I just got back around to working on my own stories, and realized that I never really address why Devil's Advocates was abandoned.
This is me providing closure to that.
As the readers may be aware, I did not write Devil's Advocates.
I wrote two chapters, and edited others, but I didn't write it.
My friend Ryan wrote DA and had an entire story line mapped out in his head.
After many years and many issues that I won't go into, Ryan and I parted ways in late 2016 and were not on speaking terms for years.
I approached him many times to try and absolve our differences, and to test his interest in finishing DA, but he gave no solid answer whether he would continue it or not.
He and I recently got back into contact December of last year, and I gave him the offer once more to finish the story, and he said he wasn't interested.
I can only really apologize for him not wanting to, and say to anyone interested, feel free to adopt Devil's Advocates if you feel up to it, just message me.
I'm sure Ryan would want someone else to finish his story. (Since I barely have time for a life and my own stories.)
As well, I was never much of a Luna fan, more Hermione. :P
Anyway, I figured that I should address all the former readers of Devil's Advocates, and any new ones, and explained why the story hasn't been worked on in over three years.
I felt it was fair.
