Warnings: With the chapter it's finishing the explanation to her friends as the next Edward is back. And everyone in the PTA and Police safety meeting know what both groups are and don't care now. But for Edward, the fact they know the truth is now meaning his attitude is not being accepted now.
As the next two weeks are now gathering the added clues, and he's digging himself into a deeper hole with the entire junior and senior class councils. But from here on in the story starts picking up now.

Chapter 21: Truths, College Choices And Reunions
"To confirm that I need to run the bloodtest, because if the DNA testing is completely accurate it means everything you just told us. You're related to 3/4's of the tribe high council, in blood now Bella, though why choose now for that part of your memory to break down the front door is beyond me right now. With the fact we're getting ready to completely activate the alliance between us." he said and Harry nodded in agreement.
"At the moment I'm just relieved that the guys got to me, before Edward saw me in school on Thursday last week As to why, it's because the second he learns that my family in question are 5/10's of the descendants of the pack you met 70 years, he's going to lose it." I told him and Esme nodded. "We understand why, but though you're engaged, we still want to be part of your life." she said and Carlisle nodded in agreement to that.
"It's fine, but at the current moment it's just balancing out both sides of it, but mortal and supernatural and now that you know, guys. I can have the best of both worlds now starting now, so with that in mind. But everyone that knows, except 'him' is not going to have to worry about th evasiveness in these situations. But it's not one or the other, I can live my life and I'll never have to live that lie again starting now."
"In truth that's what the problem really was guys, I couldn't tell my parents the truth at the time, but the fact mom knew already what the guys and the Cullens both were. I had to make repeated lies to explain things regarding my secret life. And it was what was putting such a strain on our bonds. But now that you just caught us, both me and our tribes, I don't have to hide anymore starting now." I said and they nodded to me gently.
"Yeah you, all of you, don't have to hide these things from us starting now, we don't care. What you, any of you, are, anymore than she does now, but regarding the snowball fight this week lets take it down several notches and you guys can just be yourselves with us now. So wolf, human just let loose we don't mind, but we do have to take your strength down several notches here though." Mike said for all of them and we nodded.
"Now why does that remark sound familiar right now?" Stanley asked and I answered that question. "It's when the male lead decides he's had enough of trying his girl friends rival's way and was sick of living a lie and decided he's doing this. Gaining his college shot scholarship by playing it his own way, and I'm choosing the same thing now. High School Musical Part 2, and to repeat Grover's remark on the Lightning Thief."
"It's like High School musical without the musical and every day in the tribes it's the same thing around here, just to prevent a fist fight in class at the current moment. In regarding when your protectors are a bunch of teenagers looking like they're on steroids or playing with them. But in truth it's once the gene activates, it's one heck of growth spurt as a result." I said and they nodded with a bemused smile at my explanation.
"That explain why your brothers all look like they're working out in the weight room right now, and with it looking like they got into military early?" Anderson asked and I nodded. "Yes mam, the ability gets started at puberty, but as their wolves gain strength, they start going from their normal looks to looking like they're body builders. And once a red eye or any vampire comes to town, they activate, a few months later now."
"They look like they're 21 to 25 and have the body build of professional football player or wrestler, it's one heck of a growth spurt as a result. Leah is going to look like a female marine when she activates, the guys like professional football players. But the gene makes them just as fast and strong as a vampire, and I can channel the guys and Leah, regarding their strength and stamina as a result." I said and they nodded to me at that.
"With us reactivating, it's going to be two months, before you see me as Goldie once again, but Beth, she's already gone active. But as the alpha's third and fourth, it's our job to protect the omega." Harry added and they nodded. "In other words, someone attacks her, because you kids turned them in for the stimulates and contraband. And you're the emergency contact along with Billy, Harry?" She asked and they both nodded.
"Yeah that's it exactly, with my wife being her godmother, I'm the emergency contact, along with Billy at the moment right now. But Charlie chose his best friends, us and Camerons, Uleys, and Lehotes, as well as the added extended family now. But with that in mind, the boneheads who try it are in deep trouble, because the omegas have more power then the entire council together." he said and Mike crossed his arms then.
"In other words, she decides who gets to cross the border between Forks and La Push, and they attack her, me or the others. And they're getting banned from going to first beach for good right now as a result, right Bells?" Ben asked and I nodded to him. "Yeah you just hit it exactly, Ben, not only is the idiot who attacks me is getting expelled. But they're banished from crossing into La Push and First Beach for life after that."
"Mom's going to agree when I say this, but if we have to do an assembly regarding this, we're just dropping pretenses and telling them the truth. I'm the daughter in law of the high chief of the tribe and the future queen of said. My father is the chief of police and I'm the niece to half the council, so with that. They want to test us, they're facing a losing battle here, because it's county politics " I said and they nodded as Bentley said it.
"Yes and that's an understatement and it's why us male coaches try to control things in the cafeteria, when you're together. And as to why right now it's because the act of the ones on stimulate and drugs is compiled to 10% of the spring sports network. In the high school just to prevent a fist fight around here." Bentley said with a bemused look. "Not that blame you for that coach, but that's why Tyler, Mike and Ben stood up with me."
"The guys, Eric and I grew pretty close since I started school at the time, to them they're acting like my pack. We were just guessing, but I think Thompson and his buddies are the ones on the stimulates and with them, is Dan Grant." I said and he nodded. "He attacks you, because you turned him into me and he's getting expelled. For attacking a girl, and the daughter of the chief of police in our town, he's a serious hothead as well."
"But what Alice told you, before the PTA meeting started this afternoon was true at the moment, he's been arrested by your father and his team. And just as many times as Deacon has, but if Thompson loses it, and because you're doing your aunt and father's decisions for them and there's no going back." he said and I nodded to him. "With the fact it just started I can be like everyone else now that you know and with that."
"Hey girls here's another we can use, 'You don't own me, I'm not just one of your many toys.'." I said and Jessica smiled. "You don't own me, don't say I can't go with other boys.'." she said, as Angie's finished that. "And don't tell me what to do, and don't tell me what to say, and when I go out with you, don't put me on display. You don't own me, don't try to change me in anyway.'." she said as we exchanged grins as I took it then.
"You don't own me, don't tie me down, cause I'll never stay..., I don't tell you what to say." I said injecting the tune into my voice as Jessi took the next lyric as the rest of our class council exchanged smiles as we did the song together then. "I don't tell you what to say." she sang and I did the next. "I don't tell you what to do, so just let me be myself." I sang out and we did the rest together as we went into the tune in unison.
"That's all I ask of you...!" We sang out together and dad ended it at that smiling. "Alright girls, rehearsals are on a hold." he said and we nodded to him. "I think your daughter really started something Charlie, because the past week since Edward left. And so far it's been one thing or another right now at the moment." Clapp said and he nodded to him and I smiled as I answered him with a smile at that remark.
"You ever see Edward that tense at the moment, but everyone's been on edge since their family came to town. But with me at least things are normally as they usually are when you got a fellow teenager at the school lessening the tension at the moment, coach." I said and he nodded with a bemused smile. "I get that, but the sudden tension relief has resulted in this school turning into a madhouse, since he left town at the moment."
"Take it down several notches before you really start something, alright kiddo, and you guys, get the playfulness under wraps. And before you land us in the middle of screwing around, would you please." he said to the twenty of us and we all nodded as Eric smiled and he said it to me then smiling. "I think our sextet turned into a bit of a music group right now, though since you got back I've never seen things this wired at the time."
"And it's because since you came home, I never seen this side of you Bells." Eric said with a smile and Anderson chuckled at that as she explained this to our parents then with a slight smile on her face. Looking at him, I gave him a hug then and he smiled as he tightened his arms gently around me at that. And looking at us then, our parents hid a smile at the way we were together as I answered his remark smiling.
"Added side effects, I don't have to hide from you guys anymore now, I can be myself now with you. But at the current moment it's a fresh start, everyone in our grouping knows now at the current moment now. And at the moment with the fact we all chose to get our schedules set to the same one, we're always together. And with that in mind now at the moment, alright guys to make it binding now, with you under our protection."
"I want you to come to the lodge tomorrow after school, so we can add you, and your families, to the treaty, okay, between both my tribe and the Cullens." I said and they nodded. "So with us in on this as well now, it's we get added to the treaty, and with it, anyone tries to mess with us and it's getting them, if they're a red eye, executed now?" Dr. Crowley said and I nodded and they sighed in relief as I went further into that then.
"Nobody, but the Cullens knows that you know what they are, including the leadership, but exposure, is a serious problem, so he tries to pick your brain. Then think about something else: what you were thinking, since I moved back. But think about your scholarship tryouts, the concert, your games, whatever it is. But do not let him realize you know, or it's getting back to the leader of the trio." I said and they all nodded to me.
"But I'm a shield, when around me, I can block him out and in essence I can protect your thoughts from him now when we're together. But I'm like Jean in the X-men, before Stryker attacked the academy." I said and they nodded. "So telekinesis and telepathy, and you can block them out with that shield. Man that's pretty cool." Mike said in amazement to that and I nodded as I answered him smiling as I said it.
"Yeah but temper, the guys lose it they turn into wolves, me, I lose it and it turns into a paranormal knife throwing contest." I told him and he nodded bemused as Bentley said it for all of them. "Then nobody make her lose her temper or we're having a soda can get launched across the cafeteria when nobody got a hold of it later. I take it that's how that snowball you threw at Emmett reached him that easily?" he asked and I nodded to him.
"Great that's just what we need right now, he's starts harassing you in my station and we have several pillows getting thrown across the room. Just before your paternal wolf intervenes just to prevent a computer monitor from getting thrown next. Alright to repeat that remark, no one pushes her temper, or we're all getting exposed." Dr. Crowley said and the sextet and our friends all nodded to the orders gently at her remark.
"What the heck was going on in the lab this morning if you guys were going over songs for the talent show?" Dad asked and Anderson and Bentley chuckled as she answered that. "We had bit of a concert going on in the biology lab this morning before lunch and the ten of us could hear it from the teachers lounge as a result. The kids had really grown close the past week, since she started school." Anderson told him and he nodded.
"We're just preparing for the talent show, dad, the girls and I have a few songs going in girl groups and the guys are doing the same." I said and he nodded to me. "I think their bonds really started something if they're like this together right now. But guys, you better get it together, we don't need this school turning into a zoo right now, alright?" he said and we nodded to him, before I could answer I heard a thunk and smiled.
"I don't think you should have said that Charlie." Carlisle said and we turned and saw Sam smack Jared on the head with his paw. "What I will say is that in that timeline, it was after I met him, it's we were still apprehensive of each other. In this one, I can be myself as the 17 year old, so now I have an adult omega's first with me and the guys mothers are covering for mom till she comes back." I said and they nodded to me.
"Yeah, okay that's a good one here, and we can take the next eighteen months of things showing the difference between him and Jake in a Clipshow as well. But that's perfect right now, if Edward is from 1918, they treated girls like they were their property back then. But Jack Dawson, Robin Hood, Tommy Oliver, and now we add Jake to the list, he's everything Cullen isn't." Angie said and I nodded as I answered that as I looked at them.
"You guys are my best friends now, in truth here and here's the next remark, dad, but in our time, the last 46 years, to be specific. What's the thought of getting married this young, in your eyes, as a parent, to us in the last 40 years. But 1960's to early 21st century, in your eyes, if I got married this young." I said and he said it firmly at that. "I'd see this as he's marrying you, because he possibly got you, my baby girl, pregnant."
"And he has to marry you out of wedlock, and frankly your mother and I'd prefer it from early to mid 20's, you're too young to settle down yet." he said and I nodded. "Well in his time, he was born in the very early 20th century and to them. It's saying I love you, I kept putting it off here, but he said if he had to be the one to do it. I had to marry him first here, and here's the next problem now, as in 1912, Rose changed her name."
"From maiden name to Jack's name on the movie, but the act of this was making clear now. Well now I'm definitely changing things around, but I'm already engaged to Jake, he's the one I want to spend the rest of my life with. At the moment we're in the early stages, but the imprint is the marriage contract. But nothing is ever permanent, which is why I decided on Jake after Edward tore me apart." I said and they nodded to me firmly.
Looking at them I said what Jessi told me. "At one point as kids, we were asked what we wanted to be when we grew up, and we kept giving joking answers to that. Five years later they asked us again and they turned semi serious at the current moment. But at this stage in our lives it's a serious answer and to be honest, it's who the heck knows the answer right now as to why we just completed our biggest mile stone now."
"The years of going through school because the government says so are over, and now we get to choose whether to take a year off, or go right back into it now. Because at this point in our lives, we have to really live it up, get the chance to really live now. And at the moment for us now that we just completed the hard parts in getting our full rides. Now, but it's not the time for making decisions, it's the time for making mistakes."
"Change your mind and change it again, because nothing is permanent, at this stage in our lives it's not the time to be making hard and fast decisions. It's the time to be making mistakes, catch a wrong bus when at college, falling in love a lot, change your mind and change it again. Because nothing is permanent and here's a hypothetical for you, how do I know he's going to stay after he changes me after he already left me."
"Once already, how do I know he's going to want to stay when I'm in love with someone else and he changes me. And then meets someone else and I'm stuck like that, so for right now, it's make as many mistakes as possible. And then, when we graduate from college, we won't think, we know now." I said and my class nodded in agreement as Jessie smiled at the declaration as she repeated some of it then to me at that remark.
"Nothing is ever permanent, wait, here's a good one now, if I said in this in your timeline at our graduation. But 'when we were five everyone asked us what we wanted to be when we grew up, and we gave joking answers. Five years later, at 10 years old, they asked again and the answers were semi serious now. But now that we're grown up and they want a serious answer from us now, well how about this one, who the hell knows."
"But this is a step forward in our lives, the years of trying to get through a school day, make it to school in time. Pass a test, win a game in our chosen sports for our scholarships and SAT's are done as we got through 7 years of life. And we reached a new fork in our lives, where that fork takes us, we can't answer that right now. That fork of being together as friends, we were together for years growing up, same class together."
"From kindergarten to now, we were a single class and now that we're graduating, those years have come to an end and we're parting ways. Those years of always being together for each other, and in someways welcoming a new addition or two to our graduating class. It just made those years we had together even more special, but this is not the time to be making hard and fast decisions, it's the time to be making mistakes.'."
"Catching the wrong bus into town, falling in love a lot, change your mind and change it again, because nothing is ever permanent. So for right now everyone, it's make as many mistakes as you can, and learn from them, at this stage in our lives we're not sure. But 5 to 6 years down the road at our graduation from college as young adults. And we have more years to think it over, and for some of us the goal was making the championship."
"And for others it was sticking together, when we just made new friends and starting fresh in some cases. So once we're ready and choose who want to be and where we want to go, and they ask us, we won't think, we know.'." she said and I nodded to her softly. "That's perfect Jess, you just hit it bang on now, if you need some help getting that speech right I can give you a hand." I said and she nodded with a smile to me.
Looking at me I knew she realized it then as she said it to me softly at that. "I can see the look in your eyes, my speech as valedictorian got to you. And you were thinking of what you were giving up, right?" Jessi asked and I nodded. "Yeah you just hit it bang on Jess, your speech combined with Jake's, that did it for me. I was rushing into it, because I was afraid to change my mind now, but I wanted a chance to choose on my own."
"Without having an axe hanging over my head and I chose to return to the past to prevent it at the time. Aside from that right now, you don't need cliches when it comes to this speech, because this speech is going to be epic, Jess." I said and she nodded as the duo gave me a hug and I smiled. "Are you kidding me, epic, it's going to change lives now and with you what just told us now at the current moment here right now, sis."
"But this time the two of us got to you before he did, you're free of him, and you can make decisions on your own without them dictating everything now. But I could use your help writing it out when I do it, you and Angie are my best friends, Bella." she said and I nodded as I looked between them, my pack and my school gang as I said it to her. "I know, and with that, we just created a trio, but we all share one thing in common here."
"It's trying to figure out who we wanted to be when we're, though legally adults now and it's what forks in the road to take after this. Though considering the name of our town, that just became the punchline, we have 18 months left together, before graduation right now. Choosing the right forks in the road is the hard part, and we're coming up on the crossroads, as our lives as minor's is coming to an end and we're just months away."
"From turning 18 and to us with that birthday comes the fact that we're legally adults and can choose which forks to take. The next 18 months now since I found where I belong, finally, you guys are more accepting of this then ever. I don't have to hide from you now, regarding secrets finally, but in that timeline, I was looking at this carefully. I just moved back, permanently, to town and I was just getting started in school here."
"But those 18 months were mostly trying to make it through dealing with getting targeted at the time. But the scrapbook of memories, my entire 18 months of school here in Washington. Fresh start, but these are the memories I want to have now when it, this portion of our lives, comes to an end. And our years as friends, classmates shift directions and we parted ways after graduation, in that timeline at the time here now."
"Before we all decided to go to the same college together now, and I do plan to go Washington state with my sister in law at the college right now. Though that's the catch we've been together for only a week, and already the thought of separating now. I'd rather we get another six to seven years together, before we separate finally." I said and they nodded as Tyler answered me gently at the remark then as he looked at me.
"We know, but we choose colleges now, instead of living on campus we get to come home every weekend after school ends for the week. Aside from that, this scrapbook of memories, in all three areas, we get to enjoy it while it lasts for a few more years. I'm your best friend as are the girls, but the guys and I are like the pack, Emmett and Jazz right now regarding you at the current moment with that in mind right now."
"At this stage in our lives and we just met, why bother separating when we have a chance to stick together before we do." he said and I nodded as I answered him. "At this stage in our lives, though we get into college at the moment the truth now. It's though we got through one fork in the road leading into graduation it's we weren't sure. In what we wanted to be, and we were rushing the decisions at the time now, and as to why."
"It's because we were afraid to change our minds, but what do we want to major in, what and who do we want to be when we grew up. Well the answer for all of us in junior year, the class of 2006, is who the heck knows that question. As to why things change and you have to change your mind at the last minute. So we just make as many mistakes as possible and then in 7 years we don't think, and we know now."
"But here's the problem, regarding things, Jake would you try and control my life, I'm mean the song on the first wive's club. When I spent that four months with you, you left the decisions up to me, healed my heart and saved me, in more ways then one. He's from 1901, we're born in the late 80's and 90's." I said and he pulled me into a hug. "No I wouldn't, a little danger makes life fun, the bikes, cliff diving, the hikes in the woods."
"I'd never force you into do anything unless you agreed with it, the imprint, I'd do anything, be anything for you. But I would respect your wishes, and would never, ever force you into anything, you're free to live your life however way you want it. But I'm your alpha, you're my omega, and together we lead the pack. So tell us the truth, what's this resentment regarding him, aside from what he did to you in our future."
"It's okay, just tell me." he said as I pressed my forehead to his, as he kissed me and I tighten my arms around his shoulders. Before I backed up as I answered him. "It was after the attack he started getting jealous when your father's sent you to see me at the prom. Despite the fact I said I didn't want to go and he ignored that, the next day, he and Alice were at my house and you and dad dropped by at the time to see me."
"Seeing him, your father in the car, the intuition of the old nickname I called him by activated and I told him I'm not giving you up for him. Before he went to asking where I got Tala from and I told him the truth, your parents each got me a wolf that looked like you guys as you are when phased. But the second Jack arrived he learned that your father's were half or all the way active and he freaked out and told me to get away."
"From you guys, when I refused twice, he grabbed my arm and just barely broke it and the trio, and Jack, lost their tempers as Jack shoved him away from me. And the landing jarred my leg as a result." I told him and he nodded. "How far along was your leg if you just returned to town, baby sister?" Leah asked as she crossed her arms at that. "I'd been in that cast for a month and I was just beginning to heal at the time."
"But seeing him react like that I burrowed into Jared's fur and he and Paul were trying to help me calm down. Because it triggered another memory I forgot, in fact, seeing him act like this brought back the time we were attacked by the leadership trio. And I saw him in hunting mode with the red eye and both together. I was beyond scared of him now, as things kept up he dosed me again and it was my birthday that he decided."
"To protect me, he was taking off, but he left me unprotected until I realized the guys and your father's took back protection detail and it was in January. That I decided to come see you guys, as you pulled me out of my depression. And your parents were relieved I was acting like myself again til the redhead caused a relapse. By causing you and Embry to phase just 6 weeks apart from each other and then she caused another."
"By killing Harry, Alice comes back and it turns into a love triangle, but I was trying to find someway to see you. He was denying that until the reason to why he lied to me to get me out of town in my time. But what would you guys do if I had a red eye trying to hunt me down and you all said this. And you said this yourself dad, but you'd all protect me with your lives, but better knowing and scared..." I said and Harry crossed his arms.
"Then unsuspecting and attacked, because you don't have that information and you're right baby, we'd never lie to you. When it comes to protecting you, it's best you have the knowledge and know what's going on instead of being attacked, because you didn't know this redhead had returned. You wanted to be with us, compare notes in protection detail, but he never wanted us involved in protecting you at the time in your timeline."
"And you hear that truth from your imprint as a result that she came back and the boys collided with each other blowing our chance, both of us. At killing her right then and that ends one threat to you, but let me take a guess: Alice had a vision she returned. And he got you out of town by using whatever it was. That his parents gave you for your birthday, said out of town you ended up Jacksonville, Florida and visited your mother."
"And while the sextet are hunting her down they accidentally cross into La Push and Emmett and Paul collide with each other and you hear that truth. From Jake, and you decide screw school, you're coming home so we can tell you that ourselves. As you learn we added three more members to the young pack. Is that what happened leading into the newborn attack when she was the last of the trio?" Billy asked and I nodded to him.
"Yeah that's what happened alright, you never lied to me before and why start now, to him it's always he thinks he knows what's best. He took off because he thought he was a danger to me, and you guys and Aunts Sue, Sally, Anna and Jessica were pissed at that. Because he left me an empty shell, being around you and the pack was slowly returning me to myself and I was just beginning to get over him when Alice had that premonition."
"And came back, I was beginning to get over him, you were healing me and I was beginning to move on with my life. But one decision triggered a relapse, and it turned into a love triangle, but just as I hit the point of no return. You saved me by telling me the truth, who you all are to me and I see you as adult versions to the guys. But not going to happen twice, my heart is healed and I choose the imprint now."
"And it's because we already had that conversation in my timeline Carlisle included in that conversation at the time was I showed you this. And told you the exact same truth I told you now now in the library." I said and pulled the coven charm symbol out of my pocket and gave it to him. As the sextet looked at it and nodded. "You don't have to tell me how dangerous they are, I already met them face to face in that timeline."
"But that's why they keep trying to take them out, Jazz, regarding the situation in book 3 Victoria turned our missing persons into an army. It's Maria all over again, you're the one who knows the most in this and the packs could use your help in dealing with newborns, though they know how do it with someone your age and older. The new ones are the ones that we deal with next summer, after graduation." I said and he nodded to that.
"You said I told you what the heck happened to me at the time, but in that timeline, you were always around me and just one mistake causes a chain reaction. Well if I'm always fed and you're always around the guys that masks your scent. And I can focus completely right now, regarding you, so let me have it, where and when did we realize what the heck was going on exactly?" he asked and I nodded to him as I said it.
Just as he was answering I heard a thwap, followed by another and turned to see Jared and Paul exchanging blows to the head with their paws. Before their father's smacked them on the head to end it. "Alright again guys, cool it already, you want to go at it wait till we get off campus to do it okay." Leah said as she and Seth started laughing at that. "Are they always like this baby?" Bentley asked, smiling slightly and I nodded smiling.
"At the moment the duo are in training, but their fathers and Beth are fully trained werewolves, until mom comes back for Christmas Billy can't phase. But it's not one group or another, the entire pack is preparing to join, one by one, right now. As to that, that's why I decided to call off the evasiveness last night, so they're around the duo long enough to prepare." I said and they nodded to me at that as Angie said it to me.
"Hang on a sec Angie and to answer your question Jazz, in regarding the army, it was two weeks after I skipped for the day. You landed on the possibility of a newborn attack, after the missing persons reports started getting out of control. Along with the fact that the upper Westside portion of Seattle had gotten two lamp posts. And three cars totaled, it was after you guys decided to combine forces that you told me what you knew."
"And I learned your own back history, and you showed me your own." I said and he pulled his sleeve back and I nodded as I gently touched his wrist at that rubbing my hand across his wrist, he hid a smile as he answered me. "That's why we started growing closer, I just released my own past to you now at the time. But by that point you been around Jake so long I could take it?" he asked and I nodded as I said it to him.
"Yeah, by this point, I've been at the Rez so much that the guys and Leah are masking my scent with their's, but it was by Jake holding me, mixing my scent with his now. Hey dad did you ever deal with a newborn rather then a vampire of the sextet's caliber?" I asked and the ten nodded to me as Josh said gently. "Our fathers and Beth have the experience, we're doing on the job training, but in this case, it's I'm having Emmett stay with you and the quartet. And you get the satisfaction you protected me from a maniac and with 10 good vampires the fight is over in less then fifteen minutes." I said and he nodded. "But you and Beth are my adult body guards and the duo are just getting started at the time." I said and he nodded. "Well I don't give a damn if Irina bails on this, we had a contract, and he blew his protection by killing six people in our territories.. You and your father, as well as your friends and their families are under our protection still. But it's doing this by phasing on the fly a few times." Carlisle said sharply and I nodded to him.
"Phase, is that what this is called, by shifting from form to another?" Dave asked and I nodded. "Yeah, in truth the packs have 24 pairs of chromosomes, humans have 23 and vampires 25. Us omegas are 23 1/2, so my reflexes are speeded up slightly, but we can channel their ability and we become just as strong and fast as they are now." I said and they nodded and Angie went to the next question on my advanced knowledge on this.
"What's a newborn exactly?" Angie asked and I ran my hand through my hair. "It's a recently created vampire, they're five times stronger then the sextet here, because they still have human blood in their bodies. But they're out of control, I've seen them destroy a street corner just to get something to eat. Riley was trying to control the ones he was training, after they upended a car and killed a woman in it." I said and they nodded.
"Riley, as in Riley Biers, he's a local, he's from Forks." Benson said in shock at that and I nodded. "And that's why Victoria chose him, he knows the area, she's treating him like a puppet, he's her lead drone. But I heard another story regarding this from Jazz, and his Victoria was a Mexican vampire by the name of Maria. But to put this bluntly these female red eyes are succubi and the males are incubi and his jealousy is going to."
"Once he learns who I'm related and who I'm the fiancé and wife of, to do anything he can to change my mind. But I'm just quoting this like every other crazy jealous lunatic, but if he can't have me, no one else can. And try to turn me himself, but he does that and kills a human, he lost his protection and the pack gets a freebie. Because that's a key point in the treaty they created with Carlisle." I said and they nodded as she said it.
"So this is what the guys and Leah are going to look like as adults in wolf form, huh?" Jessie asked and I nodded. "Yeah, but that's the eight, I have Seth and Jake at my house, so after the meeting I'll show you later, okay." I said and the sextet nodded, just as she was answering, I heard an annoyed growl and turned to see Elliot with a bemused look on his face, because there was white covering the fur on his head and hid a chuckle.
"Nice way to lighten up the conversation boys, alright who threw that at us?" Billy said as he and Harry started laughing at that. "Oh for god sakes, are you guys going to do this every time you're together kids, because once was enough?" Henderson said as he, Bentley and Anderson tried to keep from laughing at that, as Elliot answered that with a bemused tone as he and Jack had snow covering their heads and necks then.
"Does anyone else feel like we got caught in a repeater of the Cubs snowball fights when they were ten right now guys?" he asked with a bemused look on his face as Leah, Jake and I started laughing at that. "Well that's one way to lighten up the conversation, but watch where you aim those before you hit one of us with it would you please, guys. "Alright who did that exactly, we're in meeting here this wasn't supposed to turn into a snowball fight guys." Adam said as he and Joe tried to keep from laughing at the duo as he turned his head to look at the seven and dad chuckled. "I don't have to hear the translation to that growl right now, because I can see the bemused look on your face. But you're irritated that you, again, got caught right in the middle of the kids horsing round, Elliot. But I take it this is you guys when during the winter when the kids were still preteens and you kept getting caught in the middle of their fooling around." she said and he nodded as I looked at my pack and went into that.

"Jack just do me a favor and don't walk right up to the window like this. Because if she said you scared the heck out of us, she wasn't kidding. I've never seen a wolf your size and you scared the heck out of us when you showed up at her lunch break like this."
"We can get used to this during her ancient history class, but sudden sneak peeks like what you did earlier is going a little too far here." Malcolm said to him and he nodded with an amused smile in eyes and just as I was answering I heard another annoyed growl and looked at Elliot to see the snow all over his face. "Cubs, I mean it, I get hit one more time and you're in the doghouse for a week." he said to the trio at that sternly.
"Alright what happened to cause your father to sound like that exactly, Paul?" I asked as I saw him lower his head and I knew he was laughing at that. "Are they always like this, in pulling pranks on each other?" Mike asked with a slight smile and I nodded. "Well I don't have to hear your voice to know you're finding that funny Paul, but get it together, would you." Angela said to him with a chuckle as she looked at him and he nudged her shoulder, before she ran her hand through his fur and he pushed his head into her.
"I take it they like being petted if he's acting like this with me." she said as she scratched him behind the ears and I heard him start purring at that. "Yeah they do, but that's Twister doing that, and I think Twister likes you if he's responding like this to you." Harry said with a chuckle to that as I looked at him. "Paul pull yourself together, she's dating Eric." I added and he pressed his forehead to hers and she nodded, smiling.
"Yeah we can be friends, I don't care what you are, your my friend, wolf, human you're my brother." she said and he wrapped his head around her shoulder and I hid a smile as she hugged him then. "They're afraid you're not going to accept them like this now that you know guys, thats why they're showing the Siberian huskie side of themselves right now." Leah added to her and she nodded as she smiled as she repeated her remark.
"I threw the snowball at Paul, for sneaking up on me and he ducked and it hit Uncle Elliot, Bells." Seth said in answer to that. "I get hit by another snowball and whoever did it is going to get it tonight if you keep it up, now cool it Cubs." I heard from Elliot in answer to that remark. "Alright to repeat my last remark, try not to over do it or you're going to break a window guys, take it down a notch here." Esme said to that remark.
As she started laughing at that, as I dusted the snow off his head and he shook off the rest of it and then wrapped his head around my shoulder and gave me a wolf hug at that I pressed my face into the fur of his neck and the group nodded as he answered that gently as he thought it to me. "Love you too baby, don't worry, you have us back now." he said softly as I wrapped my arms around his neck as he started purring gently.
Just as he was answering a green car pulled in and Billy smiled then. "Hey welcome home baby." he said and I saw my sister in law Rachel get out of it and she smiled as Jake gave her a hug then. "Hey dad, little brother, how are things going exactly right now?" she asked and they smiled. "Great, but things changed course, you remember your sister." Billy said and she turned to me and smiled before giving me a hug then.
"Yeah hey baby sister, it's great to see you, I'm glad you're home for good." she said and I smiled and nodded. "Yeah me too, but the news took another turn, we decided on taking up the contract, I'm engaged to your brother, but I'm your sister-in-law." I said and she nodded. Looking at the guys and eight surrounding us and looked at me. "Tell me this doesn't have to do with the near attacks, does it?" she said and I nodded to her.
Turning around, she looked at the eight and hid a smile as Josh nudged her shoulder and she hid a smile. "Yeah you too Shadow, it's great to see you again." she said, before looked at his leg bracelet and look back at him. Before she saw the black marked initials on his stripe and looked up at him at that. "J.U..., no that, that can't be, is that really you, Uncle Josh?" she said in shocked amazement and he nodded to her softly at that.
"Red, he had our stripe on him, but his eyes were chocolate brown, aside from Jake, I also have chocolate brown eyes." she said as she looked at Billy and into his eyes, closed her's and she smiled as she opened them. "You're Red, you're the adult cherry red wolf, the stories weren't just stories. But they're the legends on our tribe, they're all true, dad, you're a werewolf?" she asked and he nodded to her smiling as she looked at Paul.
Who was staring back at her mesmerized and I tried to keep from laughing. "Well 15 months too soon right now, but that's okay right now." I said as Paul moved to her and she pressed her forehead to his then and he started purring gently at that. "Yeah, I know, I take it the soulmate bonds finally activated, Paul, even though dad and your father never wrote up that contract, whatever you call this, it activated now."
"So you're matched to me, Jake is matched to her, Emily to Sam, Kim to Jared and you, Leah are connected to another wolf our age, whoever it might be?" she asked and they nodded to her. "Yeah for now it's friends and once you're ready to make it more, we go to soulmates after that, Rach'." Paul to said her through a purring growl and she nodded as she hugged him and he wrapped his head around her shoulder at that.
"Yeah the semester is going a bit slowly, but I'm doing a weekend visit starting now, so I can come see you guys starting now. So matched to your father's, and with Jesse too young, I take it the secondary beta is going to Embry after that, but still eleven in both age groups. And I didn't forget, your mother was an omega, but I take it the attacks started again, if you guys reactivated, dad, guys?" she asked and the ten all nodded.
"Yeah, but your brothers and sisters are in training, we're fully trained were and she wolves, Renee said she's coming up for Christmas this coming winter. And after that I'm back as you remember baby." Billy said and she nodded in delight. "Well don't worry, after a year preparation and getting used to this..., I take it. That our current homicides are the reason the 8 all reactivated, dad?" she asked and I nodded to her gently.
"With the Cullens returned, but that explains the guys and me, and their fathers and Beth, but it's because your father's and Beth did it for years. We're just beginners so we're in training and then on our 25th to 27th birthdays, our parents retire a second time after that. But right now, with the fact that Carlisle's first born is about to get me targeted by a trio of nomads, it's back on the job for our parents now right now."
"But the four of us it's the Cullens, for the seven, it's our current homicides, long story, but..., okay to put this bluntly. But in movie metaphors, combine Back to the Future with Underworld and that's it, this me, I'm from the future and I time jumped to the past. Just to head off several problems right now, but our homicides are the reasons 5 people are dead right now, they're all red eyes." I said and she nodded as her eyes narrowed.
"Are we talking the near to full attack that nearly killed you when the duo and I were twelve. It's happening again after he falls in love with you?" she said sharply and I nodded. "Yeah, but that's what this is really about, to protect me, it's we got our partnership started now. The imprint is in place, I chose your brother even before he comes back, but there's no love triangle, I belong to your brother, Rachel, always."
"But that explains this on my wrist." I said, removing the sweat band from my wrist and she looked at it as her eyes narrowed in anger. Then I'm the one lighting the damn torch and turning them into a bonfire?!" she said with a furious growl and I sighed and she nodded with a knowing look at that.

And by dragging the leach into the under brush and behind trees, Cullen, the redhead, did two kills in front of me. And I saw him rip out the jugular on the one that nearly killed me again. But I..., I'm not going through that again Rachel, I feel safer around the packs." I told her and she nodded to me.

Before I halted the fight, and they tore him apart, Bella, that's why you panicked last night. And nearly fired on us with the flare gun, you saw him going into hunting mode of another vampire?" Carlisle said at that information and I nodded, as I tried to force the memory out of my mind and I passed him the movie then as I said it.
"Everything I can't remember regarding the fight in the book, it shifted from my point of view to yours after that, but first you stopped the attack at that. Alice managed to keep me from moving and you went to triage after that. He got the venom out of me, you set my leg, again, and got me to the Chandler general hospital. Before you guys killed James and burned the place down to prevent a lawsuit." I said and they nodded angrily at that.
"Again, you mean that story you told us happened before, it was close then and it was close now, and in two months?!" Alice repeated in shock and I nodded to her as I shoved up my sleeve as they saw the added claw marks then. "I took the hit to the head in the same place and the knife was coated with his venom. Before dad shouted out to get away from us at the time, before he could go further." I said and they nodded firmly.
"I just got you back finally, us as your in-laws now, dad and me, we're your family, along with your father." she said as she looked into my eyes and I knew she was remembering us as preschoolers then. Pulling me into a hug at that, I tightened my arms around her at that. "I'm not losing you again, you're my baby sister, I'm not letting go, sis." she said into my ear and I closed my eyes as she held me then softly, before pulling back.
