Having decided to set out for the capital Asta began walking towards it as he did not really have any other means of really getting there. Sure he was training to get better with using anti magic yet had learned anything to help him with makeup for his lack of ability to fly outside of his black form. Something he did not want to attempt using as he did not know when he might actually need to use it.

He was attacked once and Mimosa looked like she had fought against something on her way to the Black Bulls hideout after all. So walking was going to be his best option at the moment. Though looking around he did notice that it was not just people that were petrified it was everything that had mana that was affected. Thus even the wildlife was affected along with the plants as well. Making so that he was pretty much walking through a petrified forest area.

If Asta was walking to the Royal Capital how did he even know where he was going well that was because he had actually walked there once already. Since he could not fly and knew that he could always depend on someone giving him a lift all the time. He went through the trouble of just making the trip once before already which also allowed him to take care of any problems he found along the way. Though it did take some time and it was well before the thing with the magic stones and battles against the Eye of the Midnight Sun started happening.

Walking like he was it would take even Asta some time to get to the Royal Capital by foot since the Black Bulls HQ was not that far away by flight or through magic. It was though pretty much every other way when you thought about though. Thus when the sun started to set Asta looked for a place to make camp for the night. Not wanting to go about continuing during the night. He might be the only one that was petrified but there was something out there that he had come across again or seen clearly after all.

Just when he found a spot to make camp all of a sudden he felt a sudden large weight on his head. It was different as even as a petrified anti magic bird Nero did not weigh that much yet...

Nero was not in her bird form anymore as she had all of sudden reverted to her human form and did so while on top of Asta's head still.

"Ummm...where are we now, Asta," she asked him after getting off him

"Heading towards the Royal Capital," he told her.

"Where everyone else and what about our base or Henry" she then asked.

She then noticed the two things around Asta's arms and then he just nodded as it was exactly as she might have guessed. With those two being Noelle and Mimosa in their current state. Though he showed her the page where Rebbeca and Henry were currently being stored and even a second page that under her original name but did not seem to even notice that what it was.

"Interesting how this Scere girl seems to look just like me. Though how come we have never met before" she wondered out loud.

Asta does not really know what to say or how to respond to her memories only considering her time as Nero in her current state.

"So why did you basically summon me...I guess" Nero inquired as she was having to get used to pretty much being close to like a summon now.

"Not sure I was just about to make camp for the night and then you just reverted to your human form all sudden," he said.

Nero then nodded as she probably had a good idea why she reverted as she might not understand what going on or just how she lucked out to be like she was currently. Though if things worked out like she had an idea they do then Asta might have summoned her without knowing about himself. That she somehow react to his desire in her petrified state as a result.

"Before I revert there something I want to tell you is that you need to learn how to have more than one of active at a time" Nero informed him "Can you even use one or both of your swords while I am like this currently"

Asta then went to pull out one of his swords to show her that he could though the moment he did she had reverted to a statue and stay that way until he put back his sword.

"Did not think you could not as you did have one of them out the first time" she said after reverted from being a statue "Though I have an idea I would like you to try out"

Nero then went about explaining her idea to Asta and then waited until he had carried it out to hear the result from him.

"So how did go," she asked curiously.

"Only when you are like this can I not have anything else out at the time," he told her

Which Nero found interesting as she wondered just why that was but noticed how late and dark it was getting.

"What are you going to do about making a camp for the night exactly," she asked.

"Probably just have Henry bring out a room from the base," he said.

He did not have read from his grimoire before since it was pretty simple as he just took out the sword he wanted. Yet with things as they were now he did look it over and noticed that there was some info about what each person in there now could do both before and now in their current petrified states. Being able to just bring out certain pieces of the Black Bulls HQ was one for Henry.

"Until next time then," Nero said as she then reverted to her petrified state and then back into her anti magic bird form.

From there Asta had Henry bring out his room and after he went to sleep. Noelle changed back from her dragon form and seemingly standing guard
