Thanks again for the reviews :) and yes Marcy's Mum does seem to have perfect timing aha She appeared when she needed to brining with her the Characters of Aaa but the question is Why?
The two groups just stared at each other, not knowing what to say or what to do till finally Faith spoke.
"I know this is going to be a big shock for you all but you are going to have to listen to me carefully, take in what I have to say and trust me… understand" She addressed everyone besides herself and watched as the counterparts nodded in union. She noticed Marceline in particular staring at her and tried to avoid eye contact, it would be pretty hard not to realise the two were mother and daughter after Marceline had taken after her so much well aside from the white strike in her hair.
"Given that my husband and Death are here as well as the boy from the other world I would say you're in the know about the greater evil?" She asked the Ooovians.
Finn was the one who chose to speak for them. "Yes we are aware and we know who you are too Mrs Abadeer." Faith chuckled at the name, it had been so long since someone had called her that and she was shocked that her husband kept such polite company.
Fionna was the next to speak. "But we don't, I mean what the junk? who are you? Why have you got Marshy's surname and why are there people that look like us." The Aaavians nodded to show they shared the confusion.
"Ahhh yes dear I did rather tear you from your world without much of an introduction. My name is Faith Abadeer; I am married to Hunson Abadeer the King of Evil and that beautiful young lady floating over there with the white streak is my daughter Marceline. This sounds familiar and they look familiar because they are you just from a different world where everyone is of the opposite sex. I brought you here because out of the 26 worlds that used to exist in a series of parallel universes only our 2 remains. There is a great evil that has been feasting on these worlds and reality itself. We are the only ones who can defend it and I think you of Aaa deserve the chance to defend your own world rather than leave it only to the heroes of Ooo." She explained quickly and politely.
"So who is he then?" asked Fionna pointing at Lumen. "We don't have a girl in our world that looks like him so how is what you said true."
"Whoa goldilocks you calling my mum a liar" Marceline said getting in Fiona's face.
"Hey back off" Marshall said defending Fionna.
"All of you stop this right now, Marceline my dear I have so much to explain to you but right now these people need my words more. Please let them have their opinion of me as they like." Marceline immediately backed down and floated next to Lumen to hold his hand.
"Lumen is the Prince of the Shade Kingdom; he is a human hybrid that exists only in this universe. In your universe the Shade Kingdom fell into ruin when the Shade Queen died and there was no one to take her place, they wanted to ask Fionna to be their Queen but the pink haired prince refused to hear their audience leaving them to civil war and self-destruction." The group stared at him as he just shrugged and muttered something about being busy at the time so Faith continued. "He is blessed with a sacred light and holds also the deepest darkest shadow. He is the back-up plan we all planned for in case our first attempts failed. Now if we are going to live through the coming weeks we need to work together there is much you need to know but for now… get to know each other a little as you may need to rely on each other."
With that she floated off to Marceline and Hunson and hugged them both the reunited family floated in doors to chat leaving everyone to mingle.
Finn and Fionna hit it off and began comparing their Angel Blades they both thought the others looked cooler and then decided to race each other around the cave inside and out to see who was faster. Jake and Cake decided to sit down and both sighed at how childish the two humans still were while both being grateful for it. They talked about their kids and partners and generally had a very grown up conversation. BMO and BMO* (the BMO* is male BMO from Aaa, he has a dent in his outer shell near one of his arms so it works) decided to plug into each-others ports and download each-others memories and systems so caught up fast and then decided to play ninja round the cave. Simon and Betty took aside Ice Queen and Benny to see where they were in their development. Benny was interested in how they cured Simon and how they shared powers while Ice Queen was just furious that someone would dare use her title and her style and kept putting in snide remarks to the pair. Phoebe and Phoenix (Flame Prince) were talking and she was telling him about how she can control her powers and now can touch things without burning them and was so happy in sharing her joy of overcoming her plight with someone who understood she didn't notice the glum face that Phoenix had as he learnt more about her recent events. Death had chosen to take his leave and headed back through a different portal. Since Marceline had gone inside with her family Marshall had decided to get the scope of the Lumen guy that everyone thought was so special. He turned invisible and prepared to sneak on the Prince when he suddenly disappeared and then Marshall heard a voice.
"I'm behind you…" the Vampire actually jumped by the Princes action before laughing and congratulating him on getting the best of him.
"Whoa dude how did you do that? You got some snazzy powers or what" Marshall asked Lumen.
"Yeah I kinda got my fair share of powers and I know all of yours too" Lumen chuckled.
"Oh do you?" Marshall asked a bit annoyed he couldn't use his tricks.
"Yes but I take it you still can't walk in the sun?"
"Well yeah I'm a Vampire and we can't walk in the sun everyone knows that"
"Hehe… dude follow me" The Shade Prince and the Vampire King snuck off behind the house where all of a sudden it got very dark then very light. Marshall came back carrying the Shade being on his back and had a white streak in his black hair. Lumen recovered quicker than the time he had cast the spells on Marcy and both BMO's giggled being the only ones who understood the events.
(Inside the house)
Hunson closed the door after the two members of his family were inside; they needed to be alone for this. Marceline immediately went to her mother and hugged her; Faith hugged her back stroking Marcy's hair as the young woman sobbed in her arms. She kept holding her till finally.
"Marceline dear, I think it's time we all spoke about the last 100 years." She said softly.
"Faith… You think it's only been 100?" Hunson asked as their daughter still hadn't let go of her mother.
"Well yes, I kept time and checked I was afraid to be away for a hundred… I figured it would buy you enough time to defeat the evil but it seems it wasn't enough… maybe if I had given you more."
"It wouldn't have helped Faith…"
"How can you know that Hunson… I didn't do enough to protect you both…" the mother sighed deeply ashamed she had failed.
"How can I know? It's been 1000 years Faith not 100…" Hunson clarified to his wife.
"What no… how can it be I counted every night I counted the days" she said starting to stress.
"Portal jumping… Time flows differently if you had consulted me on it I could have-"
"If I had consulted you on it dear you would never have let me go. I had to do it"
"You didn't have to do ANYTHING Faith I could have protected us!" Hunson cried starting to raise his voice.
"STOP IT. STOP IT NOW THE PAIR OF YOU." Marceline yelled at them both. "Why are you arguing… we all had a rubbish time apart but we're together now can't you both just be happy?" She began to cry again so Hunson came up close to his family and hugged them both.
"I'm sorry Marceline dear it's just we have always struggled to show each-other how much we love one another"
"Your mothers right my little monster, it's our way of saying I Love you and I missed you more than life itself. We're a family and we're going to survive this together…"
They stayed hugging for a while and then caught up, Faith was not impressed with how Hunson had raised… or not raised Marceline but was proud of how she turned out and that they had a good bond. They heard of their mothers adventures into strange worlds but the stories were kept shot saved for later. The pair decided to head back to the Nightosphere shortly to see what Death and Hunson had gathered information wise but decided to tell the group one last detail.
In the time Marceline's family had been reuniting Finn and Fionna had challenged each other to many different events but it came down to the same two conclusions, Fionna was faster and Finn was stronger. The pair laughed and high fived at their 'awesomeness' before once again racing around the cave. Jake and Cake had ended up getting out baby photos of their children and even had time to play some music together. Phoebe and Phoenix decided to play fire ball (just throw and catch) with each other and were having fun. BMO* had been defeated in the ninja arts by BMO who was now wearing two headbands to show her victory. When Marshall had reappeared with a white streak he immediately got the attention of Fionna who came over, ruffled with it and said it looked great before flying off to race Finn. PB and PG had last been seen playing with some gizmo in the corner and seemed to still be doing it but now holding hands. The Ice royalty and Benny however were arguing still after Ice Queen had tried to freeze Betty but failed.
The reappearance of the Abadeer's gripped everyone's attention so they all gathered round.
"There is one more thing I left out that is crucial to defeating the greater evil… When he approaches a world he sends the greatest champions into trials where they usually either perish or give up. By facing their worst fears against them the evil reduces them to nothing breaking both them and the hopes of the people. I know that the champions of our worlds stand before me and I will warn you now… these are unlike anything you've ever experienced. You won't be alone but I can't control or predict what will happen… just be ready for anything."
The group anxiously accepted the warning and said their goodbyes as Marceline's parents disappeared into the Nightosphere. They agreed to go prepare for the events ahead and split up to go their separate ways.

Lumen – He went home to the Shade Kingdom to deliver the bad news.
Finn and Fionna were still asleep in their bed when they woke up to a crash from downstairs. The pair had decided to consider each other brother and sister and had no qualms with sharing a bed. They got up and raced downstairs both holding their Angel blades to see what the commotion was.
"BMO* get off of me, you win this round but death shall be upon you in the next" was the first voice they heard as they walked in to see BMO and BMO* on top a pile of objects they had knocked from the shelves. Fionna chuckled and went to help BMO* while BMO ran to Finn and was welcomed by a hug from the human.
"BMO* I thought I told you to play nicely?" Fionna asked the little MO.
"BMO* was playing nice but BMO said that Finn was a better hero than you and I disagreed so we got in a fight" BMO* tried to explain.
"BMO* I've told you this before, people are entitled to think of me how they want, Finn is indeed a very strong brave hero and I don't know who would win in a fight to be honest with you. However BMO*, is it not in the hero's code not to hit girls?" The female human replied knowing full well she had completely won this little talk.
"…yes Fionna" was all BMO* could manage.
At the same time BMO and Finn were having a similar talk.
"BMO you told me that you'd be nice to our new friends?" Finn asked the little MO.
"BMO was being nice but BMO* wouldn't admit that you were a better hero than Fionna so we got in a fight" BMO tried to explain.
"BMO I've told you before, you can't have everything you own way, some people are not going to consider me the hero that you do and Fionna is much faster than me and also a really good hero so she may even be better than me. Now is it right for you to be being mean to our guests?" The male human replied knowing full well he had completely won this little talk.
"….no Finn" was all BMO could manage. The two little robots apologised to each other and then went outside to play with NEPTR.
"So Finn heard anything from the others?" Fionna asked while taking a seat in the living room. Finn had been the one doing all the cooking for the pair since Fionna was the guest.
"Yes we are all meeting up at the Candy Kingdom later on today, Jake and Cake are already there after getting into an argument over who had cuter kids they decided to go around the Candy Kingdom and show everyone their photos and see what they thought." Fionna just chuckled at this acknowledgement. "The rest are all heading there later, we're gonna leave shortly after breakfast if that's okay with you?"
"Yeah sure Finn let's hope that everyone had as much fun as we did in the last week, it was really nice seeing what it would be like to grow up with an older brother" She beamed at him.
"Older brother… You know we're the same age right Fi?" Finn asked back.
"Yes silly I'm not a dingbat I know that but you're protective of me and you look after me. It was like when Slime Princess called for you to go to her rescue and we ended up in that night club. You kept all them creepy slime guys away from me and made sure I was okay I just imagine that's what it would be like to have an older brother."
Finn chuckled at the mention of one of their few memories; they had been on a few adventures in their week off both preparing for the battle ahead and getting to know each other better.
The two tucked into their breakfast and then began to get ready to leave for the Candy Kingdom. It would be another Angel Sword race; even though Fionna always won they liked racing regardless.
At the Ice Kingdom things hadn't got better since leaving Marceline's cave, Ice Queen had continued to keep making rude remarks at Betty saying she needed her own fashion sense and that she was ugly. Betty ignored the remarks knowing it was the crown talking which only ended angering the Ice Queen further. She had moved out of the main castle and was now living on the outskirts of the kingdom. Betty and Benny had a lot to talk about given that they shared a similar past and Betty explained to Benny Lumen and his powers to restore the crowns back to a non-evil state. It helped with Simon's memory Ice cream.
"So this boy can cure Simone? And she'll be like she was before that blasted crown" He quizzed the Ice couple.
"Not exactly Benny, when I was cured I didn't revert back to Simon I became something new, a mix between the crown and the old me leaving me like this, the Ice Prince. I know everything from before and I am basically Simon but I have all the power of the crown and my knowledge and powers just keep growing. Just look around at the Ice Castle you're in and the many different Ice and Snow people who now live in the Ice Kingdom." explained Simon. Benny had incredibly impressed with the kingdom itself, no longer a horrible pointy mountain it was a kingdom to be in awe of. The inhabitants were all friendly and the species went from penguin to yetis to snowmen and snowwomen. They all worked together and it seemed the kingdom was thriving. Simon had worked to apologise for what he had done to them all as the Ice King and had built them homes, given them jobs and food to live off (that wasn't very hard as they eat Ice cream and Simon can make a large amount any time).
"The boy's name is Lumen Benny; please try to remember it we all owe him a great deal. He has already started fixing the issues in the Aaavians as well" Betty said a little offended that her counterpart kept referring to Lumen as 'this boy'.
"What do you mean already started?"
"Did you see the white streak in Marshall Lee's hair?"
"Yes it was like his counterpart Marceline's hair, I figured that was just a fashion statement he liked so copied it?" Benny didn't see any significance in a hair do.
"Aha Benny that is actually a side effect of a powerful spell called Light Streak that Marceline told me about" Simon started to explain "Lumen is particularly gifted at spells that cure and protect. He rids evil which is what got rid of the evil in my crown and the darkness in Phoebe. He creates shields from shadows that protect from elements which is why Finn and she can now touch and we can enter the Fire Kingdom without getting burnt. The last spell he has displayed already is Light Streak; he takes his own power and light and shrouds it into someone's body and around them which stop the sun's rays causing them any harm. Marceline said it was like she was being given the warmth from his own body. The spell allows both Marcy and Marshy to go out in the sun without being burnt alive. The white streak is a side effect of the spell but they both seemed to like it as it goes well with their raven hair." Simon finished his explanation and waited for Benny to process all the information.
"So he could cure Simone? Like he cured you... and he would do it although he doesn't know me?" Benny asked the pair.
Betty decided to answer these ones. "Benny he caught me falling from the sky and almost died protecting me and he didn't know me. He cured Simon after just meeting him and he has done so much to help us all. He's a lot like Finn and Fionna, he would do anything to help you just have to ask. I just wanted you to wait as he lost someone very important to him the day you arrived who was like a father to him."
"Do you think he's coping then?"
"I can only hope so." With that the group went to meet the Ice Queen and told her that they were heading to the Candy Kingdom. She didn't particularly want to go with them but didn't want to be left out so tagged along. She didn't know why but the cute guy in glasses with the auburn hair kept staring at her.
"You're too slow, if you want to hurt me you're going to have to be trying harder than that" Phoebe yelled at her opponent deflecting his attack with her flame sword. She focused her flames into her feet and shot through the air performing a side flip over him. She dropped behind him, knocked his sword from his hands as he tried to turn and held her blade to his throat. "I win again Phoenix" She said then chirpily skipped to get them some drinks.
Phoenix slid with his back to the wall and put his head into his hands. If he couldn't even compete with himself how was he going to compete for her? He had thought that becoming stronger was the way to get Fionna to notice him again but he was still so weak. Too afraid to push his powers further out of fear of destroying everything… like he was too afraid of telling her how he felt out of fear of ruining everything. When Phoebe had told him that there was a way for his matrix to be calmed and it was never his fault he had perked up. He wanted to instantly go see this 'pervert' that Phoebe had told him about but she had said to give him a few days alone.
"Here Phoenix" Phoebe said passing him the herbal tea she had got for them. She had loved his company this last week. He understood her more than anyone, well except Finn. He had helped her with her royal duties and had been someone she could talk to like she had to CB.
"Thanks Phoebe, sorry I'm not much of an opponent to you, we're meant to be getting stronger but I think I'm just holding you back"
"Phoenix Flame you stop that now, I know perfectly well that you would beat me if you had your matrix under control. The only reason I'm winning is I'm going all out don't pretend that you're not holding back. When we meet up with the group I'll get the pervert to see what he can do to help you it'll probably be easier for him this time." She giggled.
"Why do you say that? What will make it easier?" He quizzed. She explained that the last time he had done it she and Finn had just found out they could actually touch and she pulled him in for an intimate kiss and then she felt her matrix beginning to lose control. 'The Pervert' had acted quickly and cured her matrix of the evil that was within it allowing her to control her enormous power.
"I wish we had our own pervert who had fixed everything…" Phoenix mumbled to himself.
"Anyway let's get going, the sooner we leave the sooner we can meet up with the pervert and you can impress your special little lady" Phoebe winked at the blushing Prince.
"How did you know?"
"Don't be silly Phoenix I'm you of course I know." The two stood up and began to get ready. BMO had lectured the both of them on not being prepared enough they had decided to bring a bag each with them. It was packed with coal, bandages and other useful items. A fire elemental girl with bright orange hair entered the room carrying the supplies she dropped them off to Phoenix before blushing and running from the room.
"Who was that?" the prince asked confused.
"Oh that's Inferno, she's part of the Firestorm family and although she works as a maid for the palace she is actually a very capable fighter and works as head of my personal security. Finn nicknamed her Lolly after she got in the habit of asking if he had any Candy Kingdom lollipops which she has an affinity for. Although I'm not going to lie I've never seen her act like that before."
"Lolly?" The prince stared at the door way where the pretty elemental had run through. He couldn't shake the encounter from his head for some reason. The two flame royalty finished packing their bags and then flew from their kingdom heading for the Candy Kingdom to meet with Prince Gumball and Princess Bubblegum.

The two musical vampires finished their duet and each liking the way that his electric guitar sounded with her bass one.
"I take it you also went on the Door Lord adventure?"
"Yeah, well she's called the Door Lady in our world but yeah. Did you go and get Hambo back from Majar the Sky Warlock?" Marshall asked back.
"Well Maja the Sky Witch here, but yeah. I thought after that Bonnie would be better and actually hang out with me but it's been years and she still doesn't have time for me." Marceline said glumly.
"I know how you feel; his majesty still blows me off even though we've been through so much."
"Why do you call him that instead of his name?"
"What Gum-wad?"
"Yeah I mean you're meant to be another me but I call Bubblegum by her first name but you don't call Gumball by his? What even is his first name?" Marceline asked her counterpart.
"He flipped the lid about it a few years back saying he doesn't want to be called by that by me as it's disrespectful. I think he just didn't want Fionna catching on about his girly name."
"Girly name… Spill the bug milk Marshy?" Marceline wanted the dirt on this Gumball.
"Aha you really are another me. His full title is Prince Bubba Gumball of the Candy Kingdom." With that Marceline burst into laughter at the Prince's name.
"I know it's funny but I stopped calling him it and all it did was annoy him more it seems. I don't know what we did for them to be like this with us." The two just floated around each strumming a few chords in order to break the silence with neither knowing what to say.
"The darkness surrounds you… give into its hold,
let it consume you till you truly fold,
Crippled by fear and a time with no hope,
I see no reason why the Royal Vampires would cope…" a whisper filled the room making both the Vampires alert. They raised their axes and went back to back ready to fight. In the week as well as doing some performances and comparing songs they had done battle practice and run drills to work as a team.
"The shadows now have you there's no need for that heart,
give up on your tears and prepare to be apart,
if you truly are filled with despair and with hate,
then give up on living it's already too late". The whisper continued. The two began to try and scan the room for life or hear where the voice was coming from but they wouldn't work out who was saying it. In truth both realised that the voice was addressing them on how they were feeling at the very moment. They decided to turn invisible and wander round the outside of the house.
"You disappear from sight itself and hope you are safe,
Believing in your strength and constant blind faith,
What makes you think you can hide in the dark,
What makes you think I won't find my mark,
Both of you all full of pain and regret,
with puffy eyes and cheeks that are wet,
Give up your sorrows and give up your hate,
you hold onto guilt and it will all be too late."
Marceline by now had started to recognise the voice, she knew if they were doing this they were doing it for a reason so carried on playing along with their game. She was also unsure of how to react when it addressed their regrets and their pain.
"Let my light shine and let yourselves free,
Hold back no longer and let yourselves be,
The Hero's you are and the strength to your friends,
Before you both are depressed to tragic ends.
With that a light filled the cave so bright that neither vampire could see. They felt their hurt and regrets start to fade and began to fill with hope for the future. "Gumball may have rejected me in the past but I'm a new me and nothings gonna stop this bad boy", "Bonnie may think she can just cast me aside but she's gonna learn that a best friend for life means life." Both vampires were filled with a new drive and reappeared just as the voice himself appeared.
"Oh my glob that went better than expected" Lumen said beaming at the two. "I was planning on surprising you when I heard that conversation and thought I'd try and help in my own way. I was never gonna get two repressive people like you to be open up about your feelings so I tried my way" Marceline floated to the human and hugged him tightly; she'd missed him in the week apart. Marshall floated over and started to ruffle his hair.
"How you been wolf boy" Marshall asked winking at Lumen.
"You told him?" Lumen directed the question at Marcy.
"Of course she told me, how does someone with as much special tricks as you almost get eaten by wolves twice and fall off a cliff? I will never know" Marshall began laughing as Lumen got embarrassed by his series of unfortunate events.
"Well… I'm actually doing alright, I guess it's one of the perks of having the holy light you can't really stay depressed for long but it was a relief to see the kingdom and see how everyone was. I will tell you two though then when this is over you want to head to the shade kingdom. I had to postpone the welcome home party and all it ended up doing is making the Shade people think I wanted an even bigger party. I had to repair the sun light at the top of the castle to make sure it was alright. I really should have made a spare they'd been using the prototype and it had almost exploded like 5 times. However, I have missed you two and I come bearing presents". With that he pulled out two little necklaces, they were both red and in the shape of a fang. He passed them to them both and they put them on.
"They feel warm and they seem to glow?" Marcy asked.
"Yeah they are infused with the holy light; I figured if we're going to be fighting evil that preys on our fears I thought it would be a good idea to have them with you all so you could protect yourselves." He noticed Marshall sucking the red out of his and being shocked when it returned shortly after. "And especially for you two I made it so that the red always comes back so it's a nice little snack you can always have to stop you getting hungry". The two thanked him for the presents and then all 3 started to head out of the cave.
With that all 15 Champions of Ooo and Aaa were heading for the Candy Kingdom to meet up with Bonnie and Bubba. (BMO and BMO* were staying at the tree house now they had each other for company). They would all arrive at the castle at the exact same time… in fact just in time for the first trial of the greater evil WHAHAHA... Aha.. The trials (still unsure of the number of them) will push them all revealing some secrets and stuff. I thought the characters needed some time to build up some chemistry and to show how they react to each other. Finn and Fionna are like siblings. Cake and Jake are competitive parents who think their kids are better than the others but they get on well. The Ice Kingdom royalty and Benny are still shaky with each other. Lumen and Marceline are together as are Finn and Phoebe. PB and PG still need to have a little section on their week together. Marcy and Marshy accept that they are each other the most out of all the pairings and treat eachother as an extension of themselves and sort of like a best friend. Phoebe and Phoenix get on well and also act like siblings together just a more formal pairing and BMO+BMO* see each other as competition for the best Robot, they will have their own mini adventure later I don't want them to be forgotten but it's hard to see either of them with Battle capabilities.
