AN: to Anonymous who asked, who is the dominant one in Skye's and her soulmates romantic relationship? well we just have to wait and see for Maria and Sharon, but with Bobbi they are equals.
It was extremely late or incredibly early in the morning when Sharon, Maria, and Skye stumbled into their pack part of the floor, Skye because she was exhausted and Maria and Sharon because they were a little drunk. "Did you have a good day?" Maria asked Skye, who was leaning heavily on her.
"Hmm yes, best birthday ever," Skye said, Maria chuckled softly.
"Let's get you to bed," Maria said.
"No, I'm very comfy right here," Skye said, turning, so her face was pressed into Maria's chest and circling her arms around Maria in the process.
"I don't think she will let go anytime soon, Maria," Sharon said, with a glass of water in her hand from the kitchen area. Skye mumbled something they didn't understand.
"What was that?" Maria asked, running her hand through Skye's hair. Skye didn't answer though, and Maria just caught her before she could fall over, it turned out Skye had fallen asleep standing up.
"Well that's new," Sharon said.
Maria glared at Sharon, "Just come over here and help me get her to bed," Maria said, finding it difficult to prevent Skye from falling to the floor, and lifting her up in her arms.
"Alright, alright I'm coming," Sharon said, chuckling. Coming over and bending down so she could lift Skye up, holding Skye bridal style, "so her own room or ours?" Sharon asked.
"Ours, you go put her on the bed, and I'll go get her PJ's," Maria said, nodding to herself, and going to Skye's room, stumbling over some of Skye's clothes that were on the floor.
Picking the garments up shaking her head, before she put them into the hamper. Quickly finding Skye's PJ's, she went back to her and Sharon's room, and hopefully Skye's too very soon; she was eighteen now. When Bobbi and Skye had come back in, for the cake, they told everyone that they just learned that they were platonic mates.
She had been incredibly pleased with that, no matter how civil her and Sharon had been with Bobbi, Bobbi had still been a threat, and Maria was still angry about Bobbi and Mel having had sex on the plane, while Skye had still been on the plane.
So now she and Sharon could have Skye all to themselves.
When she entered the room, Sharon was waiting for her, and she had already changed. They helped each other to change Skye's clothes. After that, Maria quickly changed too before they settled into the bed with Skye in the middle.
Skye woke up feeling a warm body plastered to her back with legs intertwined and arms wrapped tight around her waist, and a hot breath on her neck told her someone's face was very close to her neck.
Opening her eyes, she came face to face with Sharon's sleeping form, and now she also realized one of Sharon's arms was resting on her hip. Which meant that it was Maria who was holding her in place. Suddenly Sharon moved even closer, so now she was completely trapped.
There was a soft chuckle from the door, startled she looked over as best as she could, to see Peggy, "Need any help?" Peggy whispered.
"Um yeah," Skye whispered back. It took some untangling for Skye to be free, and Skye couldn't help but be amused by the sounds of protests from Maria and Sharon.
"What time is it?" Skye asked.
"10:30, we thought it was a good idea to go check on you three, as you didn't come up to get breakfast or respond to JARVIS. Did you sleep well?" Peggy asked, as they went into the elevator and pushed the button for the floor above them.
"Yeah, I did. I knew that Sharon and Maria were cuddly, but they usually weren't that cuddly," Skye said.
"That's because you weren't eighteen then, now you are." Peggy said with a chuckle at first, but when she looked at Skye, and saw Skye tilting her head in thought, before her eyes widened, Peggy couldn't hold back the laughter. She pulled Skye into a hug and pulled her out of the elevator and over to the rest of the pack.
Rick and May were at it again arguing over something she probably didn't care about, "Good morning Skye," Jemma said, smiling at her.
"Morning Jemma," Skye said back, and Skye was happy she wasn't the only one in her PJ's, it looked like everyone was too.
"Did you have a nice day yesterday?" Peggy asked.
"Yes, very much, and thanks again for all of the gifts everyone," Skye said, pouring some coffee in a mug.
"Your welcome," came from the others.
Conversation continued for about 10 minutes before Sharon and Maria arrived. Maria sat down beside her while Sharon had a smirk on her face, and before Skye could ask or anyone really, Sharon had lifted Skye up and sat on the chair Skye had been sitting on and sat Skye on her lap.
Skye just huffed before making herself comfortable. If she had to sit on Sharon's lap, she wanted to at least be comfortable. Maria put more food onto Skye's plate, so both Sharon and Skye could eat from the same plate.
Later Skye was sitting on the couch with Bobbi, Jemma, and Leo talking. When Peggy came over and said that she would like to talk to Skye under four eyes, Skye had nodded and followed Peggy into another room.
"Soo, what's up Peggy?" Skye asked, Peggy smiled at her.
"It's been a while since we have talked about SHIELD and if you genuinely want to become an agent, or if you want to continue as a consultant," Peggy said.
"Oh, um I think I want to become an agent, it would be easier, with meeting with the packs," Skye said.
"I thought as much, and I also believe it would be a good idea to start up your training again, along with doubling your wolf training and combining the two," Peggy said.
"That sounds like a lot of training," Skye said, a bit cautious and reluctant.
"Hmm yes, it is, but I know Tony, Pepper, Sharon, Maria, myself, and Bobbi, would like you to be able to defend yourself, in any situation," Peggy said.
"That's still weird sometimes, that there are people that care, eighteen years with very few people in short periods of time that did, it's just weird," Skye said.
"I can understand that, and so do the others; no one will push you," Peggy said.
"I know. So, when does the extra training start and who will do the "training Skye" thing?" Skye asked, air quoting training Skye.
Peggy shook her head at the air quoting, "Would you be okay with Natasha to do the training? She is one of our best, and we have already stretched the rule about soulmates training another soulmate, but as Sharon and Maria are your alpha and beta, we had no other choice then let them do the basics. Now though as we will begin to do the real training, you could call it, Sharon and Maria can't do it, Bobbi either," Peggy said.
Skye gulped, even as she was on friendly terms with Natasha at the moment. She was still nervous about letting her train her, but if she said yes, she would be trained by the best.
Peggy just sat and watched Skye thinking or debating with herself if she would be comfortable with Natasha training her. She knew it was much to ask, but as she told Skye she was one of the best, and Natasha could help her to become strong. She saw when Skye had made up her mind, if she said no it would probably be Victoria, Kara, Johnathan, or Rick who would take over the training.
"I think that it would be okay with Natasha training me," Skye said.
"Excellent," Peggy said with a smile to which Skye mirrored.
"So, when do we start?" Skye asked.
"I think as soon as possible, so tomorrow," Peggy answered.
"Okay," Skye said.
The next day after breakfast Natasha told Skye to go change and meet her at the gym. After Skye had changed, she went to the gym, entering she saw that Natasha was already there waiting for her, "I thought we could start with some running," Natasha said gesturing to the treadmills, Skye just nodded and followed Natasha to the treadmills.
"Okay, we will start with a 5-minute walk, then a 3-minute run, and then start over, okay, I will run beside you," Natasha said.
"Am I to guess that you will show off with your stamina, because I have a feeling that you will run more than walk, and faster too," Skye said, stepping on to one of the treadmills, with Natasha following with her own.
"Maybe, and I also want to challenge you, see how far you will push yourself. I have learned that if you just stand and watch, the person you are training, won't work as hard as if the trainer works out beside them, sometimes," Natasha said with a smirk.
