USPW: Friday Night CageZone Episode 3
Venue: Universal Studios Theme Park
Date: April 3rd, 2020
State/City: Orlando, FL
(Shots of a steel cage is shown like a monster or serial killer would be highlighted in a horror movie.)
Inside these walls, bodies are put to their test and limits will be broken…
(Screams could be heard and the cage rattling is also sounded throughout the shots of the cage appearing.)
It breaks many and leaves no mercy…tonight, many will step inside, locked in to only try to escape and some may feel a broken bone or two.
(A final frame of the steel cage is shown before the opening sound of "Another Way Out" by Hollywood Undead starts up. Shots go to the ring where Joey Janela goes through a stack of tables, Brodie Lee rattles a steel pipe on the steel wall, Connor Gates falls hitting a Diving Leg Drop to an unknown opponent from the top of the cage, Kennedy Lee hits the Amazon Spike on Marzia Servelli and Moose hits a Spear to Bull James through the cage wall.)
Voices won't go away, they stay for days and days
They say some awful things, things to make you fade away
I don't think no one's home, And we're just here alone
I better find you first, before you find the phone
(Mason bites on the lock holding the cage door closed, Zach and Pound City hit an unknown opponent with a Triple Powerbomb, Cody hits a Moonsault smiling at the camera, Preston rises to the top of the cage posing, and Astrid hits a Gutwrench Suplex on Gail Kim.)
You better run, better run, better run, yeah I'm coming after you
When you're sleeping in the night, yeah, there's nothing you can do
There's no place you can hide side I'm coming after you
I wish there was another way out for you
(Kenny Omega hitting the V-Trigger on Juice Robinson and finger banging to the crowd, Cody Fireheart soars through the air hitting a Diving Headbutt to Logan Gage, but Logan hitting a Spear on the bird man, King Randy whacking a random wrestler with his scepter and Rob Van Dam executing the Van Daminator to an unknown Sabu. The logo for CageZone appears as it is bold white letters with a chain link fence covering it as the scene transitions to the main stage.)
"We are live from the theme park of Universal Studios out here in Orlando, Florida as spring break draws near for kids here leaving the hot weather to settle in. Many park goers are here in full force enjoying themselves as we get set for three world titles to be on the line," Russ stated.
(The ring has normal black ropes with black apron coverings with the USPW logo (north and south) and the CageZone word with the steel cage over it (east and west) on them. The guardrails separated fans from the ring as the steel cage was already set up around it with referees ringside to monitor the action. The long entrance way went up to the front gates and a giant titantron was placed to the right side among the trees and the Universal Globe was spinning right in front of the ring to be a sight to see.)
"Russ Markley and Greg Justice here as we are set for a good night of action! Jon Moxley defends his AEW World Championship against Marcus Sloan after a brief Twitter war of words and trust me, even though Moxley likes getting violent, Marcus is no pushover," Russ stated as he wore his usual black tuxedo taking advantage of the low heat in the mid-60's.
"Not to mention, the AAA Mega Championship will be defended as Kenny Omega puts it all on the line against Rey Fenix, PAC, and William Ashworth. The Aztec gold will be hung in the balance against these familiar faces and the Best Bout Machine has his word cut out for himself facing Fenix and PAC before this encounter, but he has yet to contend with the big man of the Bloodline. Plus, he's in trouble should someone else get pinned or submitted meaning he could lose that title anyway," Greg added as he wore a grey "COLLAR/WOBLE" shirt and dark jeans as the commentary team stood among the crowd.
"We also have the Wildcat Championship on the line as well as Brandon defending the U.S. Championship against Ivan in the Russian Brawler's rematch clause. We also have legend Greg "The Hammer" Valentine taking on Colt Cabana and the debut of new superstar Shotglass. Finally, Matt Hardy has accepted the challenge of Cody Runyon for a rematch here tonight so a very stacked card all inside that steel structure," Russ explained.
("I Come From Money (V2)" by S-Preme)
(The crowd started cheering as a security guard raised the gate for the General Manager and Investor of USPW coming out in a nice red suit, royal blue tie, blue buttoned-up shirt, red pants, and black shoes. He comes out despoiling dollar bills to the crowd with his face on them and shaking their hands.)
"Here comes our boss and the son of the Million Dollar Man who has promised a bright future for USPW. Ted has been doing a fine job ever since he showed up last month," Russ stated.
"Not to mention, even though he's not hanging up those boots officially, he's mostly hard at work giving the fans what they want," Greg added.
(Ted came ringside grabbing a microphone from a ringside worker and he climbs the glistening metal of the steel steps heading inside the cage. He looks up as he takes it all in before his theme music dies down. The crowd chanted "TED! TED! TED! TED! TED!" as he smiled off at them.)
"Well, a very welcoming reception from the Orlando crowd tonight. I'm glad we could bring you all the best wrestling from all over and it's only gonna get better from here. I've been in business meeting after business meeting discussing with my colleagues and Hank on what we can do to improve it here in USPW and we have a few ideas. Starting after Luck of the Draw, we are heading across the pond to the United Kingdom for a live tour!" Ted announced as the crowd started cheering loudly mainly the British and European fans.
"We are heading to the U.K. soon, huh? You might want to get that traveler's guide, Greg," Russ teased.
"Also, while there, we will hold a grand tournament to find the best that Europe has to that offer. Over the next seven days on that tour, 16-men will compete inside the ring and will prove to the world what the British fight is all about. Awaiting the winner, there will be a gold trophy and….and….and an instant match for the USPW European Championship!" Ted announced as the crowd cheered really loud.
("Ready 4 Reaction" by BONFIRE)
(A ballistic cheer came from the crowd as ROTHChester came out in his pink unicorn top hat and yellow tights with blue rings around the legs along with his black-laced white boots. He also wears a "Phantom's Welcome" black shirt as he holds up his lighter coming down the red carpet and slaps fives with the fans.)
"And speaking of Europe's finest, here comes the man who put on a good showing for the European Title, but just came up short," Greg stated.
(ROTHChester ran and skipped down hugging fans before heading up the steel steps through the ropes. The Swedish native shared the ring with the boss getting his own mic as he soaked in the cheers and clapped his hands.)
"Nothing like a sweet lit party, ja? That's right! I heard backstage that you announced this tournament showcasing the best in Europe and who better than to compete than a man with a heavy heart of European pride! I got my fireworks, I got my unicorns, I got my fans, and I got the will to fight!" ROTHChester explained.
"I always liked the tenacity and excitement you bring and that shows true initiative to come out here to announce your intentions to the fans," Ted stated.
"I'm always about my boys and girls out there. In Sweden, I'm a huge riot and I like taking it all over the world with me. I'm gonna fight and fight to get a shot at Ralston one more time. It's gonna be one of the toughest endeavors of my life, but I'm ready everyone!" ROTHChester exclaimed getting the fans hyped up.
("Wave Your Hands" by Joe Hendry)
(The crowd booed loudly with few cheering as Joe Hendry from Ring of Honor came out with his acoustic guitar with a blue flannel quilt attached to his waist. He walked out strumming a few notes.)
"I wouldn't be too fond of myself getting that far, lad. For there's only one true European bleeding lad to take a front step forward. The singing and most handsome Scotsman to ever grace the wrestling ring. It's the most amazing man to ever live, serving defeat to a man with no light or fire to give," Hendry insulted.
"Hey! No fire, you say? I got your fire right here, ja?!" ROTHChester exclaimed as he held up his lighter.
"I'm also entering this tournament and I'm going to embarrass you in front of your own home country…no, no, your entire home continent. It's going to be the greatest moment of my career," Hendry declared as he walked closer to the ring.
"Sounds like we got our first two entrants for the tournament during the U.K. Tour. However, I think it would be beneficial to see you two duke it out. As we have no time to spare on this program, next Monday is both your chances to make it known why you want that final shot," Ted announced.
(ROTHChester nodded as the crowd cheered him on and Joe Hendry started glaring down the fireworks enthusiast while the Swedish native points at the guitarist and lights his lighter one last time before his theme starts kicking on once more and he gets on the upper left corner pumping the crowd up for his upcoming match.)
(The scene transitions over to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter as Inner Circle members Sammy Guevara, Santana, Ortiz, and "Le Champion" Chris Jericho all ordered some Butterbeers as they each took a glass raising it up to each other's clinking as they wore normal street clothes.)
"If there's one place you can always catch me at here at Universal Studios, it's definitely the world of that nerd Harry Potter. Butterbeer is definitely a unique kind of the bubbly, but there's no guessing if it's good or not," Jericho stated as he drank some of his beer.
"You know, Harry, Moxley, and Cody can all resonate with something…they all three are losers suffering in isolation," Guevara stated.
"I would personally like to extend an expression of condolences to Cody for being at home resting and possibly curling up in a corner crying his eyes out. I sympathize with him, I really do. However, actions have consequences and he wanted to test fate to see if he was lucky. Luck is for chumps and Le Champion knows how to play that game. Get well soon, Cody, but please don't be dumb in decision making…which I know is asking for a lot," Jericho explained as he stared into the camera to the boos of the crowd.
Commercial Break…
("The Search" by NF)
(The crowd cheered loudly getting the first of three world title bouts underway as Marcus came out in his normal attire pumping himself up as he slapped fives with the fans. He rubbed some powder in his hands and smacked them together walking the red carpet to the ring.)
"The following contest is set to be contested inside a Steel Cage and it is for the AEW World Championship! Introducing first, the challenger, from Dallas, Texas, weighing 323 lbs., Marcus Sloan!" Richard announced.
"This man may not have gold right now, but this is the chance of a lifetime for him after spatting with Moxley on Twitter. A bit of testing fate for the enabler of unscripted violence," Russ stated.
"You gotta understand that Moxley thrives off playing mind games. He did it to the Inner Circle and he won the world title of his company as a result. This might be good practice since he is scheduled for Jake Hager, who recently made Kenny Omega submit two days ago on Dynamite," Greg added.
(Marcus comes closer seeing the steel cage and stomps up the steel steps getting in as he raises his arms and motioned for the world title coming home with him.)
("Unscripted Violence" by Violent Idols)
(The sound of this familiar theme made fans cheer ballistically as Jon Moxley emerged from a parked camper coming out with his title over the right shoulder and he finished a water bottle crushing it before throwing it to the side and shutting the door. He wears a black leather jacket and grey camo pants with black combat boots as he started coming up and through the crowd.)
"His opponent, representing All Elite Wrestling, from Cincinnati, Ohio, weighing 231 lbs., he is the current reigning and defending AEW World Champion, JONNNNNNNNNNNNNNN MOXXXXXXLLLEYYYYYYYYYY!" Richard announced.
(Moxley comes through the audience and slaps fives getting touched as he raises his belt and stares down Marcus in the ring.)
"Jon Moxley won the title two months ago at AEW Revolution against Chris Jericho after refusing to join his Inner Circle faction. Moxley made it his priority to come after that title after dealing with Omega," Russ stated.
"Not to mention, Moxley started working in New Japan Pro-Wrestling managing to become the IWGP United States Champion. At Wrestling Dontaku, he's got to contend with the worst though as he takes on King Randy and the Switchblade of Bullet Club, Jay White," Greg added.
(Moxley came over the guardrail raising his world title to the camera zooming in on the logo before he comes up the steps throwing off his jacket and closing the door himself smiling as he hands over the title to USPW referee Howard Crinkle while both men got in the other's face.)
Howard raised the title before separating both men opening the cage door and giving it to Richard and his fellow referee Oscar Johnson locks the door tightly while the crowd cheers for both men to give a good fight. Howard keeps them separated as Jon relaxes in the lower left corner and Marcus eyes him down before the bell rings for the start as both men start to circle one another. Jon tried psyching Marcus out coming in for a lock-up and backing off when Marcus responded playing his usual mind games. Moxley stuck his face out giving Marcus a free hit as he slaps his cheek. Marcus kicks Moxley in the gut holding him up and hitting a forearm knocking Moxley into the east end ropes. Marcus grabs the head of Moxley bashing it repeatedly agains the cage wall letting Moxley go to the canvas holding his head.
"Marcus done with playing games already and Moxley learning that pain is coming sooner than he thought," Russ stated.
Marcus grabs Moxley up whipping him into the north end ropes picking Moxley up hitting a Sidewalk Slam as Moxley screams in pain. Marcus doesn't go for the pin as he gets up along with grabbing Jon's hair, but Jon hits shots to the stomach coming back and he kicks the gut hitting multiple chops to Marcus's chest barely getting a fazeable reaction. Moxley runs the west end ropes trying for a Shoulder Charge, but Marcus shoves him back and Moxley stands on one knee on the recoil. Moxley gets up trying again, but Marcus hits a Release Body Takedown and hits an elbow drop on Moxley's back. Marcus gets Moxley up by the hair whipping him into the lower right corner going for a Corner Splash, but Mox trips Marcus into the top rope. Moxley then kicks the knees getting Marcus on his own before backing up pointing fingers at the head and running to his a Corner Knee Strike to the back of the head into the steel wall. Marcus goes on his back as the crowd cringes in agony!
"Knee strike to the back of the head and using the cage wall as extra padding," Greg observed as he shivered.
Moxley rolls Marcus to the middle of the ring and stomps the head a few times before running the ropes hitting a Knee Drop to the head before hooking the right leg.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Marcus pushes Jon off at 2.5!
Marcus grabs his head before shaking away a growing headache and getting to his knees before Moxley rain elbows down furiously on it. Moxley kept up his elbow barrage, but Marcus no-selled most of them before getting up to drive Moxley back first in the upper left corner ramming the champion in the gut. Marcus then hit big chops to the chest making Moxley go down to his knees and the former NBA star got Moxley in a Inverted Dragon Sleeper getting him to the middle hitting an Inverted DDT. Marcus then hook both legs of Moxley's.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Moxley powered out at 2.6!
"Marcus coming back as Moxley trying his best to keep the big man grounded, but Marcus showing his strength can be his greatest feat against anyone," Greg observed.
Marcus gets Moxley up and he sent the lunatic up against the north cage wall as Moxley sold it spazzing and holding his head. Marcus gets Moxley up getting the champion up in a gorilla press throwing him against the south cage wall as Moxley screamed in pain arching his back up. Marcus grabs the feet hitting five stomps on the chest before an elbow down on the stomach and Moxley grabbed it coughing up saliva. Moxley curled up as the former basketball star raised an arm and roared with the crowd giving a mixed reaction mostly holding out for Moxley retaining, but Marcus grabbed the lunatic up and hits a Headbutt getting Moxley down in the lower right corner hitting a Corner Splash making Moxley go on his stomach holding it and then splashing down on the champion's back flipping him over before attempting a pin.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Moxley kicked out at 2.6!
"Moxley getting demolished as Marcus uses his strength and immense size to his advantage looking to break the world champion down so he can't get back up," Russ stated.
Marcus gets Moxley up whipping him into the upper left corner, but Moxley gets on the middle rope backflipping off over Marcus before he hits a Paradigm Shift seemingly out of nowhere to the crowd's pleasure! Moxley stares in shock and then gets Marcus back up hoping for another one and then hits one before flipping Marcus on his back covering the big man.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Marcus shoots his right arm up at 2.5!
Moxley sits up and breathes heavily trying to find some way of getting Marcus down and out for good before attempting to climb the north cage wall looking for the escape option. Moxley scrambled up as best he could, but Marcus got himself up and Moxley sustained some nasty bumps making his progress slower before the former basketball star ran up grabbing Moxley by the waist. Marcus climbs the ropes and then hits Moxley with a German Suplex off the cage wall making Jon land on his stomach spitting out so much saliva. Marcus laughs his head off getting up staring down Moxley in the eyes before getting his opponent up whipping him off the south end ropes before hitting the Big Boot and running the east end ropes to hit a Splash hooking the legs.
"1…2…." The ref counted, but Moxley powered out at 2.6!
"Moxley trying for the early escape after hitting two copies of the Paradigm Shift, but Marcus wasn't going to lose that easily and miss this chance," Greg stated.
Marcus grabs Jon up by the throat trying for a Chokeslam, but Moxley envades it hitting a low blow as Marcus drops on his knees and it is completely legal. Jon runs the east end ropes hitting a Bicycle Knee Strike taking Marcus down on the canvas before turning him on his back. Moxley climbs the upper right corner and pointed to his elbow jumping to hit the big man in the chest before covering him shoulders down.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Marcus pushes Moxley off at 2.6!
Jon wipes sweat from his forehead trying everything in his power before getting back up hyping the crowd up ready to put an end to this. Marcus uses the north ropes to help him up with Jon stalking him from afar before Marcus gets turned around into a Paradigm Shift for the third time! Jon then asks for the door to be opened as he quickly makes it over with the referee on the outside opening the cage door and Moxley trying to squeeze through the ropes, but everyone booed heavily seeing Jake Hager run down the ramp with a steel chair quickly blasting Moxley in the head busting him open and back into the cage. Hager gets in the cage getting serious heat for his interference and he starts hitting Jon on the stomach with the chair really laying in the assault.
"Hager is here! Hager is here! Moxley getting beaten like a government mule and you had to expect this seeing as Hager has the next shot for the world title," Greg stated.
Hager then gets Jon up and bends him over hitting the Gutwrench Powerbomb on the canvas shaking the ring with the boos rising even more. Marcus sits up in the upper right corner and watches his opponent get decimated before his eyes as Hager starts to leave. However, Marcus gets up and turns him around trash talking to his face about getting in this match when Moxley is his to deal with. Hager gets in the face as the referee tries to get these two separated as Moxley is laid out in the middle of the ring. The crowd cheers Marcus standing up for what's right and Marcus pushes Hager against the cage door, but he sees up the ramp and notices his arch-nemesis Ivan Salkov wearing a royal red MMA robe coming down with his hands behind his back and walking with white boots on. Marcus screams at the Russian to get out of here as Ivan inches closer getting major boos from the crowd.
"First Hager and then Ivan decides to show himself. I guess old habits just don't die in wrestling as this invasion has crossed rivalries with one another," Russ stated.
Ivan came up the steps and opened the cage door coming in pushing Hager down and getting up to Marcus. Marcus started the brawl hitting punches to the head making the crowd go crazy as the former basketball star pushed his Russian adversary into the west cage wall. He tried squashing Ivan up against it, but got blasted with a Spear and several punches to the head as Marcus tries protecting his face. Moxley got up in the upper right corner while Hager went at him, but Moxley kicks Hager in the family jewels and hits the Paradigm Shift making the crowd cheer on the action. Ivan gets up facing Jon as the lunatic got his fists ready and Ivan stepped closer before smirking and backing off out of the cage door to massive boos for being a coward. Moxley then looks down on Marcus as he didn't particularly want to win with a cheap interference so he just decided to head out the cage door and jumps down winning the match.
("Unscripted Violence" by Violent Idols)
"Here is your winner via escaping the cage and STILL the AEW World Champion, Jon Moxley!" Richard announced.
"So I guess Ivan was satisfied with his dominance on Marcus and just fed him to Moxley, but the champ didn't want to end it that way," Russ stated.
"If anything, Jon is pretty honorable that he won't take an easy victory so he decides to leave the door open for Marcus down the road for a potential rematch," Greg added.
(Moxley grabbed his title lifting it in the air and pointed to Marcus nodding as if inviting Marcus for a rematch down the road as he starts making his way into the crowd. Marcus breathed heavily laying on his back promising revenge against Ivan for costing him one of the biggest opportunities of his career.)
Commercial Break…
(The crowd would be shocked as they saw Darby Allin atop the steel cage sitting on one of the high poles with a microphone in his hands.)
"The clock….the clock is eerily striking closer to my dance and my moment of battle with Preston at Luck of the Draw. Over the weekend, I showed up to give Preston a sight of interest…to show him just the man he was up against. Preston thinks he can't be beaten by any mere man…so it's gonna take a man that lives in the shadows to show him that he's not indestructible and show him that even the most influential men can be brought down to their knees in total despair. As I ascend to glory and take the Television Championship…he will see what's at the top of the staircase that he will undoubtedly struggle to climb…as he thinks nothing can stop him. That nothing will stand in his way…but there is something…no matter what corners he cuts, no matter what shortcuts he is able to find, no matter what he thinks is the right path for him to travel, I'm always gonna be there…and he will have to relive every moment of pain he's only caused for himself," Darby stated as his theme played before he looked off into the crowd.
("SCU" by Vextemper feat. Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian, and Scorpio Sky)
(Christopher Daniels comes out to a mixed reaction mostly cheers from the hardcore indy fans for Daniels's earlier career as he wears a black buttoned-up vest and black tights with red boots having a black trim. He also wore sunglasses and a black sleeveless jacket.)
"The following contest is set to be contested inside a Steel Cage, introducing first from the Hollywood Hills in Southern California, representing SCU, weighing 224 lbs., "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels!" Richard announced.
"Daniels is a classic on the independent circuit and he still competes today even nearing the halfway point of his life," Russ stated.
"He's had his hands full with the Dark Order and the sudden save from Colt Cabana coming into AEW, but the trio hasn't been the same ever since losing the AEW World Tag Team Titles. Maybe Chris can get them back on track in this technical dream match," Greg added.
(Chris came down the ramp slapping fives and holding up one fist which is his right one before coming up the steps inside the cage and he outstretched his hands climbing the upper right corner.)
("My Last Breath x Behind These Hazel Eyes (Mashup)" by Evanescence and Kelly Clarkson)
(The countdown goes from 5 to 1 as Jonathan appears out of the gate wearing his normal hoodie with a black sleeveless shirt under it saying "The Sigma" in dark purple letters and the same green tights from Niagara Brawls Night 2. He throws back his hood as golden pyro rains down from above and his face is half-painted purple with a white dividing line.)
"Introducing his opponent, from Columbus, Ohio, weighing 237 lbs., he is to be referred to as the Sigma Leader and an independent soul, representing the Bloodline, Jonathan Steele!" Richard announced.
"Jonathan challenging Preston one more time trapping themselves down in the boiler room and we can only imagine how drastic they are gonna make it," Russ stated.
(Jonathan takes off his hoodie shaking hands with his fans before he drops his hoodie on the floor and heads up the steps into the cage before staring down Daniels. Daniels discarded his jacket and vest looking at Jonathan with a determined glare. The acting referee is USPW referee Tyrone Regis as he keeps both men separated as the cage door is locked tightly.)
The bell rings as both men circle one another tagging hands before initiating a full lockup with Daniels getting Jonathan in a headlock, but Jonathan ducking to a waist lock hitting a Body Takedown and then to a front facelock, but Daniels gets the headlock back wrenching hard on the head punching Jonathan in the face three times. They get another lockup with Daniels swerving behind for a waist lock, but Jonathan tosses him on his ass getting in a chin lock before driving three left knees to the back getting some payback. Jonathan then gets Chris up, but Chris sweeps the legs trying for a Standing Moonsault, but Jonathan kips up catching a boot to Chris's stomach trying for Lights Out, but Chris pushes Jonathan away hitting a Lariat.
"Nice opening for both men as they seem to be even for the meantime and Chris is looking to get ahead," Russ stated.
Chris gets Jonathan up hitting him into the north end wall as Jonathan holds his face going down and Chris hits his Standing Moonsault. Chris then jumps on the west end top rope trying for an Arabian Press, but Jonathan springs up just to catch Chris for a Spinning Powerslam in the middle of the ring. Chris holds his back in agony as Jonathan hits a few elbow drops on the chest and gets Chris up whipping him into the upper left corner hitting a Corner Clothesline followed by a Cutter. Jonathan then tries climbing the west end wall trying to make this a quick one, but Daniels crawls to the ropes quickly getting up just as Jonathan gripped the top, but punches to the back got him to stop. Daniel then tried for a High Cross off the cage, but Jonathan kept a good grip not letting up before trying for a Hurricarana, but Daniels landed on his feet only for Jonathan to a Springboard Moonsault on Daniels.
"Oh my god! It's like these two know their counters before they even do it!" Greg exclaimed.
Jonathan then climbs the lower left corner waiting for Daniels to get up as Jonathan hits a Diving Tornado DDT. Daniels holds his head as Jonathan gets him up whipping him into the west end ropes hitting a Back Body Drop, but Daniels springs his legs around Jonathan rolling him up on the other side before hitting a Roundhouse Kick and then hitting a Full Nelson German Suplex on the mat! The crowd cringed as Daniels went up the east cage wall trying for his own escape as Jonathan feels his neck and the indy darling gets to the top rather quickly. Jonathan then gets back up springing on the top rope managing to just grab the left leg of Daniels trying to jerk him down as he succeeds. Daniels elbows Jonathan in the head as he tries climbing fast, but Jonathan comes up with him bouncing his face off the cage wall before Daniels drops a little. Jonathan then grabs Daniels and then hits Lights Out from the very top making Daniels spring up in pain. Jonathan rolled Daniels up in an inside cradle afterwards.
"1…2…3!" The ref counted as Jonathan sits up clutching his neck as he won.
("My Last Breath x Behind These Hazel Eyes (Mashup)" by Evanescence and Kelly Clarkson)
"Here is your winner, "The Instant Classic" Jonathan Steele!" Richard announced.
"What a brief contest, but these two told of their experience in this one. They knew how to counter one another at just the right moment," Russ stated.
"Pretty back-and-forth if you ask me. They knew the playbook in wrestling and showed off their years of experience. Daniels may have lost, but he's still got a lot to prove in the mid-prime of his career," Greg added.
(Daniels got himself up on his bum holding his head and trying to control the pounding headache he got. Jonathan used the south end ropes to get up as he raised a hand for his victory with the crowd cheering him on.)
("Boom Boom" by Kidd Russell)
(Colt Cabana came out to various cheers and some boos as he wears his usual singlet and carries a microphone looking down the ring.)
"I have to say guys….that was halfway decent. Better than what most guys in the back can conjure up. Speaking veteran to veterans, you guys know how to move in that ring and that's why you both killed it out there. The fans surely know their taste and Jonathan, you had a great showing against one of the best independent stars on the planet. A man that I had the honor of sharing that ring with before," Colt stated as he clapped his hands.
(Jonathan stepped out of the cage watching Colt as he went down the steps and Daniels got up as well resting in a corner.)
"However, it's now time for a real star like myself…someone that brings the BOOM!...to enter that ring and do what I do best. I'm not waiting, because a newbie and legend are waiting in the wings for me to stomp and pulverize them. Play my music and let's get things started," Colt stated as he dropped the mic coming down to his theme.
"Well, Colt wasn't scheduled until later on, but I guess he wants the spotlight now to follow strong after Jonathan vs. Daniels. It's Colt Cabana against Greg Valentine and the arrival of a new rising star, Shotglass. This all coming up next on CageZone!" Russ announced.
Commercial Break…
("Crazy Town" by Jason Aldean)
(The crowd started cheering as a red-haired man came down the ring wearing a green trench coat, green trunks with gold wavy lines on the back, and black wrestling boots. He also wore a brown leather cowboy hat that he threw to a small boy in the crowd and he put his sunglasses on a young blonde girl before heading ringside.)
"The following Triple Threat Match is set to be contested inside a Steel Cage! Introducing first, from Memphis, Tennessee, weighing 223 lbs., Shotglass!" Richard announced.
"Shotglass, a 51-year old veteran of the sport who made his debut back in 2007 and briefly retired in 2014 to be with his second newborn and to spend quality time with his family before he decided to make a return in 2019 wrestling on the independent circuit. He is known for his time in Memphis Tennessee Wrestling, Combat Zone Wrestling, Australian Huckleberry Wrestling, Bar Wrestling, and Insane Championship Wrestling," Russ read form his cue cards.
"He also trained with James Storm a little bit as well as training with technical wizards like Shane Helms and Lance Storm to get him in gear with his main move set," Greg added.
(Colt bent down in the upper left corner doing some stretches as Greg Valentine was already in the upper right corner taking off his robe full of hearts. Shotglass came up the steps hollering to the fans and got in the ring before going to the north cage wall pulling out a Budweiser to drink and spitting out beer to the crowd wiggling his tongue around. Tyrone Regis is the official once more for this match considering Colt came out earlier so he decided to stick around.)
Shotglass takes off his coat and sets it on the steel steps before all three competitors are locked in as Greg fixed his socks under his white boots as he also wears yellow trunks with "The Hammer" on the back in bold white. The ref separated all three men calling for the bell as Colt stuck his hand out for a shake towards Shotglass and the cowboy responded with a friendly nod shaking Colt's hand as Colt raised the left arm of Shotglass to the cheering crowd. Colt tried for a Clothesline, but Shotglass reverses it into a Hip Toss on the younger wrestler. Colt is stunned as Greg kicks him down hitting elbow drops on the younger opponent and Shotglass hits a Leg Drop on Colt sealing the brief alliance. Greg gets Colt up shoving him into the upper left corner hitting forearms all the way through and Shotglass did the same. Greg whips Colt off the west end ropes before he hits a Spinebuster on Colt.
"The old timers really giving it to Colt and you got to wonder if it was a smart decision to get an old rookie going on a serious rookie mistake," Russ stated.
Colt gets shoved to the side as Shotglass hits chops to the chest of Greg and the cowboy throws the arm against Greg's head. Greg stumbled back as Shotglass runs the west end ropes hitting a Running Dropkick taking Greg down. Shotglass then tries for the cage door as the referee on the outside tries opening it quickly and Colt comes over bashing Shotglass in the head and kneeing him down in the lower left corner. Colt then hits a Belly-to-Back Suplex on the old rookie getting Shotglass to grab his back in pain. Colt then mocked Shotglass getting multiple boos from the audience as he gets Shotglass up and whipped him into the upper left corner with Colt running in with a ramming shoulder.
"Ramming shoulder by Colt and Shotglass reeling from the pain in his stomach after his failed getaway," Greg added.
Greg gets up in the upper right corner as Colt punches the head of the Hall of Farmer and hits a Sanpmare on Greg getting him on his back. He uses the top rope to hit a knee to the face plenty of times and holds it there with Tyrone trying to get Colt off. Colt backs up attempting the Superman Pin on Greg, but got caught with a Superkick by Shotglass stunning the audience! Shotglass then grabs Colt's legs and stomps the midsection twice before hooking him up in a Texas Cloverleaf making Colt scream his head off as he had nowhere to go in the middle. Shotglass firmly kept himself in the middle as Colt used his elbow strength to keep afloat trying not to give in. Shotglass pulls further north as Colt holds his head in immense pain and shakes it vigorously.
"You can see the pain in Colt's eyes that he wants to, but he doesn't want to give the rookie the satisfaction," Russ stated.
Greg came up by the east end ropes running to hit a Running Elbow to Shotglass breaking the hold before grabbing the legs of Colt as Cabana pleaded with Greg. Greg nodded to the audience before going through the process and locking Colt in his famous Figure-Four Leg Lock as Colt really has nowhere to go this time and screams at the referee. Shotglass landed an elbow on Greg's chest breaking the hold as Colt escapes holding his legs and the cowboy gets more shots to the chest. Shotglass gets Greg up as Greg punches the stomach of Shotglass hitting a botched Hip Toss barely lifting Shotglass over the shoulder and tripping after execution of the move.
"Looks like Greg tried for some kind of judo throw and completely missed the mark. He's old for sure," Greg stated.
Shotglass was barely affected by the move as he got up stomping the face of Greg as Colt stalks Shotglass from behind rolling up the cowboy extending the legs farther over the rookie.
"1…2…3!" The ref counted as Colt releases his pin running around the ring in victory.
("Boom Boom" by Kidd Russell)
"Here is your winner, Colt "Boom Boom" Cabana!" Richard announced as the veteran started heading out of the cage taking an egotistical victory lap around the ring.
"Thats the beauty of three-men matches. You get distracted and your opponent gets their chance to capitalize," Russ stated.
"Colt taking advantage when Shotglass was too busy with Greg. Shotglass putting his boot to the face of Greg, but Colt had his hands free rolling up the cowboy in order to get a win you can argue that was wrapped in a nice gift box for him," Greg added.
(Colt clapped for himself raising both hands as he ran back up the ramp and Shotglass is a little perturbed about the lost while Greg sits in the lower right corner resting after the match.)
USPW PRESENTS SHOTGUN SATURDAY NIGHT!
LIVE: TOMORROW NIGHT AT 8/7C ON STREAMING SERVICES
("Galaxy's Greatest Alien" by Mikey Ruckus)
(Kris Statlander enters the ring inside the steel cage ready for her title shot here tonight representing AEW as she holds out her ear to the cheers of the fans wearing a purple spandex top with a green line of planets in the middle. She wears the same design trunks and purple kneepads with black boots and elbow pads.)
"Welcome back to CageZone right here on streaming services like Hulu and Amazon Prime! We are back getting set for another Triple Threat Match and this time, Black Tornado may walk in tonight her last time as Wildcat Champion. This is a unique spot for her to be in as she doesn't have to be present for the end result. Kris or Emi Sakura could come in with the victory leaving with the title," Greg explained.
"Though, Tornado has excelled in mutli-person matches before so we shouldn't count her out before the bell rings. She can use her agility to her strength and get an even edge over her competitors," Russ added.
("Sakura Go Round" by Ice-Freedom Project)
(The cheers grew loud as Emi Sakura appeared with a Japanese theater mask on that she throws away wearing a yellow spandex shirt and pants with teal blue lines going down the sides while she also wears a colorful fur coat and white boots.)
"The following Triple Threat Match is set to be contested inside a Steel Cage and it is for the USPW Wildcat Championship! Introducing first, the challengers, from Bangkok, Thailand, Emi Sakura!" Richard announced.
"Emi Sakura is a diamond in the rough when it comes to the joshi wrestlers that AEW managed to get their hands on. She knows how to strike hard and fast," Russ stated.
"And currently residing already in the ring, representing All Elite Wrestling, from the Milky Way Galaxy in our Solar System, "The Galaxy's Greatest Alien" Kris Statlander!" Richard announced.
(Emi Sakura did a traditional Japanese dance down the aisle as she tore away her coat stomping on the steps and heading inside the confines of steel. The referee officiating this math is Victoria Ashlen as she nods to both competitors.)
("Rock You Like A Hurricane" by Scorpions)
(The blast of thunder and lightning crackled over the speaker systems as Black Tornado ran out with her translucent purple cape around the shoulders and the Wildcat Championship around her waist. She threw up a fist as purple sparklers went up as her pyro.)
"From Parts Unknown, she is the current USPW Wildcat Champion, Black Tornado!" Richard announced.
"This woman has faced some turmoil in her reign so far as Wildcat Champion, but she has managed to preserve her reputation so far," Greg stated.
"She recently put Haleigh Grant out of commission getting a hard-earned victory and coming out the rightful champion, but with the debut of Carmine, it's a very delicate road for the superhero and it can crack any minute. Carmine is never too far behind when it comes to the women's title," Greg stated.
(Tornado comes up the steps taking off her cape and climbing the lower left corner raising her hands in the air before flipping into the ring. Tornado then took off her title passing it over to the referee as all three women took notice of it and Victoria raised it to the crowd before passing it to Richard outside while the cage door was locked.)
The bell rings as all three women circle one another waiting for the other to make the first move as Emi kicks Kris in the gut and knocks Tornado down with a hard punch. Kris gets decked with the Mongolian Chop to the neck and whipped off the north end ropes into Tornado, who jumps over Kris to avoid her, but suffers a Roundhouse Kick from Emi knocking the champion on her side. Emi gets Kris in a Scoop Slam on the rebound and gets a Senton Bomb on Kris punching the head and getting aggressive in the beginning of this match. Emi gets Tornado up hitting a Bodyslam with her on top of Kris as she hits a Double Foot Stomp to both women as Tornado holds her gut in so much pain.
"Emi coming out looking strong as she just decks Kris and Tornado on each other trying to get a good momentum going," Russ stated.
Emi gets Kris up by the hair hitting a Snapmare and runs the south end ropes trying for a Double Knee Strike to the face, but Kris rolls up leaving Emi to fall on her ass. Kris hits a kick to the back of Emi as the Japanese woman screams in pain and she gets elbows to the shoulder before being laid down as Kris adjusts her position hitting a Standing Moonsault on Emi's back turning her over hooking both legs.
"1..." The ref counted, but Tornado breaks it up rather quickly before a 2 could be uttered.
Tornado hits an Axe Handle down on the back of Kris before she runs the south end ropes getting a kick to the gut from Kris. Kris hits Tornado with a Suplex Slam as Tornado holds her face in pain rolling around. Kris gets Tornado up whipping him into the lower right corner before hitting an elbow to the face of Tornado. Emi gets up as Kris hits a Clothesline to bring her down before getting her up whipping her into Tornado squishing both women in the corner. Kris backs up running to hit a Double Running Dropkick in the corner getting both women to sit down. Kris then plants both knees into the faces of the women as the crowd cheers on the action.
"Now it is Kris showing how much winning this title could mean for her. She's been an overlooked talent and has many wonders for her career," Greg stated.
Kris brings Emi to the middle running the north end ropes hitting a Rolling Senton Bomb before turning covering her for a pin hooking the left leg.
"1...2..." The ref counted, but Black Tornado hit an Elbow Drop from above breaking the count.
Kris grabs her back as Tornado quickly hits a DDT on the canvas putting Kris on edge as she holds her face in pain. Tornado then gets Emi up whipping her into the west end ropes driving the knee into the gut, but Emi catches it hitting Tornado with a Reverse STO into the cage as Tornado falls on her back. Emi then grabs the legs of Tornado swinging her into the south cage wall making it rattle. Kris hits a Backstabber to Emi getting back in the driver's seat and gets up hyping the crowd around her as she gets Emi up getting a knee to her stomach before Kris hits a Facebuster and then trying for a third pin.
"1...2..." The ref counted, but Tornado pulls Kris off of Emi before the third count.
"Tornado not letting her title reign die tonight no matter how much Kris and Emi push her down," Russ stated.
Tornado kicked Kris down and shot a kick to Emi's stomach making the joshi wrestler scream in pain. Tornado then gets Kris in the lower left corner hitting rapid fire punches to the alien woman and she gets on top raising her left fist hitting the 10 punches with the crowd chanting behind her. Tornado then backflips off the corner ramming her shoulder into Kris's gut and then runs to Emi in the upper right corner hitting a Frontflip Back Elbow to the joshi wrestler. Tornado then whips Emi into Kris making both women clonk their heads together before Tornado runs hitting a Step-Up Double Meteora on both women grabbing the crowd's approval for cheers. Tornado then signals for the cage door to open as the ref opens it for her and Tornado manages to get through the ropes, but Kris gets Emi off her and then grabs Tornado's left boot preventing her from escaping. Tornado has one foot out the door and tries to get Kris off her, but she is stuck.
"Tornado one foot out and the other can't meet her as Kris barely managed to prevent her from leaving the cage so soon," Russ stated.
Emi gets up holding her neck before hitting a Mongolian chop on Tornado making the champion lay between the ropes before the referee closed the door locking it up. Emi gets Tornado in-between the cage wall and ropes hitting elbows rapidly to the head getting yelps of pain from Tornado. She then brings her in hitting a Rope Hung DDT on the champion before Kris hits a Curb Stomp on Emi and pins Tornado hooking both legs.
"1...2..." The ref counted, but Tornado kicked out at 2.4!
"Tornado getting brought in with the DDT, but even if Kris took advantage, she still is fighting for her reign to stay alive," Russ stated.
Kris holds her head getting Tornado up whipping her into the north end ropes, but Tornado reverses the whip into a Ripcord Spear on Kris! Tornado then hits a Superkick on Emi getting her in the lower left corner before running, but getting an elbow to the face. Emi then hops on the middle rope going for a Crossbody, but Tornado ducks letting Emi hit the floor. Tornado climbs the lower left corner quickly before Emi has a chance to recover and she hits her Moonsault finisher on Emi before hooking both legs.
"1...2..." The ref counted, but Kris kicks the back of Tornado breaking the pin up.
Kris falls against the north end ropes and grabs Tornado bringing both knees to the face and then grabs her hoping for the Big Bang Theory (Package Tombstone Piledriver) to end this once and for all, but Tornado ducks under the legs and pushes Kris away. Tornado climbs the west end ropes hopping to hit a Springboard Meteora on the alien woman bridging the pin.
"1...2...3!" The ref counted as Tornado gets up and holds onto the east end ropes.
("Rock You Like A Hurricane" by Scorpions)
"Here is your winner and STILL the USPW Wildcat Champion, Black Tornado!" Richard announced.
"What did I tell you? Another escape artist victory for Tornado here tonight," Russ stated.
"She puts her heart into these matches and you can really tell. Emi had the more aggressive tone and Kris was the more opportunistic, but Tornado knows when to strike at the right time. All three women gave it up for the title, but Tornado played to her smarts and won it out," Greg added.
(Tornado was awarded her title back and her right arm was raised in victory as the other one raised the Wildcat Championship to the cheering crowd. Emi got up smiling softly and stuck her hand out for a friendly shake with the superhero as they nodded to each other. Kris did the same shaking Tornado's hand and even gave her hug for a good match. Tornado was left in the cage to celebrate her win, but she didn't notice someone sneaking in and that was Carmine as the black lady hits a Superkick on the superhero.)
"Carmine! Another attack by the new star!" Russ exclaimed.
"That was another warning shot and Tornado better be beware of who she comes out against next, because it's just another stepping stone for Carmine towards the USPW Wildcat Championship," Greg added.
(The crowd booed immensely as Carmine stared down at Tornado with a sour look and she looked down at the Wildcat Championship pointing to the title as she looks to get it in the near future.)
(Ivan is gearing up for his U.S. Title rematch putting on his gloves, but Marcus storms into the locker room coming up to him as the Russian got in his face standing his ground.)
"So you want to cost a man a world title shot, do you?" Marcus asked.
"You don't deserve a title, comrade! I'm the one who is most dominate in this company! You are nothing!" Ivan screamed as he pushed Marcus.
(Marcus tackled Ivan on the ground punching the head of the Russian as the MMA brawler tried punching and kicking his way out shoot-style. The two rolled out on the ground as security and referees started pulling them apart with Ted Dibiase Jr. coming in with his hands on his head.)
"First, you both go after each other during the AEW World Title match costing our company a much-needed edge and then you two fight right here. I won't have this chaos on my watch and we still have a show to run. You two need some time apart so I'm slapping both of you with a 30-day suspension so you can get over any tribal issues you all have. Oh, and if you both break that suspension, consider a new place of employment, because you'll be fired on the spot!" Ted issued as Ivan and Marcus tried breaking away from their captors.
"Give me a match with him!" Marcus demanded.
"I will thrash you!" Ivan screamed.
"That's enough! It's now 60 days! I can bring it all up gentlemen! Get them out of here!" Ted ordered security as they struggled getting the big men through causing many low mid-card wrestlers to help out getting both men out of the vicinity of each other.
(William is then shown at the food court chewing on french fries with ketchup on them and a chili dog half-eaten was set in the food basket he got with nacho chips near his food. He sips his Pepsi drink and sets the cup down taking a bite of a chip as Jonathan comes into frame.)
"This is how you're preparing for your big night?" Jonathan asked.
"I'm getting dinner. I ain't fighting for a world title on an empty stomach," William replied.
"Completely negating the fact that stuff goes right to you," Jonathan muttered.
"A world title feast is not complete without some snacks like chili dogs and nacho chips. I am simply setting the course that I shall be a king tonight when that Mega Championship is around thy waist," William stated.
"Well, you got Kenny, Pentagon Jr., and PAC to deal with tonight. They are light years ahead of you in wrestling ability and you won't be able to rely on strength alone this time," Jonathan warned.
"I've been training with my girlfriend's father for this very moment. He never let me down and I won't let the Bloodline down. I shall join the history books and we will add another piece of gold to our inventory," William stated.
"I just hope for your sake…you don't choke. That goes for both tonight and on that food," Jonathan added.
("Natural" by Mikey Ruckus)
(The crowd cheered loudly as Dustin Rhodes comes out with his Double or Nothing 2019 attire on as he hyped the fans up. He comes out with his trench coat, body suit, and half his face painted red as he slapped fives with the fans.)
"The following contest is set to be contested inside a Steel Cage! Introducing first, from Austin, Texas, weighing 231 lbs., they call him The Natural, Dustin Rhodes!" Richard announced.
"Dustin coming out in the same attire he wore battling his own brother in the inaugural event for AEW. The match where both brothers bloodied one another till they couldn't take it no more," Russ stated.
"Hovering around 50, Dustin still moves like a young star in his age adapting well into AEW and putting on some grand matches. He will face Kip Sabian in the first round of the tournament to crown the first-ever TNT Champion," Greg added.
(Dustin took off his coat dropping it outside as he comes up the steel steps and into the cage going through the ropes as he stares out into the crowd clapping his hands.)
("Hero (Instrumental)" by Skillet)
(Preston comes out walking backwards with Connor and Viktor near him wearing new merchandise for their tag team. Preston turns around with a Bane mask on wearing his Darkseid tights and red boots with a red rings as attachments to the laces. He also wore his usual brown leather jacket and the USPW Television Championship around his waist as he came down the aisle.)
"His opponent, being accompanied to the ring by the Apocalyptic Brothers, from Austin, Texas, weighing 198 lbs., he is the USPW Television Champion, Preston Starr!" Richard announced.
"The tale of two Austin natives here tonight as Preston attempts to break another legacy tonight against the Rhodes legacy," Russ stated.
"He's got Jonathan this coming Monday on Firestorm with both men locked away down in the boiler room. They want an even finish to their rivalry and they will get it," Greg added.
(Preston takes off the Bane mask passing it to Connor and passed his jacket towards Viktor and stomped up the steps before heading inside taking off his title raising it to the boos of the crowd.)
The USPW official in charge is Oscar Johnson as he calls for the bell with Preston mocking the audience and him circling Dustin. Dustin wants a lockup, but Preston keeps himself back as the Natural trash talks him calling him a coward. Preston comes up to him slapping Dustin across the face as Dustin comes back with head punches getting into the ropes as Oscar keeps Dustin back. Preston then comes out trading hand slaps with Dustin, but Dustin gets a knee to the stomach of Preston and whips him into the lower left corner, but Preston hops over just as Dustin charges and Preston hits a Superkick getting Dustin in the corner as he starts punching Dustin in the head.
"Preston getting the veteran in the corner as he comes hard with those punches and showing his speed can outlast Dustin," Russ stated.
Preston gets Dustin in the middle hitting a Swinging Neckbreaker as Dustin grabs his back in pain while Preston tries scaling the east cage wall for a quick escape, but Dustin gets back to his feet slowly coming to climb as well. Dustin grabs Preston's right foot dragging him back down hitting the back of the younger star before Preston comes to Dustin's level. Preston hits elbows to the head of Dustin before bouncing his face off the cage wall, but Dustin returns the favor as both boys keep at it. The crowd gets really tense as Preston smashes Dustin back into the cage wall before jumping trying for a German Suplex off the cage, but Dustin kept himself stationed. Preston tried his best, but Dustin flipped a leg back low blowing Preston before turning around executing the Canadian Destroyer off the cage wall! Preston stood up before going on his back as Dustin covers Preston.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Preston kicks out at 2.7!
"Canadian Destroyer off the cage and this crowd just witnessed a near explosive move that could've ended badly. Dustin risking it to take back the advantage," Russ explained.
Dustin gets back to his feet and grabs Preston by the head whipping him into the north end ropes hitting his Running Bulldog. He turns Preston over for another cover.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Preston gets another shoulder up at 2.7!
Dustin places his hands on his hips before getting up and grabbing Preston, but Preston hits shots to the stomach of the older Rhodes sibling. Preston is a little wobbly from the last move as he gets up and hits chops to the old man's chest whipping Dustin off the west end ropes, but Dustin reverses bending over, but Preston slides across the back hitting a Roundhouse Kick to Dustin's head making the face-painted wrestler spit out. Preston then kicks the gut of Dustin before hitting a DDT in the middle of the ring and then hitting a Standing Shooting Star Press hooking the right leg of the vet.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Dustin kicked out at 2.6!
Preston then gets Dustin in a headlock wrenching down on the old timer really cinching in the lock and Dustin starts getting more support from the crowd. Preston leans back wrapping his legs around Dustin's middle section going for a sleeper hold as Dustin chokes and spits trying to get out, but consciousness is slowly fading from his eyes as he tries getting out while chants of "DUSTIN! DUSTIN! DUSTIN!" rang throughout the arena trying to prop up the former WCW star. Dustin fights side to side trying to get back to his feet wiggling and rising up every few seconds sending elbows back into Preston's sides. Preston wrenched harder, but Dustin begins getting to one knee and gets back to two backing up into the west cage wall making Preston flop on his face holding his back.
"Dustin smashing Preston back first into the cage after Preston tried making him go to sleep," Russ stated.
Dustin gets Preston up by the hair hitting the back down trying to injure it further before trying for the Final Reckoning (Curtain Call Suplex). He lifts Preston up connecting his finisher and then goes hooking both legs.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Preston shoots an arm up at 2.8!
Dustin is shocked that Preston kicked out of his finisher, but he grabs the superhero fan back to his feet knocking his head on the upper right corner a total of fives times. Preston goes to one knee and then Dustin tries for a German Suplex, but Preston hangs on to the top rope for assistance and Dustin tugs hard, but Preston gets both feet on the ropes launching off onto Dustin pinning the shoulders down.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Dustin kicked out at 2.7!
Preston backs away from Dustin as he eyes the Natural up and down before running for him only to suffer a Scoop Slam for his troubles. Dustin then gets Preston back up trying to hit a Cross Rhodes like his brother, but Preston slips out with a Ripcord Knee Strike and then he backs up running to hit a High Knee to the face taking Dustin down. Preston then hits a Standing Moonsault making Dustin hold his gut in pain and the smaller wrestler kicks at the old man rolling Dustin up to the north cage wall. Preston runs back off the south end ropes hitting a Basement Dropkick knocking Dustin further into the cage wall as the Natural screams in pain with the crowd heavily booing. Preston smacked his head and demands the referee open the door as he tries escaping to the outside going through the ropes, but the crowd cheered after QT Marshall (black AEW shirt and blue jeans) runs down the ramp attacking Connor shoving the big man into the cage wall and Viktor attacks Marshall shoving the man into the steel steps. Viktor then grabs Marshall away rolling him out as he wants Preston to jump down.
"QT Marshall trying to save this match, but it looks like Preston might have this in the bag," Russ stated.
Preston was just about to jump off as Dustin grabbed his shoulders while Viktor grabbed the legs, but Dustin wrestled Preston's arms pulling him in through the middle rope before kicking the gut and hitting another Final Reckoning. Viktor opens the door getting inside the ring and tries punching Dustin, but Dustin ducks dropping down and hitting a Uppercut to the chin of Viktor, but as he got back up, Connor came in the cage hitting a big Shoulder Tackle. Both members of the Apocalyptic Brothers squared up Dustin as Preston crawled back to life heading for the cage door while his henchmen hit the Total Catastrophe on Dustin to the massive boos of the audience. Preston shimmies out the cage door getting the victory.
("Hero (Instrumental)" by Skillet)
"Here is your winner by way of escaping the cage, the USPW Television Champion Preston Starr!" Richard announced.
"When you have the numbers to back it up, you really can accomplish what you want. Though I personally don't think it was a completely fair win, Preston did use his entourage to get the upper hand tonight," Russ stated.
"Dustin had this match won! Until those apocalyptic dirtbags decided to get in the way yet again. Preston escaped one hell, but he's got another waiting this Monday," Greg added.
Commerical Break...
(Jason starts his usual workout routine kicking a sparring bag as he wears a red shirt with "Power Is A Construct. I'm All About Willpower" in bold white lettering, red MMA shorts with two dragon eyes on the back and "Property of Kickass Inc." on the front, red MMA gloves, and white tape around his feet. Moxley comes over with the AEW World Championship as he sets it on the ground and turns Jason around.)
"Did you see what I did out there? Did you see the ass beating I got, but came back from?" Jon asked.
"I did... however, I've got more in store for you come Luck of the Draw. I don't know why you got involved and picked me specifically to win that main event, but it's truth that you want to face only me," Jason stated.
"You're the target, Frank. I don't just want anybody...I want someone that knows how to kick ass. I will beat you with this stipulation and the training I've been doing over the last few weeks. You're stepping into, not a cage, but a street fight. This won't involve anyone else despite what happened out there. Hager will be dealt with, but I'm more focused on you more than anyone I've been focused on," Moxley explained.
"I'll look forward to it. I'll hand you back every bit of pain you can dish out," Jason added.
(Moxley shoulder bumped him on his way out as Jason shook his head and continued his training for his world title defense.)
("Dalton Wants It All" by Adam Massacre)
(The crowd give a mostly boo reaction as some cheers were heard as The Boys came out with four other helpers holding feather fans up against the opening thrusting them away as Dalton Castle appeared with a sparkly silver jacket on with silver pants and white boots. He out stretched his right leg stomping down before coming down the aisle jeers following in his wake.)
"The following contest is set to be contested inside a Steel Cage and it is for the USPW World Heavyweight Championship! Introducing first, being accompanied to the ring by The Boys, from Catalina Island, weighing 217 lbs., Dalton Castle!" Richard announced.
"As if this guy needs another title shot, he took the pinfall regardless in his last opportunity," Greg stated.
"There needs to be a clear winner tonight as Jason and Dalton will be locked inside the cage away from any interference should it be from USPW or AEW. This invasion does not stop for anything and only proves that anything can happen," Russ added.
(Dalton blew his hair back sticking out his tongue before coming to the steel steps ripping away his pants to reveal normal red ones as he stomps up the stairs before heading inside the ring. The Boys do some twirls ringside as Dalton bows to one knee and raises the wings high in the air with a single spotlight on him and he gets up standing in the upper right corner.)
("Where Dragons Dwell" by Gojira)
(Jason comes out with his black beanie on and the world title around the waist as he starts slapping fives with fans on his way down the ramp.)
"His opponent, from Houston, Texas, weighing 215 lbs., he is the current USPW World Heavyweight Champion, Jason David Frank!" Richard announced.
"The man who is still undefeated as world champion after knocking off Cody back at Rush Hour. However, he's got a new bird with a sight for gold," Russ stated.
"Not to mention, he's got Moxley's full attention as he got a Paradigm Shift for challenging an innovator of violence and Moxley is just showing Jason what he is in for come a couple weeks from now," Greg added.
(Jason walks down the ramp and shakes out his muscles as he inserts a mouth guard coming up the steps getting through the ropes just as Dalton comes over catching Jason with rough punches to the head getting him booed majorly.)
The official for the match is once again Oscar Johnson as he tries separating both men, but Jason gets Dalton down in a leglock with Dalton screaming with the bell ringing. Dalton could be out of commission this early and Jason gets back to his feet grabbing the right arm of Dalton pinning him down for a Fujiwara Armbar as Dalton screams in pain tapping out using his other arm to signal his submission as the crowd cheered loudly.
("Where Dragons Dwell" by Gojira)
"Here is your winner by way of submission and STILL the USPW World Heavyweight Champion, Jason David Frank!" Richard announced.
"I can't say that I'm surprised given the reputation that Jason has of ending his fights pretty early. What I can say is that he's seriously ready for when he faces Moxley," Russ added.
"It's just so satisfying seeing Dalton get put down like a rabid dog yapping his mouth. Jason really got a big one over on this guy and it perfects his momentum going forward," Greg added.
(A pitch-black room is shown as Kevin Sullivan, Adam Blackwell, and Ryan Lewis walk into view as Nightfall was about to cut a promo.)
"The truth really does set you free...and I know it's a truth you do not want to face Grim, but the matter of the fact is this...it's a truth that you are selfish beyond belief. You keep others in the loop hoping that they will just play your games and lay down at their master's feet. There is a reason why so many people turn on you...and that's why Kurt Bale saw a light at the end of the tunnel. It's a light that you should see too, Grim, and then you'll know why you're in an unfavorable position. Bale saw more opportunity taking advice from someone who knows this business like the back of his wrinkly hand. He took a chance on someone that has years of in-ring experience and that would shake the fundamental foundation of USPW. I used to be a face of fear and I used to be in a dungeon of doom...I've managed a giant and despised a man filled with...something Mania...the point is...I have a new formation and it's Nightfall. Ryan is my new giant...Adam is my new enforcer...and Bale is my new protégé. I'm creating something for the greater good and we are gonna run rough shot throughout wrestling, not just here. I'm not in my prime, but I sure as hell won't be going anywhere, anytime soon. Nothing more, nothing less. See you Monday, Grim, because we have a lot to discuss." Sullivan explained as all three men backed away into the shadows.
(Brandon the Bull was pacing around his locker room just learning that Ivan got suspended for 60 days leaving him without an opponent. While most would be thrilled at the prospect of keeping the title, Brandon is one that wants to be a fighting champion.)
"Aw man, I was so pumped for my first title defense and now this happens. What am I going to do now?" Brandon asked.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, what the fuck has got you all worked up? You don't have to compete tonight. You have a day off and get to keep the title," Grim stated as he walked into the room.
"I still want to compete even if I put this title on the line personally. I feel as a wrestler holding a championship representing this country, I should perform a civic duty to make sure it gets defended properly," Brandon explained as he held his title close to him in his hands.
"I get what you're saying, but this is the best news you ever have as champion. Don't you want to walk out now and keep it a little longer?" Grim asked.
"Sorry, Grim, but I want a replacement opponent right now. I don't care who it is," Brandon replied as he shook his head.
"Well, if it's a replacement you want, you can have-" Grim was about to suggest himself when the lights go off in the room putting both wrestlers on edge.
"ME!" The voice of Ryan Lewis screamed as the lights come back on with Brandon and Grim looking around the locker room.
(They would suddenly notice blood writing on the wall next to the entrance and it says "U.S. Title Looks Good. See Ya Out There, Champ!" Brandon looked at Grim as he places the title over his left shoulder and looked at the writing with a determined look.)
("Obsolete Suite" by Reby Sky)
(Matt Hardy comes out saying "YEAHHHHHHHHHH!" as he wears dark neon green tights and black sneakers. He outstretched his hands coming down the ramp and looks off into the audience.)
"The following contest is set to be contested inside a Steel Cage! Introducing first, from Cameron, North Carolina, weighing 236 lbs., he is "Broken" Matt Hardy!" Richard announced.
"Matt Hardy got a big win over Cody at Niagara Brawls after Cody joined the entourage of USPW wrestlers that invaded AEW. Cody wanted Matt and he got him in a great contest between both men. They are set for battle in a rematch," Russ stated.
"Cody said on Twitter that despite both losses, he could still prove that he can beat Matt and wanted a environment where Matt couldn't pull a disappearing trick," Greg added.
(Matt comes down the aisle before Cody runs down wearing a dark purple leotard with a trail of white skulls down the back and his name in black lettering on the front. He wore black tights and white boots with black lines down the middle. Cody attacked Matt from behind and sent him straight into the guardrail as Matt grabbed his back. Cody punched the back and elbowed the back a little more before sending Matt face-first into the cage. The steel rattled as Cody got a steel chair from under the ring and bashed Matt on the head taking down the Broken One. Cody demanded the door be opened and he got Matt up sending him into the cage.)
Cody shoved in the chair getting in as he bashed Matt on the back and continued doing so four times before the official Victoria Ashlen got in his way. Cody dropped the chair as Matt writhes in pain and Victoria checks on him helping him out of his robe he wore. Cody pushed her lightly aside before getting him up hitting the Twist of Fate as the crowd booed the sudden heel turn for Cody and the man got up pushing his hair back demanding the referee ring the bell. Victoria obliged as Cody gets Matt up whipping him into the west end ropes before being picked up as Cody hits his signature Devil's Pentagram (Powerslam Piledriver) dropping Matt on his head hard. Cody then got up soaking in the boos he got before getting Matt up once more.
"It looks like Cody is taking a much more aggressive tone to this match after suffering two losses in a row and it all started with Matt," Russ stated.
Cody talks trash down on Matt before getting him into a headlock running to drive the head straight into the upper right corner. Matt's vision became blurry as he stumbled and then Cody ran giving the man a gut-wrenching Spear! The boos became louder for Cody as he looked at the sky and pinned Matt both legs hooked.
"1…2….3!" The ref counted as the fight was over before it started.
("Slay Me (V3)" by Dale Oliver)
"Here is your winner, Cody Runyon!" Richard announced.
"Well, Cody has certainly gotten the last laugh here tonight putting away Matt in a quick fashion. Wait-come on!" Russ began saying before more action came on.
(Cody gets Matt up shoving him into the north cage wall and again and again before Victoria tries stopping him, but he shoved her aside on her butt and attacks Matt. Cody pounces on the head of Matt with stiff rights as referees come down to dispel the action. Cody punches two referees down and gives another an STO on the middle of the canvas as the boos grew louder. Cody gets Matt and delivers another Devil's Pentagram in the middle of the ring and he gets Matt up hitting another!)
"Someone stop him! He's gonna injure Matt!" Russ exclaimed.
(Cody was taken aside by business administrators that came in telling him to calm it down as Cody pushed them aside and grabbed one throwing him into the east cage wall. Cody grabs a referee and shoved them in the upper right corner off of Matt before he gets Matt up hitting one last Devil's Pentagram for good measure as he stares into the crowd.)
"What a despicable way to say "I'm a sore loser!" He better hope this doesn't get him fired!" Greg complained.
"I guess Cody didn't want a match. He just wanted his revenge," Russ stated.
(Cody chokes Matt on the canvas as two referees shoved him off scolding him for his actions and he grabs one hitting the Devil's Pentagram getting nuclear heat now. Cody then gets out while he can as the referees check on their co-worker. Cody escapes up the ramp and fans are throwing garbage at him for his actions screaming profanity in his wake. Cody smirked through it all successfully making a genuine hateful heel turn as he walks backstage.)
"Cody has committed one of the most career suicide moves in his existence. Matt may play ball for the other team, but you don't go overboard, because of a loss like that," Greg complained.
"We will have to see what's in store for Cody once our General Manager hears about his actions and that could very well come Monday. Speaking of which, we also have the GTS vs. Nightfall Summit. Ryan and Grim will be standing in the ring and hopefully, we get some answers as to why Kurt Bale turned on his family last week. The people that claimed to have made Kurt Bale. Also, Moxley and JDF meet in the ring for the first time ever ahead of their No Holds Barred Match at Luck of the Draw," Russ explained discussing the match card for Firestorm.
"Let's not forget our stellar main event as Steele vs. Starr II is happening within the boiler room and the only way out is through each other in a bloody battle. We also have Brian Pillman Jr. finally getting his hands on Colton as he teams with The Rock n' Roll Express against the Falcon's Prophecy. This will also be Colton's in-ring debut in USPW," Greg added.
"Speaking of debuts, we have four superstars making their debut come Monday. First, Joseph Henning will go one-on-one with Logan Gage in a grudge match after Logan quickly defeated Oliver Legend and then launched an assault on him afterwards, but Henning made his debut saving the legend who we understand was a good friend to his father back in their nWo days. Carmine gets her first shot in the ring going up against Kennedy Lee. She has made it clear her spot is the top of the Wildcat Division and she will go through any woman to get there. Gorbachev Ralek, formerly known as Rusev in WWE, will be in action with his wife and best friend at his side as he looks to start a whole new path in USPW. Finally, the debut of the Springfields is here as they will ride their minivan in this Monday and Rodney will be in action against a freelancer as we've been noted," Russ explained.
("Engine Fire" by Silent Partner)
(Grim comes out as he wears his "GET THESE HAMS!" grey shirt and black shorts raising his arms. He wears American Flag-styled tennis shoes before he slapped fives with the fans.)
"Well, Brandon the Bull is suppose to be getting a replacement after Marcus and Ivan decided they weren't finished with one another," Russ stated.
"I believe Grim wants to sanction himself into the match, but Nightfall is not very far behind and we could see a difference of opinion for who gets the U.S. Title Match," Greg added.
(Grim slaps fives on his way down the ramp believing he was gonna get a title shot, but Kurt Bale jumped the guardrail running to attack him and shoved him straight into the steel cage. Bale kicks down his former friend down on the mat and grabs a steel chair from ringside as the crowd boos Bale into oblivion. Brandon makes his way out running down with his title before he heads ringside bashing Bale over the head before commencing with a punching fest to the head. Adam Blackwell came over the other side and started attacking Brandon as both big men went after each other.)
"Nightfall marking their territory as Brandon comes to Grim's aid and I don't think we are getting a title match," Russ stated.
(Adam tried sending Brandon into the steel steps, but Brandon reverses making Adam hit the steps with a loud CLANG! Brandon then hits a Snap DDT on the mats as Adam holds his head in sheer pain. Bale gets up and Grim gets up with the help of the cage as he looks over at Bale hitting Double Chin Music sending Bale over the guardrail into some fans. Grim yells "HOW YOU LIKE THAT?! HOW YOU LIKE THAT?! THAT'S FOR TURNING ON WHAT MADE YOU RELEVANT!" Grim gets held back by Brandon as Grim can't control his anger and Brandon tries leading him away from the arena.)
"Something tells me the summit isn't gonna be peaceful," Russ stated.
"Ryan stirring a pot between former friends as Bale wanted to prevent Grim from stealing the spotlight and the fat man won't take this lying down. What comes on Monday hopefully stays in the ring and between sentences, but it can go south very quickly," Greg added.
"Well, coming up next, the main event that everyone has waited for is here. Kenny Omega on his 172nd day as AAA Mega Champion defends his title against Pentagon Jr., PAC, and William Ashworth in a high-stakes match all to be decided within the steel cage in front of us. Kenny defeated Rey Fenix back at Heroes Immortales in Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide holding the title ever since then," Russ stated.
"This could be a big night for one of his three avengers as Pentagon could bring honor restoring order to Mexico with his title win, PAC could add another international title to his long list of accomplishments, or William could win his first world championship ever," Greg added.
Commercial Break…
("Out of Time" by Mikey Ruckus)
(PAC comes out to a mixed reaction blowing his long black hair out of his face as he came down the ramp going to one knee holding up one finger. He wears dark blue trunks and black boots before coming down the aisle.)
"The following contest is a Fatal 4 Way Match set to be contested inside the steel cage for the AAA Mega Championship and it is your CageZone main event of the evening! Introducing first, from Newcastle upon Tyne, England, weighing 194 lbs., representing All Elite Wrestling, he is the "The Bastard" PAC!" Richard announced.
"The man who took on Kenny Omega in an amazing Ironman Match and ready to make another moment taking the title that Kenny has with him," Russ stated.
("Lucha Bros." by Gangsta L)
(Rey Fenix comes out wearing a sliver luchador mask and a grey hoodie as he gets one knee while his brother came out tearing off a skull mask to reveal his usual black one. He wears a black bodysuit with a white trim, maroon tights, and black boots as he stuck his tongue out.)
"Introducing his opponents, first, being accompanied to the ring by Rey Fenix, from Mexico City, Mexico, weighing 207 lbs., representing the Lucha Brothers, Pentagon Jr.!" Richard announced.
"Pentagon Jr. lost to Kenny Omega back at the All In show after a spectacular match by both men and his brother lost the very title he's competing for. We could see a huge upset as Pentagon brings the title back home where it belongs," Greg added.
("My Last Breath x Beneath These Hazel Eyes (Mashup)" by Evanescence and Kelly Clarkson)
(Skipping the countdown as William comes out with Jonathan in tow as he wore his original attire and cracked his knuckles. William hops in place as he comes down the ramp while Jonathan dowsed a water bottle over the big man's head.)
"Being accompanied to the ring by "The Instant Classic" Jonathan Steele, representing the Bloodline, weighing 275 lbs., William Ashworth!" Richard announced.
"This could mark a big important moment in William's career as he could be on his way to winning his first world title. What a good thing to put on the resume of his career," Russ stated.
("Battle Cry" by Little V)
(The crowd went ballistic as the Best Bout Machine himself came out wearing a flashy yellow jacket with the AAA Mega Championship around his waist as he wore light blue tights with 'K' around the left leg and 'O' around the right leg and white boots with teal blue laces. He comes down doing a cutthroat motion before saying "BOOM!" as he came down the ramp.)
"Representing the Elite, he is from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, weighing 227 lbs., he is one-half of the AEW World Tag Team Champions and the current sitting AAA Mega Champion, the Heart and Soul of Professional Wrestling, Kenny Omega!" Richard announced.
"This man needs no introduction as he has traveled the world from Mexico to Japan to America performing his craft for the world. He will be a future Hall of Famer and at his young age, he is one of the trend setters on AEW. His left leg is a little bruised as after his submission loss to Jake Hager this past Wednesday, but he's not gonna let that stop him from defending his title," Russ explained.
"He did get it twisted pretty good tapping out against the young star and that will be a loss that may haunt Omega tonight. Will history repeat for Omega facing his demons?" Greg added.
(Kenny stared down his opponents as he discarded his jacket before winding up his finger gun and firing towards the steel cage before heading up the steel steps. He winks at the crowd heading inside, but PAC runs hitting a Dropkick into the south cage wall as Kenny goes down getting hammered in the back.)
The referee for the match is Tyrone Regis as he calls for the bell and PAC gets Kenny in the lower left corner kicking him down as Pentagon locks up with William getting the big man in a headlock, but Will lifts the luchador into the north cage wall. William lands an elbow on the back as Pentagon feels his back getting kicked down before PAC goes after William, but William hits the smaller man with a chop to the chest taking him down. Will gets a few cheers as he gets PAC up in the upper right corner and gets Penta in the same corner as he backs up hitting a Double Corner Splash to both men making them fall on their faces. Will sends elbows down on the backs of both men as he gets back to his feet.
"William getting a good early start taking out both men properly and efficiently trying to hold them down early," Russ observed.
William gets up as Kenny runs out hitting the V-Trigger knee early to the head of William as the big man stumbled and the Best Bout Machine hit several punches before hitting a Snap Suplex. William grabbed his back as Jonathan smashed the cage with his hands before Kenny gets him up trying for a Piledriver, but PAC gets a shot to Omega's head before he jumped hitting a Backstabber to Kenny while Kenny delivered a Piledriver to William! The crowd cheered for the Bastard as he gets up getting Penta up and the luchador shook hands for a temporary alliance with his Dark Triangle partner. Penta then jumped on the east end ropes hitting a Lionsault on William making the big man hold his gut before PAC ran the south end ropes hitting a Basement Dropkick to take out the bigger man. Kenny gets up in the upper right corner as PAC hits multiple side kicks and then Penta back to PAC and back with Penta before Penta went down on his hands and knees letting PAC hit Poetry in Motion!
"A Dark Triangle alliance coming alive inside the cage as PAC is aligned with Penta and Rey, but we shall see how long something like that can last," Greg stated.
Penta gets Kenny down and hits a Running Bulldog before taunting the crowd and PAC gets Kenny up slamming him into the east cage wall. Penta then gets Will up hitting chops to the chest getting him into the upper left corner and Penta gets up taunting Jonathan before hitting ten punches to the head of Will. PAC then jumped on the middle rope hitting a Falling German Suplex to his partner getting good cheers and boos from the crowd! PAC then kips up into a Spear from William as the big man takes back control and gets to his feet. He gets PAC up and sends him into the upper left corner running with a connecting Corner Forearm Smash. Will then threw PAC into Kenny rising up as both men tumble over the other and then caught Penta by the throat as he stares menacingly into the luchador's eyes.
"Will caught Penta trying to pull a fast one and it looks like lucha libre is about to become a topping on the destruction of this cage," Russ stated.
Pentagon kicked the gut of William hitting his back and then drills Will down with a DDT before attempting a pin hooking the right leg.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Kenny broke the count and knees Pentagon in the back really hard.
Kenny gets Pentagon to his feet kicking the gut before PAC reacts with a Superkick to Kenny knocking the champion into the east end ropes before countering with a Running Lariat. Pentagon then countered with a Roundhouse Kick making Kenny stumble as the luchador backs up into the lower left corner running and hitting the Canadian Destroyer with Kenny selling it like he was in a coma! The crowd chants "YES! YES! YES! YES! YES!" as Rey plays his brother up to the crowd and Will gets up with Pentagon running the ropes hitting a Curb Stomp before pinning the big man again hooking the left leg.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Will kicks out at 2.6!
Pentagon grabs his face in irritation getting up before lifting Will back to his feet bending him between the legs and hooking the arms trying for the Fear Factor, but PAC hits a kick to the back causing the crowd to cringe. PAC runs the west end ropes and then the east end ropes back to the west hitting a Running Dropkick making Pentagon flip on his stomach before PAC connects an Overhead Kick makingmm mmmmm Will go down on his face. PAC gets Pentagon on his back before hitting a Double Bounce Moonsault off the upper right corner nailing the luchador! PAC then hooked both legs.
"1…2…" The ref counted, but Will made the leap breaking the count before grabbing PAC hitting a German Suplex.
"German by Will as the big man saved the match for himself and now we have to wonder how Will can keep up. How can he match up against these insanely talented superstars?" Greg asked.
Kenny hits his own Roundhouse Kick to the head of Will before pointing a finger gun at Will letting it loose with a "BANG!" before backing up to try for the V-Trigger connecting it as he smiles! Kenny then gets Will up and dives down lifting the big man on his shoulders as the crowd anticipates the finish, but PAC hits a Superkick to the back of Kenny's head disturbing the momentum as Pentagon jumps on the upper right corner. Pentagon jumps catching Will hitting a Doomsday Canadian Destroyer off Kenny's shoulders while PAC hit a Leg Sweep on Kenny! Will felt his head connect with the mat as he sunk into the lower left corner sitting with his arms draped over the ropes as PAC connects a Standing Corkscrew Splash on Kenny making the leader of the Elite hold his gut. Pentagon hits a Senton Bomb as the Dark Triangle members come down with double elbow drops on Kenny.
"Dark Triangle coming in full force with a splendid double team maneuver on their opponents and Will is out of commission after taking many finishers to the head," Russ stated.
Pentagon and PAC stare down one another as they realized it was up to them now as they traded kicks blocking the other's shots. They did dual knife edge chips to the other before pushing each other down only for their opponent to kip back up. PAC hits a forearm to the face of Pentagon as the luchador reacts with his own forearm as they go back and forth endlessly. Pentagon got the upper hand and whipping his partner into the upper left corner, but PAC hopped over his partner backflipping back before hitting a Jumping Roundhouse Kick before hitting a Snap Suplex on Pentagon. They twist back up as PAC goes for another Suplex, but Pentagon lands on his feet hitting a Neckbreaker with the British wrestler holding his neck. Kenny gets up with Pentagon stalking him grabbing the Elite member trying for the Fear Factor.
"Pentagon looking for the ending draw and if he hits the Fear Factor on the champion, it could be game over here for the other three," Russ observed.
Pentagon stuck his tongue out lifting Kenny up, but Will rolled over hitting a low blow making Penta dropped Kenny as the Mega Champion reversed it into a Ripcord Clothesline. Kenny then hit a Superkick to the chin of William knocking him down as Kenny starts lifting Penta up on the upper left corner backing up slightly trying for the One-Winged Angel, but PAC hit a Dropkick to the back launching Kenny forward as Penta grabbed hold of the north cage wall. The luchador tried making his quick escape, but PAC runs up hitting the elbows to his partner and Kenny joins them hitting big elbows to both men. William then goes up to all three men grabbing Kenny and Penta hoisting then on both shoulders throwing them down with dual Powerbombs as PAC climbs high only for Will to turn around coming after him. However, PAC climbed higher out of reach only to hit a Moonsault off the cage onto Will! William went on his back hard letting his legs flop as PAC quickly ascended the upper right corner and locked his eyes on Will looking for his Black Arrow steadying himself looking determined more than ever before.
"The Bastard sees his opportunity and it looks like we will have a new champion. These men have performed to their extremes here tonight," Russ stated.
PAC sized Will up as he stands and tries for the Black Arrow connecting his move, but Penta caught him on his way down lifting PAC up to hit the Fear Factor dropping his partner on his head. Kenny eyes Penta up before running to hit a V-Trigger knocking the luchador's head nearly off his shoulders before he smirks and then gets PAC up surprising the fans as Kenny lifts PAC on the shoulders. He then connects running with the One-Winged Angel on his rival before hooking the leg.
"1…2…3!" The ref counted as Kenny retains his title after a grueling match.
("Battle Cry" by Little V)
"Here is your winner and STILL AAA Mega Champion, Kenny Omega!" Richard announced.
(Kenny laid on his back sweating up a storm as he raises both hands in the air and cranked his neck licking his lips.)
"Love him or hate him, the man knows where to take his shots and he adds the insults to injury getting a good much-needed victory," Russ stated.
"Kenny coming from behind to biding his time and knocking Penta in the head, but this doesn't stop here for the Elite and the Bloodline. Kenny got lucky, but Will never got pinned so you better believe that's more determination for the big guy. He's on Kenny hot and heavy-wait, look at this!" Greg explained, but the crowd erupted at seeing William grab Kenny by the throat and then execute a Chokeslam on the champ.
(William looks down on the champ as he saw the referee with the AAA Mega Championship that he would have delivered back to Kenny as he grabs it away. He lifts it high in the air and dropped the title on Omega. Will didn't turn heel, but simply sent a message to the One-Winged Angel and the entirety of the Elite. The show then fades to black.)
