AN: This arc should last about two or maybe three more chapters. Also, thank you so much for the support and reviews! I was so unsure of the response this story would come back to after so long without updating!

All activity in the city comes to a halt as a hurricane engulfs Caldera.
To Ty Lee and Zuko, it is an ultimate opportunity. To Azula and Mai, it is a reason to be on guard around their spouses. But still a kind of beautiful day, despite the clean up Azula and Zuko know will consume them and their court for weeks afterwards.
The fire rages in the hearth as the family sits in their private quarters.
Ty Lee sits on Azula's lap, intertwining her fingers. Her scant outfit makes it a little uncomfortable for Azula to be in front of Zuko together. He does like to imagine Azula is still a little girl and has never had sex in her life despite being married.
Mai leans back with her feet up on the table, about half a foot of her husband whom is focused on the fire. Azula told her about the scheme and Mai is quite displeased about it.
"That storm sounds really scary," says Ty Lee, gazing deeply into Azula's eyes as if Mai and Zuko are not present and they are alone in the Universe.
"Are you still frightened of such ridiculous things?" purrs Azula rather mockingly, punctuating her sentence with a cold laugh.
Mai interrupts, "Yeah, well, it's destroying the shit out of the city and the farmland around it. It's a lot for you and Zuko to clean up, so maybe you should be scared too, Azula."
"I suppose. I don't mind a little excitement in the world of politics." Azula shrugs. It is callous, but her family expects that from her.
"Honestly, I just know that fire isn't enough to keep me warm and I hate being cold," sighs Mai.
Zuko's eyes light up. Perhaps this is a change.
"I'll get you a blanket." He rises and walks to the other room.
Ty Lee kisses Azula's cheek. Unfortunately, the light blush does not count as romantic emotion, and even if it did, Zuko is not here to see it.
"I'm cold too," says Ty Lee, her tone as sweet as sugar.
"Then sit by the fire. I can't control a hurricane," snaps Azula. Ty Lee barely restrains herself from rolling her eyes or pouting in response.
Zuko returns with the blanket for Mai and Ty Lee stares jealously as Mai and Zuko share it together by the fire. She wishes Azula would do things like that.
Ty Lee turns around to straddle Azula and crushes her lips against those of her wife. Azula's eyes flash wide in surprise, then leans in to the hot, fiery gesture.
Ty Lee breaks her lips away. "Did I warm us both up better than Zuko and Mai?"
"Yes," purrs Azula as Zuko and Mai look at them in disgust. "Absolutely."
Ty Lee smiles. "Does it touch your heart to be warm and cozy with me."
Ty Lee kisses her again and again.
Azula sinks into it, but then pulls away.
She leans in and whispers into her wife's ear, "Ty Lee, making out isn't an emotion."
This time, Ty Lee cannot hold back rolling her eyes and pouting.
Mai laughs.
Azula smirks.
Zuko frowns.
Ty Lee gets off of Azula's lap and sits down by the fire.
Lightning crashes violently in the distance.
