The return home was sweet as he remembered the date. Then he went up to the room. "Hey, how was your date with Aquadoctor?" Mello asked and Matt shrugged. "It was good for a while but she had to leave fast after she got a call from what looked like a makeup case. She said she had to use the restroom but hey she was there for twenty minutes. I will not pry to her twenty-minute phone call but I will ask her to keep it shorter next time." He stretched his arms over his head before laying back on his head his hands in the back of his head. "Yours with Cursed?" he inquired.
Mello undid his shoes and then sat on his bed as he took them off. "She was great so shy and pretty a far cry from the girls here at the orphanage. He said and then recounted their date. The redhead blinked. "Wow man you're bold I didn't dare touch her hand but I did have fun in the movie with her. It was some film similar to Power Rangers but in a way more cheesy. I swear I could see some of the wires of the ones supposed to be jumping really high" he said making the blond laugh. Then their computers made a ding sound letting them know they were supposed to be notified of something.
They picked up their laptops from the desk and unplugged their cords before sitting on the bed and looked at their computer. In their messages was an email asking them to go back to the site. Fearing something was wrong, they did and hit returning. Soon they saw it said to rate the date. They sighed in relief and noticed it was a drop-down with a question asking about if they wanted a second date.
Mello clicked the second date first before going to rate it using the drop-down of horrible, meh, good or great. Mello chose great because, despite the fact she had to be picked up by her dad, it was amazing. He then got a new one this one called An Ember to Remember. He noticed she had the dislike of being interrupted when she was singing. Mello thought that was odd but maybe someone with no manners interrupted her singing was his guess. The date he set up for was a cheaper restaurant. It was also closer to some of the stores.
Matt rated it good because of the twenty-minute thing. He did the same as Mello and got his own her name this time was Cloned White. She described herself as someone who liked tech and was on vacation from her family. The only eyebrow-raiser was her dislike of some named Vlad Plasmus. The redhead shrugged it off thinking it was a bad boyfriend. Matt laughed just the name itself sounded ridiculous to him as Plasmus made him think of Plasma and Vlad the impaler so he could only imagine how the idiot must have looked cosplaying as a vampire Alien. He decided to take to a concert this time glad that he could pick such venues where he didn't have to be inside. That would have driven him up a wall.
Both of the boys then saved and shut off their computers. "Hey Mello, should we do a double date later?" Matt inquired. Mello tapped his chin. Now that he thought about it, it seemed like a good idea, especially since while they were waiting, he told about Matt his roommate and best friend. The blond nodded before turning off the computer, putting it back on the desk and plugged in the charger. The redhead did the same and crawled under the covers himself. They then fell asleep dreaming of their dates and their goals being achieved.
