Bluey and Jenny

Season one Episode twenty: Puppy Village: Second Part

A Blue Heeler was shown in her bed as a German Shepherd about her age jumped on top of her, making her laugh with upbeat music playing. "Bluey and Jenny, (Bluey and Jenny fall out of bed while laughing) they're rarely seen without the other." Bluey and Jenny are shown to be in school wth a red heeler riding on Bluey's back, and a younger German Shepherd on Jenny's back. "Both are older sisters, (Jenny lifts her leg with Bluey gagging while laughing, Bingo just gagging, and the other German Shepherd laughing) as well as best friends forever."

Bluey and Jenny were shown to be walking through the forest with Bluey looking around in amazement. "Bluey is the truster, (Jenny is shown slashing at leaves with her sword) Jenny is the tomboy, (Bluey and Jenny find an amazing view of their town and look over it) they can make quite the pair." Bluey and Jenny are shown to be playing with Bingo and the younger German Shepherd as Jenny cuts down a bag of candy from a rope. "Also making things fun for Bingo and Chase, (All four of the kids laugh) with all the time they share."

Bluey and Jenny are shown to be decorating some kind of tree house in a backyard. "It's not imaginary, (Bluey and Jenny look out the window with Jenny giving a peace sign and Bluey leaning on the window) it's Bluey and Jenny."

Indy was currently working at Bluey and Jenny's fish and chip shop, which wasn't too busy right now, but still had some customers for her to serve. Bluey and Jenny were at the counter with Jenny counting their money as Bluey made some more fish orders. "Alright Jenny. I just ordered some more fish, so we should be getting a bunch of salmon and trout and stuff like that coming in soon. How's our savings looking?"

Jenny was quite happy with the money they were making, even though it was only pretend money for the game. "I'd say our savings are looking quite strong. (Throws a bunch of money at Bluey) There's Indy's pay. After counting a bunch of money, and what I had to deal with this morning, I need a long time to not care about the world."

"You do that." Bluey responded as she rolled her eyes with a grin at Jenny's laziness, fist bumping Jenny as she walked over to Indy and handed her the money she made. "Here's your money for being our waitress Indy. You can go ahead and take your break if you like."

"Okay, thanks Bluey." Indy ran off with Bluey making small talk with the customers as Rusty was shown playing with Polly by his house, leading to Indy arriving and greeting him as she gave him the money she owed him for the rent on the top floor. "Hi Rusty. (Hands him the money) Here's the ten dollar bucks I owe you for the house floor." Indy then rubbed Polly's head gently as she gave Rusty some chips. "And here's some more chips too. On the house again."

"Thanks Indy. I'm glad to see you're liking your life here." Rusty stated happily, waving goodbye to Indy as she walked off with Rusty looking at Polly. "You want some chips Polly?"

Indy was taking a walk around town as she came across the Terriers fort with Chris greeting her as Clint and Clark stood up with the three of them hoping that they would get to do something exciting today. "Hi there Indy. Do you need protecting?"

"No, I'm alright, thanks." Indy assured the Terriers, and they continued to stand on guard in their fort as they all responded in sync.

"Okay!"

Indy stopped walking and turned back, having an idea on how Bluey and Jenny could get some business. "Actually, there's something else you could help with. What would you say if I told you that the fish and chip shop I work at has enough chips to feed an entire army?"

The terriers all looked at each other as Clark showed some charts about the army's current food predicament. It all seemed to look in order to the Terriers, and Clint's stomach started to rumble. "We could really use the food."

Chris wasn't about to let his army starve, deciding to take Indy up on her offer then and there. "You got yourself a deal Indy."

"Great!" Indy exclaimed, glad to see that she was making good business for the shop. "I'll be back with your chips soon. We'll send the fish in as soon as we get it in stock."

Indy ran back to the fish and chip shop with Clint raising his hand with Chris knowing it was going to be something dumb. "No Clint, you can't poop in the horse stables." Clint lowered his paw with Chris rushing off to tell the army about their food obtainment.

Clint scoffed, hopping down and walking off to go do what he wanted to do. "I'm gonna go do something disgusting." Clark watched Clint walk off and then gave a bored look to the audience regarding how he felt at the moment.

Mackenzie and Honey were currently working on the gnome village with Honey noticing Mackenzie sniffing some of Bluey's fur. She quickly smacked it out of his paw, knowing that it'd creep Bluey out way more than it did her. "Mackenzie, you can't just sniff a lock of Bluey's fur while at school. What if she notices? Then she'll wanna avoid you even more than ever."

"I can't help it. It just smells so good." Mackenzie replied, and he picked the fur lock back up before putting it in his pocket. "And don't worry, I'm not going over to her house and peeking through the window or anything. I used scissors to get this." Honey raised an eyebrow with Mackenzie sighing as he admitted to being terrible at this. "Alright, I admit it. I'm not the best at impressing Bluey. And I need more help if I wanna win her over."

"What you NEED is a decent therapist." Honey snarked as she finished setting up the rest of the normal villagers before finishing her response. "Didn't Calypso give you her wife's therapist card?"

Mackenzie remembered when he got that card, hoping he could start taking those therapy meetings soon. "I havent' started going yet. We're on a bit of a tight budget right now, so I'll have to wait." Mackenzie looked at Bluey at the fish and chip shop, and she waved to him while smiling, leading to him doing the same as he then looked at Honey. "I think we have enough villagers. Should we ask Calypso for a gnome now?"

Honey and Mackenzie got a good look at the village, finding that it was perfect with a hundred villagers, eighty houses, and so much do do, leaving Honey to confirm their status as good. "I wouldn't wanna do anything more." Honey and Mackenzie ran off to find Calypso in the hopes that they could get a gnome for the village.

Clint and Clark were waiting at the castle as Chris came back with Clint complaining about the lack of stuff to do. "Being protecting romans is a bit boring."

"Yeah, I guess there isn't a lot of stuff to protect when there isn't anything dangerous happening." Clark admitted, trying to think of a way they could make being protecting romans more exciting. "Perhaps we should get actual kids to be our army."

Chris thought of something that'd be more than helpful to the army, even if most of the students would be okay with it. "I know. What if we were...(Raises his sword)invading romans!?"

Clint and Clark raised their swords as Indy was shown getting the chips she needed for the Terriers and their army with Bluey putting the last bag on top. "Alright Indy. This should be enough chips for the Terriers. We'll let you know whent he fish comes in so we can deliver that too."

"And make sure they pay us big for all this." Jenny advised Indy, refusing to make a non-profit organization of any kind. "The way I see it, free food should only be allowed in actual restaurants, and when it's not something on the menu."

"Okay, got it." Indy walked off to deliver the chips with Bluey and Jenny nodding to each other as they got to cleaning the shop.

Honey and Mackenzie were looking at the gnome they'd set in place in the middle of the village with high proudness and joy. As the two of them saw this, they saw Indy walking over to them while other students were admiring the village with Honey standing up to stop her. "Indy, be careful there! You're gonna wreck the village!"

"Huh?" Indy couldn't see the village thanks to the chips she was carrying, and Calypso, thanks to her quick thinking, got an idea.

Calypso called over to the Terriers, knowing they would be able to defend the village. "Terriers! The village needs protecting!"

The Terriers were glad to finally have something to do, rushing into action and stepping in front of Indy with their shields. As they did this, Chris got on top of Clint and Clark as they all announced their defence mechanism. "Terriers, protection formation!"

The Terriers successfully stopped Indy, who was finally able to see the village as she spoke up. "Oh, THAT village. (Looks at the Terriers) Well anyway, here are your chips Terriers." The Terriers happily accepted the chips as Indy walked over to Honey and Mackenzie while commenting on the village. "You guys really spent a lot of time on this."

"Hence why I told you to be careful." Honey stated with a smug grin, making Indy chuckle a bit in response.

Mackenzie was sitting at one of the tables in the Fish and Chip shop, looking at Bluey with Honey and Rusty sitting with him. Rusty saw Mackenzie looking at Bluey the way he was, which was with concern, but a bit of hope. "I feel ya Mackenzie. I feel this way with Jenny all the time."

Mackenzie was grateful for the fact that Rusty was supporting him, but he wasn't quite sure if it'd work as well as they'd hoped. "I just wish I could go over there, and ask her out. Not fart, not hesitate, just do it. Why is it so hard?"

Rusty looked at Honey, who shrugged, and then he looked at Mackenzie again in the hopes that he could help him. "Maybe I can talk to Bluey for you? I could learn something that'd help you talk to her yourself." Mackenzie shrugged, feeling he didn't have any other options with Rusty walking up to the counter and happily greeting Bluey and Jenny. "Hey Bluey. Hey Jenny. (Puts arm on counter) Still running the shop like bosses I see."

"Someone's gotta keep this place afloat. Or two someones we should say." Bluey responded, fist bumping Rusty as she then continued the conversaiton herself. "And I'd say the return to this lovely little town has helped Jenny with her earlier incident a lot."

Rusty knew a bit about what Jenny goes through, hoping it wouldn't hurt to ask what happened. "What happened today?"

"Let's just say I won't be liking Duke anytime soon." Jenny bluntly stated, and then she signaled Rusty to lean in with Bluey nodding as she tended to Chloe with Jenny whispering to Rusty with a smirk. "Check it dude. I know you're doing this to help Mackenzie, and luckily for him, I'm in a good mood right now. The key to talking to Bluey isn't anything special. Just get to know her tastes and hang out with her as if you're a normal friend of her's. How do you think we lasted as long as we did?"

Rusty felt that made sense, fist bumping Jenny before he went back over to his table. "Thanks Jenny. I'll see you and Bluey later."

Bluey and Jenny gave two thumbs up to Rusty after Bluey finished taking Chloe's order, leaving Rusty to return to Mackenzie and Honey with Mackenzie asking his question right away. "So what'd she say?"

"Apparently all you have to do is hang out with Bluey and get to know her." Rusty responded with a smile, making Mackenzie dumbfounded that he's been making this so hard on himself for no reason. At least he knew now though. And that's all he cared about.

The school day had ended with Bluey and Jenny getting ready to head on over to Bluey's place as they headed over to Bandit and Chilli's car with Bingo. Before they got in, Mackenzie ran up to them and hoped to get a chance at talking with Bluey. "Hey Bluey!" Mackenzie noticed Bingo and felt it wouldn't hurt to also check if she's okay with being around him. "Oh, Bingo. Sorry about Manny trying to eat all your Halloween candy last month."

"That's okay. At least he left me alone after that." Bingo responded, still hoping that Manny would eventually learn from that mistkae of his.

Mackenzie gave it his all when talking to Bluey as Jenny rolled her eyes when getting in the car with Bingo. "So. Bluey. I was wondering if maybe you'd wanna, play with me at the park this Saturday? (Starts panicking a bit with Bluey smiling) I mean, you don't have to; it's not like I'd tie you up and-"

Mackenzie face palmed and wondered why he said that with Bluey laughing at how he was screwing before speaking up. "Is it alright if Jenny comes too? She's with me pretty much all the time, and she doesn't really trust her mum or step-dad to watch her brother for personal reasons."

Mackenzie felt he'd be able to tolerate Jenny easier now, since they became a little more tolerant of each other after the Halloween incident with Manny. "I guess it wouldn't hurt. You two do seem inseperable after all."

"Thanks." Bluey said as she hugged Mackenzie happily, hopping into the car as she bid him goodbye. "See ya then!" Bluey closed the door with Mackenzie pumping his fist after he left, and then he started celebrating with Honey watching as she got into her parents car, smiling at the sight before she closed the door behind her.

Mackenzie then ran up to his parents car and hugged his dad, who was curious as to why he was so excited. "What's got you so excited champ?"

"All will be revealed if you let me go to the park with Bluey on Saturday." Mackenzie explained, making Mitch laugh as he rubbed his son's head, seeing no problem with that at all since Bluey was a good kid.

Bandit was dribing Bluey, Jenny, and Bingo to the house as Bandit spoke up about Bluey and Mackenzie's playdate with a bit of concern for how he'd react to Jenny being there. His reason for this is because he knows about the history Jenny and Mackenzie have with one another, and that most of it wasn't at all pretty. "Isn't Mackenzie the kid that hates Jenny? The two of them could start fighting if she shows up. And Jenny's pretty violent."

"Don't worry dad, I'll keep them in check." Bluey assured her father, knowing that she was the key to getting Jenny and Mackenzie to avoid fighting with one another. "Besides, you and Mr. B. Collie will be there, so you'll be there to know when it's the best call to separate them."

Bandit saw Bluey's point with Jenny scoffing as she wrapped her arm around Bluey. "Why're you and your dad talkin about me as if I'm not even here? Unless I'm a ghost, (Smirks to Bluey) you can tell me anything."

Bluey laughed a little with Bingo shown to be looking at Bluey with hope in her eyes, causing Bluey to give a blunt smile to her. "Yes Bingo, you can come." Bingo squeed with joy as Bandit continued to drive home, hoping this playdate would go well.
