Warning: This chapter contains a spoiler from Kingdom Hearts 3.
Sora was getting closer to the final battle. He was fighting Saïx, Xemnas, and someone unrecognizable dressed in a black coat. At the moment, Sora and Kairi had been knocked to the ground with only enough energy to watch the scene unfold as Xemnas's lasers hit Lea in several places. Once the lasers were gone, Xemnas drew his ethereal blades. "Our plans have been dashed by you... far more times than I care to count. Now it ends. I will purge that light in you... with darkness!" Just as Xemnas was about to strike Lea, the hooded figure grabbed the blade to stop Xemnas' blow. "Changing sides again?"
"We need him alive. You know that." The figure replied.
"We only need his heart in order to forge the key. We do not need his soul." Xemnas stopped and smirked as a nasty thought came to him. "Oh... but that's right. You were "friends." Then... you take his life."
The hooded figure stood up. Lea, out of breath, looked at the figure. "Who... are you...?" The hooded figure only raised her keyblade in response.
Sora gently pushed the hooded figure's keyblade out of the way. "Don't do this." He pleaded. The hooded figure started attacking Sora. All that Sora did was block the attacks. Roxas found enough will to take over Sora's body briefly. In hopes of bringing his friend to her senses, he started to sing.
"I have crossed the horizon to find you
I know your name
They have stolen the heart from inside you
But this does not define you
This is not who you are
You know who you are"
The girl was a little bit taken aback. And paused briefly.
"Xion" Roxas said before he lost control of Sora.
I hope you liked this chapter. It's been a while sinse I've had an idea that really clicks with me like this one did. Hopefully I'll come up with more soon.
