"Yes… I know. I know…yes sir…I trust him with everything sir. Yes…thank you. I'll be telling him in the morning…yes I'll make that clear. Thank you. I love you! Goodnight." Hidemi said smiling as she got off of the phone after talking to someone secretly for a while as Vodka sat on the edge of the bed watching her.

"Good news Koji. My grandfather gave permission for you to know the truth…but…let's talk about it in the morning." Kir said smiling softly at her boyfriend who nodded in understanding. He had heard Kir talk about her grandfather before and she said that he had even met the man before but he didn't recall meeting anyone with the Hondou name besides Hidemi and Ethan. Maybe it had been her maternal grandfather and he hadn't noticed…he wondered what her grandfather had to do with the MiB though, especially Vermouths' secret. Of course now that Vodka thought about it Hidemi openly said she only knew because of her dad so it stands to reason that her grandparents would know if her dad had ever told them.

"Whatever makes it more comfortable for you to tell me Hidemi. I trust you and love you so I don't mind waiting." Vodka said smiling at her and making her blush at the double way that it could go with those words. Honestly out of context it almost sounded as if he didn't mind waiting for her to marry him or something!

"I love you too Koji. Now then-" Kir was suddenly walking over to Vodka while pulling off her sequin gloves and broach and with a smirk on her face.

"How about we have a bit of fun tonight before all that talk about the secret?" Kir asked perching herself upon his lap and her fingers moving from trying to pull down the zipper going down her back to unbuttoning his shirt.

"That depends on what you have in mind my dear." Vodka said blushing a bit but grinning as he began to undo the zipper on her dress, slowly exposing her creamy pale skin for his eyes.

"How about we get these clothes off and see." Hidemi suggested and Vodka grinned back at her as he slid the dress down her shoulders, immediately moving to kiss every single one of her scars that was revealed as the dress slipped lower and lower.

"Morning there teddy bear." Kir said with a lazy grin on her face as she woke up to find Vodka holding her like normal with her head tucked under his chin. He was already awake too as he held her close to his chest and they were still connected like they had fallen asleep last night, and she felt a familiar pleasant soreness that usually accompanied a night of very rigorous activities.

"Good morning princess." Vodka's voice rumbled a little bit, deeper than normal from sleep as they cuddled together and she could hear his heartbeat in her ear.

"Feel like getting up yet or do we stay here for a little longer?" Kir asked making Vodka's arms tighten around her and that was all the answer she needed.

"Good. I wasn't ready to get up and leave your arms yet." Kir said kissing the underside of his jaw with a smile.

"You missed." Vodka said smiling slightly as he tilted his down and raised an eyebrow at her, his big pretty blue eyes out for her to see as she tilted her head up to kiss him on the lips.

"Well we can't have that now can we? Here let me make it up to you." Kir asked her eyes sparkling playfully as she gave him another kiss on the lips, this one deeper and loving.

"Wow…I can get very used to that." Vodka said grinning widely as she broke the kiss after a moment and rested her head back on his chest.

"Me too. I can't think of a better way to wake up in the morning than with a kiss like that." Kir said smiling softly into his muscles as she sighed happily.

"Well I think I know something else you might enjoy this morning." Vodka said smirking as he lowered his voice purposefully and felt her shudder against him.

"Oh?" Her voice was playful now and he certainly felt another reaction from where their bodies were still joined. He gently eased his way out of her and then beamed widely at her.

"Breakfast in bed!" Vodka said happily as he got out of the bed and put on a robe he had laying across a nightstand. Putting it on and tying it he grinned as he looked at Hidemi who was a bit thrown but also looked so utterly shocked and betrayed by that as she sat up in bed with her messed up hair.

"But now my giant space heater is gone." She honest to god whined as he grinned, leaving the room to get to the kitchen and begin cooking her favorite breakfast.

"That adorable dork." Hidemi muttered with a fond smile after a moment as she reached for the brush on her bedside table and began to brush her hair back into its usual style.

By the time she got her hair tamed and pulled into a ponytail again, Vodka was done with the French Toast and bacon and was bringing it to her along with some orange juice and a separate plate for himself. Hidemi hated to eat alone after all, especially when someone else had cooked for her.

"Thank you dear." Kir said beaming and kissing his cheek as her boyfriend handed her the plate and then joined her back in bed with his own plate.

"Anytime sweetheart." Vodka said as he cuddled her into his side while they began eating.

It was a few minutes into eating their food when Kir suddenly stopped and looked up at Vodka before she sighed.

"I suppose now's as good a time as any to tell you about the secret." Kir said putting her fork down while Vodka looked at her and swallowed his mouthful before setting his own fork down.

"Don't feel pressured to tell me. I love you Hidemi and I trust you with everything. I'm more than happy to wait until you feel more comfortable telling me." Vodka said laying his hand on hers on her lap as he stared at her face.

"I love and trust you too Koji. That's why I want to tell you. First though, and I can't stress this enough, is that this information is top secret. As in so very top secret there are less than ten people in the universe that know it as far as I know. Normally you would probably never learn this information unless something happened to expose it to everyone…but…that's only if we hadn't been dating and if I didn't love you so much that I'd happily say yes to marrying you right now if you asked." Vodka's jaw dropped open at that but he was beaming widely. She would say yes if he asked?! She wanted to marry him! Now he just needed to find the perfect ring before he popped the question.

"That's how top secret this is Koji. That means that you can't tell anyone. Not even Gin…well especially not Gin considering how he'd likely react to it. He wouldn't react negatively but let's just say his reaction would either be embarrassing and upsetting for me or blow the secret wide open." Hidemi said wincing at the end and at the thought of telling Gin. God the way he'd react to that news…

"I understand. I don't like the thought of lying to Gin, and I'm not good at lying anyways without time to prepare beforehand, but as long as I tell him about how top secret it is he won't pry or push." Vodka said seriously as he stared her in the eye so that she would know how serious he meant it.

"I mean…he'll probably find out one day to be honest but just…not anytime soon I hope. God that'll be awkward when he does though." Kir said wincing, it was awkward for her now knowing some of the things she knew.

"Not just him though. Vermouth can under no circumstances ever learn about this. She knows about a small part of it, hell she's part of the reason of that small part, but she doesn't know the full extent of it." Hidemi said and her voice was dead serious right then, making Vodka's eyebrow hike up a bit. They managed to keep a secret from the woman made of nothing but secrets? Impressive.

"I mean…I think she might suspect it but I don't think she knows for sure. If she does or did then things would have probably turned out different and we wouldn't even be needing to have this conversation right now because you'd already know about it. Considering this whole thing is partially because of her it wouldn't surprise me if she knew of it to some degree but after that first bit I don't think she was ever involved or bothered to keep up with it so…" And now Hidemi was babbling a bit as she thought of how to try and tell him this information.

"Like a band-aid Hidemi, rip it off." Vodka said softly as he picked up her hand and kissed the back of it.

"I…" Hidemi paused for a moment as she looked at him and then down at her plate.

"My real last name, my birth name, is not Hondou." Hidemi said softly and making Vodka pause for a second as he thought about that.

"So your dad adopted you?" Vodka asked and Hidemi shook her head in the negative.

"No Koji. That's just it though. The last name Hondou was never mine or my dad's. Ever since the day I was born I was living under a fake last name because of how dangerous it would be if I ever used my real one. The one dad got from his dad, my grandpa. My dad too…ever since he was little, he had been hiding under a fake last name, my grandpas last name is too dangerous for us to just carelessly use. Ei-chan doesn't even know that Hondou is a made-up last name, even though if you investigate it in regard to me or dad or Ei-chan it'll look just as real as anyone elses. I knew ever since I was little what my real last name was because my grandpa would always spare time to come over and visit me and mom and dad before he got busy and had to distance himself for our protection." Hidemi said smiling softly as she remembered some of her childhood and how happy she always got to see her jiji.

"The head of labs, medical and science, Chardonnay wasn't kidding or being sarcastic when she had told Moscato that I was a legacy in the MiB, that aliens and working with them ran in my blood, but she didn't just mean my dad. Chardonnay is one of the ones that does know the truth and she's been amazing at helping keep it a secret from everyone else, especially those in her departments." Hidemi said smiling slightly as she talked about her personal doctor, a woman who had been her chief physician ever since before she was born.

"I'm sure you're probably still wondering what all of this has to do with Vermouth however, I did say I knew something about her that most no one else did after all. Hell like I said I'm pretty sure she doesn't even know about this part of the secret." Hidemi shook her head slightly to get her thoughts back on track but Vodka just kissed her cheek.

"It's alright. Take your time. I'm learning more about you so I don't mind." Vodka assured her and she gave him a quick kiss.

"You giant marshmallow disguised as a bear." Hidemi said fondly as she blushed a little bit at his words…but then she took a sip of her orange juice and released a heavy sigh.

"Like I said. This absolutely does not get told to Gin under no circumstances without that persons express permission, or my own. I have that authority to, but I usually check in with him first anyways." Hidemi stressed that part again and Vodka nodded in understanding.

Hidemi took a deep steadying breath and then she finally ripped off the band-aid.

"Vermouth is my grandmother."
