Over the planet Earth, a Galactic Patrol ship is under attack by the remnants of the Frieza Force. A member of the Galactic Patrol is running to the holding cells and is shocked to see most of the prisoners have escaped. Except for one, a young woman with rose coloured hair. Other than the hair the most noticeable part of her is the brown monkey-like tail she has. "How in the world does that Saiyan sleeps through all this racket," the Galactic Patroller said shaking his head.
The ship violently shook, and bits of the room explodes which the Galactic patroller is caught in. The shaking also manages to launch the Sayian off her bed. "Ow, what the hell?!" the Saiyan Female said rubbing the back of her head. "What's with the alarm?" the then notices she's the only one in her cell. "Huh, where did everyone go?" she asked then sees the Galactic Patroller. "Hey, are you dead?" she then sees the burn marks on his corpse.
She also sees the door to her cell is blown off. "Sweet!" the Saiyan said and gets out of her cell and searches the body for a key to her handcuffs. Normally she can use her super-strength to brake them off but the cuffs suppress strength. She can't even use her Ki for anything. "Find it!" the Saiyan said and unlocks the cuffs.
"Much better," she said rubbing her wrists. Running out of the holding cells sees a three-way battle between the Frieza Force, the escaped prisoners and the Galactic Patrol. As much as the Saiyan wants to join in the battle, the alarm blaring, ship shaking and the creaking of the hull is telling her to find the escape pods. Now!
A Frieza Force soldier sees her, "Die Saiyan!" he fries at her but shoots a Ki blast at him which killed him and anyone around him. Seeing one of the Scouters intact takes one and puts it one, "Nice! It's pointing to where the escape pods are!." she was about to make her leave when a group of prisoners approached her.
"We will be taking that Scouter little lady," one of them said. All of them have a confident grin because they outnumbered her. If the could detect her ki, they could tell she's a lot stronger then them. The prisoners don't have time to think so they begin to fight.
"What are you, 17?" a prisoner asked.
"No, I'm 32. Why?" the Saiyan asked. This surprised them because she looks like a teenager.
"Perfect!" the prisoner said licking his lips. The look he's giving the Saiyan creeps her out so she fries a ki blast which killed him on impact. Just then two other prisoners try to attack from each side but the Saiyan's fists came at them fast and hard. Another tries to attack her from behind however her tail wraps around his neck and breaks it. The big one manages to grab her by the collar of her prison uniform. She frees herself by kicking him off.
He stumbles back and rips her top off. Revealing she's wearing a black tank top under her orange uniform, "You got a nice rack, Saiyan. They look like about 113cm," he said eyeing her chest. The Saiyan sees an opening and punches his gut hard. She steps to the side as he falls forward.
"Why do they always get distracted when they see my chest?" the Saiyan asked. She doesn't have time to think of that because the shaking is growing more. "I need to get the hell out of here!" the Saiyan said and runs fast as she can to the escape pods. As she goes through the halls comes across a large amount of dead prisoners, Galactic Patrol members, and Frieza Force soldiers. She uses the Scouter to see if anyone else alive but the only alive is her.
Her heart froze when she sees most of the pods destroyed but spots one that slightly intact. She quickly gets in and pushes any button to get the pod moving. It was a rough ride due to the Freiza Force ship outside fried upon the pod. It was spinning so much that the Saiyan is knocked out.
When she wakes up sees a young man with lavender hair and sword on his back looking over her. "Are okay?" he asked.
"Yeah, I think so," she said and notices the young man is holding her in his arms but pays no mind to it. "Where am I?" she asked and looks around.
"You are on Earth," he said then spots her tail. "You're a Saiyan,"
"Yup," she said then when she gets a closer look at the young man notices something. "So are you!" she is surprised to meet another Saiyan. "Did you dye your hair like me?" she asked feeling his hair.
"No, I was born with this hair colour," the young man said.
"Huh?" she then gets close to the young man to smell him who is taken off guard by that and blushes a little, "You have Saiyan's scent but it's not as strong as mine," she said holding her chin and raises an eyebrow.
"That's because I'm half Saiyan," the young man said.
"Huh, neat," she said and both the rose haired Saiyan and the half Saiyan sees Freiza's ship landing. The young man stands up and grips his sword. "Off to kill Freiza?" she asked.
"Yeah," he nods.
The Saiyan Female gets up and pats the dirt off her pants, "Want some help?" she asked with a smile.
"Sure, I'm interested in your power," he said and holds out her hand. "I'm Trunks,"
"Ling," she said and shakes Trunks' hand.
"That's not a Saiyan name," Trunks point out.
"That's because I only tell my Saiyan name to those are close to me," Ling said.
"How many are that?" Trunks asked.
"Zero," Ling said grimly. Trunks notice when she said zero very bitterly. As if she hates that word.
Before Trunks can ask Ling to elaborate on that Frieza's ship lands and his soldiers. Powering up, Trunks and Ling flies to where Frieza is. Ling watches from a distance as Trunks makes short work of the soldiers. Her eyes widen when Trunks starts to transform into a Super Saiyan. It was satisfying for Ling to see Frieza cowering in fear. "So this is Super Saiyan," Freiza's father said.
"So that's what it's called," Ling said. Her time to join the fight when someone who looks like a taller Frieza comes out of the ship. He looks up and flies right to Ling and throws a punch at her. Ling blocks it with her forearm.
"Saiyans must be exterminated," Cooler said and swings his tail at her but Ling blocks it with her tail. Ling throws a punch and Cooler catches it. With a smile said, "It's time to show that I should be the emperor of the universe!" Before Ling's eyes, Cooler starts to transform, he grew in size along with his muscles and his eyes becomes red. Ling finds it weird that Cooler grew a mask.
"Looks like I picked the wrong one," King Cold said. Not caring that Freiza can hear him. Angered that his older brother is overshadowing him rushes at Trunks at full force. Trunks calmly block all of Freiza's attacks.
"I was going to have some fun but no!" Ling said her Ki flares out of her body, it shifts from white to green. Her black eyes turn to yellow and her muscles swell. Her hair curves up like Trunks but from behind instead from the sides of the head, one bang goes down her face and reaches right over her nose. It switches between pink to gold. The brown fur on her tail shifts to gold.
With a roar mighty as a Great Ape, Ling turns Super Saiyan. "You too!"
"Yeah, you have the other Saiyans to thank," Ling smiles and kicks Cooler away from her. Cooler growls and rushes at Ling again. Their fight wasn't one-sided like Trunks and Frieza who was soon cut to bits and blasted into Dust. King Cold may be shocked by that but Cooler didn't care. To him, the throne of Emperor of the Universe is his for sure. All he needs to do is to kill the last living Saiyans.
Easier said than done because Ling is matching blow by blow and is keeping up with his speed. "This is impossible! There's no way a filthy monkey is strong as me!" Cooler shouts "Die with this entire planet!" Cooler laughs and creates a giant orange orb then tosses it at Ling who catches it and tries to push it back with all her might but she is struggling.
Thankfully Trunks jumps in to help her out, "Sorry for the wait, I had to deal with their father,"
"So you not only killed my little brother but my father as well," Cooler said.
"Your father begged for his life before I ended him," Trunks growls.
Cooler laughs, "I was going to kill them myself but you did it for me, LET ME THANK YOU!" Cooler roars and puts all of his power in his attack. Both Trunks and Ling are having a hard time pushing back Cooler's attack. The Super Saiyans smile then powers up to max power and fried a large Ki blast that destroyed Cooler's sphere. The beam consumes Cooler and he's turned into dust.
"That was a close one," Trunks sighs and reverts to his base form.
"Tell me about it," Ling sighs and she goes to her base form too.
They had little time to breathe as Trunks and Ling detects two powerful fights above them. A pair of twins in regal attire.
"Great, more Saiyans," Ling said when she sees their tails.
"Well, what do you know, Saiyan survivors," Yatato said and cracks her knuckles. She eyes Ling who gets in a fighting stance.
Yotato looks at Trunks "I can't wait to try my blade on you," she draws her rapier and points it at Trunks who draws his sword and turns Super Saiyan along with Ling. The twins let out a mighty roar and to Trunks and Ling's shock also transform to Super Saiyan. Their hatred for Vegeta blessed them with this power.
The battle of the Super Saiyans will soon begin.
A/N: I was going to spend more time in Planet Blizz but I want to explore later on in the story. The idea for Ling's Super Saiyan hairstyle is from Super Sonic. The Time Patrol is still part of the story but they won't appear much later. The bigging section of the chapter is inspired by the Endar Spire section from Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic. Ling and Trunks are not going to be paired up. Ling's chest size is a reference to my favourite artist.
