Thank you so much Blondie 5000 for all your feedback! Honestly I haven't thought about bringing Michael back...I might need to re-watch the episode with Adam and think about it :).

Thanks again and enjoy

Chapter 19

Dean, Sammy, Jo and Castiel made their way into the map room while Gabriel went to take a shower. It amuse Jo how one angel preferred to just mojo himself clean while the other preferred to take a hot shower.

Jo looked up when she heard the bunker door opened and saw Jody walk through carrying her daughter. Dean smiled as Jo hopped up and rushed forward to claim their baby. Snuggling the sleeping child close and peppering her face with kisses.

Dean went over and slung his arm around Jody's shoulder. "We can't thank you enough Jody," he said as he looked up towards the door, a little surprised when he didn't see Claire.

"She headed back when she heard that ummm…that Castiel was here." She explained.

Dean nodded his head in understanding, it was still hard for the young hunter to be around Cas. To see her father's body but knowing he wasn't really there. He smiled when Jo finally decided that she had smother Ami with enough kisses and let him hold his daughter.

"Hey Sweetpea," he cooed. "Daddy has somebody he wants to introduce you to," he said as he crossed the room to where Cas and Sammy were researching a possible hunt. "Ami, this is Castiel" he told the child as he turned her towards the angel. "Cas, this is my daughter, Amelia."

The angel stood up; a genuine smile graced his face as Dean gently passed him the child who brought so much happiness to his family . "Hello Amelia, it's very nice to meet you." He said as he looked down to the bundle in his arms.

Dean rolled his eyes as Sammy chuckled. "Cas, she's a baby…not an insurance salesman," the younger Winchester said as he held his arms out for his niece.

Cas smiled down at the child again before allowing the uncle to take Amelia. Dean looked up when Gabriel walked back into the room and watched as he stopped short when he saw Sam holding Ami in his arms.

Jo was filling Jody in on her memories being restored, about the other dimension and about that the other Winchesters as she watched the archangel closely. She saw the sadness in his eyes when he looked at Ami. Turning she grinned at Jody and asked, "so how would you like to meet an archangel?"

The older woman returned the grin and said, "lead the way."

Jo and Jody made their way over to Gabriel and Jo made the introductions. Jo glance towards Dean and saw that him, Sammy and Castiel were busy speaking about the possible hunt in Colorado that Sammy thought he had found. Chewing on her lower lip she asked the question that has been gnawing at her. "Gabriel, do you know if the others are alright?" Jo asked.

Jody cocked her eyebrow at Jo before turning and waiting for the angel to answer the question. "Their fine," he reassured her.

"How do you know?" The sheriff asked. She rolled her eyes when Gabriel smirked in response.

Jo reached out and grabbed his arm. "Have you been back?"

Gabriel shot a look over at Dean and was relieved to see that the hunter was busy talking to Sam and his brother while bouncing his daughter gently in his arms. "Yes," he admitted.

"Did you speak to them?" She asked.

"No but I was curious to see what my father may have done to the other dimension. I was surprised to see that after the first outburst after what went down between him, Dean, Sam, Castiel and Jack that everything over there is now quiet."

"Did you see them though?"

He gave her a tentative smile. "I check on them Jo. They're fine."

"John?"

Gabriel sighed. "He's fine, he misses you Jo. He thinks about you and Amelia. They all do."

Jo nodded her head as Jody put a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "So, then the other dimension is as safe as this one?" She asked as she shot another quick glance at Dean.

Jody looked at the younger woman. "Jo, what you are thinking?"

The young mother looked at her friend and swallowed the lump in her throat. "They deserve to meet Ami and Ami deserves to meet them too."

"And let me guess, you want me to open a portal so that I can take you through?" He surmised.

"Whoa, slow your roll there mister!" Jody said as she glared at the archangel. "Jo, you can't really be serious? Dean will never agree to you taking a jaunt over to another dimension with Ami, especially with him." She argued as she jerked her thumb towards Gabriel.

"Shhh," Jo said as she saw Dean look over his shoulder towards them. "Look if it's no more dangerous over there than it is here then why not? Especially if I had a police escort."

Jody's mouth dropped opened. "Are you serious? What you want to Therma and Louise into another dimension with an archangel, a baby and a diaper bag?"

Jo smiled as she saw the gleam in the other woman's eyes. "Oh, you know you want to. I can see it in your eyes."

"Want to what?" Dean asked as he walked up behind Jo, causing the blonde to jump slightly.

"Don't do that!" Jo snapped as she spun around.

Dean grinned as he looked down at the infant in his arms. "What is your Mama up to?" he asked their daughter who gurgled as she smiled up at her father.

"You know she's not really smiling at you, that's just gas," Jo teased as she held her arms out for the baby.

The elder Winchester smirked at Jo before looking at Gabriel. He knew Jo wanted to let Gabriel hold Ami and even though he knew the angel would never hurt his daughter Dean still wasn't comfortable with him being around Ami and building a bond with her.

Unfortunately, he knew he wasn't going to be able to stop it either. Jo still cares for the archangel and considered him a friend…family whether he liked it or not, so he knew he was going to have to begin trusting Gabriel.

Leaning forward he kissed Jo softly on the lips before he passed her their daughter. He ran his hand over Ami's head before nodding his head slightly towards Gabriel to let him know he was allowing him to hold his daughter and not to do anything to screw up this trust.

"Look this thing in Colorado looks like it's shaping up into a hunt." He told her.

Jo nodded her head. "Are you going to pass it along to another hunter?"

Dean sighed as he looked over his shoulder at Sam and Cas. "Maybe Sam and Cas can handle this one without me."

"No…no you should go." Jo insisted.

"Look you've...we've been on a Hell of a ride the last 72 hours." He argued. "Maybe a little quiet family time with just you, me and Ami is what we need."

Jo chewed on her lower lip before she turned slightly and handed her daughter to Gabriel. Looking over at Jody she nodded her head and the other woman knew exactly what that nod meant, 'watch him and Ami'.

She may still care for Gabriel and she knew Dean saw that as a weakness, but even though she still cared about him she wasn't crazy enough to give him free access to her child. They weren't making him wear the handcuffs but Castiel has created a leather band with the same sigils on it that Gabriel was currently wearing on his wrist. He had his freedom to move around the bunker without them worrying about him using his mojo.

Reaching down she took Dean's hand in hers and guided him out of the map room towards their bedroom. Dean smirked as he realized where they were heading. "Not that I'm complaining Sweetheart, but we do have company."

Jo chuckled as she shoved Dean inside and pushed him down on the bed, straddling him. "Ha-ha. I brought you here to talk."

"Really," Dean said as he reached for her shirt to pull it off of her only to have his hands slapped away.

"Cut that out," she laughed as she slid off Dean and sat down next to him. "I owe you an apology," she told him.

"For what?" He asked in confusion as he sat up.

She snorted as she reached out and took his hand in hers. "For snapping at you when you were trying to be helpful when I first woke up. For throwing the beer bottle. I took my anger out on you and that wasn't fair." She told him.

"Hey it's alright." He said before giving her a grin. "Not like I haven't been told I have anger issues a few times. I find hunting and killing some big fugly helps."

Jo shook her head. "Dean it's not that simple." She said as she explained. "Look I had accepted my death in Carthage and I even accepted my Mom dying with me. I was happy in Heaven and then I was pulled out and since the second that I was pulled out to the second I came through the portal into this bunker I had no control of my life. I didn't have an ounce of say in anything."

"I know," Dean said as he squeezed Jo's hand.

Jo sighed as she looked down and whispered. "I need to take back that control Dean, really take it back."

"Okay, I get that." He said as he watched the way she ducked her head. "Look Jo I'm not going to try and control you. You know that right?" He asked.

"I know," she reassured him as she remembered how he encouraged her to follow her path after Ami was born. "I know you don't want to control me, but I know how protective you are of the people you love and I know you're going to fight me when I tell you what the first step I need to take to get that control back."

Dean frowned as he watched Jo's gazed drift to the desk…to the other Dean's journal. He swallowed as he finally said. "You want to go back, don't you? You want to go back to the other dimension."
