In The Hundred Acre Woods, Sora was with Pooh, Rabbit, Piglet, Gopher, Roo, and Lumpy. Rabbit had just unveiled his surprise for Pooh. He had planted flowers in his garden to attract bees which would, in turn, make honey. Pooh turned to Sora. "Sora, I believe the one I should thank for all that yummy delicious honey is you," Pooh commented.
Sora bent down to Pooh's level. "Don't mention it, Pooh. Besides, we all helped," Sora pointed out.
"Um, Sora? You used to be right here." Pooh put his hand over his chest. "Why is it that you went away?"
"Away? Oh, that's what you meant by you're home," Sora realized.
"Yes. You see, when I get a rumbly in my tumbly, it's very hard to think of anything but honey. So I was worried that I might have forgotten you away," Pooh explained.
"Silly Bear, I'd never," Sora assured him.
"Oh, good, because I want us to be together forever," Pooh stated.
"Pooh. We are together. There isn't a second that we're not," Sora said. He became lost in thought and frowned.
"What's wrong, Sora?" Pooh wondered.
"Oh, it's nothing. What matters is I'll be here from now on," Sora mentioned as he pointed to Pooh's heart. "No going away." To emphasize his point, Sora thought that a song would be appropriate.
Sora: Yes, the wind blows a little bit slower
And we're all getting older
And the clouds are moving on with every springtime breeze
Rabbit: Some of my pumpkins have become fertilizer
Piglet: And the leaves keep getting sadder and wiser
Sora: That's why I rely on certain certainties
Sora took Pooh's hand.
Sora: Yes, some things never change
Like the feel of your hand in mine
Some things stay the same
Sora and Pooh: Like how we get along just fine
Sora: Like an old stone wall that will never fall
Some things are always true
Some things never change
Like how I'm holding on tight to you
Meanwhile, Donald was getting irate with how long Sora was taking in the book. He began to sing about his frustration.
Donald: I'm thinking that Sora is stalling
It really feels like adventure is calling
Goofy: Donald, I'm thinking you should stop and let it be
Donald: Yeah, but he's really bad at planning these things out
Spontaneous as he goes and just flings out
Goofy: Donald, just relax, we'll have to wait and see
Donald: Yeah, some things never change
Like how Sora remains reckless
Some things stay the same
Though he does mean the very best
But if he commits
And he goes for it
He'll know what to say and do
Right?
Goofy: Some things never change
Donald: Goofy, what are we gonna do?
Meanwhile, in the realm where Axel and Kairi were training, Axel was troubled by seeing Kairi as a different girl and hearing this other girl's voice. He started to sing to himself about it.
Axel: I'm getting restless
Could that be why I'm hearing her call?
Is something coming?
I'm not sure I want things to change at all
These days are precious
Can't let them slip away
I can't freeze this moment
But I can still train hard and seize this day
In The Hundred Acre Woods, all the others in their group were singing along with Pooh and Sora.
The Hundred Acre Woods Gang: The wind blows a little bit slower
Pooh: Sora, you look a little bit older
Sora: It's time to count our blessings beneath the clear blue sky
The Hundred Ace Woods Gang: We always live in a place that has plenty
That stands for the good of the many
Rabbit: And I promise you the Hundred Acre Woods will always thrive
Sora: The woods will always thrive
The Hundred Acre Woods Gang: Our woods will always thrive
Our woods will always thrive
Some things never change
Turn around, and the time has flown
Some things stay the same
Though the future remains unknown
May our good luck last
May our past be past
Time's moving fast, it's true
Some things never change
Everyone came in for a group hug.
Sora: And I'm holding on tight to you
Piglet: Holding on tight to you
Pooh: Holding on tight to you
Tigger: Holding on tight to you
Sora: I'm holding on tight to you
Thank you, speedster101, for your review.
I really like how this song turned out. I was initially going to have Sora sing this with Donal and Goofy, but I like this version better.
