Surprising isn't it? You're probably thinking what woman in her right mind would sleep with him. My dad wasn't always a snarky git as his students are known to call him. His first year of teaching, we lost my mum. Dumbledore told me what happened to her. I was only one at the time so I don't remember anything. He said our house exploded when the deatheaters attacked us. But from what I read from history books, the deatheaters wouldn't become damgerous until after Voldemort got denied from teaching DADA;a year later which caused him to become Voldemort.
When I confronted Dumbledore, he told me he was the one who had done it. He said he wanted dad to become a double agent for him, but dad said no, he wouldn't put mum and I at risk like that. So Dumbledore made our house explode to think the deatherters did it. Dumbledore thought dad would join then to destroy the deatheaters from the inside. But still dad didn't join the deatheaters. But dad still doesn't know and I haven't told him yet.
Dumbledore told me the reason he told me the truth was because he thought I would tell dad amd it would somehow cause a rift between us. I did tell dad that how mum died wasn't the truth, but the truth would kill him because of how bad the truth actually was.
I did tell dad that Dumbledore had a secret that would turn our lives upside down. I told him I knew the secret, but I didn't want to tell him the secret because of how bad it would hurt him. And I didn't want to hurt him which he understood. On another note, 2nd year DADA was a complete flop.
Dumbledore hired a complete moron. If dad knew I said that, I'd be getting my mouth washed out with soap and wouldn't be able to brew potions for a week. Dumbledore inadvertently hired someone who had Voldemort on the back of his head. Throughout the school year, he kept trying to get the Sorcerer's Stone.
Dad figure out pretty quick and was waiting for the right time to confront him and it wasn't until the end of the school year that he did. In a not so secret chamber anymore chamber underneath the school. In the end Quirrelmort* ended up dying because of course Harry had to put his rescue people trait to use. So he and dad worked together to save the stone and get rid of Quirrelmort.
Before he died though, he inadvertently let slip about the horcruxes. So dad left me with the Malfoys and left to hurt and destroy all the horcruxes. Only Nagini was left and Voldemort as a Vapor sent her to kill me as revenge for dad destroying the horcruxes. Lucius killed Nagini with a spare basilisk tooth since he liked experimenting with potions.
Which just leaves Voldevapor. Dad managed to catch him in an unbreakable jar and threw him into the veil.
With all the craziness of the end of the school year and the summer, I had hoped for a calm 3rd year and a calm 3rd year is what I got.
