The mood in the gallery was anything but normal. Instead of the boisterous and noisy atmosphere, there was a calm, almost soothing mood around everyone. No one spoke loudly as they were too fascinated by the current situation.

"Say ah for Daddy Kai"

Sanji delicately fed Kai a spoonful of mash potatoes with a huge smile on his face. He had made the kids a very organic and baby approved menu. He looked over at Dai and fed him a spoonful of mashed carrots. The menu had a lot of color and was edible for them all at the same time.

Everyone stared at Sanji in amazement. The entire time the babies were on board, the crew had never seen Sanji take care of both babies during dinner time. Usually, Zoro would want to do it, claiming he could handle it better, which he proved he could do several times when the kids got too rowdy for the cook. Dinner time was when they were the most upset and intolerable. But somehow, Sanji was making it work today.

The girls stole a glance at Zoro who looked both happy and uncomfortable. Usually, the babies were closest to him but for today they were closer to the girls and Sanji. Apparently, Sanji wanted Zoro to peacefully eat his meal, something that rarely happened these days. Though he felt uncomfortable, Zoro couldn't help but stare with admiration and a touch of pride (very small because he was mad at Sanji until further notice of course).

Sanji continued to feed the kids naturally, ignoring the crew. He was beyond happy to be around the kids again. Since Zoro was being stubborn with the time he could have with him, he was trying to swoon him by showing his parental skills. Making a quick glance at Zoro, Sanji smirked when he saw the latter turn and focus on his food after their eyes met.

"It seems Dai prefers greens." Robin commented, as she watched Dai continuously try and dig his hand into the soft peas and baby broccoli that Sanji made for them.

Sanji glanced towards Dai and cooed at him as he gave him a spoonful of peas. "Is miss Robin-chwan right Dai? Do you like the veggies daddy cooked for you?" Sanji was rewarded with continuous claps and excited sounds from Dai.

"And Kai likes meat," Luffy added with a huge smile. " Just like me hehe"

Indeed Kai did. She kept lifting the brown substance into her mouth with her hands, much to Sanji's dismay.

"Kai sweetie, we don't eat with our hands. We're not animals like some people" Sanji commented with a direct gaze to Luffy. He glanced at Chopper with a smile and added "no offense."

Watching Luffy fling food around on his plate, Chopper replied. "Non taken."

With a mouth full of food, Luffy turned to Zoro.

"Hey Zoro," The first mate locked eyes with his captain. "If Sanji's 'daddy' and you're not 'mommy', what do they call you?"

The entire table grew silent once again, curious for the answer as well. Zoro, on the other hand, was a bit flustered. He hadn't quite thought that far.

"There's a lot of names they could call us." Sanji commented as he cleaned the twins faces and gave them their Franky-approved sippy cups. He turned back to the crew and spoke. "I mean, one of us can be Dad, DaDa,Daddy,Papa, etc. It doesn't really matter what they call me in the end. You got a preference?"

Sanji directed the question at Zoro who had a mouth full of food in an attempt to avoid talking to him. He shook his head and looked back at his plate.

Sanji smiled wide and looked at Luffy. "See. Problem solved."

The crew drank in the calm atmosphere afterwards. The three troublemakers started to huddle together and listen to Usopp's new design that he was making. Nami and Zoro both glared at them for this. Lately, the things that Usopp had been making were just making the ship a mess.

"Sniper-san," Robin called over the commotion, getting the young boys' attention. "I don't think that's a good idea. Why not take a break from your creations this time around?"

"But whyyy," Luffy dragged out with Chopper repeating the same thing after him. Sure they were a bit messy but no one was getting hurt.

"No one wants to clean up after you." Nami said as she glared daggers across the table. "Especially after earlier."

Some time before dinner, Usopp and the other two teens ran around in the lower deck with his oil and fire gun. Apparently, Zoro hadn't closed his door all the way. Luffy was eager to go into the room since he and the other two never actually entered the room before. In the room, they ended up making a mess of some of the clothes and books. Not only was the place practically destroyed, but the hallways had burn marks which Franky was extremely upset about. Since Franky decided to fix the area, and since the girls and Zoro couldn't clean the room before the night was over, Zoro and the kids would be staying in the Crow's nest. The girls suggested that he use one of the other stray rooms but Zoro refused since the only other one left was down the hall from Sanji, which was way too close for his liking.

Feeling eyes dig into the sides of their heads, Usopp and Chopper kept their bodies forward, inwardly regretting what they did last time. Luffy decided to challenge the owner of the eyes as he turned to them with a smile.

"It's okay since we apologized, right Zoro?" Luffy asked with a huge grin on his face. Crumbs continued to fall onto his clothes as he continued reaching for food without looking away from the ferociously gold eyes.

"Luffy…" Zoro started as he sat face to face with Luffy. "If you so much as go near my room again, I will end you. Got it?"

Luffy swallowed the lump of food in his throat as he nodded his head.

Zoro looked behind Luffy to the other two teens, who nodded their heads at a fast rate as they apologized for the incident for the uptenth time. He let out an annoyed breath and tried to remain calm as he continued eating.

Sanji stared at Zoro for a moment with a frown. He opened his mouth, ready to speak to him, before turning away. He did the same motions a few more times and the girls couldn't help but watch with curiosity.

"What da- cook" Zoro said, tired of the frequent stares that the idiot was throwing towards him. He almost cursed at him but remembered the kids. "Why do you keep gawking at me?"

Sanji cleared his throat and turned quickly to the kids, ignoring the swordsman. He started focusing on the kids and making sure they were okay.

The table watched Sanji's awkward movements , wanting to question it but having no idea where to start. When they heard a utensil drop onto a plate, they turned to Zoro who looked beyond annoyed now.

"Oi, cook" Zoro said, staring at the back of the blond's head. "If you have something to say, then say it."

Sanji sighed and turned away from the babies. He looked at Zoro and spoke. "Its...nothing." Sanji sounded and looked awkward as he smiled.

"It doesn't seem like nothing." Nami commented from the side. There were groups of head nods along the table.

"What's the problem?" Zoro asked more directly. He watched Sanji closely and grew confused as the man smiled sadly and then awkwardly before repeating the same response.

Zoro took his hands of the table and cocked his head to the side. "Are we starting the whole secrets thing again?"

The silence that came after was deafening. No one knew where to look except for Zoro, who kept his eyes on Sanji. The girls glanced at each other, silently willing the other to tell them to knock it off, but even they didn't want to get involved, not with the way Zoro looked. Luffy, Usopp and Chopper tried to eat silently as they stared at the other members. Brook was playing dead as to not have to include himself in such an intense moment and Franky wasn't sure if he should speak up after what happened the last time he interfered.

Sanji kept his gaze on the babies, ignoring the death glare being thrown his way. He wanted to say what was on his mind, really he did, but it would just create another argument from the green haired idiot. His thoughts remained like this for a moment before Sanji decided to stop his members suffering.

Sanji let out a sigh. "It's not a secret." He glanced at Zoro before nibbling on his food. " I'm trying to be considerate."

"How?"

Sanji looked and saw that Zoro didn't seem to be hungry anymore. The crew members started to move, each trying to exit secretly but stopped when Zoro spoke to them. "Where ya going? We can't waste any food."

"It seems that this is a conversation meant for only two." Robin responded as she stood near the table.

"Right. And we would hate to intrude." Nami added. The other crew members nodded their heads in agreeance.

Zoro stared at them for a moment. "It's fine. Just sit and eat."

The members stared at each other before listening, knowing that they really couldn't waste a table full of food over an argument.

Through all of this, Sanji remained quiet. He tried to figure out a way to explain himself. When he saw Zoro turn back to him ready to speak,he started speaking first.

"I thought it would be better if you and the kids slept in my room."

Sanji saw Zoro's face starting to change in a bad way so he added, "It's my night shift so I wouldn't be there anyway, and if you didn't then we'll be in the crows nest together." Sanji turned away and added under his breath, "not like you wanna be near me anyway."

Zoro heard the last part and felt a pain in his chest. Sanji sounded….well sad, and it hurt Zoro but he was going to stand his ground. He closed his eyes and thought over the idea. It's true that they would be in the crows nest together but it was also a fact that Sanji's room would smell like...Sanji. Zoro wondered if he would sleep better if the smell of him surrounded him and internally screamed at himself for being so weak against the idea.

Clearing his throat, Zoro spoke. "I guess that is the better choice."
