Ch. 15

As days grew by. Tom allowed her to waddle out of the cave and sat near the lake. Where she could reach for the reads. As she was making reed looking waving matts. She told him that she was making some kind of bed with them.

He had simply raised his eyebrow in wonder. Before he had gone off within the lake to hunt for fish. It was a rare moment that he didn't feel like arguing with her. By sunset. TOm came back, only to see a couple of large size matts that she had been able to make with her own hands. Just by waving reads together.

Tom had walked over to her. With a bucket of fish in one hand. "I really didn't know that you knew how to do things without magic?"

Hermione looked up at him before finishing off with a third one. "When I was little. My mother wanted me to learn many things. Just by my hands…"

Tom simply nodded. "I can only imagine that you know enough about my life. To where I really don't need to say anything.."

Hermione looked up at him for a moment. "I don't know anything about someone else. Just by simply reading about them…"

This caused Tom to look at her. He seemed to have no idea that Hermione would have her own thoughts. Thinking that between Harry and Dumbledore. They would have said enough to drive her away from him. Then again, why would she be having his children, if that was the case.

"You're an enigma, Hermione Granger…" He then helped her onto her feet. Picking up the finished matts, before helping her back into their cave.
