Summary : Jaune thought it a good idea to go buy himself a small notebook to observe and dutifully note down and evaluate each and every little detail of practically every one of the female team mates he had from Team JNPR and every one of the girls from team RWBY while he ignored the rest of the students at Beacon but then Yang found Jaune's book...
A blonde knight looked everywhere for his notebook and was panicking because if someone found his book everyone would think badly of the type of person that he is or rather that is what he thought would happen which let's face it he was not correct about at all but he didn't know that which brings us to why that assumption wasn't true in the least.
Earlier that day
Right after Jaune had bravely stood up to and looked at Cardin right in the face and nonchalantly just shrugged off an empty threat from him as he was roughly being shook around Yang had seen a book fall from Jaune's school blazer pocket and when everyone had carried on had picked it up and saw it simply titled "observation" so she kept it with her.
With that book she knew she had a way to find out what goes on in that head of his and oh how insightful the book could be she wondered after all it's not everyday that you could learn something about someone who practically wore their emotions on their sleeves wholly unwittingly and therefore she took the oppertunity understand the blonde male.
Thusly Yang took it happily upon herself to try and piece together the puzzle named Jaune Arc so she put it in her bag for the most boring class of every day which was obviosly professor Port's class to all of them and when finally she was in that class she smirked when she read the first page and read the first entry and she then got a curious look from Blake.
So watcha got there?
Came the voice of Blake inquisitively causing Yang to turn in the direction her voice was heard
Blake : I saw that smirk you got when you read that book so Yang what's that book about?
Yang : Well when Jaune stood up to Cardin earlier today I saw this notebook fall out of his blazer pocket.
Blake : So you picked it up and decided spontaneously to see what's inside?
Yang : Curiousity killed the cat? no? okay tho seriously you should see what exactly Jaune wrote first.
Blake : Okay then if you're so serious about reading this let's read it in our room with the rest of our team.
Yang : That's the spirit so okay let's go we have a room to go to and a book to read.
Five minutes later the door to team RWBY's dorm room flew open with Blake and a giddy looking Yang bursting into the room and waving a book startling Ruby,Weiss Pyrrha(?)
Weiss : Dammit Yang stop bursting into the room like that every time some of us want to feel peaceful!
Ruby : Oh come on Weiss really you should be used to that by now that said Yang please be more considerate.
Pyrrha : Hey what's up you two wait that small notebook looks kind of familliar.
Blake : Guys Yang here found an interesting notebook belonging to Jaune now listen carefully.
Yang : Yeah this book has detailed observations of our team and of Pyrrha and Nora so let's read.

Pyrrha is the first person in Beacon who just so easily accepted who I am I the weakling I was was someone she believes in and also she's really strong nice,beautiful and caring and so far out of my league I don't know why she even wastes her time training someone like me however even tho she doesn't know it I love her tho I know that will amount to nothing.

Weiss Schnee - The Snappy One
Okay Weiss was my first crush when I started at Beacon or the first one ever really and I've tried to get her to give me a chance but all she saw me as was a pest so then I stopped trying altogether not that she'd care anyway.

Suddenly Weiss felt bad as hell about how she had treated Jaune no wonder he refused to even look her way now.

Blake Belladonna - The stoic beauty
Blake is secretly a faunus with cute cat ears that she hides with a bow but I knew that fact since the day I saw her and she has the most beautiful Amber eyes and is a great person

Blake had a blush on her face from the compliments Jaune gave her and wanted to thank him in her own way.

Ruby Rose : The Prodigy
Ruby was my first friend at Beacon and also she is cute and has perfect leadership skills I don't have.

Ruby just blushed at Jaune calling her cute in his Observation Book as was called on the cover

Yang Xiao Long - The yellow dragon
Yang is Ruby's sister and a beautiful tease but has a big heart knows her boundaries which I respect her for.

Nora is the heart and soul of JNPR and is protective over her friends and is also like a little sister to me.

Immediately team RWBY and Pyrrha all go out the room and march straight over to the room across the hall
Jaune was busy looking for his book when Pyrrha barged in and kissed him.
Pyrrha : I've been afraid to confess to you but no more I won't keep it in anymore I love you okay Jaune.
Jaune : I kinda have a confession for you too because when we danced I fell for you too I love you too Pyrrha.
Weiss : Jaune look I'm sorry for all the harsh things that I have said to you in the past you are a great guy
Jaune : It is okay Weiss I was really annoying and couldn't take no for an answer I was stubborn.
Blake : Jaune listen you and I have never spoken to each other even once but I think that you are awesome as you are.
Jaune : Okay then Blake since you think so coincidentally I was thinking about asking to become friends with you.
Ruby : Jaune uhm I haven't told you this yet but you're the sweetest guy in Beacon and I may have a little crush on you.
Jaune : Ruby wow I am flattered that you hold those feelings for me but like I said I am in love with Pyrrha.
Yang : Oh oh no no Jaune you flattered all five of us in that "Observation Book" just now I think a compromise can be made.
The girls just laughed at the flustered and surprised look appearing on Jaune's face but then Jaune turned back to Pyrrha.
Jaune : Oh so that is where it went uhm oops? uhm anyway Pyrrha will you please be uhm my uh girlfriend?
Pyrrha : I will definitely be your girlfriend but like as Yang said earlier we can make a plan all five of us can be your girlfriends.
Blake French kissed him and he tensed up but then quickly relaxed into the kiss and Weiss kissed him too which was really a shock to him despite her apology to him not a minute ago and next Ruby kissed him not at all a surprise due to her small crush on him and then Yang kissed him too because why not and lastly Pyrrha kissed him again and he kissed back then the girls all glomped Jaune.
