"Well, we're here." Ciel gently woke Lizzy up as she rubbed her eyes and looked out of the window to see a quaint cottage surrounded by a lovely garden.

Sebastian and Caterina will be the only other two here, though they'll have a separate section of the house all to themselves." Ciel smiled as he led Lizzy towards the garden.

"Oh goodie." Caterina smirked as she grabbed Sebastian's backside

"Hmm, it will be nice to have some real privacy." Sebastian smiled devilishly as they took down the luggage and put it upstairs in the master suite. The cottage was a lovely yet simple Victorian style with comfortable furniture, a fireplace, a small kitchen, dining area, tea room, servants' quarters and living room all downstairs. Upstairs was the master suite, en suite, his and her walk in closets, and another tea room with a fireplace.

"This is perfect!" Lizzy twirled around as she looked at all the delicate little features and décor of the house.
"It's like a little doll house." She squealed as Ciel smiled and watched his wife thoroughly enjoy herself.

"Yes, though what we'll be doing in this house isn't remotely appropriate to be considered child's play." Ciel walked up to Lizzy and began kissing her as she smiled and sighed.

"Let's have a bath drawn up shall we?" Ciel looked at Sebastian as he nodded, Caterina signaled that she'd have the tea and cake ready.

"I'll go up and get my nightdress ready." Lizzy kissed Ciel's cheek as he nodded and watched her go up the stairs.

"You two seem to be getting along swimmingly." Caterina came out of the kitchen mixing some ingredients for a cake.

"Yes, when I was younger, I didn't appreciate Lizzy's affection; but as a man, I know she'll be a good wife and make a wonderful mother." Ciel had a twinkle in his eye as Caterina smiled.

"My, you are the romantic aren't you?" She teased.

"Aren't you supposed to be baking a cake?" Ciel retorted as Caterina laughed and walked back toward the kitchen as Ciel went upstairs.

"Your bath is ready my lord." Sebastian bowed as Ciel dismissed him and found Lizzy unpacking as she pulled out a sheer gown make of lace and beads.

"Perfect." She blushed as she heard footsteps and quickly hid the gown behind her back.

"Oh, Ciel, I thought you'd be in the bath by now." She smiled and looked around nervously.

"I thought you'd be getting undressed by now." Ciel walked up to Lizzy and ran his fingers across her exposed collarbone, up her neck and stopped at her cheek.

"I wanted it to be a surprise." Lizzy's eyes fluttered as she looked deep into Ciel's eye.

"I just thought we could keep things interesting in the bedroom." Lizzy stepped back and puffed her cheeks as Ciel chuckled.

"Fine, I'm sure it'll be fun, though I can't guarantee it'll stay on you long." Ciel whispered in her ear seductively as Lizzy shuddered.

"I'm getting in the bath." Lizzy began undressing as Ciel helped her with the corset; she waited for him in the tub as Ciel joined her.

They sat down and simply basked in the view. After about an hour and headed inside for dinner and sat in front of the fireplace upstairs.

"Yes, she'd do anything for you sir." Sebastian watched to see his reaction.

"You know; I think whatever happened or didn't happen last night will resolve itself. Newly weds won't always be in the honeymoon state and you'll have to learn to communicate properly."

"But you have a point. Lizzy's thinking of having children and I don't know if I'm quite ready for that yet. My parents were wonderful people, but I didn't turn out like them. Ciel didn't even realized that with each word, he was raising his voice and slowly sinking into despair and worry.

"You won't be alone; you'll have Lady Lizzy with you. She's a good whole-hearted person that loves you deeply and will raise your children with compassion, caring and more love than any other living breathing creature can conjure up." Sebastian patted Ciel on his shoulder.

"You're absolutely right, huh, I just hope things go better than they did last night, otherwise we won't be having any children." Ciel sighed as Sebastian smiled mischievously.

"Well, you do still have six days here, take advantage of it sir. And I'll be sure to make your afternoon tea and cake extra special today." Sebastian winked as Ciel looked at him with a quizzical look. Ciel made his way downstairs to find Lizzy giggling and laughing as if nothing happened.

"Oh, it is quite good." She had some coffee and helped pick up as Ciel and Sebastian packed a picnic basket.

"I could use a good walk." Lizzy walked out of the kitchen as Ciel held up a picnic basket.

"How about we go to the lake?"

"Oh yes, let's go!" Lizzy grabbed his arm as they were out the door.

"Have a pleasant time!" Caterina waved and waited till the door shut.

"It's rather good." Ciel happily ate and drank as Lizzy joined him.

"You have something." Ciel pointed at the corner of Lizzy's lips as she tilted her head.

"We're in the shade."

"There's no one else around."

Ciel had a doctor come out and to Ciel's surprise, Lizzy was pregnant.

"And just so you know Lord Phantomhive, there were a total of three heartbeats. Including your wife's."

"Three! Lizzy's having twins!" Ciel nearly fell back, but steadied himself. He went up to Lizzy's side and held her hand.

"We're going to be parents Ciel!" Lizzy beamed as Ciel nodded.

"So it seems." Ciel kissed his wife's hand as he cherished the blissful moment.
