Chapter 2: The Wandering Herds and The Mysterious Person

A couple days after the sky has turned red in the middle of the day, Grandpa Longneck and his mate were welcoming another wandering herd that has come in the Great Valley, after the introduction and the reason why they have come as been said he sight and said to him.

Grandpa Longneck: "Well… I hope you can rest now, I'm sure the travelling has been rough so I'll let you rest now"

Wandering Herd Leader: "Thanks… I will..."

Mr Threehorn: "Humph! Another one? How many that make now?"

Grandma Longneck: "I lost the count a long time ago"

Grandpa Longneck: "But every wandering Leader said the same thing… There are fleeing… But not because of Sharpteeths!"

Grandma Longneck: "Some also mention have seen even Sharpteeths runs away for whatever they were fleeing"

Grandpa Longneck: "We can only hope that the Great Valley walls will be enough to make everyone safe"

Meanwhile the group of seven kids where talking about the recent event that has happened in the Great Valley.

Cera: "They just keep coming! I don't understand what's happening!"

Ducky: "Tippy herd is here too it is! It is!"

Littlefoot: "Even the Old one herd and my father herd are here!"

Ruby: "My parents are here too! Here they are too!"

Chomper: "I hope my parents are safe there…"

Petrie: "Me think they are"

Littlefoot: "I hope someone will let us know what's going on!"

The group of seven didn't know this but someone with that knowledge is close to the Great Valley, he was a thirteen Cold Times old Rainbow Face and he was entering the valley right now.

Young male teen Rainbow Face: "Finally! I made it!"

Grandpa Longneck: "Welcome alone wanderer to the Great Valley!"

Young male teen Rainbow Face: "Are you the leader here?"

Grandpa Longneck: "Well no… You see this Valley have one of every kind of dinosaurs to represent them"

Young male teen Rainbow Face: "Huh… Strange I only saw each kind in their group when I come here so it's kind of surprising but in a good way, now... can you call them to a special spot where we can talk?"

Mr Threehorn: "And what may you think that we're going to do that for a strange wanderer?"

Young male teen Rainbow Face: "Simple! I have all the information you need!"

Grandma Longneck: "You do?"

Young male teen Rainbow Face: "Indeed I do!"

Mr Threehorn: "Alright follow the Longneck, I'll keep my eye on you from behind!"

Grandma Longneck: "We also need to get the children!"

In a couple of minute the grow-ups and the kids were at the location with the strange wanderer, he then speaks to the group in front of him.

Young male teen Rainbow Face: "Before we begin I will introduce myself, my name is Light and I can tell you all what's happening right now!"

Mama Swimmer: "You can?"

Light: "Yes! A couple days before now in the middle of the day the sky turned red!"

Mama Flyer: "We saw it indeed!"

Light: "And because of that several wandering herds has come to be safe here from what I have seen"

Grandma Longneck: "Yes! They have come here because there are not safe in the Mysterious Beyond even in great numbers but from what I have heard it's not the Sharpteeths! it is something even worse"

Light: "It's because the thing attacking are called monsters!"

Everyone except Light: "Monsters?"

Light: "They are mindless creatures that can come from anywhere!"

Grandpa Longneck: "What can we do Light?"

Light: "Right now nothing, tails, horns and even claws can't get rid of them"

Grandma Longneck: "At least we're safe here inside the walls"

Light: "No even that is not enough but it's that is not the worst"

Tria: "What do you mean by that Light?"

Light: "Someone stronger than all of them combine is in control of them and has come to your world to reign supreme over his rule"

Grandpa Longneck: "Our world? What do you mean by that? Did he come from Beyond the Mysterious Beyond?"

Light: "Something like that yes but it's more complicated, I should know…"

Mama Swimmer: "You know?"

Light: "Affirmative, because I came from the same world he comes from"

Everyone except Light and Mr Threehorn: "WHAT?"

Mr Threehorn: "Nonsense! If you are from another world you should not look like a Rainbow Face!"

Light: "In my world yes, but here it's the form I take apparently, I came here to tell you that there is a way to beat the monsters and Him!"

Everyone except Light: "There's one?"

Light: "Yes! You need courageous one to be able to defeat all of them and Him!"

Mr Threehorn: "Alright! I will gather every dinosaur capable of fighting!"

The other adults: "I don't know about that… It will let the Great Valley unguarded!"

Light: "Wait! I sense monsters coming!"

Everyone except Light: "Really?"

Light: "Yes! Now everyone stay behind me! I will protect you from them!"

Everyone stay behind Light for a couple of minutes which seems like hours passing while the wind blows from the side gently.

Light: "They're here!"

Immediately after saying that a group of five monsters jumps in front of them and looks at the group of dinosaurs in front of them.

Light: "I'm going to show you how to beat monsters!"

Light close his eyes and begins to concentrate until a stick appear from nowhere, Light grabs it with his hands and concentrate even more until the group of dinosaurs saw a green circle appear around Light, then another green one appear after the other around Light, it was bigger than the last one and have strange lines inside, each different shaped then Light open his eyes and scream while raising the stick in the air.

Light: "SIZZLE!"

Suddenly a wall of fire appears out of nowhere an engulf the monsters from the left to the right and stay a couple of second before it disappears leaving nothing, not even leaving a trail of fire in the grass were the monster was, speaking of monsters they were gone too.

Light: "Phew… That take care of that, don't worry you're safe for a day now!"

Everyone except Light: "What was THAT?"

Light: "Don't worry I'll explain the rest tomorrow, right now I'm hungry, I'm thirsty, I need a bath, and I need to sleep"
