Chapter 20 X'D I can't believe i'm here already, This is the final arc of the trials it concluded with Jake's Trial - Acceptance. This is a large chapter and is very plot central ;) Enjoy... there are A LOT of hints to possible future occurances in Jake's Trials Final Part.
The Trial of Jake – Acceptance
"Hero's, Heroine's and Champions of good, the time has come for us all to gather again, we beat evil but evil still robbed us of people we loved, the time has come for us to get back the ones we love and the future we should have had." Finn finished his speech and watched as the gold dust spread out in different directions opening portals.
Marceline, Hope, Bubba, Bonnie, Belle, Marshall, Fionna, Cake, Simon, Betty, Simone, Benny, Phoenix, Phoebe, Light and Lily all stepped out of the golden portals. Jake met and hugged his niece and nephew for the first time.
"Finn… what does bringing us altogether achieve?" Lumen asked.
"We are going to change the past" Finn explained.
"Finn we both know that's not possible [Bonnie frowned] we can't go back to somewhere we already exist. I told you this years ago" Bonnie knew what Finn wanted to do, he had tried to find out if it was possible a few years after Lady's death but Bonnie knew they couldn't go.
"Yes WE cannot go because WE were still there which is why I've brought everyone here… I have something to ask of all of you" Everyone looked at Finn confused, Jake especially. Unknown to Jake Finn had spent years not just training but educating himself, Although he was nowhere near as smart as the candy or ice royals he was considerably intelligent.
"I have spent years planning this and judging by what…our Jake told us I estimated that Jake would arrive today. It's why I was here waiting for him; I have made all the preparations to see that we get the people we loved back."
"But Finn dude, we wanna see Lady come back and fix things with Jake but you know the drill? It's not possible, remember what happened when we tried before" Marshall tried to reason with Finn. Fionna and Bonnie just stared at the two, Marshall suddenly realised what he had said.
"You two TRIED? Do you know how crazy that is? You could have died" Bonnie began to lecture the pair. Fionna grabbed Marshall's hand and pulled him to the ground.
"First of Marshy don't ever do stupid things like that again and Second… why didn't you tell me… I could have come along" Marshall smirked; trust his girl to really be more annoyed at being left out than anything else.
"I'm sorry Fi, I had to try I could see how much it was eating everyone up… I'm meant to be the reason people frown not losing the people they care about" He explained hugging Fionna.
[Finn cleared his throat] "As I was saying we cannot go where we existed, it would corrupt our timeline and destroy reality I know that, but Jake cannot beat this evil on his own… if he could we wouldn't be here right now. However it would be possible to send someone to the past who was never part of that past, they could come and go as they please even when they exist they would already have formed a stable time distortion allowing it to be possible."
"But Finn that person would have to be a child…" Bonnie stopped as soon as she said it. She looked up at Belle on her father's shoulders. She looked at Hope as she hovered over her parents. She then looked at Light and Lily. "You want us to send the children?"
"Yes"
Bonnibel Bubblegum then did something no one had ever seen her do. She walked up to Finn and smacked him round the face. "How dare you even suggest that Finn… It was HELL… to live through what we did; I'm surprised more of us didn't die… Phoenix shouldn't even be here right now nor should Marceline yet you want us to send our CHILDREN back to hell. You think I don't miss Lady? You think I don't miss being friends with Jake? You think I don't want to save Lady and the others who died? BUT to suggest sending our children Finn… where did your heart go!"
"Bonnie… hear him out" Phoebe said softly, she picked Lily up in her arms as she said it. Bonnie wanted to argue back but after everything that happened… she couldn't deny Phoebe's wish.
"Speak quickly Finn…"
"Our Children; Lily, Light, Hope, Belle and Cloud… they weren't alive back then so they could go back and help. They are strong, half of each of us combing powers we can't even comprehend.
Lily and Light… they're both already stronger and faster than I am. They have more control over their flame powers than even Phoenix.
Hope is basically a demon with the powers of a god, her dads powers of light and dark mixed with the Lich's and demon blood are more powerful than even you can imagine Bonnie.
Belle, she is growing up to be smarter than the two of you put together, she also has unique powers and a strong imagination that gives her inventions a powerful flare.
And finally Cloud, although he doesn't seem to be here, [Simon injected "He's training in the far frost mountains with Ice Finn as we speak, the portal will probably take a while to reach them but they'll be here soon"] He is stronger than all of the others bearing Ice crowns and tiara's. He's been training with them with Ice Finn for years and he is one of the bravest Hero's this land has ever seen.
My point is all of our children are remarkably gifted and have so much potential. Here they have nothing to do in our time of peace. It would be as good for them as it would be for the us of the past."
Everyone in the group stared at him; he did have a fair point. Ooo was in one of the most peaceful times it had ever been in. With the leadership of Finn and Lumen's powers the Fire kingdom had overcome the prejudice of destruction and was now welcome anywhere. All the kingdoms were booming and new kingdoms had even been established. The children were often bored and their parents didn't have time to teach them to use their powers.
"Mummy… I think we should go with Uncle Jake" Belle said from her father's shoulders.
"I think so too, me and Lily could help out our younger Dad and Mum too"
"I think I want to go too Mum… I never really get to use my powers and Dad has taught me how to heal people so I can help too" Hope finished the children's replies. Just then the final pile of gold dust began to spin and opened a portal… out of the portal stepped two people. One looked exactly like Finn but wearing blue royal clothes rather than red. He also had white hair and a crown decorated with red jewels. The younger boy to step out was 15 years old. He had short spikey auburn hair with white eyes. His skin was a light blue and on the back of his hands were two red jewels. A third one was on his forehead in a similar place to Phoebe's. He was wearing a blue flannel shirt and black jeans. His name was Cloud Petrikov, son of Simon and Betty.
"Cloud!" Marshall exclaimed floating over to the boy. The two formed devil horns signs with their right hand and then high five.
"Marshall it's nice to see you, how's it hanging?" Cloud always saw Marshall as a role model and as such developed his look and personality around Marshalls. Spending all that time with Marshall and Fionna however and having Simon and Betty as his parents he grew up intelligent and with a kind caring heart. When he turned 12 he took over the role of the main hero of Ooo, Finn took a back seat and let the boy handle more turning his attention more on his Kingdom.
"It's all rocking blue dude, you remember when we tried to go to the past with Finn?"
"Yeah course, you and Finn got fried and sent flying through like 5 walls but a portal opened for me… but we decided it wasn't safe to go alone." Almost as soon as he finished speaking 3 things happened simultaneously. Fionna reached out and grabbed Marshall's ear dragging him back to the ground, Phoebe did the same thing to Finn and Betty began to pull at Cloud's ear.
"Ow Ow OW! Let go Fifi" Marshall moaned as Fionna continued to pull his ear.
"I thought you were being lumping stupid when you and Finn tried to go but you tried to take CLOUD with you? What the junk were you thinking dingbat?" she yelled at him. The children as brave as they were began to step back to their parents sides. Everyone had seen Fionna lose her temper once before and that scared even Finn.
"Look Fi I'm sorry he knew we were up to something and he wouldn't be left out… I didn't think-"
"Oh Marshy you're right there! You didn't think alright! How am I supposed to trust you when we have our own child if you do stupid junk like this" She put her hand on her stomach indicating that she was carrying their child. Almost instantly Marshall's demeanour changed. He pulled her into a hug and began to brush her hair gently.
"Fi… I would never let anything happen to her… I would do anything to protect her and you. You and Jem are my whole world and when she's born there won't be a day where I won't be there for her." Marshall spoke in a tone that few ever rarely heard, it was sweet but sincere.
"Fionna you're pregnant! That's wonderful!" Finn smirked to the two. Fionna and Marshall hadn't actually announced the news yet so both blushed as everyone took turns to congratulate them. Marceline made a joke about it taking them long enough. Belle and Lily began cheering knowing they would be getting a new friend. Light and Cloud just moaned as they hoped when Marshall did have a child it would be a boy to join them on their adventures.
"Erm… guys are you sure you can trust me with your little adventurers?" Jake had been quiet for a while enjoying the time with the friends of the future. He so wanted to enjoy the moment but he couldn't help but feel Lady's absence in the joyous event.
"Jake I trust you with the world" Finn started.
"You are one of our best friends and you have helped protect us all in the past" Marceline continued.
"And if we're really going to do this I couldn't think of anyone better to look after our Belle and the other children" Bonnie finished.
Jake stretched his arms around the three, they had long been friends for the longest time and it meant a lot to have their confidence.
"So where we going and who is the stretchy yellow dog?" Cloud asked. Everyone looked at him, it dawned on them then that Cloud had never actually met Jake, past or present, Simon and Betty had protected Cloud early on from everyone and since he was born with powers rather than gaining them from a magical artefact they had to teach him to control his powers. When he got older he spent a lot of time with Marshall, who future Jake no longer spoke to, or training with Ice Finn on their own. Jake introduced himself to Cloud and then introduced himself to Ice Finn. Jake couldn't help but think he looked familiar and was also confused as to why there was two Finns.
"Don't worry Jake, you'll find out very soon. It looks like you're ready to go home." Everyone looked down at Jakes paw and saw an insignia of a bone on there. The children all said goodbye to their parents. Finn gave them all a backpack, Pink for Belle, Red and Blue for Lily and Light, Black for Hope and White for Cloud. He had packed everything they would need from clothes to Cyclops tears. They finished parting and then all held hands and Jake rubbed the insignia on his paw. Jake was still confused by all the changes and the future but he accepted what had happened had actually taken place but he refused to accept the death of his wife and knew he would do anything to save her.
"Jake the Dog, Resident of Ooo, Trial Complete"
A yellow light descended on the 5 children and Jake and they disappeared leaving their parents and friends behind.
Future Finn sat down and sighed, Phoebe put her arm around him.
"It'll be okay Finn, they can look after themselves and they will protect Jake"
"I know Phoebe… I just… I just wish I could go with them"
"I understand Finn" the two hugged and along with the others looked towards the sky as the last of the yellow light disappeared.
In the Land of Ooo 1 day had passed since the trials began, everyone arrived back in Ooo at the exact same time they had left however they did not arrive in the same place.
Marshall, Fionna, Marceline and Lumen
The four of them landed on the ground with a thud, Marshall quickly crawled over to check Fionna was okay… she was still unconscious. He picked her up and put her on his back and began to float, he felt her rhythmic breathing on his back and could hear her breathing. He just hoped she woke up soon. Marceline helped Lumen up; since he had almost died and then actually died he was in quite a bit of pain still and couldn't walk. She noticed how unsteady he was so put him in the same position Marshall had put Fionna. The two vampires nodded at each other and began to look around at where they were. The trees around them were dead and a deep fog covered the area. The area was damp and dark.
"We're in the bad lands, the dead forest if I remember correctly" Marshall said.
"Yeah I think so, where should we go?" Marcy replied
"Where would be the best place to meet everyone and get some help for these two?" The pair thought for a moment and then almost at the same time both answered.
"The Tree House"
They began to float back through the trees heading to the tree house, they had a bit of a journey on their hands and Lumen had drifted off to sleep. Marceline decided to pass the time through conversation.
"So you and Fi… you're a thing?"
"Hehe… yeah we are…"
"How did that happen?"
"She was there when I needed her; I was there when she needed me and we just grew closer… we started living together after her and Cake had a fight and I helped her out. She was there when my mum died and sometime after that… I guess I realised I could never carry on my deathless life without her"
"Marshy… I'm sorry about your mother… it doesn't seem fair… I got both my parents back and you have neither" Marceline frowned as she said it.
"Don't worry Marcy… it was hard by I had Fi there for me, Cake warmed to me after a while as I showed her I couldn't just care for Fi I could bring the best out of her. You see what she's wearing now?"
"Yeah it's just like what Finny wears but with a bunny hood and a black skirt instead of jeans… she must have got her normal clothes back when we finished the trial."
"You'd think but Fi hasn't worn that get up in ages, she only did as we were seeing Bubba and Phoenix today?"
"Wait? Why does that matter?"
"They don't know about Fi and me and I'm pretty sure flame boy wants her back. Judging by the fact that Finn and Phoebes are together I think I'm right. When we're not near either of them Fi wears the clothes I brought her, her favourite is this black dress with a red bow round the waist and a bunny eared headband. I love when she wears it."
"It does sound quite rocking but the bunny in black and red? Does it suit?"
"Yeah Fi is a lot more rocking than you think I taught her everything I knew about the world when she was living with me, we wanted to show Cake she was grown up and I wanted to protect her" Marshall smiled and Marcy gave him a light jab on the arm.
"So… why did you and Finn never become a thing?" Marshall then asked.
"I figured you'd ask this eventually aha… I don't know with Ash not around and Finn pining over Red I guess I just enjoyed the loneliness… Finn and Jake never fell out like that and Finn never came to live with me. The day after Lumen was said to arrive… I was heading over to see him and was gonna ask him out on a date… but he was already at Bonnie's running her errands"
"I see… on that day… Bubba hadn't called her as he started looking into the human's disappearance… She was cloud watching but dozed off… she almost died in a knife storm and I used my body to shield her from it… I guess that was the start of me and Fi being a thing… but don't worry; you got yourself a light bulb instead of a little bear boy." Marshall chuckled.
Marceline just nodded and looked at the sleeping Lumen on her back. He had changed her life and helped every person she loved. Unknown to her but Lumen was also the reason her Dad was still alive.
The pair carried on floating till the sound of someone sobbing stopped them, they were now in the grasslands but all around them were large spikes of ice pointing out of the ground. They followed the sound till they found who it was. Curled up on the ground together were the Ice Queen and Betty… Betty was holding the Queen, stroking her hair and telling her everything was going to be okay. Marshall laid Fionna down on a part of the ground that wasn't covered in Ice and floated to the pair.
Ice Queen looked up at the boy floating towards her… she felt her cold heart burst with warmth before a dark feeling came over her and she lost the warmth. The evil within the crown was still trying to permanently regain control over Simone.
"Marshall…"
"Simone… is that you?"
"Sim… Simone? No… I was her… but then I wasn't… and then for the shortest time… I was again" whispered the Ice Queen to herself. Marshall got a better look at her now; her hair was clotted with a mixture of blood, mud and leaves. She had various bruises and cuts over her body and was covered in her own blood. He looked at Betty and saw she was a little better… only just.
"Betty… what happened to her?"
"Lumen's necklace… it gave her back her mind… but it was only temporary. We were attacked by something like the Lich but far worse. My magic did nothing… and I kept getting thrown around like I was nothing. It beat her to a pulp and I managed to distract it and then… something changed… she began to remember someone… you… and it gave her strength. She fought and killed the beast but it cost her Lumen's necklace. She started to turn back into the Ice Queen but this time it's worse… she knows she's lost something special and she's fighting it." Betty tried to explain, she was crying herself.
"Simone… Thank you for helping her Betty… we should get her back to the Tree house, I'd ask Lumen to try and fix her now but as you can see he's not in any state to help himself" Marshall pointed to Lumen on Marceline's back.
Betty lifted Simone up and put her arm across her shoulders. The 6 began to make their way to the tree house and Marcy and Marshy explained to Betty, to her horror, the extent of their trial.
Bubba and Bonnie
Two beams of Pink light appeared in the candy forest, Bubba landed first he managed to do a quick roll and ended up on his feet much to his surprise. He turned and saw Bonnie's unconscious body come crashing down onto the ground near him.
"Bonnie? BONNIE?" he yelled running over to her, she was covered in burns and bleeding a lot. She was wearing her combat gear and generally no longer looked herself.
"I need to get you to the hospital… bear with me" Bubba hoisted Bonnie onto his arms and ran through the candy forest headed to the Candy Kingdom. It wasn't long before his legs gave way. He had forgotten that he himself sustained a lot of injuries from the last battle. He was also wearing his fighting gear which was almost the same as Bonnie's but a tight fitting long sleeve white top rather than a vest top. He swore at himself for his weakness when he realised something. Bonnie had given him shared control over Ooo's Candy Kingdom.
"GUMBALL GUARDIAN COME TO MY AID" He screamed out at the top of his lungs. At first he heard nothing and began to think he was too far away to be heard but then he felt the ground shake and heard the sounds of metal moving. First to arrive however was Sir Rattleballs.
"Majesty! What on Ooo has happened to yourself and the Princess? The Candy Kingdom has been in panic over your sudden disappearance. Thankfully Earl Lemongrab was nearby and has calmed the people but he himself is worried."
"No time Rattleballs we need to get Bubblegum to the hospital"
"It looks like you also are in need of medical invention"
"No Bubblegum first I shall get to the Palace on my own just get the Guardian to take Bonnie to the hospital" Answering the order Rattleballs ran to the Guardian leading it to Bonnie's location, the Guardian went into defence mode, grabbed the princess and began to run as fast as it had been programmed to. It pushed through the roof of the hospital and then laid Bubblegum on a bed.
"HELP! Help! Help the Princess!" Its voice echoed throughout the whole of the Candy hospital as Doctor Princess ran to aid Bonnie.
Back in the Candy Forest Bubba was dragging himself along for floor in the direction of the Candy Kingdom when Rattleballs returned picked him up and ignoring various complaints took him and admitted him to the hospital alongside Bonnie.
Cake, Benny, Ice Prince and Ivy – Plus the residents of a Lost World.
Cake was fast falling through the sky as the yellow light disappeared sending her hurtling down towards the grasslands. She noticed all the others behind her and began to stretch herself out. She would survive the fall but none of the others would. She landed with a thud but wasn't harmed… after all cats always land on their feet.
The rest all landed on her safely and then slid down her tail to get off. Cake shrunk back down and found the other Champions.
"So boy's what's the plan?"
"Cake I think you and I should head back to the tree house, I believe that's where a lot of the others would have headed and it's quite near our location" Answered Benny.
"Sounds good sugar, What about you? [Cake directed this question at Ivy] What are you and the Ice pop gonna do?" She looked at the Prince as he stared at the landscape, he was spellbound by the wild life and the fact it was all alive. She repeated the question.
"I think me and Finn will wait here"
"Here? In the middle of nowhere? You sure that's wise sweetie?"
"Aha… no you see Cake I am Prince Rose Ivy, Prince of the Roseland's from my world. I can rebuild my kingdom if there is even a single blade of grass. I have decided if you think it would be alright to rebuild my kingdom right here?"
"That's great; you can house all these survivors and have somewhere to nap tonight. Anything I can do to help?" Benny asked.
"Run" the green prince began to glow bright green and the ground shook. Cake grabbed Benny and began to run as fast as she could. Looking back the pair saw a palace begin to rise out of the ground and circle the people. It was made of wood, grass and decorated with many different coloured roses. Houses and streets began to grow from the ground that Cake stood on and eventually she was roof hopping just like the time her and Fionna had been in Thief City. She tore through the sky before growing large and beginning to pick up speed. Reflected in the night sky behind her she could see the silhouette of the Rose Kingdom which made her smile. She could see the tree house ahead of her and saw an epic fight occurring.
Finn, Phoebe, Roselinen, Jay and Bonnie
"Finn is that you! Finn quickly you need to get up, we need your help" Finn opened his eyes to see BMO staring back at him with a :'( face.
Finn instantly got up and looked around; they were just outside the tree house. He grabbed BMO.
"BMO what's going on? What's wrong?"
"There is a lady who looks like Lumen who started to attack us. I called Team B.E.E.M.O but she managed to beat them!" cried the little robot.
"Where is BMO*" He said grabbing his angel wing sword and started to walk to where he could hear fighting.
"She… She…"
"She what BMO?"
"SHE KILLED HIM!" Finn froze and looked at his feet. There was the outer shell of BMO*, his parts were scattered along the ground… his golden heart… was hanging from the belt of the enemy. Finn looked up and stared her in the eye. His blue eyes met with hers.
FLASHBACK
BMO and BMO* were hanging outside of the tree house, they'd woken up to find that everyone had disappeared from the Candy Hall so BMO decided to show BMO* her little secret.
"Quickly BMO* I've called them they should be here soon!" cried the little MO happily.
"What is this surprise you have to show me BMO?"
"Just trust me BMO* will be very happy and very surprised" There was a sudden bang and a mixture of voices filled the air. BMO and BMO* looked up to see a group of four very different looking individuals.
"AHA THEY ARE HERE!" BMO screeched
"They? Who are they BMO?"
"I called them Team B.E.E.M.O"
"Team Be More?"
"No! Team 'BMO's Emergency Elite Mobile Operative's"
"Oh… Why has BMO assembled a team?" BMO* was confused.
"They are here to protect Ooo if anything should happen to Finn and Jake, they are also here to find and protect Finn and Jake if anything ever happened to them"
"Oh… are they strong then?"
"Are they strong?" BMO let out a little evil laugh. "They certainly are, allow me to introduce you".
"Team B.E.E.M.O allow me to introduce you to BMO*; he is a male version of me from the land Aaa"
One of the group, a girl made of fire, immediately bent down and started to play with BMO* she thought he was adorable.
"Now BMO*, Team B.E.E.M.O is made up of 4 very gifted people I give you:
James the Rock Giant [BMO pointed to a very tall and slim guy who seemed to have hair made of stone] James is the nephew of Billy the Hero and part Rock elemental. He wants to take after his uncle and be a hero [BMO lent in close to BMO* and whispers] He'd probably do it too if he stopped texting his girlfriend all the time [BMO* chuckled]
A fire elemental named Lolly; she works under the flame princess as her personal maid but also works as head of security as she is one of the best fire wielders in the fire kingdom. [BMO whispers again] However she is easily distracted by cute things and seems to love owls… I don't know why either.
Next is Louly; a lemon woman who is part water elemental however she is known throughout the Lemon Kingdom as 'The Juice Tamer' as the only water substance in the Lemon Kingdom is lemon juice. Earl Lemongrab recommended her to the team and helps set up communications with other kingdoms for small missions.
Finally… we have Jimothy; Jim is an air elemental that is obsessed with the earth and loves earthworms… as such he carries around a mobile worm farm and is best friends with King Worm, he knows a few psychic tricks that he learnt off of the king… [BMO whispers] He's really not all there."
BMO* took a second to take in all the information, there was a lot of people here and they were all weird.
"Wait BMO, in Team B.E.E.M.O you have an elemental or part elemental of Earth, Water, Air and Fire?"
"Yes Team B.E.E.M.O is a very diverse and balanced team. BMO made sure to make the team powerful so they could help Finn and Jake"
"That's cute… they're going to need all the help they can get"
BMO and BMO* turned to see a strange woman standing near them, she bared a striking resemblance to Lumen. She had long white hair that ran all the way down her back apart from a black streak that ran along the right side. She wore a white overcoat with no sleeves that had black spikes up the back. She also wore a single black gem around her neck that looked like it belonged to royalty. The rest of her outfit consisted of a black sleeveless top, white jeans and shoes. Her skin was of a pinkish colour and she had bright blue eyes. She looked just like Lumen but with the colours reversed.
"BMO demands you speak your name" BMO took a ninja stance at the strange woman.
"Aha this is what Ivel associates himself with? Utter filth. My name for now little robot is Luminescence Dawn; I believe you know a… friend of mine… Lumen Dusk?" Dawn decided she would just use this little robot to find Dusk.
"You are no friend of Lumen's!" BMO cried out to the woman.
"Why little robot of course I am? Why would you think otherwise?"
"BMO has an evil sensor and you are evil! Lumen is good! Be gone evil woman!"
[Dawn just laughed] "You have just sealed your own death robot". Dawn materialised a black sword and lunged at BMO. She would have sliced the little MO in half if she wasn't blocked by James. James thick rock skin managed to block most of the blades swing but still drew out some blood. He kicked Dawn back to a distance. Louly instantly fired two water bullets at the woman as Lolly shot two flame balls at her. Jimothy was above her in the same instant bringing down a blade made of compressed air down onto her. The woman laughed as she just deflected the projectiles, grabbed Jim's blade then punched him away. He flew for a bit before stopping himself and wiping the blood away. He put down his worm farm and cracked his knuckled.
James ran at the woman and began trying to punch her but she easily evaded his swings making it appear as if she was dancing. She quickly disappeared and then reappeared in his shadow behind him. She drove her blade deep in his back and whispered in his ear "Try and hit me again… and you will lose you're 'sword'".
Louly ran at the woman swinging her vibrating lemon sword, it looked like a tuning fork but vibrated violently letting it cut through things with ease. Louly's differed from Earl Lemongrab as his was powered by his screams but hers was powered by her water powers, the sword was cloaked in an aura of water that soaked lemon acid into the wounds it inflicted. She swung at the woman who countered with a white sword she materialised. She jumped back kicking James to the floor. She began to fight with Louly, Lou managed to get in a good slash which burnt the woman and made her flinch. This just made her angrier and she began to swing furiously at Louly. She knocked Louly's sword from her hand and was about to deal the finishing blow when Jim flew down and kicked her in the face knocking her back to the floor.
"You will regret that" she spat at Jim; she wiped the blood from her lip with her thumb and then licked it off. She threw a sword at Jim forcing him to dodge; she then reappeared beside him and swung her sword at his throat. It wouldn't have done him any damage at first due to the fact that he was made of air but he stopped it with his psychic abilities.
"You worked it out?"
"This blade can pierce James' rock skin, it must be enchanted which means there is a strong chance that it could harm me too".
"Good observation, maybe you're not just a waste of space like your friends" She used her other hand and punched him in the face hard. He was right that she could hurt him as his nose began to bleed… her punch had broken it. When he grabbed at his nose she kicked him in the gut and began to fight Lolly. She was the last member of Team BMO that hadn't been bested.
Lolly materialised a fire blade that was both solid and flowing free at the same time. She materialised a shield on her other arm. She ran at the sadistic woman and began to clash blades with her. The two fought for a while blades slashing against blade. Each got a few good hits in but it was clear that Dawn was winning. She slashed Lolly across the chest and then punched her hard in the face knocking her out instantly. James tried to grab at her but Dawn dodged then stabbed him repeatedly over his body then punched him in the face breaking his nose and knocking him out.
"That dudes got hard head" she chuckled shaking her knuckle. Louly ran at her with her blade again swinging furiously but ended up the same as Lolly… slashed across the chest and knocked out with a single punch.
"You've been toying with us from the start" Jim spat at the woman; it was somewhat illegible due to the fact his nose was pouring with blood.
"Of course I have, and it has been a blast but time to die" She punched him in the throat, face and chest when he flew at her knocking him to the ground. She dematerialised her swords then walked over to BMO. BMO* tried to get in the way but was kicked away as she chuckled again.
"Time to die little robot… let's see how bright Lumen is feeling when he finds you as a scrap heap" She was about to stamp down on BMO's already cracked screen when she yelled out in pain and disappeared. BMO looked up to see BMO* holding down a button on his body. It was the one that sucked people in.
"BMO* you did it!"
"Yes BMO I think I did"
"Yippee" cried out BMO
"Yip-" was also BMO* managed to get out before his little robot body began to shake and sparks flew out. Dawn's laugh filled the air as BMO*'s face turned to a :'( face and then cut out. BMO* body blew into louds of pieces and where he stood Dawn now remained. She laughed.
"Foolish little robot… oh what's this? [She bent down and picked up his little golden heart] cute I think this will look great on my belt" She laughed again.
"Now little robot, don't you think this would look great in a pair" she materialised her sword and began to walk towards BMO who was crying. Suddenly Jim grabbed Dawn from behind stopping her from getting BMO.
"BMO RUN!" Jim cried out. BMO ran to the back of the tree house where she saw a blue light appear and people emerge out of it. The MO immediately recognised one of them.
"Finn is that you! Finn quickly you need to get up, we need your help" Finn opened his eyes to see BMO staring back at him with a :'( face.
Dawn swung her head back quickly and knocked Jim back, she rammed her sword through his gut. "Serves him right for wasting my time". She walked round to the back of the tree house and saw that the little robot was sitting on the shoulders of a tall muscular blonde boy. "This should be fun".
WHO IS LUMINESENCE DAWN! Why does she look identical to Lumen when he never had a counterpart? All will be revealed in the future ;) Though PM me your guesses and i will tell you if you're right.
