"I don't plan on perishing, but I will end my turn." Akiza said calmly.

"In that case it's my move, so first I'll use Gathering of Chaos to send another monster to my graveyard and this time I'll choose the powerful Majestic Star Dragon." the Immortal Cosmic Dragon said calmly. "Your life will soon end, but for now I will simply set one card and summon Hyper Synchron in attack mode."

"What's the point of that move, Hyper Synchron is weaker than my Black Rose Dragon." Akiza said.

"You should know better than to underestimate a monster simply based on its attack points, however in this case you are correct that Hyper Synchron is too weak to be of any use." the Immortal Cosmic Dragon said calmly. "Of course he merely is here to serve as a means to an end. That ends my turn."

"Something's wrong, why is he sending Majestic Star Dragon and Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca to the graveyard instead of taking advantage of them in the duel?" Carly asked curiously. "It doesn't make any sense, just what is he planning? You have to be careful Akiza, this duel is different from the others, and I have a bad feeling things are just getting started."

"Then it's my turn again, and I'll start things off by summoning Violet Witch in defense mode." Akiza said. "Now then, Black Rose Dragon attacks Hyper Synchron."

The dragon blasted Hyper Synchron easily destroying it.

"The first blow goes to you, but the outcome of out battle is inevitable. My counterpart will appear on my next turn." the Immortal Cosmic Dragon said simply. "You will join your fellow signers and the dark signers in death soon enough."

"I already told you, I don't intend on dying." Akiza said. "I end my turn."

Akiza 4000 Immortal Cosmic Dragon 3200: "Then it's my move, and I'll begin by activating Double Summon to call two monsters to the field this turn, specifically Nitro Synchron, and Debris Dragon." the Immortal Cosmic Dragon said calmly. "Next Debris Dragon's special ability will revive my Ghost Gardna from the graveyard."

"A tuner, a dragon, and a dark monster." Akiza said. "Then he is coming to the field this turn."

"I offer Ghost Gardna, Nitro Synchron, and Debris Dragon." the Immortal Cosmic Dragon said as the three monsters were enveloped in an orb of purple and crimson light. "Dragon of Darkness born from my very being! Unlock the seal on your ancient powers! I grant you my power to end this battle! Come forth, Immortal Cosmic Dragon!"

"There it is, your strongest monster." Akiza noted. "I'm going to destroy it and defeat you."

"Oh, and how do you plan on destroying my counterpart when your dragon is about to be destroyed?" the Immortal Cosmic Dragon asked. "I attack the Black Rose Dragon."

Akiza winced as her ace monster was destroyed easily. "I play the trap card Wicked Rebirth, so now I pay 800 life points to revive Black Rose Dragon as long as her special abilities are negated."

"So your dragon returns but you only have 2400 points, that was a mistake Akiza." the Immortal Cosmic Dragon said calmly. "I'll end my move by using Gathering of Chaos to send Earthbound Immortal Uru to the card graveyard."

"Another Earthbound Immortal sent to the graveyard?" Carly asked in confusion. "Just what is he planning on doing? He's sent Wiraqocha Rasca, Uru, and Majestic Star Dragon to the graveyard with that card… Wait, he can't have a way to do that. It's not possible."

Akiza 2400 Immortal Cosmic Dragon 3200: "What are you doing, why are you sending those monsters to the graveyard?" Akiza asked. "It doesn't make any sense."

"That's something you'll learn the answer to soon enough, just one more piece needs to be sent to join the others." the Immortal Cosmic Dragon said calmly. "Now then, it's your move."

"Yeah, it is." Akiza said. "So now I'll start things off by summoning the tuner monster Witch of the Black Rose."

"A second tuner, what are you plotting?" the Immortal Cosmic Dragon asked. "Your Black Rose Dragon is your strongest monster and she's already fallen once."

"That's where you're wrong, we've been building up to this move the entire time so now level four Witch of the Black Rose tunes with level seven Black Rose Dragon." Akiza said confidently. "Icy flames born from the deepest reaches of the underworld! From the frozen ashes, a lone rose blooms! Synchro Summon! Arise, Underworld Rose Dragon!"

The moment Akiza said that a larger version of Black Rose Dragon with purple roses and a black glow around its body appeared on the field.

"That dragon, a combination of the powers of the Crimson Dragon and the Netherworld." the Immortal Cosmic Dragon said thoughtfully. "An impressive display, and your new dragon's 3600 attack points do in fact surpass my own 3200."

"Exactly, so now Underworld Rose Dragon attack Immortal Cosmic Dragon." Akiza said confidently as her monster destroyed the Immortal Cosmic Dragon. "That ends my turn."

Akiza 2400 Immortal Cosmic Dragon 2800: "You destroyed my counterpart, and in doing so you've ensured you will be defeated Akiza Izinski." the Immortal Cosmic Dragon said calmly.

"What are you talking about?" Akiza asked nervously.

"I'm speaking of this spell card, Call of Chaos!" the Immortal Cosmic Dragon cried as Earthbound Immortal Uru, Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca, Majestic Star Dragon, and the Immortal Cosmic Dragon all appeared on the field before a black glow enveloped them all. "The four chosen creatures now merge, and all life is forfeit! Witness the ascension of the original immortal being! Time and space shall bend to his whim and perish with his birth! I summon, Original Immortal Apocalypse Dragon!"

As the Immortal Cosmic Dragon said that Carly cried out in terror as the two duelists were enveloped in a vortex of darkness before it faded revealing that Carly was gone and a pure black dragon was hovering above the Immortal Cosmic Dragon with millions of human faces crying out in its wings.
