Xehanort was heading to the Destiny Islands library to return his book. This was nothing unusual for Xehanort because he spent a good portion of his time reading. As he was headed there, he began to sing.

"Little town
It's a quiet island
Everyday
Like the one before
Little town
Full of little people
Waking up to say"

As though on cue, the people of the town came outside and calling out to each other.

"Hello!" Called out Mr. Rojo.

"Hello!" Mr. Naranja answered.

"Hello!" Mrs. Amarilla replied.

"Hello!" Mr. Verde added.

"Hello!" Mr. Azul chimed in.

"There goes the baker with his tray like always.
The same old bread and rolls to sell
Every morning just the same
Since the morning that we came
To this poor provincial town"

"Good morning Xehanort!" The baker greeted.

"Good morning Mr. Boulangerie" Xehanort replied.

"Where are you off to?" Mr. Boulangerie asked.

"The library. I just finished the most intriguing story about key shaped swords and other worlds and-" Xehanort started, but he was cut off.

"That's nice. Marie! The baguettes! Hurry up!" Mr. Boulangerie called out to his wife.

As Xeahnort was passing through, he heard Mrs. Pupura and Mrs. Violeta singing.

"Look there he goes
That boy is strange no question
Dazed and distracted can't you tell"

Mrs. Rouge joined in.

"Never part of any crowd"

Mr. Jaune added to the song.

"Cause his head's up on some cloud"

Everyone started singing.

"No denying he's a funny one, that boy"

Xehanort hopped on the back of a hoarse driven carriage and watched an exchange between Mr. Vert and Mrs. Bleue.

"Hello"

"Good day"

"How is your family"

He saw in the distance Mr. Aka and Ms. Ki greet each other.

"Hello"

"Good day"

"How is your wife"

When Ms. Ki turned away, Mrs. Aka whacked her husband with a rolling pin.

He saw Mrs. Orenji with her triplets looking very distressed.

"I need six eggs"

He heard Mr. Midori's voice behind him.

"That's too expensive"

As Xehanort hopped off at the library, he went back to singing.

"There must be more than this provincial life"

"Ah, Xehanort." The librarian, Mr. Hon greeted.

"Good morning. I've come to return the book I've borrowed." Xehanort explained, handing Mr. Hon a book.

"Finished already?" Mr. Hon asked.

"Oh, I couldn't put it down. Have you got anything new?" Xehanort asked.

"Not since yesterday." Mr. Hon laughed, putting the book back on the shelf.

"That's all right. I'll borrow... this one." Xehanort decided, taking a book off the shelf and handing it to Mr. Hon.

"That one? But you've read it twice!" Mr. Hon exclaimed.

"Well it's my favorite. Keyblades, a war, doom for the worlds, rebirth..." Xehanort felt giddy just talking about it.

"If you like it all that much, it's yours." Mr. Hon smiled.

"But sir-" Xehanort started.

"I insist." Mr. Hon said.

"Why thank you. Thank you very much." Xehanort felt very honored to have been given the book.

As Xehanort was leaving, he noticed Mr. Murasakino, Mr. Baioretto, and Mr. Hongse were standing by the bookshop. They started to sing.

"Look there he goes
That boy is so peculiar
I wonder if he's feeling well"

He heard some women singing.

"With a dreamy far off look"

Then he heard some men singing.

"And his nose stuck in a book"

Now they all sang together as he sat on the fountain.

"What a puzzle to the rest of us, that boy"

Xehanort was so enchanted by what he was reading that he started singing again.

"Oh, isn't this amazing
It's my favorite part because you'll see
Here is where worlds fall to darkness
But they won't completely be reborn till chapter three"

He got up and walked, still reading his book. He heard Mrs. Chengzi singing as he passed her by.

"Now it's no wonder that he's famed for masculinity
His looks have got no parallel"

Mr. Huangse added to the song.

"But behind that fair facade
I'm afraid he's rather odd
Very different from the rest of us"

The whole town joined in.

"He's nothing like the rest of us
Yes different from the rest of us, that boy"

Not to far away, Xehanort's fan club of girls was talking about him. They had all agreed that their leader, Alyssa should be the one to have him, but they continued to giggle over him.

"You're totally gonna get Xehanort to ask you out Alyssa!" Said Maddie, Alyssa's second in command.

"I know." Alyssa replied.

"He doesn't stand a chance against you. He'll come to want you sooner or later." Maddie added.

"It's true Maddie. And I want him to do so today." Alyssa decided.

"Today!? But isn't that a little-" Maddie started, but she was interrupted.

"The sooner the better, and today is the best. Don't I deserve the best?" Alyssa demanded.

"Well of course, but he's-" Maddie was cut off by Alyssa's singing.

"Right from the moment when I met him
Saw him
I said he's gorgeos and I fell"

Alyssa glanced at Xehanort and then checked herself in a mirror.

"Here in town there's only he
Who's as beautiful as me
So I'm making plans to woo and marry him"

Alyssa then realized that she had been so distracted with her reflection that Xehanort passed her. The other girls in the Xehanort fan club were singing.

"Look there
He goes
Isn't he dreamy
That boy
Xehanort
Oh he's so cute
Be still
My heart
I'm hardly breathing
He's such a tall dark strong and handsome brute"

Alyssa tried to get through the crowd of people that was between her and Xehanort. The crowd was singing and so was Alyssa.

"Hello"

"Pardon"

"But yes"

"You call this bacon"

"What lovely grapes"

"Some cheese"

"Ten yards"

"One pound"

"Excuse me"

"I'll get the knife"

"Please let me through"

"This bread is stale"

"Those fish, they smell"

"You are mistaken"

"Well maybe so"

Xehanort picked up the song from there.

"There must be more than this provicial life"

Alyssa continued.

"Just watch, Xehanort will be mine for life"

Everyone blocked Alyssa's way again and continued singing.

"Look there he goes
That boy is strange but special
A most peculiar boy as well
It's a pity and a sin
He doesn't quite fit in
Because he really is a funny guy
A wonder but a funny guy
He really is a funny guy
That boy"

By this time, Xehanort had enough. He looked up from his book and turned around. The crowd pretended that they hadn't been following him and left.

Guest 0.2: I would love to do that, but I haven't seen Tangled the Series and it's easier for me to write these when I've seen the work that they're from because I have more context. If I can ever get my hands on Tangled the Series, I will definitely try to work it out, but until then, I don't think that I can. I did see the movie Tangled: Before Ever After and might do a song from that at some point though.
