Aqua wandered through the Realm of Darkness. She had just found herself in the remains of Enchanted Dominion. She saw Terra and Ventus with their backs turned as they were walking away. "Terra. Ven." She said before running after them. She began to sing.

"I can see you"

Terra and Ventus vanished into sparks of light.

"Now I don't"

Vines grew from the ground blocking her path. "Get out of my way!" She yelled before continuing her song.

"Some look for trouble
I stay afloat"

She slashed through the thick vines with her keyblade to clear a path. As she made her way through the thorny area, she kept seeing Terra and Ventus, but as she approached them, they turned to sparks each time.

"There's a thousand reasons I should go about my day
And ignore your phantoms, 'cause they all just go away
Oooh
Whoa

You're not my friends
You're just visions that I see
And if you were them
Which you're not
You'd surely speak to me
Everyone I've ever loved is out there with in the light
I'm sorry fading phantoms but I won't give up this fight

A huge Darkside appeared in front of Aqua. "You really think you can keep me away from my friends?" She snapped. She resumed singing as she fought it.

"What do you want
Cause you know that I won't break
Are you here to distract me
Until I make a big mistake
I know there's someone out there
Who's a little bit like me
Who knows deep down
I'm not where I'm meant to be
Every day's a little harder
As I feel the darkness grow
Every day reminds me of how I must go
Into the unknown

She slayed the Darkside and continued on her journey. Her mind began to focus on Terra and how she never knew what became of him. The last time she had seen him, Xehanort had taken over his body. She wondered whether he was more Terra or Xehanort.

"Whoa
Are you out there
Do you know me
Can you feel me
Can you show me"

Aqua kept trying to get to the Terra and Ventus phantoms before they disappeared, but they faded every time. She tried to reach out to them, but the cold reality of it was that there was no one truly there to reach out to.

"Where are you going
Don't leave me alone
How do I follow you
Into the unknown"
