Skye was just sitting staring at the wall in front of her, she didn't know how long it had been since she was left alone, she only knew that the Bus had landed a while ago. After she had cried out, she tried again on the mind link, but she still only got static
She heard the door open, but she didn't want to look up, she knew that scent and she didn't want to talk to him.
"Come on, Skye, we will have fun together. There is no reason for you to look like it's the end of the world," Ward said, moving closer to her.
"What? There is no us, I have my mates and I love them, I don't want to be with you!" Skye growled standing up.
"No, they aren't good for you, I am the perfect man for you. We are meant to be; since the first time I saw you, I've wanted you," Ward said.
"Oh really, that is why you hurt me that time at the Hub? Why you are forcing me to be with you now? Will make me a slave for Hydra and my dad too? You probably already know I only met my parents last year, I haven't even called them mom or dad yet," Skye said with a shaking voice at the end.
"You can still see them, under supervision at first. Then, once we believe The Avengers or SHIELD back off and you won't run or do something stupid, you can see them sometimes," Ward said giving her a small smile that was supposed to charm her, but she just felt a shudder.
"If you don't kill them," Skye said.
"They will only be taken out if they interfere with us," Ward said.
"And what about the rest of Hydra?" Skye asked.
Ward shrugged, "We can't control what they do. If we get the Avengers under our control, then they probably won't kill them, but use them instead," Ward answered.
"Do you even hear yourself right now?" Skye asked in disbelief.
Ward moved over and took Skye's head in his hands, had it been Sharon or Maria doing this Skye would have loved it, but not Ward. His hands were very rough, and it just didn't feel right.
"Skye, I love you, can't you see that," he said in a pleading tone, again Skye felt sick.
Skye took a breath, it was a little shaky, and then she headbutted him in the face. She smirked to herself when she saw blood.
Ward grunted when she made impact and grabbed his nose. When he saw the blood covering his hand, he glared at Skye and walked out not saying anything. Skye sat down again to try the mind link, the static was getting weaker, so she guessed that the spray was wearing off.
A few moments later the door opened again, and before Skye could do anything Johnathan had grabbed her arm and pulled her up onto her feet.
"It's time to change pack," Rick said from the door.
"No, I won't follow you, and how did you even break from the pack?" Skye said angrily.
"You will, and when you are under my command I will tell you," Rick said, walking out, and signaling for Johnathan to pull Skye with them, so Skye was dragged with them. There were Hydra soldiers walking around, Skye saw Raina in a lab with centipede soldiers, and Ian Quinn was talking with Garrett and Ward who had cleaned himself off.
Skye paled when she saw Quinn. Rick had them stop so he could speak to Garrett.
"John, we are ready now, so tell people not to bother us until she is tame," Rick said chuckling at the last part he said, Garrett laughed aloud.
"Right, that's one way off saying it. She gave Ward here a good one, and we won't have her attacking people on the same team, but how long will it take?" Garrett said, to Skye it just sounded like he was rambling.
"Maybe a few hours, depends on her," Rick said, nodding his head in her direction, and now they were all looking at her
Skye tried not to show how uncomfortable and scared she was, but she was sure that everyone, with maybe the exception of Quinn, could see it. Thinking of Quinn, he decided to speak.
"Oh, well Skye it's been some time since we last saw each other, how is your leg and stomach?" He asked with a little smirk, Skye didn't answer him, only glared. The men became more amused by her action, but Skye saw Ward glaring at Quinn before giving her loving eyes, which made her shiver in disgust.
"We have prepared a room for you, be quick, we have a lot of work to do, and we need girly here for it," Garrett said.
Rick only nodded, walking away. Jonathan pulled her along again, she was sure she would have his handprint on her arm for a few days' time. They walked for a little while before reaching a big empty room, where they stopped.
"Now Skye, you will shift, then I am going to claim you, and I will be your Alpha and Johnathan will be your Beta," Rick said.
"Yeah no, I won't shift. You will not be my Alpha and Johnathan will not be my Beta, I have an Alpha and Beta," Skye growled, getting angry again.
Jonathan laughed, "So why don't you try and beat Rick, then you will be our Alpha," Johnathan said, continuing to laugh.
Skye thought about it, she knew it was stupid, she should just refuse, and wait for the spray that was blocking her end of the mind link, to wear off, to talk to the others. She knew where they were, one of the guards in the room where Garrett was said their location to one of the others, while they were laughing at her.
But she wanted to rip Rick to pieces, and Johnathan too, so she decided to show them she was stronger than what they thought. Kara, Bobbi, May, Maria, Sharon, Victoria, Izzy, and Natasha had trained her, so she felt confident.
"Fine, I'll do that!" Skye snapped at them, and shifted to her wolf, Rick doing the same. The only thing that worried Skye was that Rick was bigger than her. She was still smaller than everyone and she knew she wouldn't grow anymore since she found her rank in the pack.
She could think about that later, now she needed to focus on Rick and taking him down.
She attacked first, she ran at Rick, making it look like she wanted to attack his left side, Rick shifted so he could meet her attack, but in the last second, she shifted her body and attached herself to Rick's right front leg, he howled in pain.
The plane had landed in a small airport outside of New York and they were heading towards Stark Tower. Coulson had tried to get answers from everyone, except for Trip, but no one gave him any answers, besides he would be filled in when they reached Stark Tower.
They were driving in two cars, May, Coulson, and Fitzsimmons in the leading car, and Maria, Sharon, and Trip in the second car. They were almost there when May's phone started to ring, she tossed it to Simmons in the back seat, when she saw who was calling.
"Hello, this is Jemma answering May's phone," Simmons said, May rolled her eyes at Simmons.
"Oh, hello Natasha," Simmons said, Coulson looked back at Simmons and then at May.
"Well, we should be there in about five minutes," Simmons said, Coulson was so confused, why was Simmons so casual with Romanoff, and yes, he knew it was her, he saw the name on May's phone before she tossed it to Simmons.
"Yes, I will let her know, oh we are driving down to the parking garage, so we will be there sooner than what I said before," Simmons said.
"Yes, bye," Simmons said, hanging up.
"Natasha said to hurry up," Simmons said, amused as to why Natasha hadn't used the mind link.
"She's too worried about Skye and the other missing wolves, she needed to do something that required more than just calling over the mind link," Victoria's voice came into her head.
"Make sense," Simmons replied getting out of the now parked car.
"See you in a minute," Victoria said, Simmons replied with a yes, knowing they would be filled in when they got upstairs.
