The minute the class ended, Hyoudou Issei couldn't help himself but smirked after detecting two devils were heading towards their classroom. It was just as he had anticipated, the devils finally made their moves. Standing at the entrance of the door was one of the Kuoh Academy's Two Great Ladies, Himejima Akeno. However, the day Gabriel joined the school, the title has officially been changed to the Three Great Ladies. Another person standing beside Akeno was a young bespectacled woman with long black hair that extended down to her knees.

After spotting Issei and Gabriel's seats, the devils entered the room and approached the duo. "Good afternoon, Hyoudou-san, Gabriel-san." Akeno first greeted them with a professional smile. "We're sorry to interrupt you, But our presidents would like to have a word with you." She ended. Unbothered by the surrounding whispers, the young man returned her a similar smile and asked, "You seem to know us., but we've never meet before. You are..."

"Ara ara. Where are my manners. Please forgive my rudeness. My name is Himejima Akeno. I am the Vice-President of the Occult Research Club (ORC for short). " Akeno lowered her head a little to apologize to him and introduced herself. "I'm Shinra Tsubaki. Vice-President of the Student Council." The bespectacled teen finally stepped in and joined the conversation.

"Oh? I can see why the President of the Student Council wanted to see us, but why would the President of the Occult Research Club be interested in meeting us?" Issei asked with the smile still plastered on his face. "Ara, our Buchou and Sona Kaichou are childhood friends. She was very keen to meet you two when she heard that Sona Kaichou planned on meeting you two today."

"I see, I see." The boy nodded in acknowledgement. "So could you two be kind enough to follow us to the Occult Research Club Building?" Tsubaki asked to prevent any further delays. "Ah, right. We wouldn't want that, right?" Issei softly chuckled. Believing that he had agreed to them, the vice presidents turned to leave the room. But when they merely took a single step, they heard him spoke, "But what if I'm not that kind?" His whisper instantly hardened the Akeno and Tsubaki's bodies as both girls twisted their attention back to the young man.

His unreadable expression lasted only for 5 seconds before he burst into laughter, "...Hahahahaha! I'm kidding, I'm kidding. Hahahahaha! You should've seen your faces. Hahahahaha!" He slapped his thigh once, stood up and urged the girls to lead the way.

The Occult Research Club's located at the back to the Kuoh Academy. The club was originally disbanded due to the lack of members. However, it was then re-established by the current president of the club. As of now, members of the occult research club and student council had gathered in the club room, waiting for the of Issei and Gabriel.

"I hope you know what you're doing, Rias." A young bespectacled woman with her black hair styled in bob cut spoke in concern. "It'll be fine, Sona. Why are you so troubled about this meeting?" The crimson-haired lady asked her childhood friend. "Because we have no idea who we're dealing with." Sona's stared at the president of the ORC with her stern violet eyes before continuing, "We know little to nothing about him. All we know is that he's a Devil. That he and Gabriel-san were taken in by an elderly couple who then left everything they owed to the two of them after they had passed away."

"And now, we'll get the chance to learn more about him and Gabriel." The president of ORC naively replied, causing her friend to groan and massaged her aching temple. "Do not treat this meeting lightly, Rias. He's something else." Rias immediately stared at her friend with one of her brows raised. "No sane Devil would approach, much less befriend an Angel. And we both know the name Gabriel belongs to a sole Seraph. In fact, it belongs to one of the Four Great Seraphs..." She paused at the idea of an angel whose power rivalled a Satan-Class Devil truly appalled her, "...She could easily wipe us all out."

"And start another Great War? I don't think so, Sona. She would do something that stupid." The crimson teen spoke confidently. "Though the Three Factions are still baring fangs at each other, neither sides were willing or ready to start another fight. I highly doubt the Chief Angel of Chastity would be the one to start a Second Great War." Rias reasoned it factually. "Just...be mindful on what you want say."

Though Rias felt a bit offended by her friend's warning, she never got the chance to respond. All due to a knock on the door was heard. Signifying the arrival of their guests. "Come in." The girl said. Everyone watched as Akeno and Tsubaki entered the room with both Issei and Gabriel behind them. While the goddess was studying the interior design of the room, the young man faked his surprise and spoke out, "Oh? I thought I was meeting only the Presidents of the ORC and Student Council. I wasn't expecting this many people."

While Rias smiled at his words, Sona maintained her blank expression and continued studying his every moves. "I'm sorry if this comes as a surprise to you two, but we sort of decided it in the last minute. I hope you're alright with it." Before they're seated, Rias decided she would start by introducing herself.

"It's nice to finally meet the two of you, Hyoudou Issei-san, Gabriel-san. I am the President of the ORC. My name's Rias Gremory." She then directed their attention to her club members. "I'm sure you've met Akeno." The ponytail haired lady retained her usual smile while she's preparing some tea for them. "These are your juniors." Her hand motioned towards the handsome young man and the petite little girl. "2nd Year, Kiba Yuuto and 1st Year, Toujou Koneko." While the boy gave Issei and Gabriel a charming smile and a wave, the little girl simply bobbed her head.

As soon as her friend ended, the bespectacled woman saw her cue and spoke, "I'm the President of the Student Council. My name's Sona Shitori and these are my members" She carried her hand to the students standing behind her. "Vice-President, Shinra Tsubaki. Our Treasurers, lead by the 2nd Year, Kusaka Reya, Tsubasa Yura and 1st Year, Nimura Ruruko." The girls bowed their heads lightly as Sona continued, "Our Secretaries, also by the 2nd Years, Hanaki Momo and–" Before Sona could finish the introduction, the sole male in the student council stepped forward and finished the sentence. "My name is Saji Genshirou, 2nd Year! It's an honour to meet you, Gabriel-senpai!" He rudely brushed past the delinquent-looking senior, an action that did not go unnoticed by her as he proudly extended his hand out.

The goddess momentarily stared at his hand. Gabriel didn't accept his hand shake, but she did greet everyone in the room with a respectful bow. "It's a pleasure to meet you all." Feeling a bit awkward and ashamed for being outright rejected, Genshirou forced a smile and retreated back to the group. "Have a seat, you two." Rias then offered them a seat on the sofa across of them as Akeno set the teas on the table. Once they're seated, Rias decided to get straight into the business. "Hyoudou-san, do you believe in the supernaturals?" She asked.

"You mean creatures like Bigfoot, Yeti and the Loch Ness Monster? Of course, I do. I've always wanted to see them up close." The young man answered her enthusiastically. He then took a sip at the tea that's set in front of him. "Mmm. You make a fine tea, Himejima-san." He complimented the vice president's work and urged Gabriel to try it.

"Ara ara. Thank you very much for your praise. Ufufu."

Seeing how the conversation was going no where, Sona decided to interject. "Hyoudou-san, please forgive my rudeness. We were wondering if you could tell us more about yourself."

"I'm sure the Student Council has all the information regarding me right? What else do you need to know?" Just like the president, the young man was studying her reactions. "When Kaichou's asking you a question, please show some respect and answer the question, Hyoudou-senpai." Everyone in the room could detect that hint of bitterness coming from Genshirou. But the 3rd year student swiftly corrected his attitude by sternly scolding him, "That's enough, Saji. Do you want to embarrass me any further?".

"But Kaich–" A silent glare from his president immediately shut him up. "Please forgive him, Hyoudou-san. Saji is still a new member. He still has much to learn." Issei proved to her that no harm was done with a grin and a sway of his hand. "Anyway, tell us more about yourself, Hyoudou-san." The crimson-haired lady decided to bring back the topic. "You sure are quite demanding, Gremory-san." He jokingly pointed out while leaning back against the sofa.

"When an Unknown Devil and an Angel entered my territory without any permission, then yes. I can and have the right be demanding." She narrowed her eyes a little to show her slight annoyance at his constant nonchalant attitude. Rias then decided to just be straight with him. "I've grown tired at this little game of yours, Hyoudou-san. We know you're a Devil and we're Devils as well." Her bluntness made him pause of a second before he sat back up and smirked at them. "Hoh? Is that so?" He said nothing else and went back enjoying the tea. His casual reply was really irritating Rias as her right eye began twitching a few times. "That's all you have to say to us? Which of the 32 Pillars are you from? Or are you an Extra Devil?"

It was then Issei flashed a confused expression and tried to correct her, "32 Pillars? You meant 72, right?" Even Gabriel who's been silence all this time became alert by the the crimson girl's statement. Just like the duo, the devils were staring back at them with the exact looks. "Wait, did you not learn the our history at all? Our houses had been reduced to 32 after the Devil Civil War."

"I left the Underworld a long time ago...Wait, Civil War?!" The club members were abruptly startled by the unclassified devil's resounding voice as he stood up from his seat with the look of pure shock. But he quickly recollected him and sat back down. "...Could you tell me the remaining 32 clans?" After an audible gulp, he asked the group with a trembling voice. Though Rias did find his reaction and the lack of such knowledge odd, she was proud to take this opportunity to educate him.

"The remaining 32 Pillars are: Bael, Agares, Vassago, Gamigin, Amon, Barbatos, Paimon, Sitri, Beleth, Zepar, Sallos, Purson, Naberius, Glasya-Labolas, Berith, Astaroth, Forneus, Asmoday, Furfur, Stolas, Phenex, Shax, Uvall, Furcas, Balam, Gremory, Oriax, Vapula, Valac, Andrealphus, Belial Datalion."

He sat there in silence as he dissected the information "...What's the cause of this civil war?" He forcefully pressed on.

"Long story short, the Descendants of Four Great Satans wanted to start another Great War. When other clans were opposing the idea because having another Great War would lead to the annihilation of our kind, Members of the Satan Faction threatened to wipe out all those who were against their decisions. So seeing how the descendants couldn't be reasoned with, the Great King of Bael and Archduke of Agares decided to rally other clans to form an Anti-Satan Faction and overthrow the Old Satan Faction."

"... ... ..." Gabriel anxiously observed the young man who became quiet. She saw him gritting his teeth and both his clenched fists were trembling in rage and frustration. "...I need to go now." Everyone watched in surprised as Issei abruptly teleported away from the room. "Wha– The audacity of him leaving just like–" Rias began fuming from being offended by the rudeness of her guest.

The girl never got the chance to finish her complain as the only angel in the room stood from her seat and apologized to them. "You will get your answer tomorrow, Rias Gremory-san, Sona Sitri-san. You have my word." The group of devils were quite puzzled by the angel's sad smile. "...Thank you for your tea, and it's a pleasure to meet you all." She respectfully bowed one last time and left to search the young man. After a pregnant silence, the president of the student council finally asked, "...How did she know that I'm from the Sitri clan?"

The Dimensional Gap, is a void world that existed between three worlds: Heaven, Earth Underworld. Anything that entered this vast realm without magical, demonic power or or other protection would die in a matter of second. A cry of anger mixed with sadness echoed across the dimensional gap as a section of the domain was unexpectedly pained in pitch black.

At the centre of the abyssal was a floating lone creature with tears heavily flowing down to its cheeks. The creature had long straight black hair, reaching down to its waist. The distinctive features about it were the two long forward-pointing horns, and a pair of large, black bat wings.

It heaved a few times before mustering all its strength to"RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARH!" unleash another excruciating bellow while simultaneously discharging a burst of darkness. "...Issei." Immediately after the explosion died down, a second voice broke the silence. She called for it...or him, but was ignored.

The angel, Gabriel had entered the dimensional gap to search for him. She was no longer in her late teen and academic uniform. Instead, she wore a sleeveless, gold trimmed, pure white robes. Her angel appearance was a lot more dangerously enticing as her natural buxom and curvaceous body had matured to a whole new level. With a halo shining above her head and 12 silver coloured wings on her back, the angel had proven herself as one of the Four Great Seraph.

"...Satan." She tried again. There's reaction, because the devil turned his bloodlusting crimson eyes to her. Although his glare would send anyone fleeing from him, she wasn't afraid. She knew deep down inside, he would never harm her.

Slowly and steadily, she hovered towards him. "Don't..." The devil attempted to back away but she caught his hand and pulled him into a tight embrace. She then affectionately patted the back of his head to console him. The seraph frowned worriedly after feeling little to no reaction from the him. So she decided to pull each other apart. There, her empathetic jades met his sorrowful rubies.

Self-Hatred. Anguish. Regret.

Those were the 3 major negative emotions coming from those eyes. Gabriel gently caressed his left cheek as she took his head and guided onto her chest while carefully avoided those horns of his. "I'm here. I'm here, Satan. You don't need to hold back. I'm here with you. I always will." Sooner than she thought, the devil began to tear up again. He cried out loud in her embrace as the discovery and truth of his people's demise tore his heart to pieces.
