First Person!

Onyxcia let out a loud sigh, thumping her head against the floor. "I'm bored," She complained. I watched as her hands flew up for emphasis from her place on the floor beside the couch.

"It's been like 5 minutes since I attacked you," I mused. "Want me to do it again?"

She flew to her feet, quickly scurrying to the other couch where Kakuzu and Itachi now sat.

I smirked at her.

"Now, tell me why the hell are you so intimidated by that bitch?" Hidan asked, looking at Onyxcia. "She doesn't look too damn strong to me."

"It isn't so much intimidation as it is not wanting to piss Zoe off," She shrugged. "I could take Zoe, I just chose not to make her mad when I can help it."

"Why, un?" Deidara asked curiously. "It seems funny when she's mad, yeah."

"That's because you've never seen her mad," Beth snorted, glancing at the blonde.

"Oh, shut up," I pouted at them. "I'm not that bad! I just have had a few bad moments."

"Like that time you kicked Stephanie Millers mouth in when she called me a slut?" Beth asked, turning to me. "And then proceeded to tell the principal to suck your dick when you got in trouble?"

"Or, when we had to drag you out of the mall so you didn't hit a woman whose kids were annoying you?" Nyx chimed in, a grin on her lips.

"You also threatened to set your Psychology teachers house on fire," Beth deadpanned, staring at me.

"This bitch is crazy," Hidan grinned at me. "I fucking like her!"

"Why did you threaten a teacher?" Kisame wondered.

"He stared down my shirt," I sighed, shaking my head. "Perverted old man…"

"Your teacher stared down your shirt?" Sasori asked in disbelief.

"That's disgusting," Itachi said simply, looking towards me.

I nodded in agreement. "Yeah," I said with a scowl. "I also got his teaching license taken away for getting him to confess his attraction to me on video."

Beth looked up. "I miss high school," She admitted.

Onyxcia and I made eye contact before laughing with each other hysterically.

"That shit hole is the best thing I've ever left!" I laughed. "Once I got out of there, all of my stress was relieved instantly."

Onyxcia nodded exuberantly, "I'm glad we got out of there before all of those bullshit rules about skipping class came up."

"Zoe," Beth started, raising an eyebrow. "I thought you said you missed it the other day?"

I shrugged, "I miss certain aspects. Like, all of the pranks Onyxcia and I pulled. Getting hit with a car. Those things."

"Wait, what?" Kisame demanded. "You got hit by a car?"

"Yeah," I nodded, looking around at all of the ninja who looked shocked.

"It's a wonder you survived," Beth said thoughtfully, glancing at me. "It did put you in the hospital for over a week."

"And Wes put Jeremy in the hospital for two," I snickered. I looked around the room, "After I broke up with my ex-boyfriend, he convinced his sister to hit me with her car as revenge."

"Seriously, un?" Deidara frowned.

"What a gentleman," Kakuzu mused sarcastically.

"I don't like talking about it, though," I waved off. "Every time we mention it, something bad seems to happen, and Jeremy shows up again."

"He sounds like a sack of shit," Hidan scoffed. "What else don't we know about you bitches?"

"We don't know much," Sasori mused, glancing around the room. "We haven't been here for long, brat."

"You know what we'd do if we were in high school right about now?" Onyxcia hummed, looking at me excitedly.

"I do. And, no," I said blankly. "We're not going."

"Oh, come on," She hissed out. She huffed, crossing her arms before turning her head with a pout towards Beth. "Please?" She begged to the taller brunette.

Beth blinked a few times before turning to me, "Why is it such a bad idea?"

"What the fuck are you bitches going on about?" Hidan rolled his eyes at us.

I frowned, "Hidan, shut the fuck up for a second. Can't we have a conversation without you?"

Kakuzu, Itachi and Sasori all smirked while Kisame, Deidara, Onyxcia and Beth let out a laugh.

"Nice, kid," Kakuzu praised, patting my head from the other couch.

"Fuck you, bitch!" Hidan roared loudly, flipping me off.

"And he," I started as I turned to Onyxcia who had resumed her pout, "is exactly why I don't want to go. If we go with them, best case scenario is that he just breaks all of my mothers china." I deadpanned. "Worst case, the most likely, my lodge burns down."

"Lodge?" Kisame repeated, cocking his head to the side slightly.

"You're adorable." I said seriously, looking at him as Hidan finally realized what I said and went off on an array of cuss words and insults towards me.

"You're getting off topic!" Onyxcia whined over the sound of Kisame punching Hidan's head.

"We typically go to Zoe's family's lodge every year in the winter," Beth explained as she glanced around the room. "We used to sneak up there and get drunk off of her mothers wine after our exams," She murmured underneath of her breath.

"Okay," I sighed, sitting up straight. "We can go to the lodge-" I paused as Onyxcia whooped loudly and darted up the stairs cheering. "If I have Sasori and Kakuzu's word that they'll keep their brats in line." I turned to Itachi, "I'm thankful your partner has some level of maturity."

Itachi dipped his head at me, "I am clearly the luckiest here."

I grinned at him as I heard Deidara and Hidan loudly complain.

"You morons just proved her correct," Kakuzu sighed as he glared at his partner.

"We will keep them in line," Sasori assured me. Itachi nodded in agreement as Pein, Konan, Tobi and Zetsu strode down the stairs.

"What is Onyxcia-chan so excited for?" Tobi asked. "Tobi wants to know so Tobi can be excited too!"

I turned to Pein, "We're going to go to my family's lodge for a couple of nights, if that's okay. It's actually a great opportunity for you guys to train and use your ninjutsu since it's in the middle of nowhere."

"Very well," Pein nodded, glancing around the room at everyone.

"How far away is it?" Konan asked, raising an eyebrow at me.

"Only about an hour by car," I said. "We don't need to pack much. There's basically always food being brought up there, and we have blankets and pillows there too. I think we'd just need a couple of days worth of clothes."

"Okay," Konan smiled.

"Does this mean I get to use my art finally, yeah?!" Deidara demanded excitedly.

"That is not art," I heard Sasori scoff over my shoulder.

"Do you even have clay?" Beth wondered. "You guys showed up in your clothes, but I don't see Kisame's sword or Hidan's scythe."

"Samehada," I hissed under my breath. Kisame grinned at me and I winked at him.

"I have my clay pouch, un," Deidara smiled, pointing to the coffee table where it laid. There was a scroll laying next to it.

"And is that the Third Kazekage?" I wondered, turning to Sasori.

He nodded at me, "It is. I haven't taken it out of it's scroll since before we got here."

"Fucking bullshit I didn't get my scythe," Hidan huffed.

A thunder of footsteps cut everybody off as Onyxcia bolted through the living room and into the kitchen. "Aha!" She shrieked from the kitchen as a loud rumbling of pots was heard.

"I'd recommend that everyone packs now while we have the chance before Onyxcia kills us all," Beth sighed. I grinned, nodding as I stood up.

"She's feisty," Kisame chuckled with a shake of his head.

Third Person!

Onyxcia giggled to herself mischievously as she looked at the mega pack of fireworks that she had just pulled out of Zoe's stash. She hugged the package to herself, quickly standing and turning on her heel and coming face to face with Itachi.

"Well," She breathed. "Hello there."

"Hello," He greeted, glancing behind her. "Are you hurt?"

"No, no," She giggled, waving him off. "Of course not. I'm just a klutz, so I tend to make a lot of noise wherever I go."

He nodded at her words, not keeping his eyes off of her. "What are those?"

She glanced down at the box in her arms, almost forgetting they were there. "Oh, these are just a bunch of fireworks. I thought it may be fun for Deidara," She shrugged.

"Hn," he smiled slightly.

God, he's so perfect, she thought to herself.

She glanced back up at the Uchiha, and for a moment, she didn't question herself. She swiftly stepped forwards on the tips of her toes and pressed her lips against his, her right hand cupping his face before she pulled away.

She hummed to herself quietly as she strode towards the door, a smile planted on her lips before freezing. "Oh my god," She whispered, turning around quickly. Itachi was facing her, a raised eyebrow on his perfect face. "I am so sorry if that crossed a line. Totally ignore that if you want to," She yelped. Her eyes landed on the smirk that was across his lips and she paused. "Or, don't ignore it. I mean, if you liked it, you know where to find me."

A nervous laugh escaped her lips before she fled from the kitchen, pressing her back against the wall in the living room.

"Oh, what have I done," She groaned, hitting her head against the wall once before going up the stairs.

First person!

"Okay, so we're all ready?" I asked, glancing around at all of the ninja. Most of them had their stuff in old grocery bags, despite me telling them that I had backpacks they could use.

Men.

"Yes, mom," Hidan rolled his eyes at me.

"Zoe," Pein cut in as we all stepped outside.

I raised an eyebrow at him, "Yes? Did we forget something?" I asked, pulling my backpack further up on my shoulders.

"No," He shook his head. "I was wondering if we could run to your lodge rather than drive," He admitted. He sniffed and turned his head away from my car slightly, "I believe a long drive will make me feel stiff."

"How will Beth, Onyxcia and I get there?" I asked, cocking my head to the side. "We don't have chakra."

"I know," Pein nodded. I watched as Deidara scooped Beth up with ease and Itachi squatted slightly in front of Onyxcia. A blush spread across her cheeks quickly as she climbed on his back, looking down quietly.

I felt myself get pulled up into Sasori's arms quickly and I glanced at Pein.

"Okay then," I laughed.

"So," Kakuzu grunted, turning to Beth. "Where are we going?"

"That way would be fastest," Beth said, pointing behind our house. "You guys can cut through the trees. The lodge is just on the other side of town."

I yelped as we shot in the direction that she had pointed, the scenery a complete blur around me. I watched in shock as the landscape flew by, Beth directing them whenever she noticed we were off track in the slightest.

She was always good at this kind of stuff. Damn girl scout.

"Ah!" Hidan cheered. "It feels so fucking good to finally stretch my damn legs out!"

"You're always sitting on your ass," Kakuzu grunted. "You could stretch your legs if you just got up and got your own food rather than making Zoe get it all for you."

"Every good moment I have gets ruined by your old ass," Hidan sighed at him with the shake of his head.

"It's crazy how much you two fight," Onyxcia grinned. I had noticed her completely refusing to look at the Uchiha that carried her.

"Hey," I whispered, looking up to Sasori. He looked down to me curiously as his feet bounced off of another tree branch. "You notice that Nyx refuses to look at Itachi?"

He nodded at me slightly, "He is also blushing very slightly. I noticed it before we left."

"Do you think something happened?" I grinned, glancing up at him.

"With Itachi?" He asked. "No. No way the Uchiha would make a move."

"Nyx probably pounced on him without thinking it through," I snorted, watching as she attempted to talk to Itachi. She stuttered with every word she spoke, seemingly forgetting the English language.

"Possible," He nodded at me, considering it.

"Are we almost there?" Tobi whined, running backwards. I gawked at him. "Tobi is bored!"

"And everyone is annoyed now, yeah," Deidara glared at the lollipop man. "Be bored by yourself, un."

"You're so mean to Tobi. Might wanna watch out before we eat you, Dei-chan," Zetsu smirked as Deidara squirmed slightly.

"Go to the left slightly," Beth squeaked out quietly.

"Kisame dear," I called out, glancing behind Sasori slightly.

"Yes Zoe?" He asked.

"I think we have shrimp and crab at the lodge when we get there if you want to snack on it," I offered. "I just thought of it since I know you love shrimp and crab."

If this was in the anime, his eyes would be hearts and there would be drool pouring from his mouth. "Really?" He asked with a giant smile.

I nodded, "I wouldn't lie. There's also some frozen ribs I can cook tomorrow night for Hidan."

"How the fuck do you know what foods we like?" Hidan asked.

"Are you trying to be ungrateful?" I scoffed. "And, I know everything Hidan."

He shook his head at me, muttering curses underneath of his breath.

"We'll be at the lodge in about 10 minutes," Beth said, glancing around. "That's my estimate, at least."

"I'm so excited!" Onyxcia squealed.

It was around 6:00 by the time we were all inside of the lodge. I told everyone to pick a room as Beth gave a rundown as to where everything was.

"This place is fucking huge!" Hidan grinned, looking around excitedly.

"Zoe's parent's are rich," Onyxcia shrugged. "It has its upsides."

I glared at her, "When you call me rich it makes me sound like a snob. It's not my fault that my dad owns a hospital."

The main room was huge, holding an entire open concept kitchen, dining room and living room with a huge TV setup. The next floor up held all of the bedrooms in the hallway to the left, while the hallway to the right led to The Loft. Now, the loft had become my favorite part of this place. Despite always staying there, I began to hate my family's regular trips to the lodge, which left me confined to my room all of the time. That hatred led to the development of the loft.

At first, the downstairs was only a dining room and a living room, the kitchen being the large overhang with no wall blocking the view in from the downstairs, just a railing. My father noticed how I began to hate it, and he decided to remodel, turning the loft into the ideal lazy space. There were large couches, recliners, and beanbag chairs, and another huge TV setup placed right in the middle of it all.

Daddy's girl, I guess.

I waltzed into my old room, cringing as I sniffed in the old perfume I used to douse myself in. "Not as nice as I remember," I murmured.

"What's not nice?" Sasori asked. I turned quickly to see him walk into my room, glancing at all of the old pictures on the walls.

"The smell of my old perfume," I sighed. "It smells like my grandmothers house in here."

He chuckled, "It's not bad."

"You don't have to stay with me, you know," I smiled at him slightly.

He raised an eyebrow at me, "Is this you kicking me out?"

"No, of course not!" I said quickly. "I just mean like, Sasori of the Red Sand, wanting to stay in a room with me? Unlikely."

"More likely than you realize," He shrugged, glancing up slightly. "Pein is calling us all to go training." He smirked, standing from where he had sat on my bed and striding out of my room without another word.

I gawked for a moment before regaining my composure, feeling my cheeks burn up. I rushed out of the room, going down the large staircase before looking at all of the ninja that prepared to leave.

"Pein!" I exclaimed quickly. They all glanced back at me, Sasori smirking at me. "U-uh, I would like it if Konan stayed here with us," I said, turning to the pierced man. "Girls night."

He raised an eyebrow before turning to Konan. She smiled at me, "Of course."

I smirked, "You guys just go have fun."

"Okay," Pein said slowly, shaking his head as he watched me pull Konan up the stairs towards the loft.
