Chapter 8: Love crap and soul-wrenching battles (part 2)
Just then an explosion rocked the ship before Arthur could reply. Arthur quickly without hesitating he pulled out his communicator and spoke to the bridge quickly to see what had just happened.
"Bridge, what's going on?"
"Scanning oh my goddess, it's the stolen Helios and Selena Gundams! And a Mejere attack force!" Belvedere shouted.
Within seconds, Buzam sounded the battle stations alarm and without a second to waste, Hibiki, Dita, and Arthur ran towards their machines after suiting up while Misty headed to the bridge. Everyone else in the ship headed to their battle stations.
"What's the damage?" Arthur asked from his Gundam.
"The portside arm has been hit, thankfully no personal were in the arm. We're evacuating the section and compensating for the loss. Arthur, be extremely carefully because this unit that's attacking is one of Mejere's best special operations groups; essentially their version of the SEALS." Buzam said.
"Roger that, everyone be on the lookout! These are deadly ones! Mejere's best and deadliest! Archangel Fujin let's go!" Arthur shouted.
No sooner did he spoke that he launched with Brian, Hibiki, Dita, Meia, Jura, Julian, and the rest of the Dread and Vanguard teams as well. Scanning for the source of the shot, he found it and there the stolen Helios Gundam was there alongside it, the stolen Selena Gundam along with two Mejere battlecrusiers and about forty Dreads
"Holy crap, are you kidding me!?" Misty asked from the bridge.
"That's a lot of women after us!" Hibiki said seconds later.
"We have the numbers so, shouldn't this be easy?" Jura asked.
Arthur shook his head and replied, "No, sometimes in certain situations it can, but not all the time though. Everyone, leave the Selena to me; it's personal. Half of the Vanguards will guard the Nirvana while the rest of the Vanguards will go after the Dreads from the first battlecruiser, the Dreads under Meia's command will go after the other Dreads from the other battlecruiser. Hibiki, Dita; you two will provide covering fire and guard the Nirvana. Jura, Meia you two will each provide assistance to both Dread and Vanguard teams. Brian; the Helios is yours. Everyone like I said, watch it as these are no pushovers! I got one last thing to say; let's roll."
With that said, the battle began between the Nirvana Pirates and the Mejere forces. At first the battle appeared to be stalled with neither side getting an edge, but then with a strong determination, the battle started to turn in favor of the Nirvana Pirates, but the Mejere forces weren't going to let that happen anytime soon.
Arthur tired to fire a shot towards the Helios Gundam, but the Selena Gundam blocked it with its shield bits to create a force field. Brian got close to the Helios Gundam and was about to strike it when he got a surprise; a beam/plasma saber pulled out of the left side armor and the enemy Gundam went and engaged the Saber Vulcan Gundam in a duel.
Next thing anyone knew was that the stolen Selena Gundam charged forward and slammed into the Archangel Fujin Gundam which Arthur responded by firing his thrusters which caused both Gundams to fly wildly and crash onto a nearby comet passing by. It was then the pilot spoke as the Gundam pulled the Archangel Fujin up as if to talk to it.
"You males don't deserve to live."
Arthur recognized the voice and spoke back, "So, we meet again Elizabeth Smith my former comrade. I can't believe you're still blind by this female-superior thing when the real threat is beyond the horizon which is the Harvesters. Besides, a lot of people including Harold thought they lost Bella, Brian, and I. So why betray our home? Our great nation and go against its ideas? Males like me deserve to decide for themselves."
Getting some distance from the enemy Gundam after giving it a bicycle kick, Arthur fired the Valkyrie cannons only for the protective field to block it, which the Selena Gundam followed up by pulling out its beam/plasma saber, and clashed with the Archangel Fujin Gundam's beam/plasma katana.
"Then die with them! Along with those filthy pirates! Besides, those scums from Tarak are also giving you problems? That'll make things easier for us Mejere and I never got the real feel why Gundams are strong, but now I'm going to kill you with it!" Elizabeth shouted.
Arthur then managed to kick the Gundam away and fired his duel rail canons which were blocked easily by the force field. The Helios Gundam after knocking away the Saber Vulcan Gundam got behind Arthur's Gundam and fired a shot knocking the Gundam into a nearby asteroid.
The Helios then tried to stab the Gundam only for the Archangel Fujin to roll out of the way and thinking quickly, Arthur brought both of his Gundam's swords down on the Helios Gundam's lower arms slicing one of them off which was the lower left arm. Arthur would've dealt the death blow, but the Selena Gundam wouldn't let that happen.
Not far away Brian was avoiding getting shot by the Mejere Battlecrusiers and saw a Mejere Dread shoot one of his teammates. He immediately took action and as soon as he was close enough, he activated the beam/plasma sabers in the feet and dragon arms leaving only the canopy/cockpit left which seconds later with the help of Julian, the rest of the dreads from one battlecruiser were defeated.
Nearby, Arthur decided to use an Art of War tactic; taking advantage of Elizabeth's temper because before Harold joined the Self-Defense Navy, a good number of people in the family knew she was an impatient lady and had a nasty temper when provoked.
"Alright then Beth, let's see you block repeated attacks with no support unless you're chicken dick-cheese!" Arthur said.
The trick worked as he expected, Elizabeth got pissed and started to shoot Arthur wildly nearly or hitting the other attacking Mejere forces. Thankfully, none of the Nirvana forces were hit.
It was then that Elizabeth spoke again, "You think you're better!? Well, women are far superior and throughout history, men have for most of the time been leaders and are celebrated and revered like gods. What about other women like Joan of Arc? Men have always manipulated, pulled strings, and used whatever methods to get what they wanted!"
Eventually, Arthur decided it was time to activated one feature that had been tested, but never used in battle due to the Second Gundam Raid; the Warrior Drive Mode System. After getting some distance, he typed in the sequence needed to activate it and it activated immediately.
On the Nirvana while the fight was going on, Amarone noticed the changed and reported it right away, "I'm detecting a sudden change in the Archangel Fujin Gundam."
"Confirmed, vital signs in Arthur are changing." Belvedere said seconds later.
"Hope that kid doesn't kill himself with this stunt." Magno said.
Jura along with any of her comrades that hadn't been shot down and retrieved by Barnette while being protected by the skill of Julian in her Gundam took noticed and worried that he could be killed by this because the last time he tried, he passed out.
Anyone who saw including the attacking Mejere forces looked on as the Gundam donned on its signature Silver-Golden glow followed by the Gundam's eyes and chest piece color becoming an electric blue, the wings unfolding completely and tips of the wings extending which was completed by sections of the Gundam moving outwards, exposing the "Zero" frame which glowed like the color the Paksis, and finally sections of the head moved and formed what looked like a Spartan helmet.
When it was all said and done, the Gundam looked like a cross between a Spartan and a Samurai, but Arthur paid no attention to the little details because he had to stop Elizabeth from killing everyone including her fellow Helios comrade.
Shaking herself out of her stupor, Elizabeth decided to use the shield bits in offense mode and moved them forward to stop the powered up Archangel Fujin Gundam. The Gundam then shot off like a rocket towards the enemy Gundam and slicing apart every shield bit that got close to him. One dumb Mejere pilot tried to shoot Arthur from behind and Jura took noticed and attacked.
Once she was close enough, Jura used one her Gundam's boomerangs as a dagger and after dodging the attacks, stabbed the weapon in the engine block knocking it out before using the main sword of the Gundam to disable it and the remaining Dreads that tried to stop her.
Back with Brian and the Helios Gundam, Brian then again tried to get near it when one of the Mejere battlecrusiers tried to shoot him down which he barely avoided and was contacted by Meia who spoke.
"Mind if I take care of that?"
"Be my guest Meia and come back okay?"
Brian said while fighting the enemy Gundam. Nodding, Meia flew her Gundam and with a few of Brian's teammates helping along with Dita providing fire support in her Gundam, Meia breezed through space with grace.
In rapid succession, the Silver Eagle Gundam pilot took out the weapons using the Gundam's built-in claws that would've made Wolverine proud and then afterwards, did a classy bow before leaving the armless ship behind with Jura and Julian together disarming the other battlecruiser with Dita, Hibiki, and several others help.
Seeing that the battle was clearly against them now, the captain of one of the battle cruisers issued a retreat order which everyone on the Mejere side listen except for two; Elizabeth and Linda.
"I'm not leaving until you are dead Arthur! There is only one way this ends either you die or I do!" Elizabeth shouted.
"Neither am I, not until I've dueled Barnette in one final duel." Linda said.
Piloting the Delivery ship, Barnette knew she was being called out and now she decided to take up the offer. After setting the ship on auto-pilot to return to the Nirvana, she left the ship in her Gundam which she used as a lifeboat in case of emergencies.
Not long after Barnette joined the closing stage of the battle, the duel between Arthur and Elizabeth reached its grand finale in which both pilots kept dueling like an ancient pair of Samurai warriors locked in battle. Arthur on the other hand had only 120 seconds or 1 ½ minutes left on the limiter of the Warrior Drive Mode System.
"Looks like you're getting tired, how about you rest in hell!" Elizabeth shouted.
"Not yet!" Arthur shouted.
With one final act, Arthur drove one of the Gundam's knifes into one of the shoulders followed by the other one which he then sliced off part of the head unit and before he could do more damage, Elizabeth tired to go in for another strike which Arthur thought was suicidal.
"It's over Elizabeth, your side lost and I got more health!" Arthur shouted.
"You underestimate the power of me and this Gundam Eris!" Elizabeth shouted.
"No, don't try it!" Arthur shouted.
Ignoring him, Elizabeth tired one final strike, but Arthur ducked out of the way and sliced off the arms, legs, and what was left of the head leaving just the torso.
Shutting off the Warrior Drive Mode System, Arthur couldn't help, but look on with remorse in what had become of this chase. Nearby, Barnette dueled with her former friend one last time and was having an easier time due to Brian's scuffles with it.
"Linda, why are you doing this? This nonsense?" Barnette asked from the Eos Gundam.
"Because these barbarians and savages built these war machines! War machines that have slayed many of our fellow Mejere women! Your sisters would be ashamed for siding with the Pirates and Terrain Prime!" Linda said from the stolen Helios gundam.
"They deserve to live and not die! The machines we are piloting were meant for battle against the Harvesters!" Barnette said back while shooting at her former friend.
Like Arthur, she avoided a fatal strike and after getting past a slice, managed to dive under it, turned around, and sliced up the backpack holding the cannons destroying them followed by the last arm, head, and what was left of the left arm.
Then suddenly, both enemy Gundams flew forward with the intention of blowing themselves up to try to destroy Arthur and Barnette only for Arthur to fatally stab his sword into where the Selena's cockpit was before the blade jerked up to hit the reactor causing the unit to explode.
For Barnette on the other hand, she saw her former friend fly towards her with the intent to kill her, but at the last second Brian flew in to save Barnette and sliced the torso in half vertically destroying it along with the cockpit as it blew up behind the pair seconds later.
The remaining Mejere forces that stayed briefly to watch the final duel then left without saying anything using their version of the "Orion" drive leaving the Nirvana crew to absorb what had happened.
Looking at the wreckage of the Selena Gundam/Eris Gundam while Brian looked at what was left of the Helios or Enyo Gundam Arthur couldn't help, but say one last thing.
"You left me no choice sister."
His vision began to blur and moments later, he blacked out prompting his allies to retrieve him. After collecting the remains of the two fallen Gundams and after everyone was collected, the Nirvana despite its damage continued on to Tarak and Mejere.
Inside another part of the Medical bay, Arthur now awake from his episode earlier was typing up his report to Terrain Prime about the destruction on the two stolen Gundams, the attack by the Mejere attack force, and the deaths of the two pilots.
The battle began at 12:20 pm and ended about 5:20 pm which meant the battle lasted for about five hours. It was now 6:49 pm and he had eaten an early dinner, taken care of getting ready for bed, and asked no crew to disturb him as he had a long day along with knowing the Harvesters would be attacking again soon.
His train of thought after he had finished the report were interrupted by a pair of footsteps and looking out the room he found Jura wearing her robe which covered sleeping outfit he had seen her wear several times when he did notice which was thankfully her light purple lingerie that left very little to the imagination.
"Hello Arthur." Jura said quietly.
"What is it?" Arthur asked while being clearly tired out.
The feature on the Gundam had taken its toll on Arthur leaving him very tired and exhausted which was why he wanted to turn in earlier than most of the crew, but that didn't stop one blonde pilot from seeing him. Blushing at the cheeks a bit, Jura walked over to Arthur and sat down on a nearby bed
"Look, if it's about sex or anything, the answer is no. I will not have sex out of wedlock do you understand Jura, but if it's not then, what is it then?" Arthur asked.
"No it's not Arthur because I've read that most rational-minded couples between men and women sometimes slept with each other in non-sexual ways and I wanted to spend the night with you after that hard battle. Plus, you kind of almost got yourself killed by using that system in your Gundam Arthur and I want you to stay alive so you can show me your home. Also, I was wondering if….you'd…..stay in…my…room….until the repairs are done." Jura said while blushing.
Arthur looked at her a bit puzzled which he then spoke, "How come you want me to stay in your room? What about Barnette? And besides, I plan on sleeping in my Gundam's cockpit because I've had to do that a few times beforehand."
He grabbed his things and just as he was about to leave, Jura grabbed his left arm and pulled him back making him look at her with a pleading look.
"No Arthur, please don't deny me this and I've told you I love you okay. I want to get to know you more please after all, the potential future ohma of my kids needs to unwind every now and then. Also, I've talked with Magno about the problem I've had earlier today and I just want someone to hold me when I sleep because a few nights ago I had a nightmare of you dying like those Gundam Scientists or someone like that. It's not about fame or fortune or even beauty, it's just love okay." Jura said.
"Okay, you win, but no sex or talks about having babies okay. Deal?" Arthur said.
Jura nodded and she guided to him to her room which because of the recent discovers of hidden rooms including rooms for crew personal in the Ikazuchi part of the Nirvana during the time on the Halo station/colony, more crewmembers could have their own rooms like Jura.
After about a few minutes of walking, they arrived and Jura showed Arthur his room; it basically was all out beauty. It had a normal-sized bed for her size, a pair of dressers for jewelry and beauty products, a vanity dresser with a mirror and some beauty products on it like a curling iron, drapes of different colors different patterns, a bathroom was nearby along with a few pieces of furniture probably used for socialization, a window for a view into space, a computer console nearby, a closet along with a dresser for her clothing, and few things others to suit her tastes.
"Whoa." Arthur said while looking around.
She nodded and replied, "I know."
After looking around a bit which he saw her collection of swords including her signature Rapier sword nearby proudly displayed in a nearby case ready to be pulled out by its user.
He then saw what looked like a Claymore sword which surprised him as that blade was typically associated with very muscular men particularly by Scottish Rebel William Wallace or WWII Legend Jack "Mad Jack" Churchill.
"Since when did you-"
Arthur didn't finish what he was saying when he turned around to ask Jura when he stopped speaking when his gaze came upon Jura as his eyes bulged out his head like normal and his jaw hung limp at the sight mind trying not to get a boner very hard.
Jura when she slept in bed to his shock wore basically almost nothing meaning she slept either nearly naked which made Arthur just freeze where he was as seconds later, Jura was out of her lingerie that included a G-String panty to tease him playfully.
Aside from wanting to tease him playfully, Jura now fully naked wanted to show her full nude form in all its glory especially now that it had been enhanced by the Paksis in all areas not only to help pilot the Paksis-enhanced machines the Nirvana used, but also to be on an equal footing to the Lighting Commandos including the man she was now developing feelings for.
For Jura, her main reason for showing her nude form was to build a level of trust and honesty with Arthur as she had been naked before with Barnette, but this time it was with a male as she put her hands on her hips as she stood up and looked at Arthur before she spoke to him.
"Arthur, the reason why I am completely and un-apologetically naked in front of you is showing you that I love you with all of my body. Is it okay with you?"

Arthur on the other hand fully saw what Jura had wanted to show him; her full naked form that he could clearly see was enhanced by the Paksis from her height to the parts that made her a woman including her breast size that put him under her spell as he started with her head.
The gaze of the Archangel Fujin Gundam pilot started from Jura's head looking at her long hair that looked like a sheet of gold-yellow that reached to her upper legs, she had a pretty face that was like a heart with no flaws, had beautiful green eyes that were like emeralds, and kissable lips that were like a set of rubies.
"Stop staring…stop-"
Arthur's traitorous eyes fell downwards as Jura decided to mess with him by doing some poses to show more of her figure including her beautiful skin that was a nice shade along with her curves giving her a perfect hour-glass figure. It didn't take long before his eyes fell to her breasts that were quite formidable in their size including their red nipples that were a different size than we he first met her no doubt thanks to the Paksis that seemed to not hinder her in any way.
"ARGH! STOP STARING YOU DANG PERVERT!"
Sadly, Arthur's mental functions decided to go AWOL as he stared at her stomach that had no fat and her hips that were a fusion of a supermodel and child-bearing ones along with a patch of well-trimmed golden pubic hair right at the junction between her legs near her womanhood and her long, slender legs along with her elegant arms that showed if she was a daughter of the Greek Goddess Aphrodite, she would very much qualify perfectly.
Jura on the other hand found herself giggling like a loon as she turned around to show off her ass that showed a bit of her womanhood off from a certain angle getting a nose bleed out of Arthur much to her laughter.
For Arthur, he felt like he was staring at an angel from heaven as Jura's toes and fingers were like as if the Greek Goddesses Hera and Aphrodite sculpted them with care as they were beautiful in every way.
"Okay, enough torture for you Arthur as I want to come to bed with me." Jura said.

Jura couldn't help, but giggle at the sight of Arthur acting like he did just now before he snapped back to his senses as seconds later, he stripped down to his boxers as she put on a very naughty set of lingerie including a reveling bra.
Jura nodded as she embraced the man she was loving with her breasts pressing against Arthur's chest as Arthur returned the hug. Moments later, he then climbed into bed moments later which Jura snuggling next to him.
"Yeah know something." Jura said.
"What is it Jura?" Arthur asked.
"I love you and do you think that we can be together when this whole war with the Harvesters is over?" Jura asked.
Arthur nodded with a rare sight; a smile and spoke, "I feel the same and I don't care who or what says we can't be together because in the end, Mejere and Terrain Prime will understand."
After saying good night to each other, both fell asleep holding each other in a more lovers-like fashion and unknown to the two, Paiway after she was let out by Mango's orders had snuck into their room and secretly taken a Pai-check in shock of seeing Jura naked with a man causing her to blush very heavily.
"I got you, Pai-check!" Paiway said while she left in a hurry.
The next morning around the usual time Arthur would get up to join Brian and his fellow Starfire squad mates for the morning workout, the two found themselves waking up to not only holding each other, but also to dismay Brian, Meia, Dita, Hibiki, Bart, Paiway, Julian, some of the Dread and Vanguard pilots, and finally Magno and Barnette as both suddenly were blushing really hard.
"Everyone, what the hell!?" Jura shouted.
"Nothing's happening!" Arthur shouted seconds later.
It was then that Magno spoke, "Don't worry you two youngsters, neither one of you have to be embarrassed because Jura spoke to me earlier about her feelings to you Arthur and I brought some of the crew here because I wanted to show that relationships between men and women are possible. Besides, when we make it back you two, the photo Paiway took will help out in ending the war between Mejere and Terrain Prime. One last thing, I bet few others on this ship have might've now been hit by Cupid's arrow."
"Okay, next time knock please thank you very much as this is very embarrassing." Arthur said annoyed.
"Ha, ha, ha, ha everyone." Jura said sarcastically.
After everyone left, Jura let Arthur go and he was about to get dressed when all of a sudden, Jura pulled Arthur to her and kissed him on his lips which Arthur returned the kiss as well. Arthur's arms were around Jura's waist while Jura's arms wrapped around his head as two kissed and had their eyes shut.
After about a few minutes, both parted and looked at each other before they realized they kissed each other and held each other for a few moments as Jura then spoke to her lover.
"Arthur, I love you and are you okay with me who I am?"
After thinking about it for a few moments, Arthur came to a conclusion as he embraced her in a good lovers hug despite her breasts pressing against his chest as he then spoke to Jura.
"I'm perfectly fine with you b."
Arthur then got dressed up in his clothing and then left to begin his day while Jura just stood there with a smile. She put one of her hands over her heart and felt it beating fast.
"I love him and I know that he'll tell me the same which when he does, it'll be good and he is the man I want to be the Ohma or mate of my future children. Plus, he's got a cute butt and frim muscles along with the rest of his well-toned body." Jura said to herself.
Jura briefly had some dirty thoughts of Arthur making her a bit aroused, but soon put a stop to those as she knew that she had to ask Magno more on a few additional things.
Putting on a pink robe, she then made to the women's showering area after getting her usual shower stuff including her robe and a set of clothes, she joined Barnette in the women's designated showering area, went into their separate stalls, and after removing their clothing on them, both began their day by showering.
"Hey Jura." Barnette said from her stall.
"What is it Barnette?" Jura asked from her stall.
She hesitated before speaking, "Could you keep this between us please? And it has nothing to do with our friendship."
"I'm all ears girl." Jura said.
"I, I, I think I'm in love or at least I'm developing a crush on him Jura with that one man, you know the one who called me hot stuff and who I awkwardly bumped into because recently I've been having dreams about him and I being together." Barnette said.
Jura was a bit surprised and spoke, "Oh, you mean Lockheed Ellison, the leader of the Lunar Knights? Barnette, I now that being in love with a man is nothing bad or taboo at all, I've talked with Magno and Bella before the latter left the ship about the same problem you're now in and it's okay though I'll still talk to them about a few other things. When you see him again, I think you should tell him how you feel about him. I know I did to Arthur."
Meia showed up a minute later and spoke to the two women once she stripped down and started to shower from her spot in the women's showering area.
"Jura, you're not the only one now to have a man sleep in the same bed as a woman."
"You mean Brian slept in the same bed as you?" Jura and Barnette asked at once.
"Indeed I did get nervous, but I got the courage to ask him to sleep in my room until the repairs in the men's quarters are done and also I now know that I'm in love as well. I love Brian girls. One thing I discovered was that I finds me a bit attractive without my headpiece on, but still loves when I have it on me." Meia said.
Both women were somewhat surprised, but weren't as Barnette asked Jura something as she finished showering and spoke to Jura as she was drying herself off.
"Hey Jura, has Arthur told you he loves you?"
"Well Barnette I know he does love me, but I feel that he just needs a little nudge to tell me in a more proper fashion and when he does, it'll be a wonderful moment." Jura said as she too finished showering.
"That's good to hear and I'll let you go to him and be with him if it'll make you happy as you will always be my friend Jura no matter what." Barnette said with a smile.
With that said, Jura left to get breakfast, but decided to take a detour to Magno's room to ask her a few things she wanted to know about her new feelings for Arthur that had a few shades of the sexual type.
After about 20 minutes, Jura left although a bit blushing red upon learning of how men and women had sex to not only express their love and commitment to each other, but also how they had babies in the old days.
Magno also told her to look for the old books on relationships and intimacy between men and women in the Nirvana's old archives from the areas that were part of the old Ikazuchi ship before telling her that she would have the same talk with Meia and Barnette as well.
On the other hand, in the Navigational Well, Bart just sat depressed and spoke, "Man, I'm so naked here."
Back in the Men's Quarters, Parfet continued to work on the pipes with Brian's help along with Duero when Hibiki walked in and asked a question.
"Hey, when are the repairs going to be done?"
Parfat looked at him and spoke, "I'm sorry, but can you wait just a bit longer?"
"Why don't you help as well if you want to get your room back sooner?" Duero said.
"Sorry but, pipes aren't my specialty. If this place doesn't get fixed up soon, who knows what those women will do to me," Hibiki said.
Meia then spoke up about how it wasn't the room that was the problem, but rather him returning to the men's quarters wasn't solving anything.
Brian agreed and spoke up, "One minute all of us are cloudy by various barriers like the men-are-the-enemy belief, but now we're allies. And a few of us are falling in love as well."
Meia agreed and spoke after turning her attention to Hibiki, "Between you and Dita, a deeper bond which is likely love is starting to form. You should realize this by now."
"Why are both of you telling me this now? Is it hard enough to get this given to me by Arthur?" Hibiki asked.
"It's a situation you've never encountered beforehand, but Hibiki Tokai isn't one to run away am I right?" Meia said.
Meia then left leaving Hibiki to think about what she said before leaving while Brian finished his end of the repairs and left seconds later. Several hours later, the crew was once again watching the whole relationship thing unfold between Dita and Hibiki in the café. Although Arthur strongly discouraged it as he viewed it as privacy invasion, Magno made him relax that matter.
"Nothing has happened since yesterday." Amarone said.
"Great, it's so annoying just waiting for those two to admit it." Jura said nearby.
Hibiki wandered into the Hanger bay to think when Brian came in and was working on his unit while Hibiki unfolded his knapsack with various things he could carry around when he noticed the alien toy Dita gave to him around Christmas time.
"You were thinking about Dita again were you?"
The voice came from Misty then appeared wanting to talk while Brian stopped at his work as Misty spoke to Hibiki while Brian looked on.
"I'm still an outsider, I don't really have a place on this ship yet."
Brian was surprised and spoke, "What are you talking about? You're helping Ezra with her duties because she has to care for her baby. Also, your role will appear to you when you least expect it."
Misty considered that when Brian called her up and gave her some cleaning supplies and spoke, "If you want to do something productive, you can help clean the eye and camera glass covers carefully along with Hibiki's unit."
In another part of the ship, Ezra was knitting socks for her baby while Dita sat behind her when Ezra spoke up to the happy-go-lucky teen as Arthur arrived to see how Ezra and her baby were doing.
"You know, Misty has been all alone so, why don't you Dita try to become friends with her?"
Dita got surprised when Ezra spoke up again, "Hibiki, although he may be flawed, is actually really a kind kid so I think that's why Misty hangs out with him."
Dita was about to speak when Pyoro carrying baby Miranda on his back spoke up, "Ezra! I told you not to do her hair and now Pyoro-2's going to develop much slower now-pyoro. Not to mention you're not going to be able to wean her for long-pyoro!"
"Pyoro, if you keep calling Miranda Pyoro 2, I'm so swear to the Almighty above I'll strap a block of C5 Semtex plastic explosive to you and blow you sky high if you keep up with that bull crap." Arthur said before leaving.
Pyoro gulped at the Gundam pilot's threat while Hibiki on the other hand wandered into the Register aimlessly. When he saw the main chair move, he half-expected it to be Gascogne, but it was Barnette rather instead.
"What is it? You need something?" Barnette asked curiously.
"No really, sorry for bothering you." Hibiki said.
He turned to leave when Barnette spoke up again, "Wait, I'm not that good at playing cards so, care to tell me how a bit?"
"Okay I guess and sorry for making you worried." Hibiki replied calmly.
"No nothing really and let me get some tea made." Barnette said.
Dita on the other hand was busying contemplating on how to court Hibiki when she decided to try what Arthur suggested earlier after thinking about Hibiki and spoke to herself.
"Dita will do her best!"
On the other hand, Hibiki was wandering through the Hanger bay when Misty who had left earlier briefly after helping Brian work on his Gundam glopped him from behind which Dita appeared seconds later and an awkward scene straight out of the Jerry Springer Show ensured.
Brian appeared and fixed it before it got more out of hand much to his annoyance which all three left which Arthur then appeared and spoke.
"Man, those two aren't being honest with each other."
"You can say that again Arthur." Brian said.
On the other hand in the café, Jura had had enough and spoke, "Oh come on? Why can't those two be honest?"
She then left and after walking around a bit, she found Dita and ordered her to follow her to the Planning room for some "Planning on new maneuvers in space" while Arthur found Hibiki and brought him to the Planning room as well while grumbling he felt like Cupid.
After both Hibiki and Dita were brought to the planning room, the door was shut and the whole scene in the room was broadcasted across the ship while Arthur decided to reflect on his current service while sitting in the cockpit of his Gundam looking at a picture of his fellow Gundam pilots and their first Gundam units while suited up in his pilot suit.
Meanwhile in the planning room, Hibiki and Dita just stood in the planning room not saying anything when Jura came on the communications line and spoke to them.
"Oh come on you two! Arthur and I both got you two alone together so, be thankful!"
"Jura…" Dita said.
"Talk it out properly okay? I won't let either one of you two out until then because you're making me feel old! By making me worry so much!" Jura shouted.
Both looked at each other awkwardly before Dita spoke, "So, when do you think the pipes will be fixed? I hope it's soon."
"Same here I…uh…guess." Hibiki said.
Bart on the other hand watching spoke to himself while in the Navigational Well, "Well now, this is interesting."
Back in the café, Misty walked in where Jura and several others were watching and was about to make a snotty remark, but was silenced by Brian glaring at her saying silently "Don't".
"Besides Misty, do you really want to clean the toilets of the Nirvana with a tooth brush?" Brian asked.
Misty nodded and left leaving Meia to go after her which after finding her in the Bio-garden; she comforted her which Brian appeared seconds later to help. She then spent time with Meia and Brian in the Bio-Garden on a little date the young lady had set up.
"So, you don't have any family left? Welcome to Meia's world and mine sort of." Brian said.
"Yeah, I miss all of those back on Pluto along with the planet itself. The main reason I hung out with Hibiki was not to mess up a relationship, but I needed some firm emotional foundation after I lost everything I had you know, me being the last citizen of Pluto." Misty said.
"You know, I know what it is like to lose some one or a group close to you because when I lost my parents Meia and Misty, all ever thought of was payback against Mejere, but one of my Drill Instructors at the Self-Defense Marine Corps training camps told me that I should let go of my hate otherwise, I'd end up dead or get another marine killed which I did so reluctantly, but now I know that those who cause their deaths will get what's coming to them in a Humanly fashion." Brian said.
Just as Misty was able to finally let her emotions out of her with Meia and Brian comforting her, Arthur on the other hand was walking along when he noticed a good amount of the crew looking at a video feed.
Back in the Planning room, Hibiki and Dita just looked away from each other before Dita spoke again, "Um…the pipes….it'd be great if they get repaired faster Mr. Alien."
"Same here." Hibiki said.
In the Men's Quarters, Parfet and Duero paused from their work while watching the footage of the Planning Room which Parfet spoke out loud.
"Well now, looks like we've got something more entertaining than repairs right now."
Duero nodded as back in the café, Jura just grew more frustrated at the progress the two were making and spoke to herself quietly away from her teammates.
"Sheesh, can't either one of you two say something worthwhile? And what's with the whole y-yeah thing?"
"What a second, something's happening." Amarone said near Jura.
Everyone watching the action in the planning room heard Hibiki speak first, "Umm…listen I….uh."
"What is it Mr. Alien?" Dita asked while blushing slightly.
"Umm…..yeah I uh…..wanted….to…uh.." Hibiki said while blushing a bit.
In the café, Jura got a bit annoyed and spoke as she bit on a piece of cloth she had with her, "How freaking irritating!"
While Jura was trying not to have an aneurism, everyone else was watching the situation unfold in the planning room which they heard Hibiki talk in a shy matter.
"I really umm…..I how do you say it without looking like a dumbass."
"You can say it to me Mr. Alien don't be shy."
Hibiki twitched a bit before speaking while trying to maintain his composure, "I'm only going to say this one time only okay! So listen very carefully! I…you…..li-"
Hibiki didn't get to finish when the battle alarms started to blare and both Hibiki and Dita realizing that they were close to kissing pulled away from each other. Those watching mostly groaned at the buzz kill or cock block that the Harvesters just pulled.
"Okay everyone, enough of the show and let's get back to business. Back to your stations everyone." Barnette said in the Register.
All across the ship even with Magno and Buzam, everyone got to their battlestations including Amarone who got to her station and reported the situation at hand.
"Damn, it's an enemy attack; Harvesters for sure. Distance 18,000"
"All hands man your battlestations! Dread team standby! Vanguard teams prepare to launch!" Buzam shouted.
Meia and Brian hear the alarms and ran with Misty chasing them asking why they had to run all of a sudden which Meia replied while running.
"Sorry Misty, but we're entering combat right now. We can talk later okay."
"Okay then big sister. Give them hell for my family! And for my fellow citizens of Pluto!"
Misty shouted to Meia as she ran then let both Brian and Meia go so they could get ready for the upcoming battle which a few moments later, Hibiki and Dita were the first to launch with many of their comrades followed suit.
"Hey now! Don't get left behind now! So follow me!" Hibiki shouted.
"Roger that Mr. Alien!" Dita shouted.
In his Gundam, Arthur smiled as the problem at hand was resolved. While the fight was going on far away from the Nirvana and its allies, word of the destruction of the Helios and Selena Gundams had reached Terrain Prime which was a major relief and it was quickly put to use as propaganda for the war effort.
On the other hand however on Mejere in a secure building facility, Alberta now wearing the standard Mejere military uniform looked at a line of mobile suits being assembled. She was soon joined by her sister who gazed at the units. She still retained her old name for some reason which baffled some of the women of Mejere a bit.
"Magnificent aren't they?" Alberta said.
"Indeed they are and I have an appropriate name for them; Requiem for they shall be the hammer that brings an end to Tarak and anyone who opposes Mejere." Lenore Asahi said.
Both looked on as the Mejere's first mobile suits were being made which while they still preferred Dreads, these units would be the final guard to protecting Lady Grand Ma until production could be at a more desirable level.
Far away from the facility at a nearby penal/prison colony, a small infiltration shuttle arrived quietly and two of the Elemental Crusaders got off. After carefully getting inside, Victoria pulled her black mask off and looked around carefully.
"Okay everything looks good." Victoria said quietly.
"Sure hope that remains like that because if we want to rescue our fellow women and persuade anyone who doesn't like Mejere anymore to come to either our side or those pirates side, it has to be perfect." Nami Zhou said.
Naomi or Nami Zhou was about 7'2 after the Lighting Commando Augmentations making her the tallest member of the Elemental Crusaders; she had short brown straight hair, baby blue eyes, and was a jokester of the team, but was very assertive in a good way. Her Gundam was the Blitzkrieg Gundam.
"Indeed, let's get into these outfits and get to work, sure hope we don't run into anyone who might be suspicious." Victoria said.
On Tarak on the other hand, the Tarak Prime Minster walked up to the former Marine General Albert Watson to tell him something that the latter nodded and looked at a titanic mobile suit being built with a slasher smile.
For the Nirvana and its allies, while one problem was solved, another remained which was the Harvesters which unless Humanity united as one; the human race would be extinguished forever…
A/N: This was a pain in the ass to complete. The Helios and Selena Gundams have met their ends and a love triangle is resolved peacefully if not comically.
Their will be more romance between Arthur and Jura which the same will be for Meia and Brian's relationship along with others I've planned and rest assured I won't bias or make Gay couples bad because I view them equally as human beings.
Now for the last three Gundams that were in the picture Arthur was looking earlier at and here they come.
The Izanagi Gundam is my version of the Strike Gundam and Impulse Gundam, which has the head, torso, and waist of the Impulse Gundam from Gundam Seed Destiny, arms, shoulders, and hands of the Strike Gundam from Gundam Seed, and has the legs and feet of the Strike E Gundam from the Gundam Seed side-stories. It can use other backpacks for more versatility.
The Bishamonten Gundam is the ground-combat Gundam though it is altered slightly to fight in space. It has the head, torso, and waist of the Ez8 Gundam from MSG: the 08th MS team, shoulders of the Exia Gundam from Gundam 00, arms and hands of the X1 Cross bone Gundam from the Gundam UC timeline, and legs and feet of the Gawain Knightmare frame mech from Code Geass, but sized correctly including leg thickness.
The Pluto Gundam has the head, torso, waist, and wings of the Deathscythe Hell Gundam; EW version from Gundam Wing Endless Waltz, legs and feet of the Epyon Gundam from Gundam Wing, and shoulders, arms, and hands of the Blitz Gundam from Gundam Seed.
One last note I want to address, the Lighting Commando Augmentations are based on the procedures that made the Star Trek villain Khan strong like how he is in Star Trek Into Darkness and Star Trek II: Wrath of Khan minus the evilness that came with him and his fellow Augments, the Super Soldier formula of Captain America the First Avenger, and the augmentations of the Spartan programs of the Halo series from the Spartan I to the Spartan IV program minus the mind-alternating drugs used in the Spartan III Gamma company and the cybernetic implants, but is better and has virtually no fatality rate.
