"Sir there are gauze bandages and topical antiseptics in the bathroom. If necessary I can have suture equipment brought up. But for now I would suggest cleaning and wrapping the wounds. Then starting him off with some broth that I have simmering on the stove." Jarvis had seen a lot of wounds and bloodshed. Especially in recent years. Tony had to dig bits of his suit out of his body some days. Pretty much every Avenger had been burned and shot during almost every battle. Bruce was starving after every transition. They all had panic attacks at various points throughout their days. This was similar yet different. These wounds were not from a villain bent on changing the world. This was done by someone who was upset but blind. This was not a battle or a lab accident. This was pain for the sake of pain.

"Thanks Jarvis, buddy." Tony carefully led Loki into the bathroom and sat him down on the toilet seat. Sighing he said, "I know you probably don't wanna hear this but that shirt is pretty ruined and it needs to come off so I help fix this."

Loki followed Tony. He curled in on himself but was comforted by being in the comfort of his own floor. He was home again. Relatively safe. Here he almost felt he could breathe again. He was not in Asgard. He was not with the Mad Titan. He was not powerless and he could figure out why he thought he had been when he was taken from his shop. With a shaky snap of his fingers the now tattered shirt was gone. "You may try."

Warning about the stinging, Tony applied a bit of hydrogen peroxide. He globbed some antiseptice goo over the shallow cuts. After staring at some of the deeper cuts he decided to risk asking a direct question considering that Loki seemed to be breathing normally and wasn't actively (visibly) panicking. "Do you think these need stitches? Jarvis can send stuff from the medical floor which is only twelve floors away. So it would be here in seconds. Though I'm not sure if you would want a needle anywhere near your body. I mean it wouldn't be near your face but I get if it's a possible trigger or whatever. We can just wrap everything up in gauze. Though then you'd be more mummy then human, er, person."

Instead of answering Loki concentrated on the larger and deeper cuts till the mended a bit. Now all the wounds were on par with each other. "The needle will no longer be necessarily. Wrap away." Once the last bandage was secured, Loki brushed past Tony. He made it to the kitchen, grabbed the small pot which was nearly full of chicken broth. Without another word he went into his bedroom and closed the door.

Tony knocked after him. "I get if you want to be alone. That's fine. I just...I know that sometimes it can be difficult. You've been through a lot. But you don't have to go through the after affects alone. I'm gonna sit on your couch. I'm gonna watch some show about houses or something. I'll even try and cook something for when you can stomach something more than liquid."

Jarvis watched over the two. Loki drank down the broth as he sat on his bed, curled up in a soft blanket. Tony looked in the kitchen but became slightly intimidated by all the baking supplies. He called out for some burgers but did manage to cook up some macaroni and cheese to go with them.

Eventually, once he had sipped every drop from the pot, and he was no longer shaking or feeling his mind shifting Loki left the bedroom. As he opened the door, he walked in on Tony stirring more cheese onto the pasta. The spoon looked like a gloopy mess but the room smelled lovely.

"I think I'll just have a cup of tea for now. Though I'll certainly indulge in that spread in a bit… If it's alright I think I'd like to sit with you out here."

"Of course. You know, some of us gorge ourselves just to prove we can." Tony turned down the gas and then turned off the stove completely. He walked back to the living room and plopped onto the couch. With a few clicks on the remote there was a show with some random couple looking for a place to live.

Loki sat down next to Tony and as the show went on they shifted closer to each other.

Tony turned to look down at Loki who was curled up onto his side. He smiled to see that Loki was asleep and seemed comfortable enough. He turned down the volume of the show a notch or two. Soon enough he was asleep too.

They woke up a few hours later pretty much at the same time. They slowly uncurled from each other and sat up.

"Thank you, Tony. For saving me. For helping me. And for staying." Loki's voice was a bit rough with lingering sleep. His hair stood on end at gravity defying points. He stood up and made his way to the kitchen as he tried to smooth his hair to something vaguely respectable. As he scooped some pasta into a bowl he continued, "the sleep was nice too. I might ask to do it again sometime? Though perhaps we could start by not watching the inane prattling of mortals looking for an abode."

"Loki please turn down the thesaurus powers. I just woke up. My brain is still rebooting." Tony creaked a bit as he stood up but he quickly followed Loki and proceeded to load up a plate with food. "Are you saying that you don't like house shows. They are a staple of American life. What else are we supposed to watch? The news?"

"I was simply thinking of something more personal and slightly less staged. Maybe something involving food?"

As tony put his plate in the microwave he smiled. "We are so binging The Great British Bake Off till you start feeling better!"
