Germany sighed as he looked down at his phone. He was late to the meeting, (his alarm clock had broken), and now his phone wasn't working. And he was lost in Denver, Colorado without a map. Sighing, he looked around him. He saw a man walking by, and called over to him. "Excuse me sir, do you know the way to the capital building?"
"Huh, oh yeah, sure!" The man said, walking over to him. "The capital building you say?"
"Yes."
The man gave Germany a big smile, and patted him on the back. "Ah, you're not from around here. I see. Well, we all get lost. Let's see, I think it's about three blocks away from here. If you keep going straight for two blocks, and then take a left, you should be there." The man said happily.
"I see, I'll just-"
"That's not how you get there!" another man said, running up to them. "Sorry to butt in, but I overheard your conversation, and I know for sure that you take a right."
"Oh, really?" The first man said in surprise. "I was sure it was left."
"Nope, right."
"Ah, well, right it is." The first man sad happily.
"Um, thank you." Germany said uncomfortably as the two men smiled at him.
"So, what are you doing there?" The second man asked.
"I have a business meeting." Germany said.
"Oh, I could give you a ride!" The first man said cheerfully. "I was just heading that way!"
"No, thank you." Germany said, starting to walk away.
"Are you sure, I mean, it would be no trouble." The man asked.
"No, thank you both." Germany said, and with an awkward wave, he ran off.
A/N: Americans are known, surprisingly, to be very nice! Shocking! People who visit comment on how nice people can be, and just how easily we get along with strangers. But people outside the country are also bothered that we're so nice sometimes. This is a filler chapter, so sorry if it sucks.
