Chapter .6.
The Next Day…
Olympus
Islana sighed at the sight of a new day. The day everything would change. This was the day her husband and children would find out the truth about her. And the day her eldest daughter would know where she came from.
She wasn't going to put it off. She never had not claimed a child. With her elder daughter she never went to Camp Jupiter so she couldn't claim her because she could never tell her daughter she was a demigod. Yes that is right her elder daughter was a Roman. On both sides of her family tree. Her father was a descendent of Apollo.
Her name didn't change with her Roman form. But her looks changed. Like all the gods her looks and personality were more war like.
But now she needed to claim that daughter and she needed to make it clear she was a Roman. She wondered how they all would deal with this.
Islana had bargained with Zeus to see her family. As her family were immortal vampires they really didn't come under the rule of not seeing your children. As they were immortal, they were like gods without titles.
So at Breakfast today the truth will come out. She expected a lot of denial from Edward and anger from everyone even Edward. They would want explanations which she would give here in her Temple. If her baby brother had a problem with being on Olympus she would ignore his temper tantrum and just calmly kick him out of her Temple. He would bitch and moan at the next Council meeting but she couldn't care less. He put her in this position so if he played up he would face more of her wrath then when she told him to claim his daughter.
Now that had been an explosive argument along with the one with him about seeing her children and husband. It was actually her sister Hera that convinced her husband to allow Islana to see her husband. As Islana was the only one actually loyal to a spouse. Unlike other gods. Zeus had finally relented and had spent the rest of the time since sulking like a 4-year-old which was quite amusing for everyone.
"Your nervous sister", a voice says
Islana looks to find her favourite brother and twin Hades
"I am. They will hate me Hads", Islana tells her twin
"They might not understand at first but they will", Hades assures her
"Why have you come to comfort me? Not to be insulting. But you don't normally comfort anyone. You normally run away from people who need comforting", Islana asks him curiously
"Your my twin Isla. And I…", Hades hesitates
"And you?" Islana asks
"And I have missed you these last 19 years. Your my twin. Nobody knows we are close Isla. But I should show it more too you", Hades admits
"I know you love me Hads. You don't need to say it", Islana says smiling gently and hugging him, "I have missed you too Hads. So much"
"I hope you won't be going on any other 19 years as mortal", Hades asks as they pull apart
"No I won't. Edward will be allowed up here to stay even if I have to beg the fates", Islana tells him
Hades chuckles, "Our dear little brother will love that"
"Oh I know. Have you seen him lately? He is sulking like a 2 year-old", Islana informs her brother
"Sounds like him", Hades snorts, "What did you do to make him sulk?" Hades asks smirking
"What says I did anything?" Islana asks innocently
"Normally only you and Hera or even Hestia can course him to sulk", Hades informs her
"Would you like to hear the tale?" Islana asks smirking
"Oh I would. I want blackmail", Hades replies returning the smirk with his own
"Well it goes like this…"
Camp Half-Blood
Edward was feeding his kids while telling his family about the trance like dream with Bella in it.
"It was so real", Edward tells them
"You never know in this new world we are in", Jasper says
"She said everything was about to change", Edward says frowning
"Wonder what that means. Is it even possible it was real?" Alice asks
"It can't be. But her lips felt so real. And so did her hands on me. I just don't know what it was. As it is vampires can't sleep so it had to be a trance", Edward replies frowning
"We can't fall asleep so it had to be a trance Edward", Carlisle says pondering this development
"At least you saw her again and talked too her", Esme says comforting her son
"What's going on?" Annabeth asks coming over with Percy and Nico
"I had a dream-like trance", Edward says
"You can tell me if you want maybe I can help", Annabeth offers
"Well it started…", Edward starts telling the tale
When it was over Annabeth, Percy and Nico exchange looks they kind of had an idea of what happened. Annabeth knew there was a couple of possibilities.
"What is with the looks?" Rose asks
"Do you know something?" Edward asks
"Edward what you had could only be caused by Morpheus the God of Dreams", Annabeth tells him, "He would be the only one able to put a vampire to sleep"
"But how does Bella fit into this?" Edward asks confused
"Either somehow Morpheus got into Elysium and talked to Bella's soul or…", Nico starts
"Or?" Edward asks
"Or Bella somehow went to Morpheus", Annabeth finishes
The Cullen's, Denali's, Whitlock's, and the Pack look thoughtful. Either of those would seem impossible especially the second one.
"But her soul is in Elysium isn't it?" Jacob asks
"We don't know. I didn't know you then to check", Nico replies
"You're a son of Hades correct?" Alice asks
"Yes", Nico replies
"Couldn't you go and see Bella?" Alice asks
"I'm not allowed in Elysium. Nobody is but my father. And he doesn't grant visitors to people in Elysium", Nico informs them
"Daddy what will we be doing today?" Nessie asks her father
"Well I think we have too…", Edward stops when he notices everyone staring at the kids and Alice in shock
"What?" Alice asks
"Look", Annabeth whispers
They all look and above Alice, Edward Jr, Renesmee, Elizabeth, Zavier and Jemmalie's heads was a freesia flower wrapped around an infinity symbol with a shield around the plant with lines coming off the flower and disappearing.
"All hail Alice Cullen, Edward Cullen Jr, Renesmee Cullen, Elizabeth Cullen, Zavier Cullen and Jemmalie Cullen daughters and sons of Lady Islana, Goddess of Earth, Destinies, Sacrifice, Infinity, Shields, Barriers, Ideas, Thoughts and Memories. Twin Sister of Hades and eldest daughter of the children of Kronos!" Chiron says bowing deeply
Everyone in the pavilion bows slowly as they were still in shocked.
"But that is not possible. Bella is their mother", Edward states shocked
"Bella must be Lady Islana. That is why I asked you what happened to Bella when we met. I am sorry Edward", Annabeth says gently
"But why didn't she…", Edward starts
"Gods are not allowed contact with their mortal offspring. Demigods are lucky to ever meet their godly parent", Percy tells them gently
"Mummy's alive?" Lizzie asks
"I…I…", Edward was speechless
"You might be able to see her", Annabeth says wanting to give the little kids a small bit of hope
Suddenly a flash of light comes down and a man was suddenly there.
"Lord Hermes how can we help you?" Chiron asks
"I am here for the Cullen's, Whitlock's, Denali's, the Pack and the new arrivals with them. They are to come with me by order of my favourite Aunt", Hermes says grinning
"Of course. Cullen's, Whitlock's, Denali's, Pack, Miss Stanley, Mr Newton, Miss Weber, Mr Crowley, Miss Mallory, Mr Yorkie, Mr Cheney can you all please come up here?" Chiron calls them
They all get up still in a bit of shock and walk over to Chiron and the man.
"This is Lord Hermes", Chiron says introducing them
"So your my Pops?" Emmett asks smirking
Hermes smirks too, "Yes I am. It was a pleasant surprise to know your alive"
"Why are we here? Is it about Bel…Lady Islana?" Carlisle asks
"Your presence has been requested on Olympus for the day. I'm to take you", Hermes tells them
"How do we get there?" Emmett asks bouncing up and down
"I will teleport us. Hold hands. The kids an adult must hold them. And whatever you do don't look at my glowing form or you will die! If you look my Aunt will kill me if one of you die", Hermes says
They nod and take hands and Hermes touches Carlisle's spare hand. Before they feel heat and they feel themselves moving. It was a different feeling. Because they couldn't look.
"You can open your eyes now", Hermes tells them
They look around with wide eyes. This was their first time on Olympus and it was amazing.
"The Architecture", Esme gasps
"You have Annabeth to thank for that. She is the Architect of Olympus. Olympus took a big hit in the Second Titan War. We had to rebuild. Most of the Temples too", Hermes tells them
"Those are the Temples?" Alice asks pointing at rows of elaborate buildings with Statues of people in front of them
"Yes those ones there are for the Olympians. Let me show you", Hermes says walking them past Temples
"The front row is Aphrodite, Hephaestus, Ares, Athena, Dionysus, Mine, Apollo, and Artemis. Apollo and Artemis have a joint temple too call the Twin Archers Temple", Hermes says pointing to each Temple
"What about the Temples farer up?" Jasper asks
"Those are for the children of Kronos. So the ones on the right side of the middle temple are Hera, Poseidon, and Demeter. The other side is Hestia, Hades, the Temple of Life and Death…", Hermes states
"And the one in the middle of them all and the gap between Hades and Hestia?" Charlotte asks curious
"The middle Temple is Zeus's as he is King of the Gods. The other one is Islana's", Hermes says gently
They gasp looking at the wonderfully elaborate temple. There was a statue of a woman out front that actually looked like Bella. The Temple had plants around it and the Temple was made out of white, green and blue marble.
"It's beautiful", Alice breaths
"It gives of a comforting aura", Esme says
"The Temple of Life and Death is dedicated to Islana and Hades. As they are called Life and Death. They are also Twins", Hermes says pointing at the other Temple
Which was made out of white and black marble with a white marble statue of a woman in battle gear on one side and a man in battle gear in black marble on the other. It gave off two VERY different vibes.
"Where are we going?" Edward asks
"To Lady Islana's Temple. You have all been given permission to go in", Hermes tells them walking them too the white, green and blue marble temple
He knocks on the doors and they open on their own.
"There you go. Enjoy your visit", Hermes says grinning at them
"Your not coming in?" Emmett asks disappointed
"No. It is rude of other gods to go into another's temple without permission. Now go she is waiting", Hermes tells them
"You mean Bel…Islana?" Edward asks gulping
He didn't know what to feel with her now being so close.
"Yes. Don't be too mad at her. Her hands were tried", Hermes informs them
They nod and hesitantly and start to walk in. The Temple was warm and smoothing. There were pictures on the wall of Bella or Islana with a man's arm around her waist with kids running around. There were dozens of those photos.
"Do you like them?" a voice asks behind them
They spin around to see a woman watching them sitting on a white soft couch. She was wearing a elegant green, white and gold dress with only one shoulder. A gold and brown belt around her tiny waist. She had gold and brown sandals on. She had long curled blonde hair falling down her back hung in a neat ponytail plait with yellow freesias weaved into her hair. Above the ponytail plait was a hair-clip of in the symbol of Infinity. Her eyes were gold with flecks of brown, green and teal in them.
Even with the changes they recognised her.
"Bella?"
