Chapter 28:
"W...what? W...where am I?" Sirius coughed violently as he woke up. "AH! Bellatrix!" He blurted out when he saw his cousin's face a couple of inches away from his and grinning evilly at him. He tried to stand up but found that his arms and legs were tied to the arm rests and front legs of the chair that he was sat on, the chair appeared to be stuck to the floor since it wasn't moving at all.
"Hello Sirius." She said, licking her lips. "You're looking well." She said with a grin. That last statement couldn't be less true, Sirius looked like shit and they both knew it. Sirius, having just escaped Azkaban, was wearing the dirty, drab prison uniform that all prisoners got along with a long, grey coat that he had managed to get through less than legal means.
When he was younger Sirius was a tall, well-built, very handsome man with fair skin, excellent black hair and striking grey eyes, there were very rarely any girls that thought Sirius wasn't good looking. He along with James were two of the most desired boys at school, and not just because of their pureblood families and how rich they were.
Unfortunately for Sirius his good looks - much like his formerly imprisoned cousin, Bellatrix - suffered due to the depression and maltreatment he underwent during the twelve years he spent in Azkaban. As a result, Sirius had prematurely aged beyond that of a man in his thirties. He had a gaunt, sunken face, waxy skin, yellow teeth, and long, matted hair. He quite frankly looked like a moving corpse.
Bellatrix on the other hand wasn't looking as attractive as she was a teenager since she had only gotten more attractive. Of course when she had been in Azkaban the prison had taken its toll on her just like it had with Sirius, but unlike Sirius she had been blessedly lucky to have gained the favour of her lord and master who had fixed her body right up, she was far more healthier, faster and stronger - and of course attractive - then she was before Azkaban.
"W...where am I?" Sirius said, looking around, the only thing he could see was that he was in a dark room with no windows, no anything really, not even a door, the only thing that was in this room besides Bellatrix and him was the chair that he was sat on, yet oddly enough there was somehow enough light to allow him to see. "W...what did you do to me?!" He demanded, wondering how he got here. The last thing he could remember was being in Hogwarts, sneaking up to the Gryffindor common room and being ready to gut that rat bastard before doing embarrassing, degrading and horrible things to his ugly corpse.
"Me?" Bellatrix laughed loudly. "Oh I've not done anything, yet." She said with a wicked grin. "If it was up to me then I'd at least have tortured you a little. But luckily for you I obey my master and he's decided that you've suffered enough."
"Ha, your master's dead." Sirius chuckled quietly, a victorious look on his thin face
"You think he's dead?" Bellatrix laughed even more loudly, surprising Sirius. "Oh, sweet, sweet uneducated little Siri, my beloved master is far from dead, he's alive!"
"Voldemort is dead!" Sirius shouted. "I saw his robes and wand after my godson killed him!"
"Voldemort?!" Bellatrix cackled. "That pathetic half-blood liar is not my master!"
"What?!" Sirius blinked. "But...but you're a death eater!"
"Not anymore!" Bellatrix said in a singsong voice as she rolled up her sleeve to show that she no longer had a dark mark. "My master's got rid of it for me." She told him.
"W...who is your master?" He asked, wondering who on Earth Bellatrix would serve if not Lord Voldemort.
"That would be me." A voice said as the wall opposite Sirius suddenly shifted so it now had a door.
"My lord." Bellatrix cooed as she turned to the door, easily recognising the voice. She quickly dropped to her hands and knees, bowing her head as if she was about to pray. A second later none other than her master, Harry Potter, walked in.
"J...James?" Sirius blinked, his voice had held a combination of confusion, disbelief, hope and sadness. However when the figure came close he saw it wasn't James, James didn't have a lightning bolt scar on his forehead, nor did he have bright, emerald green eye. "H...Harry?" Sirius choked as he saw his godson for the first time in a long time, it had suddenly dawned on him just how long he had actually spent locked up in Azkaban. The last time he had seen Harry the boy was only a year old, but now...now he looked like he was thirteen, possibly fourteen. He had missed so much of his godson's life.
"Hello Sirius," Harry nodded before he stopped and looked down at Bellatrix. "look at me, Bellatrix." Harry ordered, Bellatrix looked up towards Harry, her bright violet eyes shining with lust, love and devotion. Harry very gently cupped her cheek as his green eyes stared down into her violet ones. "Have you been behaving yourself?" Harry asked as if he was talking to a misbehaving child.
"Yes, my lord." Bellatrix answered. Sirius looked on, now feeling more confused than he ever had before. Why on Earth was Bellatrix - his crazy, insane and blood obsessed bitch of a cousin - talking to Harry and treating him like he was Lord Voldemort? "I've been a good servant." She added in a little girl's voice. "I've not even tortured him."
"You're truly loyal to me, aren't you, Bella?" Harry asked, a smile on his face.
"Of course, my lord!" Bellatrix quickly answered without hesitation. "I am yours, yours to do with whatever you want, until the day I die."
"No Bellatrix," Harry chuckled as he leaned down so his face was only a few inches away from hers. "not even death will release you from me, it will not pull you out of my reach. Remember that."
"I will." Bellatrix breathed, licking her lips, staring at him in an almost hungry manner.
"Go," Harry said before he leaned down and planted a soft kiss on her lips. "I'll be sure to properly reward you later." He said in a soft and gentle voice.
"Yes, my lord." She grinned widely as she stood up and quickly snuck in one last kiss before she walked off, once she left the room the door turned back into a wall.
"She's a good one." Harry said in a fond voice as he looked in the direction that Bellatrix had left from, he turned his head back so he could face Sirius. "you on the other hand, are very much not a 'good one'."
"H...Harry," Sirius croaked. "w...what is going on? Why in the name of Merlin's soggy unwashed underpants is Bellatrix...t...calling you her lord? And...how the hell did she get out of Azkaban?" Sirius asked, he had known that Bellatrix had escaped Azkaban a long time ago, the lack of cackling gave it away, though he had never worked out how she managed to escape.
"She escaped because I busted her out." Harry answered, shocking Sirius but the green eyed wizard moved on before Sirius could come up with a response. "As for your first question it is because I own her, Sirius." Harry responded. Sirius was about to respond but paused when he saw Harry suddenly drop back, only to be caught by a chair that shot out from the shadows to catch him, once he was properly sat down the chair shifted into a throne. Sirius blinked at that, he could not help but wonder if that actually did just happen or if Azkaban had damaged his mind more than he had originally thought. "Bellatrix, for all her faults, is a loyal and obedient woman, she listens when she should listen and she does not disappoint me. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for you, Sirius Black." Harry added in a cold voice.
"What? No, no, Harry! Harry, listen to me!" Sirius said quickly. "It wasn't me, I didn't do it, I didn't betray James and Lily! I would never! James...your father...he was like a brother to me! I didn't betray them! It...it was Pettigrew! Peter...Peter Pettigrew! He's...he's alive! He's not dead! I know it sounds crazy but you have to believe me! Peter..."
"Was a rat animagus who betrayed my mother and father to the dark lord Voldemort roughly a week after he had been made the secret keeper to the fidelius charmed house we lived in thanks to a plan that you three hatched which involved you being a decoy secret keeper to trick Voldemort and his other death eaters, does that about cover it?" Harry asked in a bland tone.
"W...well...yes." Sirius nodded, looking utterly dumbfounded. "H...how did you know? I...I haven't told anyone."
"I have my sources." Harry said with a brief grin.
"Wait...you...you knew about it, does...does that mean other people know?" Sirius asked in a hopeful tone.
"Very few, Remus being one of them." Harry replied.
"Remus...Moony?" Sirius asked.
"Remus Lupin actually but I am told that he answers to 'Moony'." Harry said in a dry tone. "And yes, the very same one."
"But...but if he knew then...then why didn't he do anything?" Sirius asked in a hurt voice.
"There's a simple explanation behind that, Lupin - much like his wolf self - answers to an alpha, I am his alpha." Harry told Sirius. "And I had forbidden him from doing so."
"What?!" Sirius blurted out. "W...why?!"
"Because you needed to stay in Azkaban and pay for your crimes." Harry shrugged.
"But...but you knew I was innocent! I didn't betray your parents!"
"You didn't lead Voldemort to them, that is correct, but you did commit a crime against my parents." Harry replied, leaning forward and interlocking his fingers. "Sirius, do you remember when my parents asked you to be my godfather? You had promised to take care of me, you looked my mother - my beloved mother - in the eyes when she asked if you would put me above all else and always do your best to look after me and you told her that you would, you promised that you would. You did promise that, didn't you, Sirius?"
"I...I did," Sirius coughed. "but...but I...I did my best, when...when you were little I visited at least every other day! I would have done every day if not for the fact that we had a war on. I...I..."
"When my mother and father died you arrived and picked me up," Harry spoke in a cold voice. "you didn't take me to a hospital to be checked by a healer, you didn't take me to your home to look after me. You didn't go to the aurors and reported what you knew because your anger blinded you. You cried on me and then tossed me off to Hagrid so he could take me to Dumbledore while you could go off and get the revenge that you had prioritised over me."
"H...Harry, I'm sorry," Sirius choked, tears dripping down his eyes, later when he would be much calmer he would wonder how Harry knew all of this.. "I didn't mean to hurt you," He said. "truly I didn't, I..."
"This isn't about me, Sirius." Harry cut him off. "You could chop off my arm and I could forgive you, but I cannot forgive you breaking a promise to my mother. She was scared, Sirius, the war scared her, not because she thought that she was going to die, but because she thought that something could have happened to me, I was her world, a world that she died for. She died hoping- believing - that you would keep your promise. Part of the reason why she is dead is because you were stupid enough to trust Peter Pettigrew with her safety, all because you wanted to 'prank Voldemort by doing something he would never expect'. My parents are dead because you wanted to act clever.
One could argue that that's not fair since you didn't know that Pettigrew was a traitor, fair enough. I'll forgive that. But that doesn't excuse you breaking your promise, not in my eyes."
"I...I didn't want to hand you over." Sirius sniffed. "I...I wasn't thinking straight and Hagrid...he was following Dumbledore's orders and there are very few things that would stop Hagrid when Dumbledore's given him an order, he..."
"Yeah, one of those things would be a wand in the hand of a trained wizard." Harry interrupted. "I don't give a shit if Merlin himself descended down from the heavens on a pile of a horny, racist unicorns. You broke your promise, not because of Hagrid, you and him spent less than a minute arguing over me. You broke your promise because you thought revenge was the most important thing, more important than justice, more important than me and more important than your word." Harry said, he paused for a few seconds and rolled his neck. "You know I was going to leave you in Azkaban until the end of this year." Harry admitted.
"What?" Sirius blinked, struggling to keep up with all that was happening.
"Well...I wasn't just going to leave you to die in there or waste all of your life," Harry shrugged. "you stayed in Azkaban because you broke my mother's promise, but I must admit that the fact that you managed to escape all on your own is quite impressive." Harry said before he began reading Sirius's mind, it took him less than a second to discover how and why Sirius had escaped. The 'how' was using his animagus form - which was very skinny thanks to how skinny Sirius was - and used it to sneak between the bars of his cell and sneak out since the dementors couldn't sense animals like they could humans. The 'why' was because Sirius had managed to get his hands on a newspaper which showed a picture of the Weasley's and a rat which Sirius believed to be Peter Pettigrew. "But even then...you broke out because of revenge. Not because you wanted to see your godson and not because you wanted to keep your promise, you broke out for revenge. You're a liability, Sirius, I should just kill you."
"W...what?" Sirius looked at him with wide eyes.
"I should, but I won't." Harry replied. "Moony will pitch a bitchy-fit if I do and mother probably wouldn't be very happy. So I won't kill you, but with that being said..." Harry raised his right hand, a black beam shot out of his hand and zoomed all around the room before it charged towards Sirius.
"Ah!" Sirius gasped loudly as he felt the beam crash into him and dissolve into his body. "W...what did you do to me?!"
"Shush," Harry whispered as he stood up, his throne disappeared as he stepped in front of Sirius. "I wouldn't worry, Sirius. You will still be able to live a long and healthy life, maybe even a happy one if you stop being an idiot. Just know one thing, Sirius, from now on you belong to me until I think you're competent enough to walk around without me holding your hand every step of the way. Now, let's talk about getting you free."
The next day Albus Dumbledore walked into the great hall, wearing his usual purple and starry robes, a favourite of his. He sat down at his seat at the head table for breakfast, as he looked around he noticed the students furiously whispering to each other while his teachers were all pale and looking at copies of their newspapers. Poor Severus looked like he was about to have a heart attack.
Dumbledore looked down at his own newspaper once it arrived, however he had made the unfortunate mistake of taking a sip of juice at the same time, juice that went flying out of his mouth when he read the headline.

A.N: Hi guy, hope you enjoyed the chapter.
As the message from above has stated, this is an important A.N. In this story Harry is currently in his third year and I plan to finish the story sometime during his 4th/5th year, which means it's nearly finished (though I don't know how long it'll take me to finish it, hopefully this month or next month).
Which means I'm going to start another story, a couple of days ago I've set up a poll on my pat-reon account to vote for which story is going to be next. The options are:
* HP/ATLA Xover: Harry is born in the Fire nation he can bend all 4 elements too, Harry/Azula pairing.
* HP is reborn in a new world and ends up helping out the girl-who-lived (HP/OC pairing)
* Vampire Harry has to deal with overprotective brothers, the wizarding world and a beautiful redhead. (HP/Ginny)
* Batman/MCU Xover: Batman gets transported into the MCU (pairing undecided).
* HP/Godofwar Xover: Harry is reborn as Kratos's first son and has the powers of Zeus.
* God of War/MCU Xover: Kratos and Atreus are transported to the MCU.
* HP/Spiderman Xover: Harry is reborn as Harry Parker (pairing will be either Mary jane or Gwen Stacey)
* HP/Spiderman Xover: Harry is reborn as Harry Osborn (pairing will be either Mary jane or Gwen Stacey)
* Harry is a werewolf and he likes it, even if other people don't. (Pairing is HP/Katie Bell).
I would have put better descriptions but I was limited in how much I could write.
So far the Avatar one is winning, if you want to change that or support it then you need to become a patron and cast your vote. Just go on the pat-reon ( I spell it like that because fanfic blocks the name, take away the dash if you want to type it in) website and search for JB21Q. The poll will end on the 04/03/2021 (England/Europe time), so if you want to become a patron and join in on the vote then do it before then. If you join then when the new story is released you will get early viewings of each chapter along with early viewings of another story of mine called Widow's Vengeance.
In the future (when I have more free time) I also plan to give more rewards such as shoutouts, and writing one shots for patrons that pay a certain amount.
Thanks for reading, hope you enjoyed the chapter and feel free to leave a review
