This is pretty much an excuse to do a dragon in a princess dress.

Chapter 103

Model Behavior

For Winter, there was nothing better than getting to try on a princess gown. Sure, as a model for the things you would think such garments would get boring - overused even. But with so much time needed to be made up, it all balanced out for them.

Stepping through the larger than average door, they found a small fairy patiently waiting for them. Dressed in extravagant robes, locks of emerald hair reach for their waist, adding to the already beautiful verdant eyes staring towards them. Though, I don't think you're supposed to use a wedding band as a belt. Could be wrong about that.

"Good morning, Lalia." they greeted, very carefully raising a talon to rub the fairy's head. In return, they got a little fairy hug. Aww… Though, that's quite a beautiful ring. "Where's Renamon?"

Lalia spun around, sigh exiting her lips. Of course that stupid fox thing was late. Even though she had explicitly told them that they would be needed early in the morning for the photo shoots.

But right now, it's back to gazing on her 'wife. As red dragons went, Winter was one of the most prettiest around. Okay, Lalia had really seen many dragons, let alone those of the red variety. She just had a feeling that none of them could ever stack up to Winter. More than enough in her book.

"You know how they gets." the fairy answered and let out a low whistle. The fluttering of wings followed, bringing with it a little fey Renamon. Doesn't look too happy. I wouldn't be too if I had to be woken up early. Which is why I go to bed early every night. Usually works out for me. Well, most of the time at least. "Your dress is in the usual spot. I'm not sure where you-know-who is."

Winter gave a nod, looking behind themselves for the moment, Letting out a sigh, they take a right and head through. Inside, the stone walls have been painted a pale white, with the dress in question hanging on a human-sized mannequin with a massive princess-style gown. Was expecting something… a lot bigger. Especially since this is an adult red dragon were talking about here.

"You've outdone yourself, Lalia." they thought, taking the time to feel up the garment. The gown shined a beautiful shade of glacial blue, with the accompanying opera gloves and heels. Before we can get to our dress though, there's a matter of size. Closing their eyes for a moment, Winter began to shrink down. What was once a four story draconic creature now stood a dragon that was more on the size of a human. Turning to their left, they come upon a human-sized wardrobe. Even has a sign decked out in cute little letters.

Remember to put everything back when you're done! 3

Aww… Guess someone needs a reminder from time to time. I'm no fashion expert, but that's pretty good advice. Nonetheless, Winter pulls the doors open, grabbing their stockings and bloomers. Closing that, their attention shifting to the mannequin to grab the gloves and heels. The former is what we're starting with. Bloomers come next, followed by the stockings. Heels round out this particular part of the dressing process.

"Winter?"

The door opens up, revealing part of a large armored titan. Much like Lalia's Renamon, they too were a proud member of the missed alarm clock club. A club that their partners were definitely not part of for the time being.

"There you are, Princess Crania." Winter remarked, taking the time to grab their dress from the mannequin. Holding it up over their body, they slip it on. Thank god for enchanted corsets. All the tightness you could ever want without any of the work needed to tighten things up. Especially with the multiple layers of petticoats that now sat over their body. "It's nice to see you take the initiative for once and join me."

Picking up a parasol, 'Princess Crania' let out a groan. Far from civilized, it was noticed by their grace.

"Hey. I'm just glad I didn't need to drag you out. That's all." Winter continued, proportions returning to where they should be. Which in turn, allowed for her to grab hold of her digimon partner and softly carry them out of this room and into the one opposite of them. A large oval, camera equipment and optional backgrounds littering the southern edge of it. Which left the rest of the space to be used for the actual taking of pictures. There we find Lalia and her Renamon waiting for our pair.

"Look who decided to show up." Renamon muttered, getting a look from Princess Crania in return. As tempted as they may be to just smash the winged kitsune, it was likely that Winter would throw them out for doing that. Especially after all the hospitality given to them between the mess with those icky royal knights and their master.

Winter made their way towards the back, taking the time to drop her digimon partner off in the process. Then it was time to stand pretty. Sure, this part of the process could be kind of nerve wracking. In between following their spouse's instructions and working with sometimes less than agreeable people, sometimes it didn't feel worth it. As the red dragon princess took in her digimon partner - decked out in their pretty armored gown with all the required accessories, it all clicked.

"Hold still." Lalia chimed, watching the pair stand as still as possible for the moment. Then came the snap of the photo. "Looking good."

Princess Crania's cheeks lit up, getting a chuckle from Renamon. It's not helped by the appearance of a parasol at the moment. Or the pointing of said parasol towards such a creature. Nor does the second picture getting taken at that exact moment was not doing them any favors either. So Winter held them in their arms, the utmost care taken to make sure that neither of their dresses were ruined in the process. Not that they doubted that any more fuss would be made right now. Especially with a couple more dresses to be modeled later today.
