Within the capital colony of the New Romalian Empire, at the observation room where a circular window showing the planet Elementia while the silver emperor, Richard I of House Trygane, observing the geographic desk holo-map of three hemispheres. Then he heard the sliding door open as three people came inside are Ogam the Dragon Sage, Kiyone the Nine-Tailed Fox, and Romalian Admiral Dozle Zabi while approaching the emperor and they are in the other side of the holo-map desk.
"What's our next move, Your Majesty?" Richard raise his head with a smirk on his face as he laugh outloud the room. He pressed the touch screen of the holo-map showing the image of Konoha and Minato Namikaze the alive Fourth Hokage making speeches to the villagers about 'Greatness of Konoha' or 'Glory for the Regime' or 'Achieving Peace for the World' or 'Greater Good'. Ha! What total nonsense!
Richard:
They thought I was gone. . .
But very soon will see
The shock as I rise from the ashes
