AN: I decided to take a break from our favorite couple and let you guys know what our missing deviants where up to from the time of the party until our mystery arrival at the Whitlock home. I apologize if it's short I'm just experiencing some difficulty getting into certain individuals point of view. First up is the despicable midget. Sorry to the Alice fans but I am not a huge fan of Alice. As far a Edward's point of view he is just delusional. Esme's view will be my own work with an OC. An OC who will have some ties to the Volturi but is not one of them.

Alice POV

I had been running as fast as I could after escaping the house. My small stature made it easy for me to get away quickly. That and the fact I had insisted Jasper train me to defend myself not long after I met him in the diner. No one knew the truth if my past and no one was going to. I laugh slightly as I think of the story I gave them of my turning. The only one who knew my true sire was my mate. My true mate, Maria. Maria was Jasper's sire as well as mine. I had been turned within a year after he ran from her. Our hopes for Jasper were dwindling fast with him finding out that Bella was his mate. I had tried to arrange it so that at least either Jasper or Edward killed her. In my error I failed to factor in Peter Whitlock. I had hoped that keeping him and Jasper apart would be enough but I was wrong. I had to get to Maria as soon as possible to let her know there was a change in plans. I had to let her know he was with the human and that his brother had arrived. I stopped running as soon as I heard the blonde bitch, Charlotte, growl and turn around. I sighed in relief as i pulled out my phone to call my mate, my eyes blinking furiously to dissolve the gold contacts as I dialed her number.

"Ola precioso" I heard as the call connected.

"Mi amour we've had a bit of a setback."

"What is it Ali?"

"The Major didn't destroy the human as we expected him to do Maria. Neither did Edward. Jasper realized she was his mate and almost went ballistic on Edward. This was something I didn't for see happening."

"No worries, my dear. I will pay the Major a visit myself. I will take care of everything."

"I'll be there soon, my love."

I disconnected the call and took off running again. This time towards Mexico and my real home.

Edward P.O.V.

Disgust. That was all I could feel. How could she belong to that savage. Bella was mine. I didn't care if she wasn't my mate. I wanted her. No one had ever smelled as sweet as her and I refused to let her go. The family thinks I am currently on my way to Alaska to stay with our "cousins." I chuckled at myself as I took in my surroundings. They were wrong. Unlike Carlisle, I had no use for those idiots. I was currently on the hunt for a nomad I ran into during what Carlisle called my rebellion years. I had saved her life from another vampire and in the end gained the trust of a unique human with telekinesis. Naturally I gave in and turned her. In return for keeping her hidden from the Volturi she helped me in any way that she secret She was a plain and simple girl who was just as tiny as Alice. As they say though, "Looks can be deceiving." She was extremely skilled in self defense and coupled with her telekinesis made her deadly. She was my secret weapon. As I approached her hideout I tripped the alarm we had set to let her know I was there. She was outside waiting as I neared the entrance. I plastered on a fake smile as I entered the gate.

"Kara. It's good to see you. I need your help retrieving my Bella."

Her eyes were narrowed and I could see a hint of hatred in them.

"Edward, I wish I could say the same."

I began to walk forward only to feel myself being pushed backwards. This surprised me. Here she was using her power against me. Against her sire.

"Leave Edward. You are no longer welcome in my home."

My anger grew as I tried to push my way forward against her gift and struggled. My eyes met hers to see her face contorted in rage.

"I SAID LEAVE EDWARD. GET AWAY FROM HERE." she screamed at me before raising her hands to send me flying backwards through the woods.

After rising to my feet I took of in the opposite direction. I stopped only for a moment once I caught Alice's scent before I began to follow it, not knowing at the time she was heading towards Mexico.

Kara(OC) POV

I sighed in frustration as I closed the door behind me. Sure Edward had been my sire but I wasn't going to go against my mate.

"Is he gone?" The diminutive voice of my mate said from the bedroom.

"Yes, Esme. He's gone. I made sure of it.'' I answered.

Her smile brightened my mood instantly as she stepped into the room. We had only just met recently and she already brought the warmth back to my life. I slipped my arms around her and pulled her into a hug.

"We need to call the others, don't we?" She asked softly.

With a slight nod I handed her back her phone from my pocket.

"You call your family and I will give Santiago a warning to give Aro"

Her smile a reassurance as I grabbed my cell to make the long distance call to Volterra.

"Yes, little sister." the voice on the other end of the call answered.

"Little my ass, Santi, we are twins and you know it. You might wanna give Aro the heads up with Edward Cullen."

"What do you mean, Karianna?"

"To make a long story short. I found my mate in Esme Cullen and learned a few things. Edward just left from here after trying to recruit my help in kidnapping The Major's mate. He delusional."

"I'll let him know, sister. If it comes down to it you and your mate either join The Major or come here. Stay safe."

As the call disconnected I turn to find Esme still on the phone. Only time will tell what will be the result of Edward's foolishness.

Small AN: I do apologize for the long wait. I've had bad health issues and had to deal with a death in my family. Having to arrange transportation to North Carolina from Louisiana is a nightmare while sick. Once returning home to Louisiana I learned I was being moved into a new place which took forever to do. Thank you greatly to those who have been patient.
