Nightlife In The Pridelands (Extra Long Chapter)

WARNING: This chapter contains violence, foul language and mature sexual discussion. Reader discretion is advised.

"Kiara?!" Kion said looking up at his sister, "W-what are you doing here?".

Kiara held her brother down, forcing him harder into the ground.

"Stopping you from doing something really stupid!" she snarled at him.

Using all his strength, Kion managed to wiggle out from underneath her.

"Why is everything I want to do stupid?" He said, quickly getting to his feet.

Kiara growled, stalking towards him in a rather intimidating manner.

"Because you're stupid." she said angrily, "Do you realize what you almost did?".

Kion's face became sad.

"I- umm" he stuttered.

In her moment of anger, Kiara raised her paw and slapped her brother, hard across the face.

"Just shut up!" she yelled at him.

Fuli quickly stood up and lunged at Kiara, pushing her away from Kion.

"Hey, back off!" she said angrily, standing in between the two siblings. She then turned to face Kion, looking at him with concerned eyes.

"Are you alright?" she asked in a much softer voice.

Kion nodded, rubbing the sore place where he'd been hit. Fuli glared at Kiara.

"Look what you did to him!" she snapped at her, "How could you treat your brother like that?".

Kiara looked horrified.

"I-I'm so sorry" she said taking a few small steps towards Kion "I don't know why I did that.''

Fuli growled at her.

"Let's see how you like it!" she said raising her paw to hit Kiara.

Kion's eyes widened.

"Stop!" he yelled, frantically.

Fuli lowered her paw in shame.

Kion walked over to the two females, looking disappointed.

"This is no way to resolve our issues" He said frowning "Fuli, I think my sister and I need to have a talk, in private".

Fuli nodded.

"I'll wait here" she said quietly.

Kion gave Fuli an affectionate nuzzle. He then turned to Kiara.

"Let's go" he said coldly.

Kiara lowered her head and followed Kion out of the cave. They walked along the Outland's dry path, in the bright daylight or a while, neither of them saying anything. Kiara looked at her brother's stern face, a bruise was beginning to appear where she had slapped him.

"I'm sorry I hit you" she said guiltily "That was cruel of me".

Kion looked at her for a moment, and flashed her a soft smile.

"It's alright" he said reassuringly, "I deserved it. I shouldn't have run off from home with no explanation".

Kiara looked concerned.

"Why did you run away, Kion?" she asked, sympathetically. "I have a feeling there's more to the story than you've told me".

Kion stopped walking, he looked at his sister with sadness gleaming in his eyes. His ears dropped slightly as he sat down on the ground.

"Dad and I had a fight." he said, shamefully "I lost my temper and I...I...".

Kiara leaned in closer to her brother.

"What?" she asked in a whisper.

"I used the roar on him" he replied, a single tear falling from his eye. "I bet he never wants to see me again".

Kiara gasped, but tried to remain calm. She gave her brother a comforting nuzzle.

"I'm sure that's not true, Kion" she said, licking his cheek softly, "On the contrary, I bet he misses you very much".

Kion looked at his sister with concerned eyes.

"How could he ever forgive me?" He said, his voice cracking with sadness "He already hates the fact that I'm in love with a cheetah".

Kiara sighed.

"I have to admit I'm not crazy about that either." she said bluntly.

This sent Kion over the edge. He began to cry, unable to hold back his emotions. Kiara quickly realized what she'd said had been rather insensitive, and she attempted to make amends by pulling him into a tight hug.

"It's alright, little brother." she said, softly stroking his small tuft of mane. "If you're in love with Fuli, I'll learn to accept it, and so will dad".

Kion pressed his face into Kiara's cream colored fur. She smelled nice, and he felt safe in his older sister's arms. They sat there silently for a while, just enjoying each other's company. Neither of them wanting to address the other, more awkward issue at hand. Eventually, Kiara sighed and asked the obvious question.

"Kion?" she said hesitantly, "Were you really going to mate with Fuli?".

Kion pulled away from his sister. He looked at her. His cheeks were red with embarrassment.

"Y-yeah I really was" he said feeling slightly ashamed. "I-I just couldn't help myself, I really needed it, and it seemed like she really needed it too, and- and-".

Kiara giggled.

"It's ok, Kion" she said, lightheartedly "You don't need to explain it to me. Have you ever mated before?".

Kion shook his head, still looking quite embarrassed.

"N-no, I haven't." he said, nervously. "Have you?"

Kiara thought back to some of her secret "fun experiences" with Kovu.

"Well… yes" she said, chuckling a bit. "But I'm older than you. Are you sure you're ready for such an intimate experience? It's a big decision".

Kion thought for a minute.

"I'm not sure, but I would have done it if you hadn't stopped me." he said quietly, "So clearly part of me is ready."

Kiara forced a small laugh.

"Yeah, sorry about that." she said apologetically, "If you want to continue with Fuli, I promise I won't stop you again. I just want to make sure you're informed for your first time".

Kion's look of concern turned to a smile.

"Thanks Kiara" he said, nuzzling her appreciatively, "You're a really good big sister".

Kiara smiled at him.

"I love you, Kion" she said, nuzzling him back, "You're not a bad little brother yourself".

They both stood up, looking at each other with a far deeper understanding of one another. Kiara punched Kion playfully.

"What are you waiting for?" she asked, teasingly. "There's a very sexy cheetah waiting for you right over in that cave".

Kion shuddered and became dazed just thinking about Fuli.

"Wow" she said, laughing at her brother's reaction "You must really want her".

Kion smiled sheepishly.

"Yeah…" he said, forcing a laugh. He needed Fuli so bad right now, and he could feel himself beginning to get a boner.

Kiara's eyes went wide as she noticed this.

"Damn" she said eyeing her brother's hardening member. Kion looked very embarrassed and lowered his tail in a futile attempt to hide it.

"I'm so sorry" he said, his cheeks growing redder by the second "I just can't stop thinking about Fuli".

Kiara chuckled, giving her brother a pat on the back.

"Don't worry about it" she said understandingly "Just go and enjoy your time with her".

Kion smiled and turned to leave.

"Nobody's going anywhere" said a nearby low voice. It was Janja.

Startled, Kion and Kiara looked around, and noticed they were surrounded by hyenas.

"How nice of you to stop by the Outlands." Janja said, approaching Kion, "And you brought your princess sister with you".

Kion growled.

"Back off Janja" he said coldly, "We don't want any trouble".

Janja smirked.

"Is that so?" he said, raising an eyebrow curiously, "then I suppose you and your sister wouldn't mind taking a little trip with us".

Before Kion could process what was happening, four big, bulky hyenas grabbed hold of him and Kiara. Though they struggled, they were unable to break free.

"Let us go!" Kiara screamed as she clawed at her captors

Janja shook his head.

"Hmm…I don't think so." he said through an evil laugh, "Take em' away, boys!"

The four large hyenas nodded simultaneously, and began to drag Kion and Kiara away. The rest of the hyena's followed closely behind them. Janja had his own plans for the two young lions. It had already been a long night for Kion, and the day was only just beginning.

P.S. Did anybody catch the 'The Santa Clause' movie reference I slipped in? Lol! Message me if you did. I'm also open to suggestions for things to put in the next chapter. :)
