Vandread GA: The Second Stage

Chapter 12: Backlashes (Part 2)

June 18th 3818 AD; 11:00 am (1100 hours)

While Bart and Duero were about to face a unwelcome home, not far away near Mejere far away from the male fleet, the women along with a disguised Arthur and Brian arrived on Mejere for their trial.

Being herded like animals, the pirates along with Arthur and Brian after about several minutes of walking found themselves in a large room that had not only a few dozen Mejere guards armed with heavier weapons, but also figures clad in black clothing that hid who they were. If things could add more coarse salt to the pirates and their allies, some of the estranged family members of the pirates were also there as well.

While a majority of the pirates were held in a nearby jail cell near the building, some of them stood to face the judge who came out wearing robes that showed that it was indeed a judge along with platinum blonde hair and blue eyes that could intimidate weak-minded people.

Those facing the judge and to stand trial for the pirates were Magno, Meia, Jura, Barnette, Parfet, Dita, Ezra along with her baby, the squad leaders of the Starfire squad including Julian herself, Paiway, Misty, and a disguised Arthur and Brian.

As soon as everyone was seated, everyone rose briefly for the judge and then the trial began. The first thing that was brought forward was the piracy that Magno's pirates had done to Mejere and Tarak though the world of the men was one they could overlook possibly.

The last few things however warranted Jura taking the stand, which was when Magno's pirates helped Terrain Prime, the whole men-women being together, and the whole Harvester things. No sooner did Jura take the stand that the judge looked at the book Jura had brought with her and exploded in a rage.

"How…how…Dare you! You dare bring this filthy garbage into this place!?"

With one swift motion, the judge threw the book away from her and unfortunately in the process, the two copy nude drawings that Arthur and Jura did of each other came out and upon looking at the nude drawings ordered both of them destroyed along with the book Jura had brought with her.

"Hey! Give those back!" Jura shouted.

The judge quickly shouted, "Silence you traitor Miss Elden!"

"This isn't funny," Arthur grumbled quietly near Brian.

While Jura was restrained as the items Jura had brought with being thrown out, Brian looked at his commander in drag quietly quickly. Brian then whispered very quietly something to that the judge didn't hear to Arthur.

"Would you rather be dead instead because at least Tarak doesn't get us or our mobile suits." Brian said quietly.

"Fine," Arthur said very quietly.

As they were being tired, Jura kept praying silently that her attempt to disguise Arthur and Brian would work. It was then that the Mejere judge noticed the two unusual females sitting behind Magno. The woman then spoke sternly.

"Why do two of your filthy pirates have unusual builds?"

"Oh because they were body builders and were briefly bounty hunters for a certain time period," Misty said quickly.

The judge seemed to buy it as the trial went on while inside their outfits, Brian and Arthur both hope they wouldn't be caught and killed. Then suddenly seconds later, again the Mejere judge asked another question.

"Why do both of them have a very slight tint of blue in their eyes?"

While both Arthur and Brian were trying to keep cool, Jura and Meia were a bit nervous that the judge took notice of as then, Misty acting very quickly spoke with the answer that hopefully the judge would buy for now.

"Oh, it's because they haven't slept for a few days because they were that excited to get here."

This seemed to confuse the judge for a few seconds but then, recomposed herself and got back to business at hand. It was then that the Mejere judge then focused her attention back to Jura and glared at her harshly and spoke.

"Miss Elden, did you really believe that you could help those savages along with the rest of those traitors in helping to defeat Lady Grand Ma and our country Mejere? Better yet, did you honestly hope to drag other women down this sinful path?"

"What are you talking about?" Jura asked in a fake dumb tone.

This rubbed the judge the worst, possible way as it caused her to explode in rage. She stood up fully and pointed her right index finger at the blonde Mejere woman and shouted at her.

"You and the rest of your fellow pirates are nothing more than witches and traitors to Mejere and your fellow women!"

Jura didn't like what she heard and spoke up, "What!? Listen you stubborn bitch, I loved a man and who was it you ask, it was none other than the infamous Wolf Angel himself; Arthur Roy Hanson and he was nothing like what our propaganda depict men as such. I got to see the real side of him and was in a relationship with him including sleeping in the same bed as him, in my naughty undergarments by the way, but we didn't have sex and we sadly broke up. Meia on the other hand loved the Space Dragon who was really Brian De Gras."

"Yeah, and last time I recalled, they didn't fire the first shot, you ladies did. All they did was an act of kindness to help one of our own find their way back home and look how we repaid that with war. In fact, many of us once believed that men were the enemy and that our eyes were opened to the truth; men aren't brute, savage monsters, but rather are human just like the rest of us are here," Barnette said speaking up seconds later.

Misty saw the Mejere judge barely keep her rage in check at the sleeping with a man bit, but started to cool down slowly. while that happened, Misty as she sat next to Meia whispered to her something.

"I've heard the stories from some of you, but Mejere really scares me,"

Once calmed down after a few, slow and tense minutes, the Mejere judge sat back down and overlooked other stuff presented to her concerning Magno and her fellow pirates and spoke again.

"From what I've been able to see from various sources, you pirates were planning a Coup d'état with or without Terrain Prime using a false rumor about a "Harvest" I'm I not mistaken."

"She said Coup d'état, how completely BS that is," Parfat said in a low voice.

"Yeah, talk about rich fantasy or imagination," Barnette said bitterly.

While Dita changed her expression from a sad one to a more serious one. Arthur and Brian on the other hand wanted to show expressions, but kept themselves from doing so as Magno spoke next.

"Oh Really? That's new to us this whole Coop d'état thing."

It was then that everyone who was not members of the pirates began muttering amongst themselves about Magno's statement. Julian herself looking around could see her estranged sister looking at her with a hateful look as she sat next to Dita with her fellow Starfire squad leaders.

"Looks like they weren't told about the truth about the Harvesters," Natalie whispered near Julian.

"Yeah, but it'll take a hell of a lot to convince them otherwise Natalie," Julian replied quietly.

As quickly as it began though it was a few hours; the trial or sham trial to Arthur and Brian ended with the Mejere judge slamming her gavel down to announce the verdict that was easily known by the heroes from a mile away.

"By the order and in the name of Lady Grand Ma, I hereby find Magno's pirates guilty of high treason and piracy against Mejere. Magno's pirates are to be sentenced to life in the asteroid prison!"

But then just as everyone was starting to leave, the jMejere judge noticed something unusual on the two females standing behind Magno had scarfs on their necks that made no sense, as the building was air conditioned to the point that a scarf wasn't needed.

Ordering the two to be brought forward to her, the Mejere judge stood before the disguised duo and then, looked more closely and in one swift motion, the guards with her pulled the scarfs off exposing the bare throats of Arthur and Brian.

"What the?"

Then the wigs came off along with a bottle of water being squirted at Arthur and Brian's faces washing off the makeup that seconds later, both Arthur and Brian were pulled forward over the railing on the front row landing roughly. It knocked the colored contact lens off both men.

"Could they both be?"

All of a sudden, both Arthur and Brian had their cuffs removed before the remaining clothing removed off of them including their stuffed bras that everyone in the room with the exception of Magno's group jaw-dropped with both surprise and fear as one person summed it up in one loud voice.

"IT IS THE SAVAGES WOLF ANGEL AND NOVA DRAGON!"

Arthur and Brian on the other hand tried to move, but were soon stunned by laser shots leaving them unable to move as the Mejere judge looked at Magno's group smugly before she spoke to them.

"Well now, looks like you've done something good for once, deliver two monsters to us as we thank you especially the ones who like to dress up for this especially you Ms. Jura Basil Elden…now then, what are your names savages?"

"Arthur ma'am," Arthur said sitting up carefully.

"Brian Miss," Brian said seconds later.

Then, both Arthur and Brian were cuffed by both their wrists and ankles and dragged away much to the horror of Magno's group as they knew what fate awaited them. Meia was especially worried for Brian.

One by one, everyone began to leave except for several guards left to escort the women. Ezra's baby started to cry a bit, but was calmed by Ezra. Just then, Dita heard the judge make a negative remark about Arthur and Brian along with dismissing the Harvesters as a rumor by the pirates. This made Dita speak up despite the threat of the Mejere guards trying to stop her.

"How dare you!? Listen to me very closely lady; they may be men, but they are the best things that happened for Jura and Meia along with those men vice versa. You think they're nothing, but animals? Well now, that is false because they are or were just as human as you and I are. How long must you keep your eyes, ears, and hearts closed off to the truth about who the real enemy is along with the truth about Terrain Prime? The real enemy wasn't Terrain Prime rather it is the Harvesters and if nothing is done by the time they come, it'll be too late for all of humanity!"

"Oh and once last thing bitch, men like Arthur are really good kissers," Jura said with a smug smile.

The Mejere judge just merely looked at Dita and Jura, gave both of them the double middle finger gesture, and spoke that the trial was over and left. Dita then looked to the ground and started to cry, which she then felt Misty hold her hand and looked at her after the two Mejere guards pulled their weapons away from her.

"That was very brave and noble of you Dita along with Barnette and Jura," Misty said warmly.

"Our journey wasn't in vain?" Dita asked.

"No, it wasn't Dita, it wasn't," Misty said with empathy.

Everyone else nodded as the lights went out and then the remaining Mejere guards escorted them from the large room. If fate was a shit bird, it soon became apparent as they were then forced onto shuttles and taken to the public square near Lady Grand Ma's place.

"What's going on?" Misty asked.

"Nothing good, nothing good at all." Magno said.

After arriving at their spots in a park across from where Lady Grand Ma lived under tight guard, they were forced to stand as several minutes later after a crowd arrived, a small platform was set up near them as a large military-grade shuttle arrived.

Emerging from the darkness was Arthur and Brian heavily bound, gagged with cloth in their mouths and not to mention, clad only in fabric around their waists as crowds chanted at them and threw stuff at them.

"Monsters! Monsters!"

"Demons! Demons!"

Both men were later secured to the poles on the platform that were set up. The mouth gags were removed as then, Julian's sister looked at the duo before she spoke of the crowd that was only getting larger with each second along with news crews that were capturing the moment.

"You both draw quite the crowd monsters!"

Arthur then spoke, "If they came to hear us both beg and plead for mercy, then they'll be disappointed."

Then all of a sudden, both men were subject to electrical shock that lasted for a few minutes as they then had light laser fire shot at them designed not to kill them, but to hurt them really badly as Julian's sister addressed the crowds.

"There can be no greater example of evil then them! Let them be an example to all those who dare stand against Lady Grand Ma and Mejere!"

The Mejere woman then pulled out an electric hot iron brander with a random mark that neither man could make out on the front part from a fellow soldier as she then pressed it against Arthur's chest first who held out before he let out a loud roar of pain before doing the same to Brian.

Magno's group on the other hand was in horror at being forced to watch this display of inhumanity as the crowds cheered at the pain of Arthur and Brian. Then a pair of well-built females came by them each with a whip. Both chuckled darkly before then, both women started to whip the men with furry.

Making matters worse, both whip tips were jagged with broken glass fragments. A few minutes later, it was over as both Arthur and Brian were let down and tossed into the shuttles they were brought in earlier.

Seconds later, Julian's sister walked up to Magno's group before she spoke to the assembled group with a look that would've put a certain Game of Thrones character to shame.

"This is just the start…. we'll kill him later, but we'll just hurt them, really bad! Especially to you Jura and Meia for having the nerve to even think of loving those monsters, you both bring shame to our nation. When the rest of the pirates are captured, then will they have our permission to die…."

Moments later, the pirates along with a tortured Arthur and Brian were herded into a group of prison transports and sent to the asteroid prison or penal prison colony. It would take a while for the shuttle to get there as the pirates hoped help would arrive soon.

Meanwhile on Tarak, Tenmei was getting praise and thanks for his efforts by many high-ranking Tarak officials including the Prime Minister himself. The male-turned-female wore a Tarak uniform, but it was an older version, but still showed his status and rank. Then, the Tarak Prime Minster spoke up.

"The information you were able to bring back to us on Mejere was invaluable. I wish that more could've been found on Terrain Prime, but we'll work with what we've gained thanks to you. Even our great, dear, and powerful Lord Grand Pa himself is excited at how useful this new info will be in our campaigns against our enemies."

Saluting the men, Tenmei saluted and spoke, "Thank you sirs!"

Despite the thanks Tenmei was giving to the other Tarak males, the Tarak Prime Minister couldn't help, but look a bit disturbed at the breasts on Tenmei's chest and spoke up about it as it was on his mind.

"Um, could you have done something about those things on your chest? It's kind of creepy..."

"Sir, until I'm told my mission is complete, they'll stay on even if they're bothering you so, deal with sir. Basically, it's up to you sir to tell me when my mission is over or not. Besides, do you not like them?" Tenmei asked smugly.

After regaining his composure along with the rest of the men which took considerable effort on their part, the Tarak Prime Minister nodded and Tenmei left, but not before asking one last thing.

"What about the men? Bart Garsus and Duero McFile?"

"They'll be sent to a re-education center. They've been tainted by the lies of women and willing helped Terrain Prime against us if you want to know. They need to be reminded of where we stand and who should their real loyalties should lie at, us men and not cooperating with the women and those who work with the women," replied the Tarak Prime Minister.

Nodding, Tenmei left and as he walked down the halls to the outside of the building, various men stopped and saluted him as he passed them. Once outside, Tenmei looked around and aside from the usual sites of the city, he saw various types of propaganda displayed everywhere including the recent capture of the Nirvana and the ongoing hunt for Terrain Prime's Gundams.

Part of him told him that Tarak wasn't agreeing to a cease-fire, but rather was using it as ruse to attack Terrain Prime when they least expected it. Then again another thought crossed his mind; he's helped Magno's pirates and Terrain Prime and he liked it so, with a smile on his face, he headed to where Bart and Duero were being held with a plan in mind.

Far away in space near Mejere, the transports or transport train was getting ever closer to the asteroid prison colony where Mejere's criminals and undesirables were sent. As the vessel got closer, it shook causing Ezra to move forward, but was caught by Dita and Misty.

"Don't worry Ezra if want, I'll hold your baby if you get tired," Dita said.

"I can't let this end like this because I need to find out exactly why I was awoken," Misty said firmly.

Meia on the other hand looked away before Magno spoke to her nearby, "Are you afraid?"

"No, not at all especially after what we've been through this past year and what happened during the voyage," Meia said.

"That's good Meia. Don't think about it because it is a bad habit of yours," Magno said calmly.

Meia just looked at Magno before speaking, "I…I was thinking what would Hibiki would say at a time like this."

"I'm pretty sure that he'd say the same thing you would Meia. Besides, if Brian's parents were still alive and had the chance to meet you, they'd be proud of you taking care of their son with being a better human," Magno said with empathy.

As the transport neared the Penal Prison Colony, Meia noticed something unusual about the security forces near and around the facility; mobile suits patrolling which was very unusual because Mejere would never use mechs of any type.

"Hey ladies, look; near the prison patrolling," Meia said quietly.

Everyone saw it before Jura spoke, "Looks like Mejere's own mobile suits and based on their design, they appeared to be reversed-engineered from the Helios and Selena Gundams. Looks like getting out will be a hell in nutshell."

Meia nodded as the transport stopped at the prison/facility which all of them were herded off the ship like cattle before getting mug shots of each of them. Seconds later, they were all escorted down a long hallway lined with cells on either side with guards here and there to maintain order.

What was different this time was that there were some with more deadlier laser weaponry. The group then came to a stop in front of a section of cells which the pirates were to be put into when one of the females in the cell recognized Magno.

"Hey, you're Magno Vivian right?"

"Yes that is correct young lady," Magno said quietly.

Then like wild fire, more voices within the prison/penal colony rang out rapidly much to the surprise of the female portion of the Nirvana crew as they weren't happy right now, but now it was different. The voices were loud and happy.

"Magno Vivian?"

"A big legend just came in!"

"The one who help take down the two Gundams that Mejere stole from Terrain Prime?"

"She's so freaking cool!"

"Did you come to save us? Did you?"

A guard then shouted an order, "Quiet now! All of you!"

"What is all this?" Paiway asked in confusion.

"Beat's me," Dita said with a shrug.

Misty was surprised to see this and spoke, "Whoa, you are all both famous and infamous."

Jura then spoke, "Yeah, Jura is a pirate of freedom and you got to have a bit of fun with life. We're a great and wonderful bunch!"

"You call this fun like being cuffed, watching your ex-boyfriend get publicly humiliated, and sent to prison fun Jura?" Barnette asked while handcuffed.

"Come on, I'm just trying to lighten up the mood," Jura said with annoyance.

"Hey will let us join your pirate crew?"

"Me too! I want to join Magno's pirates as well!"

"Can you hear that Mr. Alien? Even in this terrible place, there are those who want to change not only the world, but create a better future for Humanity! They want to change themselves for the better!" Dita thought mentally.

Despite the efforts of the guards, no one wanted to quiet down as the mood got a bit hopeful. Then, suddenly a mysterious female guard came on the scene. She shouted very sternly a quick, deadly order.

"All of you shut the hell up or I'll stand all of you in front of a firing squad!"

That got everyone to shut up as everyone was place in various cells. Once everyone was in their cells, the same mysterious guard walked up to Jura, which made the blonde woman scared.

The guard looked Jura and spoke, "I'm surprised to find you here Jura."

"Wait, what?" Jura asked confused.

The guard lifted to top part of her outfit covering her head slightly to show it was none other than Victoria herself which another shock came in the form of Nami Zhou walking up to the same cell that Jura and Barnette were in and doing the same as Victoria.

"How did you end up here?" Nami asked.

"Caught along with Arthur…and Brian…" Jura said somberly.

"Where are they?" Nami asked.

Barnette then spoke up, "We don't know, but they were publicly humiliated and what happened in front of Lady Grand Ma's palace is just the start of Mejere's plan to eventually kill them both and my horrible feeling tells me that this place will be where they die so please, find them!"

"On it! Nami, come with me!" Victoria said.

On the other hand, Arthur and Brian were being moved throughout the place by being dragged via the most painful way possible; hooked by their armpits as the inner parts of the hooks were sharp while guards escorted them and showed them to the various prisoners in the facility.

Then, they were brought to the area where Magno's group was present before the warden of the facility who looked like Gasconge, but with red hair looked around and addressed the crowds.

"All right maggots, we have a real treat for you today! Today, we get to have some fun with a pair of monsters from Terrain Prime! The Wolf Angel and his bingo buddy the Nova Dragon! Let them all be an example to all those who have any thought of trying to escape as it'll be impossible with our new security guards! For me, this is a special moment as my daughter Linda Fallweather was slain by these beasts and this will be my vengeance!"

Arthur then spoke, "Aw man! Brian you killed her daughter?!"

"Um, technically she-"

Brian didn't finish when the warden smacked him across his face with a baton sending him down the ground while Arthur watched. Seconds later, Arthur was thrown roughly to the floor.

The warden looked at Magno's group and noticed something in particular about two of them; they were looking at Arthur and Brian in a certain way, which the warden decided ask a question to Magno.

"Tell me old hag, why are two of your pirates looking at them as if they give a damn about them?"

Before Magno could reply, Paiway accidentally spoke the truth loud enough for all to hear in the immediate area out of impulse and unknown to her, by mistake. Despite it being an honest answer, it was going to make things worse.

"They um….are…um…..I do….I…say it….one of our pirates is in love as Meia likes Brian and Jura liked Arthur before they both broke up."

"WHAT!?"

"Nice going Paiway, now it'll get worse!" Meia thought mentally.

Enraged by this news, suddenly the warden walked up to Jura, grabbed her by her neck, and brought her face close to hers while glaring at the blonde woman before she spoke.

"Why did you love that monster huh?! What did you see in that beast?!"

Jura glared back and spoke, "You want to know why bitch? On the surface, he may seem like what you see, but underneath it all, he's one of the nicest guys around a bit stern; a jerk with a wonderful heart of gold."

The reaction was that of pure rage as the warden shoved Jura backwards and ordered Arthur and Brian to be tortured in the most horrific way possible, but leaving them alive so she could kill them before she left.

Without wasting a second, both Arthur and Brian were strung up against a set of railings that was set up quickly before a group of guards left and reappeared seconds later with hoses that sprayed not water, but all of the urine and feces from the prison onto the men.

As if to add insult to injury for Magno's group, every one of them was forced to watch including Paiway. Then the dirty sprays stopped as once the crap was cleared away before another hose was summoned.

It sprayed ice cold water on the two men were squirming around before being dropped onto the floor of the prison as then, the hose sprayed hot water at them making them finch before it stopped seconds later as then, a group of guards joined in to beat up them up. A few of them even laughed darkly at what they were doing to them.

Dita with tears in her eyes spoke up, "Please stop! You're scaring Paiway and Ezra's baby!"

"Shut up! This will teach all of you what the price of treason is!"

The pleas from the other pirates did little to stop them as Arthur and Brian were getting punched, slapped roughly and kicked within every bit of their life as guards took time to shout insults at the men.

"That's for my sister who died during that first Gundam Raid you Bloody Savage!"

"Beasts!"

"We won't kill you both now, but you'll both die you savages!"

After their brutal beat down, Arthur and Brian still alive to the surprise of the guards then strung them both up that their arms were spread outwards while one guard on each man took a knife and began to cut them at the same time, both were subject to shocks via cattle prongs and Mejere laser tech.

Meanwhile, Hibiki was still floating in the space of the Paksis energy wondering what would happen next as he wondered what would happen to his teammates. He hoped he would get an answer soon.

"W-W-what's going on here?" Hibiki asked confused.

He felt his rear end and grumbled, "Man, they got me good."

He then saw bits of red which was most likely the Red Paksis which almost as if he knew what it was and spoke back to the Paksis as if it was a living thing which it could be.

"Yeah, I know Paksis, they're almost here right? The Harvesters, but there is no longer any reason to be scared anymore! My allies and I will not lose!" shouted Hibiki.

Next thing Hibiki knew was that he was then transported back outside of the reactor core and after looking at it, he then left wandering the ship as the only person on board.

He did notice his unit gone along with the other Gundams which he concluded it was Arthur and Brian who had something to do with it as he wandered the rest of the ship alone. Outside of the ship, new Tarak Vanguards guarded the Nirvana like it was a rare diamond.

Back inside the ship on the other hand, Hibiki wandered around a bit before finding a lunch box meal made by Dita which as he was examining it, he didn't noticed something sneaking up on him. It was none other than Pyoro who spoke softly.

"Everyone was taken away from the ship-pyoro..."

"Are you the only one here?" Hibiki asked.

Pyoro nodded before replying, "Pyoro's keeping an eye on the place-pyoro."

"They're coming, the Harvesters," Hibiki said ominously.

"Pyoro can feel it as well-pyoro," Pyoro said quickly.

Hibiki then decided in that moment that he was going to fight even if it was just him and Pyoro. Moments later, the Tarak youth then spoke with determination and strong vigor.

"Then we're both going, even if it's just the two of us!"

"But Barnette's locked up the Nirvana-pyoro! Not to mention, your unit isn't here thanks to Arthur and Brian-pyoro! We can't fight alone with just us-pyoro," replied Pyoro.

Hibiki stopped and grumbled one thing, "Dammit!"

On Tarak on the other hand, Duero and Bart were both getting the worst torture possible due to their beliefs of men-and-women coexisting. Duero was strapped to a cross while Bart was held up by his wrists shirtless receiving a whipping that would be considered inhumane. The guard torturing Bart shouted a demand to the Nirvana's helmsman.

"I said this to you once before, swear your loyalties to Grandpa or else!"

Duero on the other hand was being force to watch Bart's torture while another Tarak man was making sure he watched while getting a sick, pleasure in watching Bart's pain. Bart despite the pain, paused and then spoke defiantly.

"There is no point to this, we won't change our views nor do we regret the actions we took with helping those pirates and those folks from Terrain Prime."

Bart got whipped again and Duero shouted his friend's name as the helmsman was torture while his another Tarak man held his head and spoke to him in a matter that would've placed the guy right at home with Fascists and Marxists of the past including Hugo Chavez.

"Come on now, if you're truly a man Duero, I'm sure that you want to save him. All you simply have to do is swear your loyalties to Lord Grand Pa and the pain will end. Both of you are victims of the environment you were both exposed to."

Duero said nothing as the guy spoke again, "Both of your thoughts have been corrupted by the shit crap of coexisting with women and helping those psycho monsters that are those Gundam pilots. Thoughts that both of you were willing accept willingly."

"If anyone here is the real psycho monsters and is victims of the environment it is you two. Women are wonderful and the Gundam pilots of Terrain Prime are humans, not machines as you say for they have free will and still can express their emotions when they can. I truly felt alive during those days and don't regret a single day about it." Duero replied firmly.

The Tarak man spoke, "Oh so unwise….."

Just then the door opened and Tenmei appeared which Duero narrowed his eyes to at the sight. The two Tarak men saluted as Tenmei just merely walked up to Bart and looked at him while Bart just glared at the transsexual human.

"How's it going comrades?" Tenmei asked.

While both Bart and Duero glared in hatred towards Tenmei aka Buzam or BC, the other Tarak men looked very annoyed. For them, they couldn't break Duero or Bart as one of the men spoke up.

"They're very stubborn and hard as rocks. They've completely forgotten their oath to Tarak and place it with those beasts and those pirates. They've been completely tainted by the women and their allies."

Duero then spoke, "So, you've gotten another award for betraying your allies and your memories."

"I can't believe I fell for you when you were a woman. You're lucky I've been looking at others like Bella, but my initial feelings won't change at least until you can show me who I should trust, Buzam or Tenmei." Bart said with a glare.

Tenmei just smirked and looked to one of the men near him. Unknown to the Tarak men torturing Duero and Bart, Tenmei had something up his sleeve for the duo as the rogue XO of the Nirvana spoke.

"Let me have that whip please."

Bart glared at the traitorous XO of the Nirvana not knowing what would come next. Tenmei slowly walked up to Bart himself with the whip in hand as then, Tenmei spoke up to all present.

"Let me show you guys how to use a whip."

Bart closed his eyes preparing for the worst when he heard thumps which after opening his eyes, he was in shock as the two Tarak men were on the floor out cold. Duero likewise felt the same.

Both Duero and Bart had one thing in mind: What was going on?! Tenmei on the other hand having taken care of the two dick heads that were hurting Duero and Bart moments before turned and spoke to them.

"Come on, Hibiki's waiting."

After saying that statement with both Duero and Bart still in shock at the unexpected help, he then tore off the medal he earned for the Nirvana's capture and threw it away with utmost contempt for it now that he thought about it.

Tenmei then spoke, "I already have enough shit on my chest already okay. Let's just get out of here."

"Very interesting." Duero said.

With Duero and Bart freed, the plan for escape was getting started, but unless things changed quickly, time would run out for two of the Nirvana's heroes unless a certain female pair had anything to say about it as Victoria and Nami raced to save them with some help coming.

"I'm coming to save you Arthur and Brian! Just hold on!" Victoria thought mentally.

The race against time for the Nirvana had begun…

A/N: Part two of Chapter 12 is done. Part three is coming very soon. For what happened to Arthur and Brian on Mejere, I loosely based it on a scene from Halo 2 in which Thel (aka the future Arbiter) was made an example for the destruction of Alpha Halo by the dick head Prophets of the Covenant.
