Here's another batch of shipping oneshots. I have found that these help refuel my starved mind when trying to write. XD

So… Fallingxoxo, you have yet another request of me, hmm? Never fear! For a guest also requested this one as well, so I hope I can make this live up to your standards… Even if that has changed since May or not.

So this chapter is Gray/ Kagura. This should be interesting, for I am not that into Kagura as a character. But the audience have demanded it so I must provide! But I also apologise since my grip on her character isn't as strong as i'd like it to be.

"Shit..." Gray breathed, eyes wide and posture stiff as he gazed toward the figure silhouetted in the blackness the trees above them provided. Clutching a wounded and unconscious Erza in his arms, he quickly scanned the area around him, hoping to find some miracle path or uneven patch he could use to help them escape only to mentally curse further when he realised that all that laid before him were more and more trees. No shrubbery, no dense wall of nature, just classical woodland.

He didn't dare move a muscle, not wanting to further hurt his friend, but also to keep the unknown in front of him from attacking any further.

"What do you want?" His voice, meaning to come out as a strong growl that would ward them off instead came out as an unnerved and uneven tone. He could feeling the huge killing intent flowing from their attacker, but it wasn't aimed at him but Erza herself.

For some reason, despite not being the target of this persons ire Gray only felt more fearful for it…

The figure responded, suddenly unsheathing a sword that not only cut through some of the various trees in their immediate vicinity, but somehow reflected the shining moonlight above for a split second.

That brief second was all that was needed to see the dark hue of red on the blade…

"Out of my way." The figure spoke, the voice feminine.

"We're not in your way." Gray replied, unease creeping through his body as he continued his stare down of the sword. "I just want to get my friend here to a hospital before she bleeds out!"

He looked down to Erza's bruised and cut up face, even asleep her expression was contorted in pain that flashed through her body making her body twitch strongly now and then. He'd done what he could to quell the swelling and he patched up more the bigger wounds her body was riddled with, but his lower body was slowly turning more red the longer he had her in his embrace.

Looking back up and realising the dire situation, Gray forcefully swallowed his fear and gave the figure a glare of his own. "So do your thing and let us move on."

The figure… laughed.

'What?' Gray's brow creased into a worried frown. 'W-Why is she laughing?'

He clutched at Erza's slightly shaking body protectively, hunching over like a cornered animal when he felt the killing intent shift, focussing on him.

He didn't like where this was heading.

Eventually the figure stopped chuckling at his expense, only to thrust her sword in front of her, pointing it at him… Or at who he was holding.

"You don't understand." Her dark voice dripped with humour. "You are in my way, holding that vile girl like some innocent child."

Gray growled in response.

"Who are you to talk about Erza like that?" He flared his magic out, hoping to scare the woman off… Only to be overwhelmed by her own.

Only then did Gray begin to feel an inkling of fear…

The woman stepped out of the shadows, revealing her definitely be a woman. Dark violet/maroon hair that reached down to her back, slender face, hard and piercing eyes finished off with a slight tan and a white bow tied on her head.

Gray only stared at her. He had to admit, if this woman wasn't threatening his friends life (in all likelihood) he would have found her rather attractive.

"Who am I?" She glared frostily at him, still holding the sword to his covered chest. "I am someone she's hurt… and you are someone who is still in my way."

"Then i'll continue to stand in your way." He snarled in return, continuing to hold Erza tightly, unwilling to loosen up even for a second. "Cause there's no way I'm letting you hurt her."

That seemed to be it for the woman. Gripping her sword tightly and entering a battle stance, a flash of hatred dashing upon her face for a split second before being wiped away.

The first slash was barely avoided as he jumped up just in the knick of time as the woman's blade sliced through a bunch of trees behind him. Landing behind her, Gray quickly fumbled with his full hands to produce an icy wall between the woman and himself. Groaning when he heard the sound of his ice being cleaved in two.

'I have to find somewhere to hide you' He looked down at Erza again, wincing at feeling her hand squeeze his wrist tightly. "I can't fight when I'm carrying you."

The sound of metal splitting ice in two erupted through his ears, making him turn around with fright at the killing intent he felt overwhelming him. He could just see the figure of the woman through the heavy splinters of what was once his strong wall of ice. Her eyes seemingly filled with red like that of the most terrifying of demons.

And he thought Erza was scary…

Then again, she never really tried to kill him.

Suddenly, he jumped up, desperately grabbing at the branches above him as he quickly tried to hide himself away from the assailant. Thankfully the branch was really thick, he could lay Erza down and do a little more for her wounds.

"At least we know who did this to you." He remarked softly, gently brushing a strand of hair out of his friends pained face before coating her swollen eye with a layer of ice.

"Where are you!" The woman raged on. Gray was glad he masked his magic, he just hoped she didn't figure out that one tree was colder than the rest.

'Haven't got much time at all… and I can't fight a monster like that. Especially no with Erza needing my help!'He grit his teeth angrily, hurriedly brainstorming for some kind of strategy.

"Wait..." He gasped before smiling. "Maybe I don't have to fight at all..."

He grinned down at Erza, a new confidence bubbling up within his gut.

"Erza, don't worry… You'll be fine. I promise."

:::-(())-:::

This was getting ridiculous…

Kagura scanned the surrounding area, glaring from tree to tree, hoping to find the troublesome guy that took her target away from her. She mentally cursed herself, if only she had been faster and then she wouldn't have lost sight of him when he threw that wall down between them.

"Get out of hiding, you coward!" She demanded, tightening her already vice-like grip on Archenemy.

"Fine!"

Swiftly turning her head, Kagura spotted the offending person in question and instantly flung her sword towards him. Watching as he squeaked in fear and dived out of the way before it could impale him, he sword getting stuck in the tree behind him.

"Ice-Make: Seven Slice Dance!"

She swivelled around, her eyes the siz of dinner plates when she saw the man appear from one of the trees behind her, two icy blade jutting out from his elbows. Her sword was still over by the tree where he was, said tree was a good 20 metres away and had several other trees between her and it. Plus, Archenemy had only been in the tree for roughly 2 or 3 seconds after the man dived out of the way and out of sight.

There was no way he was THAT fast!

"Gahck!" Her body twisted from the first impact of his icy weapons, spitting out a glob of saliva before being hit in the face by the second attack. After five more connections to various parts of her body, Kagura found her self being flung closer to her sword, though her disoriented brain couldn't feel satisfaction at that point.

"Leave Erza alone." His is voice cooly warned. Kagura merely sneered and pulled her sword free.

"You can't keep her safe forever."

Her statement was one that held lots of anger, despite her blank expression. But she didn't get the reaction she expected, nor wanted.

He chuckled.

"Trust me, it's normally the other way 'round." He grinned, before narrowing his eyes in focus. "And what kind of person would I be if I couldn't return the favour?"

"No more foolish than you're already being." She remarked before leaping forward with a surprising burst of speed, taking him by surprise.

Her slice arced upward, quickly cleaving through the small resistance it came across. Though she knew what was going to happen now Kagura still didn't feel anything in victory. She just watched as he stumbled back, shock adorning his face as he stared at her. In a way, there wasn't anything else she could think of that he could do other than realise his failure and sub-sequent death that would inevitably follow.

"Huh..." He let out a short breath, just before groaning…

"Goddammit." He cursed.

Kagura felt a little sympathy, hating the fact that it had to go this far.

Only for her eyes to widen as his clothes fell from his shoulders. Shirt, coat, trousers and pants, all split down the middle and falling uselessly to the floor, revealing a body that she could not describe with mere words alone. Her gaze, unused to such a sight quickly caught the size of a certain something and the pure muscles that surrounded it and beyond.

Her face reddened, seemingly stuck on the sight before her, all her previous emotions were put on hold as a strange sensation reached her heart, an odd warmth spread to her cheeks and her mind finding itself clouded by images of the thing before her.

She had only ever heard about this kind of stuff from guildmates, it wasn't something she really cared all that much for… But if every man was like this then she'd have to reconsider her position on the gossip.

'W-What are y-you thinking! Get yourself together Kagura!' Her mind tried to reason with her stammering heart. 'This man is your enemy! This… extremely hot looking man, this well endowe- NO! Enough! Kill him for real this time! He's haboring the woman that defends THAT murderer!"

Her mind demanded his blood, but her body couldn't move, it wouldn't move.

"What are you looking at?" The man asked, noticing the strange redness on her face. Looking down, he screeched in shock, muttering something along the line of 'Not again!' or so before covering himself with his hands… Not that it helped much. By her estimations, there was more to cover up than what his hands were capable of holding.

"W-What's the matter with you! P-Pervert!"

The man squawked indignantly at her glare. "Y-You just carved my clothes from me! How's this MY fault!"

"Shut up!" She yelled, wildly swinging Archenemy at him and hoping he'd stay still and take his death like the man he looked to be. When he ducked under the swing and rolled behind her, she growled at him, her emotions unable to adapt fast enough after the shock to her system. "Stop moving!"

"Ice-Make: Hammer!" His hands thrust forward as a huge, icy hammer dropped out of nowhere, though it wasn't anything too hard to dodge, but it did force more distance between her and the annoying man before her.

"Ice-Make: Axe!"

Kagura saw the man swing as if he was holding something big, only for her eyes to widen as a huge war-axe appeared in his hands as it carved through the air towards her. Though her emotions were frazzled it didn't take much for her to simply slice the ice in two before it could touch her, throwing the guy off balance when the weight was drastically reduced due to her sword.

'This is my chance!' Kagura quickly took the opportunity presented and jumped for the man, lifting Archenemy above her head as she closed the distance faster than he could react.

"No!" The man lifted his hands in defence, hoping against hope that it would do something of use as Kagura came down upon him.

*shnk!*

The swordswoman watched as the sword penetrated his chest inch by inch, more and more of archenemy inserting itself into his heart. There was – to her shame – some small satisfaction as she knew that this time, she had won.

But only then did she register a new sensation on her chest…

Looking down, one of the hands he had raised up in defence had been perfectly placed between him and her, her arc wouldn't have stopped it at all. Her face reddened even more when she felt how sensitive the feeling was.

"G-Get your dying hand of my breast!"

"This is YOUR fault again, woman!"

"I'll kill you for thi- uh!"

Realisation seeped in before she could finish her threat. Looking into his eyes, she couldn't see fear, pain or even the slightest hint of sadness. It was as if he was never stabbed at all. Looking down, she didn't see any blood from the newly inflicted wound either.

"What…?" Her confused, hazel pools glared into his Onyx pair. Silently demanding for an answer to this madness.

And he still hadn't taken his HAND off her BREAST! She didn't know why she hadn't removed it yet, she could've, but she hadn't…

A sharp splintering sound erupted from his body as he began to lose colour, slowly turning an icy blue as he smirked at her.

"I can't believe you fell for this." His shattering face croaked out before disappearing entirely into tiny ice particles before her very eyes. Turning around, she desperately looked for the clothes she'd sliced in two, hoping they were still there and also hadn't dusted into nothingness.

Thankfully, they were still there…

Strangely, her energy had disappeared. Leaning against one of the few trees left standing, she allowed herself to slide down it, falling onto her rear and catching her breath, trying to forget the sensation of his hand on her chest…

She almost didn't realise that her left hand had come up and placed itself in the same place his hand had been. When she realised, she slammed her hand into the ground, clenching it into a fist as she muttered to herself about evil hot perverts…

"B-Baka… making me feel so weird in the middle of a fight."

:::-(())-:::

"I can't believe that worked… haha."

Out of everything he had ever thought of during battle, not one of them had included such a deceitful precedent. He gingerly set Erza down, he could see the town just beyond the treeline, for now he needed to catch his breath. Ice-Clones were difficult to maintain, especially Ice-Clones that could talk and move around a lot.

Leaning against a tree behind him, The Ice Mage mentally reviewed everything that had happened in the past few hours. From he and Erza taking this job, to them splitting up in the forest (an idea of which he had protested but Erza ignored), coming across Erza an hour later to find her in bad shape and the appearance of the woman who had attacked her and him later…

He had to admit though, her chest had felt nice. Soft and supple. It wasn't too bad if he had to say.

"...Gray..."

His head snapped back, almost to the point of pain. When he heard his friends voice everything else was forgotten about as relief flooded his veins and calmed him down after the excitement he had been forced to endure. Her face had stopped swelling and his ice had even managed to reduce it slightly, the moonlight shone on her face, highlighting her pained expression as her eyes that wasn't swollen peaked open, gazing upon him with a vulnerable confusion.

He bent down and stared into his friends eyes…

"Don't worry about anything, you're fine." He said awkwardly, his brain stuck on what he could possibly say to her to make her pain better. 'Mavis, why isn't someone like Mira or even flamebrain here?'

"Ka…- Kagur…" She tried to speak, but her attempt was interrupted by a string of wet coughing and weak sputtering. Gray winced and tried his best to offer comfort, inwardly cursing the woman for hurting his friend this much.

He waited for Erza to drift out of consciousness again before picking her up in his arms and continuing his way down to the hospital… Glaring into the sky as he trudged down the muddy slope.

'I don't care how hot you were...' He thought with a mild, embarrassed blush. 'I don't care how well endowed you are, you hurt Erza and I won't forgive you...'

Though he wouldn't admit it, the fact that she was hot at least made her a little more tolerable.

"Now… How do I explain to the hospital that I am not a pervert?" He looked down at his body, no clothes, no pants, no nothing…

He sighed in annoyance.

"Simple, I guess… I don't. Damn woman."
