Unshown Moments for The Women S 12
After closing down the saloon for the night, Kitty helped Sam clean up then wearily climbed the stairs to her rooms. She has moved one of her girls in with another one and freed up that room as well as one more for the injured man as well as the nuns. Her house was full but she was fine with that.
When she opened her door, she found Matt on her settee, enjoying a glass of her brandy. "Matt?" She frowned. "I didn't expect you."
"You mean because of your guests?" He asked with a chuckle.
Kitty rolled her eyes at him. "Yes. As well as I thought you were looking for that bandit, Segoro."
"Not tonight, I'm not." Matt answered as he put his glass down, stood and moved over to Kitty, pulling her into his arms. "Tonight, I'm with my favorite lady. And if you're worried about the nuns, don't. I promise to be really quiet as I make love to you."
It was Kitty's turn to chuckle. "You're never quiet." She turned in his arms and leaned up to kiss him. "Neither am I for that matter. But we can at least try to be a little less noisy."
Matt kissed her again and began to work on the buttons of her dress while she worked on his belt. But suddenly he started giggling and Kitty stopped and pushed away from him with a frown on her face.
"Just what is so funny?"
"I was just thinking," Matt grinned, "of what you and your customers must have been thinking when a nun suddenly showed up in your saloon. You have to admit that doesn't happen very often."
"I was thinking there was a nun in my saloon." Kitty shook her head. "And no, as a general rule, they don't come in too often. But I have to give the Reverend Mother credit for not letting the name above the door stop her from getting the help she needed. She's a pretty courageous lady."
Matt pulled her back to him. "She's not the only courageous lady around here, ya know."
"Oh?" She arched a brow and tilted her head.
"Um hm." Matt kissed her softly on the lips. "Took a pretty courageous lady to take them in like that. Not a lot of cowboys would feel comfortable in a saloon full of nuns."
Kitty shook her head with a grin. "I wasn't being courageous. I was being practical. Running a place like this I need all the help from above I can get."
"You mean my help isn't enough?" Matt asked teasingly.
"Not always." She answered as she reached for his belt again. "At least not downstairs. But now up hereā¦" She pulled his belt off, "is a completely different story."
"I'll do my best, Ma'am." Matt grinned as he led her to the bed. "I'll do my best."
