They soon had to leave the Hub since General Talbot was on his way, and the senior agents knew what that meant.

Victoria took Bobbi with her to pick up the other wolves, but they didn't tell Coulson that, only that Victoria needed Bobbi to help her find some agents whose cover had been blown, so Trip joined team 616 at Simmons' request.

They ended up at one of Fury's secret bases, where Ward joined them later, telling them that the fridge had fallen but he managed to kill Garrett. Koenig, the only agent at the base put them through a lie detector test that Romanoff couldn't beat, or that was what Koenig said.

Coulson, Trip, and Fitzsimmons left to go after one of the escaped prisoners. After they left, May packed a small bag, she wanted to help Coulson since he wanted to know who was behind the Guest House, and the GH serum, and she knew where to go since she had asked Maria over the mind link.

Skye came to May's bunk while she was packing, and May looked up, smiling at her.

"Do you know how long you will be away?" Skye asked, sitting down on May's bed.

"It should be long, a few days maybe," May answered, she saw Skye fiddling with her hand in the corner of her eye.

"Hey, are you okay?" May asked.

"Yeah, it's just so much has happened. SHIELD is gone, Steve is hurt. I haven't heard much from Maria or Sharon, Fitzsimmons is on a mission, you are leaving soon, and Quinn," Skye stopped talking.

"We will find him soon, and for everyone else, we will meet up with everyone when things have calmed down a little more," May said putting a hand on Skye's shoulder.

Skye walked with May down the ramp when they met Ward. He asked if May was leaving, to which May answered yes. Ward then said to Skye that Koenig was looking for her. Skye nodded and went inside, Ward was looking at May for a moment before following Skye inside. May debated waiting to go until the others returned but decided Skye could handle Ward, and besides, Koenig was there.

A few hours later Skye was walking down the hall looking for Koenig, she had just been sitting with Ward and he had kissed her. She had been so shocked that she hadn't moved away, Maria and Sharon were cursing and telling her that they would kill him the next time they saw him.

Skye smiled at their protectiveness. She looked down at the iPad in her hands that showed Koenig in the supply closet beside her, when she opened it a small coin fell down onto the floor, she picked it up, looked around since she could smell blood, and then when she looked up, she saw Koenig's body in the corner, she almost screamed but Sharon's voice stopped her.

"Don't scream, back out of the room, put the coin on top of the door, and close it slowly," Sharon said very seriously.

Skye did as she was told, and almost ran to the nearby bathroom, she sat down on the floor trying to breathe.

"Skye, calm down for me please, we need to think of a plan," Sharon said.

"He's Hydra," Skye said in a panic.

"Skye, easy, breath," Sharon said again.

Skye took a few deep breaths. "Okay, what do I do?" Skye asked.

"Whatever it takes for you to be safe," Maria said, joining the link.

"Okay, I can-" Skye started but she heard Ward call her name.

"I got go," Skye said, not liking it.

"Be safe and be careful," Sharon said, not liking the situation either, Skye was alone with a Hydra agent. Skye had gotten pretty good at hand to hand, but she had just and still wasn't one hundred percent, so there was no way Skye could take him in human form, Skye could have a chance in wolf form, but she hadn't killed anyone yet and she was alone, so it wasn't an option.

Skye got up, but before she left she carved out that Ward is Hydra in one of the fake windows and walked out the door.

"Clever girl," Peggy praised, she had been listening in on what happened when she felt Skye's panic.

Skye followed Ward out of the base, pretending to believe his lies.

When Coulson and the others came back to base, they found it empty; they looked for Skye, Ward, and Koenig. When they couldn't find them, they believed at first that Hydra had found the base but discarded that idea as there was no destruction done to the base.

Simmons and Fitz went to find something nice to eat when Peggy and Victoria opened the mind link.

"Jemma, Leo, Skye found out that Ward is a Hydra agent when she found Koenig dead, he doesn't know that she knows. She went with him when he told her that Coulson had called and told them to open the drive that Skye encrypted. Koenig's body is in the supply closet on your right, she left a message in the bathroom on your left, pass this on to Coulson and Trip, May is on her way," Peggy told them.

Simmons found Koenig's body, and Fitz found Skye's message. Coulson was angry at himself for not seeing this. May had been pressuring him for months to have Ward reassigned from the bus since she had a bad feeling about him, even Fitzsimmons had raised their concerns.

Then why hadn't he done anything? Yeah, he wanted to know what the deal Skye made was, and now Skye was in danger again, and it was his fault. Trip came and sat with him.

"Sir, it's no use to just sit around, we need to find them and get Skye back," he said, Coulson looked up at the man he didn't really know and nodded.

"Yeah, you are right, we will hunt them down and stop them," Coulson said.

"That we are, Sir. Did May say when she would be back?" Trip asked.

"No, she didn't. I have sent her a message that Skye is missing, and Ward is a Hydra agent, but she hasn't answered it yet," Coulson said, just then Fitz came in and told them that an airplane was requesting to land. Coulson ordered him to put the radio signal on the loudspeakers.

"This is SHIELD 559, requesting to land," May's voice came through.

Coulson let out a sigh and told Fitz to let May land.

Not even ten minutes later May marched into where Coulson, Trip, Fitz, and Simmons, who had joined them, were sitting, but she wasn't alone, Hill and Carter were with her, both looking pissed and worried.

Coulson was looking at the three women suspiciously, Trip was looking at Carter.

"Sharon?" he asked, with a grin, Carter looked at him with a small smile.

"Hi Antoine," Sharon said, Trip stood up to hug Carter, and Carter hugged him back.

"What is going on?" Coulson asked, his hand going to his gun and looked upon everyone in the room with narrowed eyes.

"Me and Sharon grew up together, and she is Peggy Carter's niece, so she's cool, no way she could be a Hydra agent," Trip said, raising his hands.

"Phil, it has been decided that we will tell you, and now also Agent Triplett, about the deal we made with Skye, and what happened with you in Tahiti," Hill said.

Coulson looked at the women and Fitz as they moved to show a united front, to show they knew everything that was about to be told to both him and Trip.
