Callie got Adopted the same day as Jude, her biological father is Donald.
Callie did go through the ordeal with Liam but she kept a few things hidden from everyone.
LENA got the principals position and lost the baby.
I don't know where Sharon, Dana and Stuart live. So Im saying that Sharon lives in the California area. While Dana and Stuart live in Florida.

FRIDAY AFTERNOON.
By the time the girls and their Moms headed out of the station, it was nearing 1pm.
The Moms hadn't realised the time and knew that it was time to go get some food. The interview had emotionally drained their eldest daughter. They could clearly see it written all over her face.
"You guys hungry? I know I am." Stef asked the others as she continued to walk to the car with Rylan sitting on her hip.
"I could eat." Callie said with a shrug as they got into the car. Stef opened the car up for them and began to buckle Rylan into her car seat as Lena and Callie got into their seats.
"What about you little miss?" Stef asked the little red head as she clipped the last buckle in place.
"Burger?" Rylan asked softly. Stef smiled and placed a kiss on the little girls temple.
"I think that can be arranged." Stef responded as she closed Rylans door and got into the drivers seat, buckling up and turning the car on.
"Alright so lets go get some lunch and then you my babies, have a doctors appointment at quarter past three." Stef explained as she pulled the car out of the parking lot of the police station and headed towards the closest diner that served a variety including burgers.
"Its been a long day and its only getting longer." Callie sighed from the back seat where she sat next to Rylan. Stef and Lena shared a look before Lena turned in her seat slightly so that she could see the teen.
"I know sweetheart. We get everything out of the way today and tomorrow we can just chill around the house all weekend. How does that sound?" Lena asked the girls.
"Alright, I'm in. Sitting around watching movies and eating food sounds amazing." Callie said giving in. she was actually looking forward to just relaxing and doing absolutely nothing. Nothing Physical and nothing that would get her brain working into overload. It would be a stress free and relaxing day.
"Transformers?" Rylan piped up hopefully. She hadn't seen transformers in a while and she was excited. Stef, Callie and Lena chuckled.
"As if we would watch anything else." Callie said with a dramatic sigh which made the little girl laugh.
"Mommy?" Rylan called after a second of silence.
"Yes sweets?" Stef asked as she looked from the road to the rear view mirror to look at the little girl before facing the road again as she pulled up into the parking lot of a diner that was a family favourite.
"Can I have a burger with cheese?" Rylan asked as Callie chuckled.
"I already said you can." Stef told the girl as she turned the car off and unbuckled from her seat.
"And bacon?" Rylan again asked with a hopeful look as Stef turned in her seat to look at the girl.
"We will get you your burger sweets." Stef said with a chuckle as Lena got the little girl out this time. Stef shook her head in amusement as she climbed out of the car and locked it once everyone was out.
"Chocolate Milk shake?" Rylan asked from where she stood next to Lena, holding her hand. Stef crouched down to the girls height.
"Yes but on one condition." Stef said, Rylans smile got bigger. She wanted a chocolate milkshake, so she was all for whatever the condition her Mom said.
"What?" Rylan asked with a raised eyebrow, that in itself made Stef beam and chuckle with amusement. She had gotten the eyebrow raise perfected just like Stef.
"I get a sip." Stef told the girl. Rylan laughed and nodded.
"Deal." Lena and Callie chuckled and shook their heads in amusement at the two of them.
"Alright lets head in." Stef motioned them towards the door. Callie walking into the diner first followed by Lena holding Rylans hand and then Stef.
"Can we sit here Mama?" Callie asked as she stood next to a booth with a window.
"Perfect." Lena said with a smile as she led Rylan over to the teen. Rylan sliding in to one side of the booth as Callie slid in next to her leaving the seat on the other side for their Moms.
Rylan bounced in the seat happily as she looked out of the window. Stef and Lena shared a look and a smile before they began to read their menus like Callie.
"Hello, my name is Wendy. Would you like to order something to drink?" A cheery voice next to the booth broke the three of them from their menu reading. A tall red head with blue eyes smiled at them when she got their attention.
"Hello, um yes. Can we please get two lemonades,a chocolate milk shake and a vanilla milk shake?" Stef asked the waitress, remembering what her family liked to drink always came in handy.
"No problem, coming right up. Ill be back shortly to take your orders." The waitress said with a cheery voice as she wrote down the drink orders
"Thank you." Stef responded to the waitress before the waitress took off to put in the drink orders. Giving them time to read their menus.
"Now what are we having to eat?" Stef asked them all as she looked at her Menu. Callie chuckled from her spot next to Rylan as she set her menu down to look across at her Mom. Stef looked up from her Menu and raised an eyebrow at the teen.
"Come on Mom. We all know you will read the menu from back to front trying to decide what to have but you will end up ordering your usual." Callie explained with a smile. Stef raised an eyebrow at the teen.
"Maybe I was going to order something totally different." Stef said to her daughter with a raised eyebrow in challenge. Callie chuckled along with Lena.
"Mhmmm." Was all that Callie said back to her Mother as she picked up her Menu to read.
Much to Callies amusement, Stef did end up looking at the menu from front to back and ordered her usual of burger and fries.

Friday Afternoon
The group walked into the hospital. The workplace of Doctor Jamie Gleeson. Rylan knew the doctor well and so booking an appointment with her was the best thing, she was a paediatric doctor so Callie was able to be seen by her as well, which was very handy. Although Callie did like Dr Emily Reyes from the family clinic where she had gotten her stitches taken out. Callie hoped she would like Dr Jamie Gleeson, if Rylan liked her then that was alright in Callies book.
Lena carried Rylan towards the seats with Callie while Stef went up to reception to inform them that they are here.
It didn't take them long before the familiar tall, Blonde haired, Brown eyed women came out and called the girls name.
"Callie and Rylan?" Dr Gleeson called looking at the file in her hands before looking for the familiar family. Seeing them stand up, Jamie smiled and motioned for the four of them to follow her.
Walking into the check up room, Stef took a seat with Rylan on her lap while Lena took the other seat and Callie stood against the wall close to her Mothers. Dr Gleeson smiled and closed the door as she stood in front of the four with a smile.
"Hi Dr Jamie." Rylan said shyly with a smile. The blonde doctor smiled at the little girl. She hoped to not have to see the girl after her respiratory situation so soon but here she was again. Hair a different colour though.
"Hi sweetheart, long time no see. Its a pleasure to meet you too Callie." Jamie said with a smile as she took a seat at her desk facing the family as Callie gave the woman a small smile and a nod.
"It has been a while." Stef chuckled out before planting a kiss to the little girls temple.
"I'm glad to see you two safe and sound." Jamie said as she looked at Callie and Rylan, both with different hair from their pictures but the same girls.
"I guess you saw the news huh." Stef said with a sad smile. Jamie nodded.
"Oh yeah. Hard not to miss. Now what can I do for you today?" Stef was glad the doctor didn't comment on the girls hair colours. It was already hard enough to see the girls without their natural look.
"Just a check up after the ordeal they went through. Callie here has a graze from a bullet so we need that thoroughly checked out, we don't want an infection setting in." Stef explained to the doctor.
"Ok, that I can do. Who wants to go first?" Jamie asked looking from the little girl, to the teen.
"I will." Callie instantly said, wanting to get this hospital visit over and done with. Dr Gleeson seemed nice but it was still a doctor and a hospital, something she hated.
"Alright hop on up." Jamie said as she stood from her desk chair and pat the examination bed before slipping some gloves on.
"So anything major apart from the arm graze that you want me to check out?" Dr Jamie asked Callie before looking at the Moms. Callie let her mothers deal with this because it was them that just wanted to make sure all was well.
"While she was away she was around a lot of drugs, just wanting to know if that would have an impact or anything on her health." Lena asked the doctor. Jamie nodded in understanding.
"Callie, did you take any of the drugs? pick them up with bare hands? Inhale them?" Jamie asked the teen.
"No. I didn't take drugs. I packed them but I always had a pair of gloves on and the ones that I packed were always in small packages already so I had no physical contact with the actual substances." Callie explained and Jamie nodded in understanding and relief.
"Ok thats good. Since you didn't physically touch them and they were already packed, nothing will come of it. Now i'm just going to take a blood test, get a urine sample, take your blood pressure, the usual things." Jamie told the teen and her Mothers. Jamie smiled at the relieved sighs coming from Stef and Lena at the news.
"Ok." Callie nodded as Jamie set about taking Callies blood pressure which turned out normal and fine.
Once Callies blood pressure was done, Jamie moved onto checking Callies heart rate, listening to her lungs and checking her temperature. Once all that was done, Jamie took some blood before getting the teen to expose her arm so that it could be checked over.
"Looks very good. It definitely doesn't need stitches. The skin will heal back on its own. Just keep cleaning it regularly and change the bandage." Jamie said as she examined and cleaned the girls wounded arm before bandaging it.
Stef and Lena smiled at that. Glad that the teen didn't need stitches. The girl didn't need anymore stitches in her body.
"Alright you can put your shirt back in place." Jamie told the teen before she went to her cabinets and pulled out a specimen jar.
"Ok, now take this into the bathroom across the hall. Place the cup in this bag once you have finished then place it on my desk." Jamie explained as she handed Callie a specimen cup and a bag. Callie cringed at the thought of having to pee in the cup. Callie took a look at Rylan and one look at the girls face made her stay in the room.
Both Moms looked at their eldest daughter as she didn't make a move to leave the room. They let her be for now.
"Now Miss Rylan. Lets check you out." Jamie said as she removed her gloves and put fresh ones on to work on Rylan. She too didn't say anything as Callie remained in the room. Stef stood and placed Rylan on the bed so that Jamie could examine the girl.
Lena stood by the little girl as Stef took a seat back on her chair to give Dr Jamie some room to work. The little girl content with Mama next to her and her Mom and big sister in the room.
Jamie did the exact same check over on Rylan that she did with Callie. Happy that the results were all normal. She moved onto checking Rylans stitches from when she had her respiratory infection. The little girls shirt being taken off so she could be examined further since the wound was on her chest.
"These dis-solvable stitches are doing their job perfectly. I can see the wound is closing and healing great." Dr Jamie stated as she looked at the girls injury.
"Well at least we know shes not allergic to those ones or we would be in a bind." Lena said to the doctor as she looked at her daughters stitched chest that was healing perfectly.
"There are many ways to close a wound if stitches don't work. I'm just glad these ones are doing fine." Jamie said as she continued her work up on the little girl.
Rylan was then handed a bag and a specimen cup. Lena following the girl so she could talk Rylan through on using it, Callie not far behind with her own bag and cup.
Stef sat in silence as she watched Dr Gleeson type on her computer as she waited for the girls to come back. Rylan, Callie and Lena walked into the room. Both girls looked disgusted as they placed the bag that contained their cup of urine onto the desk.
"Once we get the results back from the urine and blood samples ill give you guys a call. Other then that the girls are in perfect health." Dr Jamie said to the four of them. Stef and Lena sighing in relief. Hopefully the blood and urine samples came back clean and fine with nothing to worry about.
"Thank you Doctor." Lena said a she scooped the little girl up.
"Its not a problem. Enjoy the rest of your afternoon." Jamie said with a smile as she opened the door for the family.
"We will. Goodbye." Stef said as she guided the others out of the room.
"Bye." Callie said to the doctor with a smile as she followed her Moms and sister. Dr Jamie stood at her door watching the family leave with a smile. She really liked the Adams – Fosters.
Callie, the Moms and Rylan headed out of the hospital and towards the parking lot. Both girls happy to not have to be in the hospital any more.
"How did you like Dr Gleeson Cal?" Stef asked the teen as they got in the car.
"Shes good. I wouldn't mind going to her or Dr Reyes. I know I will have to stop seeing Dr Gleeson when I hit 18 so I guess its good to have two options for doctors that I like." Callie explained to her Mothers as she buckled up.
"Very true My girl. I'm glad you finally found doctors you actually like." Stef said with a smile as she too buckled up into the drivers seat as Lena situated the little girl in her seat and buckled her up. It was hard to find decent doctors that actual interacted properly and treated her kids with respect. Dr Gleeson and Dr Reyes were good with the kids and respected that the kids had been in foster care and treated them with respect and understood the difficulties when it came to the kids seeing a doctor after being in the foster system.
Finally having doctors that all the kids liked was a bonus, it was one less thing the Mothers had to worry about.
"Mama?" Rylan called after everyone was buckled in and Stef had pulled out of the hospital parking lot.
"Yeah sweetheart?" Lena asked as she turned slightly in her seat to eye the little girl.
"Why did we have to go to the toilet in a cup?" Rylan asked, her face scrunched up in confusion. She had never had to do it before, it was weird to her.
"So the doctors can check that your kidneys and other organs in your body are working fine along with other things." Lena explained to the little girl in a way that she could understand.
"Oh, thats gross." Rylan said with a disgusted face. Callie nodding as she agreed with the girl but ended up laughing a the expression of horror on the little girls face.
The Moms shared a look of amusement before they chuckled.
