As she stood next to Iida, the back of her gym jacket shifted before two large leather like wings appeared, moving through thin slits in the uniform. Iida was taken aback by the sudden extra appendages, which Ochaco noticed, "sorry for the scare, but this was the best way I could get a good score for the test."
Iida relax and nodded, "no need, I was just not expecting it is all. But I do agree one must do what they can to test one's limits."
The two got ready at the starting line before they were given the signal. Iida uses the engine of his quirk to work up the speed and get ahead of Ochaco as the girl flew behind him, traveling at a decent speed. Iida crossed the finish line first with the small recording droid declared, "3.04 seconds." Before Ochaco crossed not long afterwards, "5.23 seconds."
Ochaco took a breath and stretched her wings to help relax them, knowing she hasn't gone that fast with just her wings before. Iida himself, while having the faster time so far, felt the distance was too short to really get his speed going. But he did turn to his classmate, "I must say that was an impressive time."
"Thanks Iida," Ochaco smiled before withdrawing her wings, "but they aren't really made for speed but maneuverable and staying in the air."
Iida nodded, "still that is a good trait to have as a hero. Speed is a useful skill but to move around a villain or any sort of danger is a great skill to have as well."
As they headed to the rest of the class while Tsuyu stood next to Mashirao Ojiro, a boy with a strong tail behind him. "Good luck," Tsuyu said as she crouched down on all fours like a frog.
"You too," Ojiro replied as he got ready, his tail pressed hard on the ground.
They were given the signal as Ojiro pushed off with his tail to jump most of the distance before doing a tail jump once more to cross the finish line. "5.49 seconds."
As for Tsuyu; her strong legs pushed herself off at a faster speed, leaping pass Ojiro and crossing the finish line in one jump. "4.13 seconds."
"Wow," Ojiro said as Tsuyu stood up from the spot she landed. "You jumped over fifty meters in one jump."
"Well jumping is a specialty my quirk gives me," Tsuyu admitted even if she didn't say normally she wouldn't make that kind of jump along until her demon side strengthen her muscles, especially in her legs.
Mina grinned as she got down on all fours. "This will be easy," she stated confidently. "I'm always running and chasing stuff as a kid."
"But do you have flair?" one Yuga Aoyama asked as he turned away so his back was facing the track.
Mina rolled her eyes, "just don't trip over your feet trying to show off."
Yuga gave an almost girlish giggle, "it will be no problem for moi."
They were given the signal and Mina raced forward, her eyes focused on her goal as she ran with long strides, her limbs seeming to leaving the ground before she finished a stride, her long tail helping her balance. She barely noticed that Yuga was in the air, riding his belly laser beam until it ran out and he fell to the ground. He quickly got up again and fired to carry him over the finish line, but well after Mina had already crossed it. "4.67 seconds. 5.51 seconds."
Mina jumped and gave a loud laugh, "that will really get the blood pumping!"
"Just don't sweat or bleed all over the ground Ripley," Bakugo called out to her. "We don't need any holes melted into it."
Mina ground and glared at Bakugo, not noticing how she was talking over Yuga as he was trying to say something. "No one asked you Bakago!"
[Mina Ashido. Quirk: Acid. Demon name: Astoroth. An insect predator demon that allowed Mina to hunt in total darkness, can easily scale walls and increase her stealth to be nearly undetectable in darkness. Her normal quirk acid has also in increase in potency by a factor of at least ten and no longer limited to just her sweat but also her blood and spitting pure acid.]
"What did you call me!?" Bakugo roared in anger, his flames lighting up again as Momo and Jiro took their turn for the test. Momo created a pair of skates with her quirk while Jiro decided to purely fly.
"Knock it off," Aizawa ordered, getting annoyed at the screaming. "Don't make me expel either of you now."
Both girls took off when the signal came with Jiro flying at high speeds and cross the finish line at "4.54 seconds" while Momo used her created skates to ride along with minimal effort to get "5.69 seconds".
Bakugo and Izuku ended up racing each other, both determined to beat the other. When the signal both kicked up a lot of dirt and dust as they took off. Bakugo wasn't running as he was in the air with his hands behind him while his quirk was sending off explosion to boost his speed as well as a stream of flames at his feet. Izuku seem to be running normally only he was catching up with Bakugo at high speeds. The most observant of the class could noticing a faint red outline on Izuku's body as they both pass the finish line together. "3.45 seconds, 3.51 seconds."
"Ha!" Bakugo shouts with a slight pant to calm himself down. "I'm not gonna lose to you today."
Izuku pants before straightening up. "We'll see Kacchan."
"Enough chit-chat," Aizawa stated to get their attention. "Let's not waste time and move to the next test."
-Standing Long Jump-
At the standing long jump each student had once chance to jump as far as they can go. Unlike the last test where it was pretty much anything goes, Aizawa had some limitation for the students. Since two had wings and could just fly over, he forbad them from simply flying for this test. He did allow them to use their wings to boost themselves in the air as well as allow them to glide but if they tired to fly he would count it against them. He also forbad the students from using their quirk from reaching over and pulling them over the sandbar, but they could slingshot themselves pass the starting position.
Some students like Iida, Momo and Bakugo created a boost to go over the sandbar while others like Tsuyu nearly had the best distance with her strong frog legs until Jiro and Ochaco were able to glide pass her position.
"It's hard to really beat someone that can fly ribbit." Tsuyu commented at how her two friends were able to get a better score with their wings. She wasn't mad, just stating what was on her mind.
[Tsuyu Asui. Quirk: Frog. Demon Name: Baal. As a frog demon, Tsuyu doesn't really get a lot of changes besides enhancing her already froggy traits. She does get the ability to control water around her or gather it in her expansive cheeks and mouth before firing at high pressures for offensive purposes.]
"Sorry Tsu," Ochaco apologized to her friend. "But without our wings we would never be able to match your legs."
"That's true, rabbit."
-Grip test-
Each student was given a metal handheld grip tester and told to squeeze as hard as they can. Most got average scores while several got over 150 kg. Most were the demon students as Aizawa expected though the three highest scores were Izuku who got 510 kg, a regular student Mezo Shoji who got 540 kg due to using three arms to have a stronger grip, and Momo who broke her when she created and used real working Jaws of Life. Aizawa honesty wondered how much a score she would have gotten if she used her actual strength or demon side since he saw her files states she was stronger than she looks. But the man allowed the store to stay the same since the girl decided to work smarter with her quirk then simply out muscling the other students.
-Ball throw-
Since Bakugo already made his throw as the demonstration he was excused from this test while the rest of the class used their quirks to try and beat his score with limited success. While most had standard throw with them adding more power with their quirks, some got creative. One being Sero, who quirk had him dispel tape from his elbow, had the ball wrapped once before he swung it around like a lasso and threw while expelling more tape. While it didn't give him the most impressive score the others could at least say he was creative.
Other students were more straight forward and had some good results. Tsuyu grabbed the ball with her tongue and pulled it into her mouth. Then her cheeks, neck and upper chest started to expand before she unleashed a stream of high-pressure water from her mouth, carrying the ball with it and it bounced and landed a few hundred meters away. Only Aizawa and the rest of her friends were unsurprised by the display, clearly not expecting that. Aizawa showed the distance of 504 meters, which made Tsuyu pleased with the result. Mina and Ochaco gave the girl a high five when she came back to the group.
Jiro stepped forward and took her back in her lower talons. Once inside the circle Jiro toss the ball into the air and took a deep breath. As one the remaining demon students quickly covered their ears, knowing what would happen next. The other students that noticed looked confused as did Aizawa before Jiro let out a screech.
The rest covered their ears as thundering sound that was a mix of a screech and an eagle cry came from Jiro's mouth, so powerful they can barely see the soundwaves itself. The sound caught the falling softball before propelling it far form Jiro's position. Jiro stopped her screech after a few seconds before the ball dropped with the lost momentum. Aizawa checked the score and showed a distance of 700 meters. "Nice work Kyoka!" Ochaco cheered, now that the danger of hearing lost had pass.
[Kyoka Jiro. Quirk: Earphone jack. Demon name: Stymphalian. A winged demon that is often compared to a siren. Powerful wings and claws are deadly enough as well as her earphone jacks but her real power comes from her voice. A soft whistle or sounds that can manipulate someone's mind or a powerful screech that can shatter glass and solid rock.]
Aizawa rubbed his ears, making mental note to check her file again as he didn't recall seeing an ability or attack like his friend Present Mic. True it was a much weaker attack then the pro's in his opinion; but she was young, and can no doubt get stronger. "Man, she has a healthy pair of lungs," Denki muttered as he rubbed his ears.
"I'll say," Mineta muttered, a slight perverted undertone to it. But then his attention was turned to something else. "This is the best day ever!"
It was clear what got Mineta excited as Momo was in the circle taking her throw. However, once she did so the girl didn't hesitate to unzip her gym uniform, revealing she was wearing nothing but a sports bra that seem to be a size too small. The perverted students had a moment to enjoy the view before Momo started to pull something from her stomach area, before setting it down on the ground beside her. "Is that a cannon?" Toru asked in disbelief, thinking the jaws of life were crazy enough.
Momo simply grinned and placed the softball into the cannon and then pressed the button. The cannon shot the ball with a small blast, the ball quickly speeding out of the school yard and out of sight. Most of the class gapped, even more so when Aizawa showed Momo's score. 1.03 km.
"Over a kilometer!" Rikido Sato gapped, knowing he would never be able to throw a ball that far even if he was hyped up on sugar.
"I don't feel good about my score now," Sero muttered, the score he felt so proud of seem to have been a waste.
Mineta didn't even try to complain about how his throw was the worst so far as he kept staring at Momo who had yet to zip her uniform back up as she high five her friends for her score.
Ochaco stood in the circle for her turn and her smile told her friends she had this easily. She simply touched the softball with her quirk and gave a soft two hand push. But instead of dropping next to her the ball went soaring, not to the speeds of the others but it clearly had no sign of stopping. Once it was out of sight Aizawa glanced at his recorder device and blinked. After seeing he wasn't seeing things, he turned it around to show the most surprising score. "Infinity!"
"That's even crazier then the last one!" Kaminari complained, since his throw was getting worst and worst as it went on.
"I still say that's bull" Bakugo muttered, already knowing what would have happen but it didn't mean he would have been happy by it.
Izuku was the last to go, the boy taking a deep breath to calm his nerves.
"You can do it Deku." Ochaco said as Izuku took the ball and concentrated, some reddening in his skin appeared as he then threw the ball.
"Smash!" Was shouted loudly, though nowhere near the level of Kyoka's sonic screech, and when the ball landed, 837.2 meters, only a couple of centimeters ahead of Katsuki's. Katsuki was the only one of the demon kids that wasn't cheering, as he hoped to beat Deku and show he was top predator. He took solace in the fact that he did beat his best friend and rival in other areas.
After what felt like forever to the students, the rest of the test were completed and the scores were being tallied. After it was done Aizawa pressed a button and a holographic screen showing the results and ranking of the class.

"How the hell did I tie third with the bloodsucking nerd!?" Katsuki roared clearly upset that he and Izuku tied for third place. Izuku himself was glad he got a good score.
"Noooo! I'll never be able to touch boobs now!" Mineta cried as he was the one in last place, and his head was on the proverbial chopping block because of his position as the lowest scoring member of the class. Although his comment made the girls back away from the pop-off Quirk bearer.
"I said I would expel the lowest scoring member, but that is a lie." The Class was surprised that no one was getting expelled as Aizawa added, "It was a logical deception in order to bring out the best of your abilities."
"Oh thank god!" Mina called out, slumping over in relief. "I was worried for a moment."
"Me too," Toru agree, her empty uniform sitting down after the reveal. "I was nearly in last place."
"I thought it was rather obvious," Momo confessed, not believing their homeroom teacher in the first place. "It clearly was a motivational tool to bring the best out of us. Perhaps I should have said something."
"It most likely wouldn't have the same effect Mr. Aizawa was looking for," Izuku points out, getting the girl to nod in agreement.
A low growl could be heard, getting a few students to look around. After a moment they glanced towards Izuku, who's face was turning red as he held his stomach area. "Sorry," he mumbled embarrassingly. "I guess using my quirk so much for these tests made me a bit hungry."
This got Aizawa's attention as he wrote something down. "Well class is dismissed so you can all go eat. Midoriya," he ripped out a note and gave it to the confused boy. "Take this and head to the nurses office. Any hungry related to your quirk will be handled there understand?"
It took a few seconds to realize what the hero meant and nodded. Taking the note Aizawa added, "Recovery Girl also wishes to go over a few things and test that weren't already on your file. Better not keep her waiting."
Izuku nodded and took off ahead of the rest of the class as they walked off the field and back to the school building. Aizawa stood where he was, watching them go. His scarf around his neck hide it well but there was a barely noticeable smirk forming on his face. He could honesty say he was looking forward to this year, not that he will ever say that aloud. His musing was broken however when his phone rang. Getting the small device out, Aizawa saw it was the principle. Wonder what he needed the hero answered, "Yes sir?"
"Shota, I'm glad I caught you," the principle said cheerfully. "I hope you didn't forget your part of our agreement."
Aizawa blinked trying to remember, the principle seemed to a step ahead and explained. "I allowed the seven students to be all together in your class if you took them all to orientation. I would hate to change the classes around on the first day already."
Aizawa stood wide eyed before he cursed mentally, 'shit.'
And that is it for now. So yes here is the first chapter of My Demon Academia. A simple idea Wolf came up with and it snowed balled from there. Didn't help that we were having fun making this. A few things I will say before I end this. One is all the demon children mentioned have known each other throughout the nine years after they were rescued. They all came together and grew up knowing what the other are going through. This includes Camie with her role shown if this story does get uploaded. The second thing is Bakugo's and Izuku's relationship. It is not like canon but they aren't best friends either. They understand and, in some ways, respect each other but they are rivals most of the time. Each pushing the other to improve to become better heroes. The last two missing kids mentioned? They will also appear but I won't say who they are now.
I am sure you noticed I didn't show the demon files for Izuku, Ochaco and Momo. Well I didn't forget but for what I have plans in the next chapter it would be better if they are not show yet. call me whatever you want but that is how we have it planned out.
The main villain, Salem…she will play a major role and in fact allies herself with the League of Villains. But is she their ally or is she just using them? Only in the real story will we find out, if you all like this then more will come.
Speaking of my other story ideas, I currently have a poll up on my profile about which story from this pool of ideas you would like to see. I will have it up till the end of the month and besides the highest voted ones, I will also do some of the stories I or my partner like the most. So if there is a story you really want to see as an official story then check it out.
