Hello, how are you doing? I hope you're all keeping safe during this whole pandemic. Just to clarify, Princess Sally's not truly a villain, she's just making bad decisions. There will be a true villain who reveals itself later in the story.

Chapter 1: Amy's Revenge

That night, Princess Sally Acorn was getting ready to go to bed for the night. She was a chipmunk/squirrel hybrid with brown fur, blue eyes and red hair. Her normal attire consisted of a blue vest and boots. But right now, she was wearing a blue nightgown. "I didn't want to put Sonic under house arrest, but it had to done. Yeah. It's for the best. It's the only way for Sonic to learn to stop risking his life playing the hero," said Sally. She had the key to Sonic's foot device hanging around her neck.

Currently, Sally's mother; Queen Alicia was talking to her father; King Maximillion. Maximillion Acorn was a brown squirrel with blue eyes & gray hair and wore a king's uniform. Queen Alicia looked like almost an exact duplicate of her daughter Sally in terms of physical appearance, the only differences being Alicia's different hairstyle and the later addition of wrinkles to her face as she grew older. Her attire usually consisted of orange dresses accented in gold jewelry with a golden headpiece or tiara. "Max, I'm afraid that our daughter is abusing her royal power," said Alicia. "Nonsense," said Max. "But Sally has been using to treat Sonic badly. Haven't you forgotten that she just put Sonic under house arrest? And he didn't do anything to deserve it," said Alicia. "Maybe so, but Sally is finally seeing who he really is. A reckless, brash hedgehog," said Max. "Well tomorrow, I'm going to talk to Sally and convince her to call off Sonic's house arrest. We can't beat Dr. Eggman without him," said Alicia. "Yes we can. You'll see," said Max. "Well, I'm not dropping this," said Alicia.

Outside of Castle Acorn, Amy Rose was ready to make her move. I've got to get that key from Sally since she's the only one who has it. Once I get it after I beat up Sally, Sonic will be free to go wherever he pleases, thought Amy. She saw there were two guards standing outside of the castle gates. She took out some gas pellets she stole from Freedom HQ. The pink hedgehog rolled them in front of the guards' feet. They looked down and saw the pellets. Suddenly, they exploded into knockout gas. The two guards coughed and fell unconscious. "Nighty night," snickered Amy. She then entered the castle.

After getting into the castle, Amy snuck around in the cover of darkness, carefully so she wouldn't be spotted by other guards. She searched the castle until she finally saw the door to Sally's room. She walked up to the door and banged on it with her fist. Sally opened the door and frowned seeing it was Amy. "Amy? Look, I already told Tails this and I'm telling you. I'm not calling off Sonic's house arrest, no matter how many times you may ask or beg!" said Sally. "I'm not asking . . . I'm demanding!" said Amy. And with those words, she slapped Sally in the face. She slapped her so hard that she knocked her down. "Ow," said Sally. "How do you like that?! That's how Sonic felt when you slapped him. So I just gave a taste of your own medicine, you royal b%#*^!" said Amy.

This made Sally mad. "That's it! You're going down!" said Sally. Sally let out a yell and charged at Amy. But the pink hedgehog was ready for her. She whacked Sally with her mallet, knocking her down again. Amy then entered Sally's room and locked the door. "You may think you're doing this for Sonic's safety. But you're being nothing more than a big bully! Now give me that key to that device on Sonic's foot!" said Amy. "Never!" said Sally. "Then I'll just take it from you . . . by force!" yelled Amy. Amy then tackled Sally and the two began to roll around. She tried to grab the key from Sally, but the princess was holding her back. Sally kicked Amy, getting her off of her. The princess charged at Amy to try to punch her, but Amy rolled aside. Suddenly, Amy grabbed Sally and slammed her into her mirror three times, smashing it to pieces The glass left cuts on Sally's face. "That's seven years bad luck for year, your highness!" sneered Amy.

Next, Amy Rose got out her hammer again and tried to smash Sally. Sally was ready for her this time. She dodged and instead, Amy smashed the princess' bed. The enraged pink hedgehog swung her hammer again, but she missed Sally, this time smashing the rest of her vanity. But at one point during the fight, Sally tripped on one of the broken bed pieces and fell. Amy saw this as her opportunity. She began to slam her hammer on Sally. The tomboy princess screamed with each hit Amy delivered on her. "Don't hurt me. Just give me a chance. Just give me a chance!" cried Sally. "What about Sonic? Did you give him a chance? Did you?! Answer me!" yelled Amy. Sally chose not to answer. "That's what I thought," said Amy.

Suddenly, Sally threw one of the glass shards at Amy, which cut at her face. Amy screamed as she felt the pain. The princess then tackled Amy and pinned her to the ground. "You made a big mistake trying to attack me! Once I'm through with you, you can kiss your chances of getting into the Freedom Fighters goodbye!" said Sally. Amy didn't see that Sally's eyes briefly flashed gold for some reason. Suddenly, Amy kicked Sally in the gut, knocking the wind out of her. Amy then grabbed the key from Sally. "Hey! Give that back!" said Sally. "I don't think so! Sonic will happy once he finds out that I got the key from you and beat you into a pulp!" said Amy. Sally angrily yelled and charged at Amy. But Amy just whacked Sally again.

What Amy did next was really nasty. She used her hammer to send a heavy cabinet sliding toward Sally, really fast. It hit Sally at full force and she and the cabinet crashed through the window. She screamed as she fell out of the window. "See you in Hell, you royal b#$%^!" sneered Amy. Sally crashed to the ground, real hard. The cabinet came down on Sally with an even louder crash! It broke apart upon impact Sally and buried her. Several people were woken up by the racket. They gathered outside and saw the wreckage and gasped. Among two of them were the Queen and King. They recognized Sally's hand sticking out and looked up toward the broken window. Amy had already disappeared. Sally's parents gasped in horror, knowing what had happened. Amy managed to get past the guards once again. She tossed the key up and down in her hand. "Sonic, you're free of Sally's oppression," said Amy. And she let out a triumphant laugh. Unbeknownst to everybody, as the guards were unburying Sally, they didn't see her limp hand suddenly clinch into a fist of anger, indicating she might be still alive.

I suppose you're wondering, what's with Sally's eyes flashing gold and how she survived the fall as indicated by her clinching her fist? All will explained later in the story. But first, next chapter, Amy's about to learn that what she did is only going to get her and Sonic into BIG trouble . . .
