Welcome my friends to the next chapter of Miraculous: My Iron Skin.
I just realized that there are only three more chapters in this 'Season' after this one.
Also going through the reviews, if you would only read them, you would think Milo is the main character.
Anyways, I hope you will enjoy this chapter as much as I had writing it, and now on to the reviews.
deku rose: Well he is named Lucifer, but if he is actually the devil, I'll leave that ambiguous for now. Happy you enjoyed.
James the Apple: Glad you think so. Yeah, I saw so many Russian Milo jokes, I wanted to put it in the story one way or another. I can understand that, though I can also understand why people would think of her as less sympathetic. It wasn't in any particular order, seeing as Tikki is the oldest kwami followed by Plagg, but Kwehh was talking about the five oldest beings (Tikki, Plagg and Kwehh are three of them), not specifically kwami's. And yes, I'm going to explore deeper into the magic/super power aspects of the world.
Now story time.
The following day at Miraculous HQ, Iron Spider, Ladybug and Cat Noir were sitting at the gathering table, where food boxes with take out where place.
"Okay, we still don't know where the Bee Miraculous is, but we know that Argent Hawk isn't on the side of Hawk Moth." Ladybug said, but the guys weren't paying attention, "Are you guys busy?"
"Kinda." Cat Noir said looking up from his console, "I'm destroying Spidy's shiny iron ass at Pokemon."
"Cat Noir is delusional." Iron Spider said casually, "I'm way ahead of him in terms of remaining Mons."
"Spidy! Cat!" Ladybug said, "This is serious."
"What can be more serious than being the very best? Like no one ever was." Cat Noir said, "Spidy just need to come to terms with my inevitable victory. He'll feel much better."
"Really? Because I just won." Iron Spider said smugly, "And I feel fine."
"...I wonder if I can still become partners with Argent Hawk." Ladybug said annoyed, "Maybe I can get Rena Rouge into it as well."
"The internet has been calling him something else. Some have been dubbing him Edgy Hawk." Iron Spider said, "So Bee Miraculous still missing, and we have no progress on Hawk Moth. If that's everything, let's meet next Thursday. Same bat time, same bat channel."
"Actually I have one last question." Cat Noir said, "Was Batman really your mentor? If so, does that make you Robin? And can I meet him?"
"Yes, he is. No, I was never a Robin I was always Iron Spider." Iron Spider said, "And sure I guess? He's a busy man but I can ask."
"If Batman is real." Ladybug said, "Are there other heroes out there beside us?"
"Actually there are. We are part of a much bigger world than you might realize." Iron Spider said before noticing the time, "I really got to go. Someone is waiting for me."
"Oh, I didn't realize it was this late already." Ladybug said, seeing what time it was, "I got a date."
"Really? That's a coincidence." Iron Spider said before jokingly adding, "Well say hi for me."
"Sure thing." Ladybug said back, getting in on the joke, "Oh, by the way sweetie. Iron Spider, you know my co-worker, sends his love."
"Please do!" Iron Spider said, "He never calls me anymore."
During the evening, in the living room of the Dupain-Cheng. Her parents where gone for the evening, so Travis and Marinette where cuddled up together on the couch as a flash of lighting could be observed through the window.
"And then Alya said..." Marinette said, telling him what happened the other day, but she noticed he wasn't paying much attention, "Oh, I'm sorry. My story must sound boring to you..."
"What? No, it's not that." Travis said, realizing how she much have interpreted his action, "I just find your voice very relaxing. I'm sorry, I shall pay more attention."
The night went on, the weather didn't let up as rain continued to pour down from the sky.
"That look on your face." Marinette said, "What are you smiling about?"
"Aside from getting to spend time with the girl I love." Travis said, "I'm trying to imagine Chloe introducing Milo to her mother."
"...The girl you love." Marinette said as he turned to her, "Y-you said it before, but it still sends this warm feeling through me."
"Happy you like it." Travis said with a smile as he leaned in, their lips coming together to meet in a passionate kiss.
Her hands went up to his chest, feeling the muscle through his shirt as she pushed him on his back. His head resting on the couch pillow as they made out, their mouths moved in sync as they explored the others mouth.
They pulled apart only because of their need for air, pressing their foreheads together in a headbutt of love.
"I meant what I said." he said, holding her close, "I love you, Mari."
"I know." Marinette said with a cheeky grin.
"Mari... About that offer." Travis said, "Are you sure you made the right decision?"
"I'm sure. Paris is my city. Our city. Besides, everyone I love is here." Marinette said, "And your mom said that there will always be a place for me at 'Shine'."
"What a nice thing of mum." Travis said.
"How does it feel to be home alone again?" she said.
"It has become nice and quiet." he said with a smile, looking at the clock, "I should get going."
"It's pretty late." Marinette said, "But the weather isn't going to get better anytime soon."
"But where else I am suppose to sleep? Here?" Travis said, "I am not going to sleep on some hard wooden floor."
"You could..." she said softly, "You could sleep with me."
"W-What?" he said, "I-I mean, sure. O-Okay."
The two got up and started to get ready for bed. Seeing as Travis hadn't brought any clothes to sleep in with him, nor could he borrow one of Marinette's shirt without ripping it when putting it on, so he was forced to sleep in nothing but his underwear.
"Are you alright, Mari?" Travis said, walking towards the bed, where Marinette already changed into her pajama's and was getting a bit red in the face.
"J-Just liking what I see." Marinette said, as she laid back as he crawled over her.
"It's all yours." he said playfully, taking her hand and placing it on his abs.
"T-Travis." a red as a tomato Marinette managed to get out, rubbing her hand over his muscular stomach and with her free hand she pointed to his lower region, where a noticeable bulge was forming.
"Oh, shite." Travis said, getting red in the face of embarrassment himself, "I-I'm sorry Mari."
"H-Hey, it's okay. I see it as a compliment." she assured him, her eyes now breaking contact with the bulge, "And w-while I'm... quite curious about your member... I-I don't think I'm ready for the next step yet."
"That's okay, we'll take it at our own pace." Travis said, "And I don't have protection on me, and while mum would be extremely happy, I'm not looking forward to being a dad just yet."
The two let out a small laugh, before crawling under the covers. Spooning on the soft mattress.
"T-This is nice." Marinette said, being the little spoon, feeling herself warm and content laying like this.
"Yes, it is." Travis said as the duo soon fell asleep, laying in that position.
Later in the week one evening, Milo was in one of the guest rooms in the Agreste mansion which he was occupying as his own. Sitting at his desk, doing work on his laptop.
"The exaggerated swagger of a black teen? Of all the stupid..." Milo grumbled in annoyance, face-palming, "Someone made the kill list."
He turned to the side where Kwehh was sitting at the window, looking up at the moon.
"What's wrong with you?" he said.
"It's nothing kid." Kwehh said, "It's just... Nooroo's is celebrating his thirty-five hundredth cycle today... all by himself."
"We will free him from Hawk Moth one of these days." Milo said to his partner as he turned back to his screen, "Even if I have to team up with Team Miraculous, I promise."
"...There may just be a faster solution." Kwehh said, "Kwamis are able to communicate with their kind on their cycle, or birthday. But we won't get another opportunity for a long time. A kwamis cycle lasts several hundreds of human years."
"God, you kwamis are weird." Milo said, "But you could find out where he is."
"If we kwamis gather in the Miracle Box at a specific time." the kwami said, "But we will have to do that tonight."
"Why didn't you tell me about this sooner?" he said, rotating his seat towards the window where Kwehh still was.
"Because the Guardian doesn't want us kwamis to leave our owner's sides." Kwehh said, "He says we have to be able to take action immediately if there's trouble."
"Surely it's no big deal." Milo said, "Would it make that much of a difference if there is one less kwami?"
"It might not work if I don't go. The more kwamis that are present, the better chance we have of succeeding." Kwehh said sadly, "And I don't have the best relationship with the others... Nooroo was the only one who was always nice to me."
"Do it." Milo said, "If not for yourself, then do it for Nooroo."
"Wait what?" Kwehh said surprised, floating up to him, "You're okay with it? You'll let me go?"
"Of course, I know how much Nooroo means to you." Milo said, "And when you know where he is, we will save him together."
"Thank you, Milo." Kwehh said, "I won't let you down."
Somewhere on a roof, Tikki is sitting on a chimney holding the marker as Plagg approaches, holding a piece of cheese.
"Hey, Sugarcube!"
"I've already told not to call me that." Tikki said irritated at the nickname, "Do you ever hear me calling you 'Stinky Sock'?"
"No, but you should! That would be delightful, Sugarcube!" Plagg said much to her annoyance, "So, what lies did you tell your owner in order to sneak out tonight?"
"I just told her the honest truth." Tikki said.
"Maybe I should try that someday." the cat Kwami said, eating the entire cheese, "See what it's like."
"Plagg! You should've saved some for the others." Tikki scolded him before letting out a sigh, "I hope we can get in contact with Nooroo... Maybe Kwehh will come to help us."
"Kwehh thinking beyond himself and actually being helpful?" Plagg said sarcastically, "Yeah right."
"You don't give him enough credit." Tikki said, "He always comes through for us when we need him the most."
"Yes, let's praise Kwehh for doing his job for once." Plagg said as the two began to fly towards Master Fu's massage parlor.
"He's not as bad as you make him out to be." Tikki said, "And you know he always got along with Nooroo."
Tikki and Plagg fly through the horn of the phonograph, allowing them to enter the Miracle Box where the kwami who's Miraculous was not in use was located.
"Hi, everybody." Plagg said, "We're here!"
The other kwami's greeted them with welcoming cheers.
"Oh, with you here, we'll manage to get in touch with Nooroo for sure!" the kwami of the Goat Miraculous named Ziggy said.
"What did you bring!? What did you bring!?" was a question shared by many of their kwami siblings.
"From my owner's home." Tikki said, placing a red marker down, "I bring you this."
Every kwami rushes to the marker, Ziggy takes off the cap of the marker.
The kwami of the Tiger Miraculous puts one of his 'limbs' on the tip, "I think I've got it." Roaar said, "It's a paintbrush!" he starts drawing on the floor, impressing the other kwamis.
"Brothers and sisters living within the walls of the Miracle Box, on this special day, I brought you some delicious cheese." Plagg said, addressing the others, "Unfortunately, I had to sacrifice it on the way here, to feed a poor, starving kitten."
"Yeah, right. Chances are you hate it yourself."
All the kwamis looked up in the direction of the voice, where they could see someone they hand't been expecting.
"Hello there." Kwehh said, floating down to them.
"It's Kwehh!" Orikko said, just as surprised as the others at the sudden appearance of the Justice kwami.
But it was Kwehh who was surprised the most when the others where happy by his appearance, Xuppu even shouted, "The prodigal kwami has returned."
Kwehh was surprised and confused as he was crowded by his siblings, who seemed to be genuinely happy to see him, trying to get a better look at him.
"It is a good thing you are here, Kwehh." Sass said, placing a arm on his back, "With you here we are sure to save Nooroo."
Meanwhile in Marinette's room, where the girl herself was sleeping in her bed. She rolled over to her other side, mumbling as she slept. "Travis... A house... three kids and a cat. Nah, forget the cat... a hamster."
"Marinette... Marinette Dupain-Cheng... Ladybug."
Her eyes shot open, "What? What's going on?" she mumbled sitting upright, "Tikki? Are you back already?" as a figure rose at the end of her bed, casting a massive shadow over her as he eyes widen in fear.
"Did you think you could escape me?" King Tyranno said standing over her.
Marinette screams in fright, trapping the black tyrant in her blanket and uses him as a step-up to get up on her balcony, quickly closing the hatch behind her.
"I-I thought they had stopped... B-But why?" Marinette said, "Why is the nightmare back again!?" she looked down from the balcony and sees several people running from things like a T-rex and a ginormous spider.
Above in the night sky, Marinette spotted a something riding what looked like a flying pillow. "He must be bringing nightmares to life." she said, "I-It's the only reason why he is here." just as the hatch was thorn open.
"That tingling sensation running up your spine? Inevitability." King Tyranno said raising from the opening, "And that bit running down your leg? Fear." raising his arm.
Marinette dodges his blast of energy, where it flew over her head and blowing off the wall off the opposite building. She jumps down her hatch, running out of her room and down the stairs.
Iron Spider cracks a skull of a charging T-rex, knocking it into the ground to save a civilian, before returning to the sky.
"Nath, how is it going on your end?" Iron Spider called through the communicator.
"I'm doing fine." Metal Arachnid said, "Have you managed to get into contact with the others?"
"Ladybug, Cat Noir aren't picking up." Iron Spider said taking out a massive bat as he flew by, "I can't get into contact with Argent Hawk or Queen Bee either."
"Don't you have some more suits laying around?" Metal Arachnid said, "We could send them to the boys."
He flew up as he spotted a man in pitch black armor following after someone very dear to him.
"The only ones I have laying around is for deep sea diving." Iron Spider said, doing a barrel roll as he blew up a few garbage bins chasing a man. Flying towards him and attempting to punch him but King Tyranno caught it and headbutted him away.
"Spidy!" Marinette said as the red hero recovered.
"You hurt her..." Iron Spider said, "And I'm gonna bloody lose it."
"Iron Spider." King Tyranno said sounding rather amused at his appearance.
"You know me?" he said a bit confused.
"I do." King Tyranno said, striding forward confidently, "In the future, I broke Ladybug, I destroyed you, and I killed Cat Noir."
"Well... The future isn't set in stone." Iron Spider said, he quickly turned around, picking Marinette up bridal style. Not a second before he took to the sky, King Tyranno launched an energy based attack.
Inside the Miracle Box world, the kwamis are still partying as the rotating floor stops rotating piece by piece.
"...I licked it!" Kwehh shouted, having gotten into an argument with Plagg, "It's mine!"
"That's not a real thing!" Plagg shouted back, "Stop licking all my stuff!"
"My friends, the time has come." Sass said just in time, and all the kwamis go to their spot, "Fellow kwamis, tonight, as you know, we have a special opportunity to create a connection with Nooroo. But we must put our voices together in order to achieve this."
The circle they're floating on, which was pink before had begon to transform into blue, starting at the outside and moving inwards. As the blue reaches the centre, a blue shockwave-ring shoots out. All ball of energy forms in the center and shortly after, a beam of energy shoots upwards.
But once it returned, it was a beam tainted by dark purple energy.
"That's not Nooroo." Tikki said, "It's Hawk Moth!"
"Keep singing!" Stompp said, "We must try to find out where he's hiding!"
"But it's me who's going to find you, little kwamis!" the voice of Hawk Moth echoed through the box, "And I will make you my slaves, just like Nooroo!" as the beam of energy began to erupt through the box.
"His will is so powerful!" Fluff said, as the kwamis strained against the overwhelming power.
"We must cut off all communication!" Kwehh ordered the others, "Hawk Moth is trying to track us down!"
All kwamis spread their arms the purple beam of energy retracts.
"The reason we can't speak to Nooroo is because he's powering Hawk Moth right now. Which means Hawk Moth's probably akumatized someone!" Kwehh said turning to Tikki, Plagg and Pollen. "Which means our partners can't transform! We need to find them right away!"
Iron Spider was slammed into the side of a building from a tackle by King Tyranno, making him drop Marinette, who fell to a few feet to the streets below.
Marinette recovered just as Iron Spider clashed with the black tyrant. Beams of clashing light was exchanged between the two as the hero and villain traded blows, causing more destruction to their surroundings.
"You will not touch a single hair on Mari's head." Iron Spider said, launching a continues stream of energy from his gauntlets which King Tyranno, absorbed into a green shell-like force field as the lines of his suit glowed green.
"Marinette!"
She turned around to see Tikki flying up to her. "Tikki, spots on!" Marinette said immediately.
People are still running and screaming everywhere as Cat Noir lands on a roof and watches the chaos below.
"What is this mess?" Cat Noir said as Ladybug landed next to him, "M'Lady! Tonight's been a total nightmare... until you showed up."
"This is no time for lullabies." Ladybug said, "We've got to stay focused!"
"Glad someone decided to finally showed up!" Iron Spider shouted annoyed as he landed next to them. His armor showing dents, deep cuts and scratched off point.
"What happened to you!?" Cat Noir said, "Your suit is usually all pristine! Now you look like a train ran you over and dragged you along for a few miles."
"If you think this is bad, you should see the other guy." Iron Spider said before gesturing to the akumatized victim, "The sensor says that the pillow is where his akuma is."
"Good going Spidy!" Cat Noir said, slapping him on the back, "It's time for a pillow fight." as he got a head start towards the victim.
"You manage to beat that monster? Impressive." Ladybug said with a nod, "Don't worry about that girl you were protecting, I put her somewhere save." as the two went after Cat Noir.
"Actually..." Iron Spider thought, "I ran away. I didn't manage to land a single hit on him."
"The Sandboy just checked in!" Sandboy said, "Now nightmares can begin!"
Both Ladybug, Iron Spider and Cat Noir attack Sandboy, but the akumatized victim managed to dodge all their attacks.
"You won't be able to fight your worst nightmare for long." Sandboy said as he shoots sand from his pillow, the sand explodes once it comes in contact with something solid.
"He's moving around too much!" Cat Noir said evading an attack, "And his evil sand is blowing everywhere."
"Your up Queen Bee." Iron Spider shouted.
From above Sandboy was stabbed by the stinger of a new superhero, wearing the Bee Miraculous comb.
Dressed in a yellow costume made up of many tiny hexagonal patterns to resemble a honeycomb with a black collar, three black stripes on her torso. The sleeves of the costume are also black, which end in gloves with yellow fingers. Her black boots go down the length of her lower legs.
Her hair was tied back in a ponytail which is curled to resemble a bee's stinger at the ends, tied with a black hairband, with two black antennae-like ribbons sticking out from the hairband, and a streak of black hair curled into her ponytail.
Her identity was hidden by a yellow and black domino mask.
Jumping from one roof to another while using the ability Venom, which allows the Bee Miraculous owner to immobilize her target.
And so Sandboy was paralyzed, allowing Metal Arachnid to swing by and pull the pillow right from under him with a string of his web.
"Your up, Cat Noir." Iron Spider said, flying up to catch the falling Sandboy as his metal sidekick threw the akumatized pillow towards the cat hero.
Cat Noir leaps with his staff, catching the pillow midfall, ripping it in two as he landed. The sand flows out along with an akuma.
"No more evildoing for you, little akuma. Time to de-evilize!" Ladybug said, catching the akuma with her yo-yo. When she released from her yo-yo, it was returned to a normal butterfly.
"Bye bye, little butterfly. Miraculous Ladybug!" she throws the yo-yo into the air, and it explodes into the wave of red Miraculous energy, repairing the damage done to the city by the nightmares and Sandboy, along with turning the boy back into his civilian form.
"Hey there kiddo." Iron Spider said, putting the kid down, "What was that all about?"
"Iron Spider." the young boy said amazed when he noticed him and the other heroes, "I watched a movie on TV. It was kinda scary. And then I went to bed and had a really bad nightmare. I woke up and there was a black butterfly in my room a-and a weird man spoke right in my face."
"Hawk Moth." Ladybug said, "He fed of the negative emotion from a nightmare."
"And that's what happens when you let kids watch anything they want on TV." Cat Noir said.
"My parents did that." Iron Spider said.
"Yeah, and look how you turned out." Cat Noir said as his ring began to beep, "Can I leave you to take this young man back to his parents?"
"It won't be a problem Cat Noir." Metal Arachnid said, kneeling down for the boy to get on. Which he did and he let out a loud, excited laughter as the two swung off as the cat hero left as well.
"So... Who is the new girl?" Ladybug said, turning to Iron Spider, "Friend of yours?"
"You could call us that. I came across her when I was looking for the Bee Miraculous. I have been training her." Iron Spider said, "Kinda what I have been doing with you and Cat Noir."
"I will never understand how someone like you has a girlfriend..." Ladybug said annoyed at his smugness.
"Don't understand it either." Iron Spider said, "How someone as amazing as her could someone like me." before flying away.
He didn't flew far as he landed on a roof close by, where Queen Bee was waiting for him as instructed.
"Not bad, not bad." Iron Spider said, slowly clapping his hands, "Seem you can listen."
"Oh, Spidy, you're too kind! This was teamwork." Queen Bee said, "Oh, how amazing is this!? We're a team now!"
"I'm still keeping an eye on you, but your getting better." Iron Spider said, turning around, "Now get home before you transform back. I got someone to check up on."
Later that evening, Cat Noir sneaked in through his bedroom window, landing on the floor just before he transformed back into Adrien.
"Well that was an evening." Adrien said, looking over to his partner, who was simply floating in the air, "Plagg, something wrong?"
"No... Just... Thanks for letting me do whatever I want." Plagg said, "Almost all the time."
"I know what it's like to have your freedom restricted, Plagg." Adrien said, "You don't need to pretend to be a sock."
At this the little kwami hugged the side of Adrien's face, "You're the best Cat Noir I've ever had, Adrien." the cat kwami said, before letting go, "But, let's not get too cheesy about it now."
"Cheesy? How droll."
Adrien and Plagg turned around shocked to a corner of the room, where Argent Hawk was leaning against the wall with his arms crossed.
"A-Argent Hawk." Adrien said, watching the anti-hero push himself off the wall, "W-what are you doing here?"
"I guess it's true what he said." he said, walking towards them and gesturing to his face, "These mask make you unrecognizable even to your closest friends and family."
"What do you mean?" Adrien said, still confused.
"Perhaps I should show you... Kwehh, Wings In." Argent Hawk said, and he transformed back, a small silver light shot from his ring.
"Milo!?" Adrien and Plagg said in surprise.
"Adrien." Milo said with a smirk as Kwehh floated next to him.
Inside Marinette's bedroom, where the girl herself was sitting on her bed, knees pulled up to her chest, letting the events of the evening wash off her.
"I'm sorry Marinette." Tikki said, "You trusted me and I failed. I'm sorry I disappointed you."
"Of course not, Tikki." Marinette said, "I know you mean it well. I will always trust you, you know?"
"Thank you, Marinette." Tikki said, hugging Marinette's cheek, "But is something else bothering you." letting go of her and floating in front of her.
"It's something Iron Spider said." she admitted, looking up at her partner, "...I think I know who he is."
