So, i had an idea, take a Roleplay Generator, and write a story/one shot based on the prompt.
So. I decided to try Mysterion and Karen for the first one.
Enjoy.
It had been another long day of crime fighting. Punches, Kicks, bloody noses. All of that impacted upon the criminals of South Park.
Mysterion grabbed the shirt of the robber he'd just beaten down and began to drag him to the police station.
"Sergeant Yates, i have another scumbag for you." He said as he walked into the station doors.
"Ah, thank you again Mysterion. You're too damn good for this small little mountain town." Yates replied.
"Just doing my job sir, which i will be getting back to."
Sergant Yates turned for a moment to say, "Hey Mitch! We got another turn in from Mysterion!" He turned back only to find the vigilante had vanished. "Damn Kid."
Mysterion had returned to the rooftops to once again take watch over the town. But before he could get settled, his 'Angel' senses began to set off.
"Oh boy..Must be another fight at the house."
With that, he took off toward the east end of the town, where he and his family resided in a green rundown bungalow.
Mysterion walked around the back of the house to reach Karen and Kevin's bedroom. He peeked into the window and found Karen hiding under the blankets and the sounds of bottles breaking and physical impact was enough to scar the young girl.
"Hey Karen, Family buggin you again?" He softly said, causing the younger one to peek out from under the sheet.
"Guardian Angel!" She called.
"Yep. Back again." He replied as he climbed into the room. "Do you know what they're fighting about this time..?" He asked.
"W-Well..M-Mommy tried to get Daddy off of the couch and asked him to find a job..But he said 'No! F-'"
"Ah ah ah! I thought i asked you not to use those swear words." Mysterion warned. He wanted Karen to try to stay innocent at least until she was in her teens or grown.
"Sorry Angel. I'm trying.." Karen said as she stood from the bed.
"At least you're showing efforts." He said. "Now back to what you were saying."
"He started to swear at Mommy, and then they started to hit eachother, Kevin tried to stop them but only ended up getting into the fighting.."
Mysterion had an idea. "How about something to distract you?"
"Like what?"
Mysterion began to use whatever was in the room and tried to make a makeshift fort. "Like this." He said.
Mysterion watched as Karen's face lit up with joy and she climbed into the fort with him.
Some might say the way he acted towards Karen was unexpected or out of character for his serious type of persona..But when his sibling was upset..
Karen hugged him tight.
He'd do just anything.
"Lets try a shadow puppet show." He said.
Mysterion pulled out a flashlight from his belt and turned it on, he turned the light toward the wall and began to entertain his baby sister with many shadow puppets of bunnies, birds, puppies and kittens.
After many other activities, Karen finally fell asleep against him, giving him the chance to wrap his cape around her back to give her warmth.
After a few minutes or so..A thought came to his head..
"Hm..I wonder if i can buy the sweet release of death at the store."
How'd you like it? I honestly thought that'd be something he would ask as some point..
