A/N:

@Shiro23: Thanks!

@acertainpasserby: Hahaha. Thanks. And Skull is really adorable. Although in the canon, he's not. I appreciate the tear up. Hahaha!

@michiko-chan27: Hahaha. Sorry about the cliffhanger. I really feel bad about cutting it. But the temptation is too sweet and seducing that I just had to. And Fon? I wonder about that. HAHAHA!

So here's another chapter. Sorry for the delay. Hahaha. Hope you like it though. Thanks for all the other reviews. that really pumped me up last week.

Note: I turned Tsuna's incantation to bold so it's prominent and it won't mix to the others to confuse you.

Anyway. Go on. Don't mind me.

Chapter Thirty-Five

"Accept my calling, oh dwellers in darkness."

Skull stood up and bolted for the door. The other Arcobaleno followed him while Reborn opted to stay inside and gazed the sky through the window. When he got outside, he looked up to the sky where a summoning circle is stretched to its beyond. It was giving off rainbow color glow, giving light to those below it.

"I offer myself as a path of words."

"This is Tsunayoshi's summoning circle?" Fon gaped as he stared at it too.

"Yes." Skull whispered, glowing a little brighter.

"Wait." Verde uttered, eyes squinting to scrutinize. "In the middle... Isn't that your symbol, Skull?"

All Arcobaleno looked at the middle of the circle.

"It is." Viper confirmed. "Tsuna made the circle just for you, Skull."

The Cloud's mouth went slack.

"To convey both desires between colors of elements."

"W-Why?" Skull asked.

Viper shook his head. "Ask him that yourself."

Both looked at Colonnello who sniffled. The Rain is crying, head tilted to the sky with his eyes closed. It's as if he's trying to ingrain the chant and the voice of Tsuna to his mind.

"I beseech thee."

Lal cursed, tears flowing freely from her eyes. She looked at her friends, and surely, they were crying like her. All except for Viper who is already a contractor.

The voice... Tsuna's voice is appealing. So hopeful that it's almost a sin to reject such calling. Such prayer. The tone was full of solace, understanding and acceptance. However, it sounded insecure too. Afraid of rejection, abandonment and anger. He was searching with all his might by the use of his aura that gives calmness as wave after wave of energy washes over Fiant. And felt too much... Too much that it ached Lal for being unable to answer the call herself.

As soft as a heart. As peaceful as the sky.

This is the power of one Tsunayoshi Sawada.

"Arise before me,"

Their breaths hitched up in anticipation.

"Skull."

Tsuna stepped back as the words of summoning left the ground and swirled around until a figure was formed. After seconds of waiting for the scripts to finish forming the figure, Tsuna stared at the demon form of Skull. His lungs constricted a little in shock and the spur dump of heavy pressure in the atmosphere on him. He had to adjust his body to accommodate the force. If it's heavy now, how much will it be after they make the contract? Relaxing again, he studied the familiar body in front of him. Bah. He can't forget how intense it felt when he first saw the cloud arcobaleno. And now that he did see Skull for the second time, he can't help sizing it up.

He was humongous and a lot taller than Reborn's or Viper's. Probably sky-high like tower (Reborn is two meters taller than him, but he doesn't know if the sun arcobaleno is that really hefty). Tsuna had to crane his head to see the demon's face. He was beautiful in broad day light, although he covered most of the light from the sky. Skull must have sized down in the academy since if he appeared this big, the castle would've been on construction by now.

Even so, he sighed in relief. He's so grateful that he asked his Jii-jii's opinion. Now, he has a merged summoning and contract circle with the use of a dodekagram with four overlapping triangles. The triangles have the words for the contract, while outside of those shapes is the symbols for a summoning. It was his grandpa's idea to use those spaces outside the shapes. The inner circle has Skull's symbol and the sentence used for the contract. With those, it's complete.

Then in a span of seconds, the demon form was gone and a human looking Skull stood in the middle of the circle, crying softly like a child.

"Hey." Tsuna called worriedly. "Did something bad happen?"

"You summoned me." Skull croaked out. "Why?"

"Well," The brunet put a hand on his nape and leaned all his weight on his left foot. "I want to offer you a contract." The Arcobaleno sobbed. "I want to give you company. Even if you're with them, you can't be as honest as you want nor say the things that's inside your head. So I at least want you to have full access on talking to me when you want to share something and you have no one to speak to. I know how hard it is to contain the desire to blabber so much but not even an animal will listen."

"Tsuna."

"I'm not as perfect as you might perceived, nor the sky you may want." The young man stretched the paper with written incantation to the Cloud. "But, will you accept a contract with me?"

Skull sobbed before shaking his head. "No, will you accept a contract with me, Tsuna?"

"Shouldn't I be the one asking since I summoned you?" The human asked, a little bewildered.

"Nope. It's the demon who will ask for a contract." A voice answered for Skull instead. Ietsuna sipped some of his tea before looking at them again. "It's a norm, Tsuna. You should know that already."

"Or I presumptively erased it on my head because it's stupid." Both ancient demon and human sighed at his response. "Let's break that tradition. Accept my contract."

"Fine fine." Skull resigned, fondly stepping back as Tsuna entered the circle. "You used my symbol."

"I still have the paper you gave me." The summoner reminded on the point of letting go of the paper when the contractor took it. "I never threw it away. A small remembrance of my first successful summoning in the academy."

"Your circle is different though." The Arcobaleno pointed out as his eyes went through the incantations.

"Jii-jii helped me make it. It's a merge of summoning and contract circles. It was a waste if I use the old contract making after I summon you, nor draw another one. It looks wonderful right?"

Skull smiled as he folded the paper and put it on his back pocket. "Yup."

"Thank Jii-jii for it. He's the one who suggested it and helped me arrange the symbols."

The Cloud looked above the child who pouted at his short stature. Skull chuckled, reaching out to tousle the kid's hair before nodding at the old man.

"But you memorized it already?" Tsuna asked, skeptical.

"Yup. I'm that awesome." The Cloud gloated as he eyed his summoner.

"You mean to say you're brain is that active. I thought you'll forget things already."

"I'm getting hit here, Tsuna." Ietsuna informed.

"You're old. Skull is ancient." The Arcobaleno bonked the human's head. "Ow."

"You're insufferable."

Ietsuna guffawed.

Tsuna puffed a cheek. Taking out a knife, the young man flinched after wounding his right hand before giving it to the Cloud who did the same. Skull beckoned him to sit down before doing so. The child hesitantly did, a little curious. He stifled a shudder when a cold hand gently grabbed his right ankle, the thumb rubbing the bone there in a slow affectionate circle. He did the same on the Arcobaleno before they put their palms together.

The Cloud smiled frailly that Tsuna answered with an assuring one. Both took deep breaths before saying the incantations.

"Colors of elements, hand and hand, with both bloods, we seal our bond." Both said together, and the inner circle glowed.

Skull smiled and looked up. The brunet mimicked the action in wonderment. The summoner's eyes widened when he saw the same dodekagram he drew in the sky, glowing brightly at them and making a cylindrical shield around them.

"Knot the wreathe, knot the faith." Both said as they looked at each other again. A triangle shined.

"Two placed desires be obtained." The other triangle brightened.

"I wish to give you the respect, the admiration and the care of a friend you deserve." Tsuna said as his eyes flashed orange. A triangle alight.

"In return, I will provide you all the wisdom I have gained my existence here and in Fiant." Skull offered with sincerity, and the last triangle illuminated.

"I give the contract," The brunet uttered, and the words written on the triangles haloed.

"I trust the end." The Cloud breathed, the words underneath them kindled.

Tsuna chuckled when Skull's demon form take shape again in a short time before it disappeared. It was amazing how he can just sit there with any of the Arcobaleno without caring how scary they are.

"Breach the oath in due time length." The outer circle blazed after the guaranty.

"May both lives prosper as what yearned are granted." And they lit up.

Both watched the scripts rose from their places and dance around them before seeping to their hands in each other's ankle. Then slowly, a crushing weight is pressed on both of them. They noticeably struggled to adjust. Tsuna slowly went with the flow of Skull's power, while the Cloud gasped at how overwhelming the sky aura is. He felt like laying on the ground for a moment to get used to it. He couldn't even resist the notion, and leaned on his summoner's shoulder.

Tsuna rubbed a thumb on his third contractor's ankle to comfort while listening to the labored breaths. He doesn't know how powerful he is, but Viper described it as two planets being placed on one single person, and gaining more. That means, he's that horrendous in general. Then surely, the Arcobaleno's breathing relaxed, just as the human felt a bubble of possessiveness and passiveness from the Cloud. He rested his head on the other's head.

"Welcome to the sky, Skull." Tsuna whispered.

"I'm home." The demon smiled.

Kensuke Mochida is a prideful man. At the age of sixteen, he was able to exorcist a level four semi-demon who tried to terrorize Namimori. He was proud of how he did that from the get-go. Other than an aspiring exorcist, he's also the heir of Mochida dojo who teaches the art of Kendo. Not only does he know how to wield a shinai, he can fight with his bare hands and has a reputation as the strongest man in town at the age of twenty-three. In addition, he is deemed lucky since he has a loving mother, a supportive father and a brother who looked up to him.

So it wasn't really a big deal when his brother came home, pale and scared. Nope. It wasn't a big deal when his brother told him that a man and the Bovino kid have heard a child-eating demon, and that it eats mean kids. Nope. It wasn't that big-

It is a big deal!

So rounding up his free comrades and strapping in his shinai, he told his brother to guide them to this man and the Bovino kid. The child agree with enthusiasm, seemingly understanding the situation. He was tricked. And no one tricks the Mochidas.

They searched the whole town to see the pair. They were by the park when his brother tugged his pants and pointed the pair of a brunet and a small noiret who are walking leisurely and talking casually with each other. He couldn't contain his anger at the sight.

Stalking towards them with his comrades, he readied himself to give them a piece of his mind. It appeared like the brunet noticed them and instinctively hid the Bovino kid behind him, who obediently hide too. But it seemed like the brunet wasn't intimidated. He even looked relax and has this cool air around him. He even looked at Kensuke straight in the eyes, as if daring him to do something he won't like.

That made him furious.

"Oi! Were you the one who scared my brother and his friends?!" Kensuke asked after stopping right in front of the brown haired guy.

The brunet looked behind him, grinned before back at him again. "Yeah. I am."

"Listen here." Kensuke took a step forward and looked down at the other. "You don't mess with the people of Namimori. Especially the Mochida family. I'm the protector here. You do trouble, you'll get punishment."

"Really?" The brunet taunted before a devious looking smirk formed on his lips. "I didn't know that."

"You fucking-"

"Here you are, Tsunayoshi." A man in black trench coat and top hat suddenly appeared beside them, making Kensuke jump backwards, a hand over the handle of his bamboo sword. "I've been looking all over for you."

"Eh? Why? Did something happen?" The brunet queried, voice worried.

Kensuke's brows furrowed. 'Tsunayoshi? Why does it sounds familiar?'

"Did something happen?" The man in trench coat asked back.

The brunet blinked before smiking sheepishly. "I offered Skull a contract after summoning him."

"You have three demons now. Why not make it four?"

"Are you applying?"

"I am-"

"Wait! What the heck?!" Kensuke cut off, getting more annoyed. "I'm talking to him, so fuck off!"

The protector of Namimori trembled when a pressure suddenly collapsed on him. He almost kneeled when his knees buckled at the sheer power. Then he noticed the brunet just standing there, a hand on the Bovino kid with the man in trench coat behind him. He wasn't feeling the pressure at all! Then he noticed something...

The brunet has orange eyes.

And there's only one person who can bring grown men down to their knees and hands without doing anything because of such eyes. The youngest Sawada and one of the literal demon of Namimori Middle School, Tsunayoshi Sawada.

"I really hate it when people are being fucking rude." Tsuna stated, looking down at him. "Even so when those people think that they can bully others and think they have rights to do it. I thought I abolished that mentality already. Perhaps I have to do some cleaning in place of Kyouya. What do you think, Bermuda?"

"If it satisfies your anger, I'll support it."

The pressure went away in an instant and Kensuke was able to breath again.

"That sounded so wrong. I'm not your master."

"But you're my sky."

"We haven't even done the contract yet." The brunet pointed out. "And no. I will not do it, not until you change that attitude."

"But Tsunayoshi, this is how I talk."

The brunet crooned. "Let's think of something about that." Then he looked at them. "I just need to take care of these guys."

"Don't get cocky!" Kensuke looked back to his brother who shouted that. "My brother is strong! He'll beat you up like a trash bag!"

"Heh." The oldest Mochida shuddered, knowing the other is already smiling. "Have you told him how close we were, Mochida-sempai?"

'Shit.' He cursed before returning his attention to the demon of Namimori. "N-No."

"Hmm... Well, it's fine. A lot of people don't remember me anymore when we decided not to enter me in high school. I didn't even know you have a brother. Mind if you teach him how to be polite and move with manners, Mochida-sempai? After all, discipline is a must in your line of sword."

Kensuke nodded immediately. "I-I will."

"Then tell him not to bully my charge." Tsuna patted the Bovino kid's head who closed his eyes in happiness. "He has been getting into trouble because your brother kept on saying some things about Kaori-san. Did your mother taught him that again?"

The oldest Mochida paled.

"She did do that to me and Kaasan when I was still in middle school. Saying I wasn't my Tousan's child because I have brown hair and eyes, and Kaasan was a nasty skunk who leeched on other men to conceive me." The smile became sinister. "I remember how Kaasan almost tore your mother's hair off and skinned her alive if it wasn't for my Tousan and Jii-jii. It was our pride as Sawada she targeted. A lot of people even believed her. How stupid can they be? Ah right. People in Namimori were practically brainless at that time. I wonder if they still are. Are they, Mochida-sempai?"

Kensuke could only whimper.

"Tell your mother to correct the rumours she started, aight? Mom is really protective of the Bovino. Once we became fond of a certain family, they're also become our family. Remember the Yamamotos? Takeshi Yamamoto who you drove to almost committing suicide? Yeah. The school population reduced to one per room after I sent all of you to the hospital. That will happen again if you don't tell that to your mother. But not the school only, but the entire Namimori. Kaasan will also give her another visit. I mean she won't have a bald head alone, I think Kaasan swore to remove her fingernails next time she does it again."

"I-I will tell her." He replied.

"Good." A sunny smile was given with a pat on his shoulder. "Please send my regards to your father. I haven't forgotten how he tried to kill Jii-jii with his shinai. Funnily, he almost lost his life to a simple notebook. Anyway, bye. Come on, Lambo. Kaori-san must be worried already. We've been gone for an hour now."

Kensuke waited for the three to disappear before he let himself fall. His comrades had long been on the ground even after the pressure was lifted. Hell, he didn't know that Tsuna can emit such overwhelming force. He was gone for six years and then he came back powerful with three demons (plus another with that man in trench coat on the rooster) at his arsenal.

Sighing, he reached out for his phone and opened it. Tapping the contact and speed dialing his mother's number, he put the machine by his ear.

"Yes, sweety?"

"Nana Sawada will skin you alive, Mom."

And a clatter was heard.

Yup. Good luck Namimori.
