A/N:

@michiko-chan27: Oh no. Hahaha. You'll know on the next chapter how Ira's connection to hell got mended. Their bond is still the same, still siblings. But I'll think about IraxTsuna. I'll try forming a new universe of them. Hahaha. And Thank you. It's not a problem to post four chapters. Peace.

Hey! Sorry for the wait. Thanks for the reviews too! So just gonna drop this third chapter. Just small bonding between Tsuna and his human friends. Hahaha!

Anyway, go on. Don't mind me here.

Chapter Fifty-Nine

Tsuna perked up when Mochida sat down beside him. He automatically gave a smile that the upperclassman returned with a small one before sighing. That made him worry. Kensuke Mochida never sigh except when it's about him (narcissism? Probably but he's just that full of trouble according to his friends). So what's wrong?

"What's wrong, Sempai?" He asked.

"You, calling me sempai." The other groaned. "I should've known you already have a target with that name calling."

"Who? Mammon?" He snickered.

"Yes." Mochida immediately answered before looking over on what he's reading. "What's with the book? Exorcism of all things. Shouldn't you be going hunter?"

"Aren't you used to it already? I've been reading books all my life, Mochida-sempai." He quirked. "And I asked the question first."

"Don't change the subject. Answer me."

"Nope. Mine first."

"I just have this bad feeling." The noiret relented with a sigh, accompanied by an irritated and anxious expression. "It has been on me since last night. I can't shake it off."

Tsuna stared at his sempai. With all honesty, he feels the same. His intuition has been lowly ringing since three days ago. Probably because he knew the Sins will come anytime soon. But he's been feeling like that since the attack so maybe it doubled? "Have you searched the reason why you're feeling like that?"

"I've tried. I didn't even eat anything bad. Not that the canteen will feed us spoiled stuffs."

"Maybe it's because you tried to face off one of the Sins when they attacked to get me?" Tsuna guessed before taking one of his papers from the side and twirled his trusty pen that never gets out of ink. "Do you know a thing of who you bravely faced off?"

"No? No one gave me a crash course."

The brunet grinned. "Then you're lucky." Reborn materialized beside him as his sempai stared at him in confusion. "Welcome to Sawada-Sinclair crash course tutorial."

The next one hour and a half was spent trying to get Mochida be familiarized with the Seven Sins. He and Reborn tag teamed on how to explain who's the worst to face off and who's very quick to lose in a fight between them. They did emphasize to never fight one alone, always have another pair of hands to either be the distraction or the attacker. It was for higher percent of survival rate.

Tsuna watched as Mochida's face went relax and calm as Reborn talked to him about Greed's ability. He was fairly concerned with his sempai's health when he heard what happened. But he doesn't want to rub it in Mochida's face that he lost and almost died with the encounter, so he didn't really dwell on it and waited. He's really thankful that his sempai thought of talking to him though. Maybe the losing part isn't really the problem. It's the dying part.

"Thanks." Mochida said with a small blush on his cheeks. "I feel a little better."

"Nah." Tsuna smiled at Reborn who smirked at him. He gave a small flying kiss and a wink that the hitman dramatically caught with a hand and put it to his heart before disappearing. The action made him blush and laugh. "It's okay, Mochida-sempai. It's not just you who feels jittery. I've been at it for the past three days. My summons don't know it yet, except for Reborn."

"What? But you don't act like one!"

"How can I?" The brunet genuinely queried as he faced his friend. "Kyouya has been patrolling almost everyday, strengthening the security cause he fears that the Sins will attack again under his watch and he doesn't want to have another number of students dying on him. Hana-chan has been traumatized enough that she couldn't breath in small places, especially closed ones. Enma had never let go of Adelheid's hand since the attack two weeks ago. And now, you're feeling tense because your instincts are telling you that something will happen.

"So tell me how can I show such thing when all of you are feeling under the weather. When you want to look okay when you're not. You need a sense of normalcy, so I'm doing it. Even the student population need normalcy. And I'm providing it."

Mochida stared at him, eyes soft with emotions. "Thank you, Sawada. I didn't know."

"It's okay. I do what I can do." Tsuna dismissed, not minding that he ranted. He smiled. "Anyway, if the world changes, Mochida-sempai, what would you like to be in the next world?"

"I guess I want to meet you again." The noiret shrugged. "I want to grow up with the same family and meet the same people. Maybe don't bully you for being fluffy and weak and help you instead."

"It's because of you I become like this, you know." The brunet informed before giving a slow smirk. "I won't be this cool if you didn't bully me."

"Then if I do bully you in that new world, I hope you forgive me after I apologize."

"I will." Tsuna nodded. "You're worth it."

They kept themselves there, talking about random things. Mochida never got his answer about the book though.

"Take him." Adelheid almost begged while pushing Enma to his direction.

"Eh? Adel-"

"Sure." Tsuna smiled before taking the redhead's hand and started to drag him. "Come on, Enma. Adelheid needs her time alone."

"Ha?"

He looked back to his friend as the cloud demon disappeared. "You do know you're slowly suffocating her, right? She has been by your side for the past two weeks. Barely home to have her own rest and replenish her energy. She needs to enter Fiant to let it grow again. Remember the down side of the contract?"

"Uhm..." Enma started to think as he walked alongside him. "I-It can't sustain the aura of the contractor?"

"Yes. But I can teach you how to sustain it with your aura."

"Y-You can? No wait! Of course you can! You taught me once already!"

Tsuna laughed as they stepped outside the garden. The very garden Gluttony had descended on and ate eight students. He already gave his condolences to the headmaster who cried in loss. It's not because their families will blame the academy, but the very fact that they're humans and they have lives that needs to be fulfilled. He also gave his prayers to the souls as a respect, it was partly his fault why they're dead.

Good thing he was planning to change the world then.

To prosper, to change or to destroy.

They stopped by a shaded part and sat down there. Tsuna faced Enma and made a soothing gesture to the other. The redhead relaxed visibly. Good. A relaxed Enma is as good as serious Enma.

"Now, let go and picture out your core." Tsuna coaxed softly as Enma closed his eyes. "What do you see?"

"An orange sphere." The redhead answered immediately.

The brunet hummed in approval. "Do you see a purple line somewhere attached to your sphere?"

"Y-Yes!" Enma gasped. "It's thin but still there."

"That's Adelheid's contract to you. Try pumping some of your aura in there." He watched as the redhead gasped and shuddered a little. "Feels good right?"

"Y-Yes."

"With that, you can sustain your summon's aura and stay longer here in Mundane. You can also help her with it since a summon does not fight alone." Red eyes opened to see brown ones. Tsuna smiled. "I know Adelheid almost died because of Sloth, but it doesn't mean she'll be gone by then. She'll probably face off the Sin again if possible and have her own revenge for defeating her. And you could help her by just being there, Enma."

"Why can't I be a help like you?" The other sighed.

"Because we're different, Enma." The brunet replied. "I'm the one who protects you in the outside while you protect me from the inside. Remember, you're my informer before anyone else."

Enma blushed. "O-Oh."

"Why? You didn't know?" Tsuna chuckled. "You remind me of myself, Enma. That's why I want to protect you all the time. I see you as my best friend alongside Hana-chan. You always stand up for me when those bullies think I don't give a damn about any of you. You know I keep promises and I never break them as long as I can."

Silence hanged between them.

"I heard you want to change the world." The redhead said before a shy smile formed on his lips. "I-If we ever meet again, I want to be closer to you. Be with you. If I can't be your brother, I want to be your best friend. Having you as one gives me courage... And I really thought I'm the only one thinking like that."

"Sometimes," Tsuna scooted closer and hugged Enma as the latter cried. "we need to simply declare things and leave it at that. If you think I'm your best friend and I don't think the same, it's okay. At least we both know that I did something good to you that deserved me such title in your life. Everything doesn't have to be mutual. It will hurt. But in the end, you'll realize that it doesn't matter if we don't think alike, because everything will still be as they are with or without any title."

"H-Have you experienced such?"

The brunet hummed in thoughts. "Have you been in love?"

"N-No. Have you?"

"I am." Tsuna chuckled when Enma parted from him and stared at him like a fish. "I am, Enma. I'm currently in love and loving Reborn."

"W-Wha- Oh my God." The redhead interjected before he sobered up, brows furrowed in worry. "What happened?"

"At some point, I got hurt because I thought we weren't mutual." He relied as he looked back to what happened to him for the past months. "I was ready for it. Look at him from afar, be there for him as a friend and hurt in every way as possible. It's just that the way we think that we need to be mutual, the expectation of relationship, was that painful. There's also the outlook of the society that demons and humans can't be together. It's not that because I fear of their opinion but,"

"You fear of his opinion." Enma concluded, slumping. "It's the same way of saying you're my best friend. I fear that you don't have the same opinion as me. That we don't share the similarities in life. But in the end, I should careless because you're still you and you're still my best friend if you don't have the same mind set as me. That even if you don't like me anymore, you will still have the same title as long as you don't do something bad to me. Just as long as you know how high my view of you, it's good enough for me."

The brunet smiled. "You got me."

"I didn't know."

"I didn't want you to know." Tsuna corrected. "I didn't want to add more to your worries. I bet the Simon are pressuring you to get out of here to keep you safe. You are one of their skies after all."

Enma chuckled in affirmation. "You're too good for me."

"I do what I can do, Enma."

"Regardless, thank you." The redhead expressed with a smile.

The two spent their time there, waiting for Adelheid to come. When she did, she gave her thanks to Tsuna for giving her time and teaching something great to her summoner. The brunet only gave his smile.

He was passing the halls, cutting classes, when he saw him. He was immediately pressed on the window of the door and waving from the outside like a little maniac on the loose. Nezu-sensei took seconds to recognize him and threw a chalk on him that he instinctively dodged even if there's a glass on the window, because that flying chalk is as good as Reborn's, Lal's and Colonnello's bullet hits. It's that painful.

He smiled widely, scaring shits out of his favorite teacher's students, when he opened the door and went inside. The prof could only sigh and sat down on his seat, gesturing his pupils to work on their test. The brunet propped himself on the table, swing his dangling legs and looked everywhere, familiarizing himself with the room again.

"I can't believe this is my first time seeing those awards." Tsuna exclaimed as he pointed at the shelf of trophy by the side. "Wait." He blinked. "Is that best teacher to keep Tsunayoshi Sawada under control award?"

"What do you think?" Nezu sarcastically responded before giving a chuckle of mirth. "It was awarded to me by the faculty. Even Miss Frankfurt admitted that it was a feat to keep you still in a room and make you come to Fiant when you're never found anywhere."

"Bah." Tsuna tutted, uninterested with his awesome troubles in the past. "It's not my fault that you won't check the other towers or the obvious hiding places in the Academy. There's even the rooftop and my room, which where you found me in the first place."

"Cause I know you sleep in sometimes." The teacher huffed then raised him a brow. "So why are you here? Shouldn't you be in class?"

"Yup. But it's Madam Cara. I don't want her going chipmunk on me."

"Where's your sempai then?"

"He was called in by the disciplinary, so I bailed out too."

"You didn't bail out. You escaped."

Tsuna stared at his teacher. "Why do you make it sound like I'm a prisoner- Wait. On the second thought, maybe I am one since it's Madam Cara we're talking about."

"Are you saying she's a warden?"

"No. I'm saying she's also a prisoner. Duh. I'm in the same room as her." Both of them laughed then the brunet noticed that the teacher looked nostalgic. "What's wrong, Nezu-sensei?"

The teacher shook his head with a smile. "I'm just glad that I'm one of those people who saw you grow up as a fine man. All the troubles you did in the academy bear fruits and made you stronger. Not even I can grow that much. And with your achievements, a summoner, a hunter and now reading an exorcism book. I feel like I'm the proudest teacher in the world."

"Should I be apologizing for all the worries I gave to you, Nezu-sensei?" The young man questioned, going back to all the situations he got involved in with the teacher watching.

"Maybe. But you didn't do them on purpose so it's not valid?"

Tsuna chuckled. "Then thank you for being my teacher. If ever the world ends," He almost cleared his throat to down the lump that suddenly appeared. Nope. Not in there. He won't cry. "I would like you to be my teacher again."

"So are you as my student, Tsunayoshi. So are you." Nezu nodded with a proud smile.

The two chatted more before the teacher kicked him out. Tsuna could only laugh and went on his next class.

Tsuna poked his head on the open door and looked around the library to spot a certain noirette. Viper had told him that Hana was in the library, reading something so he hurried over. Not that he doesn't see his friend everytime. It's just they hadn't spoken to each other and do some heart to heart conversations. And he wants to check her up before anything was late.

He just has this feeling that the attack will come sooner. He fears that he won't have time saying his goodbyes, especially now that he's slowly forming the solution as the incoming seige is fastly approaching.

He hummed as he entered the vast vicinity. He searched for Hana high and low. When he saw her, he hurriedly stalked towards her and sat opposite from her. The lady looked up from her book and glared at him, only to blink when recognition entered her features. Tsuna only grinned before laughing quietly that Hana retaliated with a slap of a book on his arm.

"I've been searching for you." Tsuna piped in as he put the papers he has been carrying on the table.

"What for?" Hana asked, her interest piqued.

"I want to check on you this theory I have." He answered as he smoothed a paper.

"Is it the thing you're going to do to change the world?" Tsuna looked up to her in surprise. The lady scoffed. "The four of us know, Tsuna. Skull and Colonnello are chatty."

"Yes." He confirmed. "I just want to smooth it out. Although I confided this to Verde, you're still the one who always give an okay signals for all my spells."

Hana eyed him smugly. "Of course. I am the only person competent enough to do it for you."

The brunet chuckled before eyeing the paper. "So Tizia-"

"Wait. Tizia Fiore? That Tizia?"

Tsuna nodded as he continued. "-told me that the world is made up by the eight auras, energy-wise. She told me that in order to make another world, it will take strong eight auras to do it. The problem is she didn't tell me how."

"What do you have in mind then?"

"I was thinking of releasing our energies since it's what's needed to make a new world. But I don't know how will it work or something."

They stared at the papers in contemplated silence.

"Since you have all of the elements needed, all you need to do is harmonize them. In the process, the storm will destroy the world to pieces." Hana took her pen and wrote 'destroy' on the side of Fon's name. "Once those pieces disperse, the cloud will propagate them with the use of the sun to activate their attributes." And she wrote 'propagate' and 'activate' on Skull's and Reborn's sides. "Unlikely pair."

"Indeed." Tsuna agreed, remembering how Reborn bullies Skull a year ago.

"What do you think is next?"

"Uhm... Verde? To strengthen the activation?"

"Not quite. He comes after Viper. The mist will create an illusion of the world being intact. It will slowly become solid, and that's where Verde comes in." Hana wrote 'solid illusion' and 'strength' on Viper's and Verde's side.

"What about Lal, Colonnello and Bermuda?"

"Lal will assist Viper and Colonnello. She'll do the illusion while Viper will make it solid while coating it with his own aura. She'll also assist Colonnello with her rain aura to cool down the world from the sun and cloud auras as the night aura collects the excess energy." She wrote 'assist' on Lal's side, 'cool down' on Colonnello's and 'collect' for Bermuda. "But the most crucial part here is you."

"Because I need to harmonize them. Balance everything."

"Yes. Too much and too little will cause a lot of damages. It has to be balanced. Equal. And that's what you want to pursue in the first place, Tsuna. Equality and acceptance. By the time everything is settled, you will help the new world accept all eight auras to function properly." Hana wrote his name on the center with 'harmony' just below the name. "By then, you will see if what you hoped for is what you had made."

"That's a long process." Tsuna uttered while staring at the illustration. "I wonder if I could ever meet you there."

"You will." Hana stated as she put the pen on the side and leaned on the rest of her chair. "We're tightly bonded, Tsuna. One way or another."

The brunet nodded. "You're right. If we weren't, I won't be with you now."

Silence.

"Envy's death vines didn't scare me, Tsuna." Hana stated, causing the brunet to look up. "What scared me was the fact that she will succeed in talking you away from us without me doing anything to help you other than guide Skull to a momentary safe area. That I would die without seeing you smile at me again for the past two months." Dark brown eyes watered and tears streamed down her cheeks. "That I would die with Enma, Kyouya and Mochida watching. Especially you, who were sleeping. I knew you four better than you do. With all honesty, I didn't see my life flashing in my eyes when the vines moved, I saw you four blaming yourselves of my death. Breaking the friendship you established out of self-blame. And what hurts the most was the fact that I could never be there to punch you out of it and call you monkeys for being stupid and acting like one."

"Hana-chan."

"If that world you'll create will become successful, I want to see you from the start of my younger days and become your friend. I want to be one of your confidante, especially in academics, and know all your stupidity in life. I want to be there to remind you that you can't die, you can't live a life with regrets and you're the greatest friend one could have. Seriously," The lady smiled. "thank you for approaching me four years ago. Thank you for protecting me from those girls who think highly of themselves and from those boys who wanted to take advantage of my weaknesses. Thank you for being brave enough to call me Hana-chan even though I didn't want you at first. Thank you for trusting my judgements and my opinions. Thank you for being so considerate about my situation and emotions. Thank you for searching and consulting me about the things you doubt and you're working on. And thank you for being my friend."

Tsuna can't help himself from tearing up. He had to cover his face with a hand as hiccups went out of his mouth. His heart fluttered with gratefulness and appreciation. "Why do you have to broke the dam, Hana-chan? I've been keeping it since I talked to Sempai, Enma and Nezu-sensei this morning."

"You're such a masochist." The noirette teased as she tried to wipe away the tears with her hands.

The young man offered his handkerchief. "Here."

"You need it."

"I'm a guy." Tsuna retorted back as he scrubbed the sleeve of his coat on his face before folding it. "I can make do."

"Yeah yeah." Hana rolled her eyes and took the handkerchief.

They looked at each other then laughed, not minding the librarian who only shrugged off their antics.

The moment Tsuna saw Kyouya turning to his side of corridor, the brunet ran and jumped for a flying kick. The prefect was caught by surprise but dodged fast enough to avoid the kick. Tsuna immediately skidded to a stop before attacking again with hidden vigor. The noiret gave a bloodthirsty smirk and advanced to offense.

The two went at it. Tsuna even invited him to pull out Mukuro and Nagi that Kyouya did. The four fought with all their hearts, Tsuna using his spells to restrict any of them, trying to make one of them unconscious (Nagi volunteered after getting tired of playing around) and tried every means to survive two battle maniacs with stamina of overpowered generators, brains of owls (a literal one on Mukuro's side), bodies built up to withstood forces and wills of indestructible walls.

Since when did he became a battle maniac too, though?

"Honestly," Tsuna panted as all four of them laid on the destroyed courtyard of the school. "that, was one of the most tiring fights I had with all of you."

"Yeah. And Kyouya rarely even summons us out to play." Nagi admitted with a small nod. "I feel so exercised and worn out."

"Don't start up with my injuries." Tsuna snorted.

"Better have Reborn fix those up." Mukuro piped in.

Silence.

"I've made a deal with the World Society." Tsuna informed, eyes closed. "You wanted revenge on the Sins right? I know you want to take on the bigger preys, but we have to know our limits too. And the Arcobaleno made it clear that they wanted to take on Gluttony, Pride, Envy and Lust. So Sloth and Greed are being taken care of the Society."

"Lust isn't really that intimidating." Nagi pointed out.

"Not if she gets in your mind." Tsuna negated, stopping a heavy blush from spreading on his face as he remembered those dreams he had. "She can break a human or a demon with just her mental thing. And to think she's a cloud."

"I suddenly want to bite her to death." Kyouya stated in a small voice.

Mukuro laughed. "Who's taking care of Lust, Tsunayoshi?"

"If I remember right, it was Mammon. It's something about that one time Lust tried to kill me." He felt three pair of eyes stare at him. "Not a big deal."

"More reason to kill her then." Mukuro chirped with malice. "Let's convince Viper to let us help."

"Yes." Kyouya nodded.

Another bout of silence.

"I'm sorry." Tsuna apologised as he sat up. "I think I'm gonna put you all in a tight spot again."

"You don't have to apologize, Tsuna." Nagi waved off as she sat up with her twin while Kyouya stayed sitting down. "If you need help, I will gladly provide it for you."

"Oya. Kyouya is your summoner." Mukuro pointed out, making the four of them laugh. "Kidding. I will lend my services too if you need it, Tsunayoshi."

"Thank you." The brunet expressed with sincerity.

"If we ever meet again," Nagi took Mukuro's hand, looked at her brother, who nodded, before smiling at him. "we will gladly become your friends again. Even if we started in a good foot or a bad one."

"And since you two are going to talk, we'll be going." Mukuro excused as they slowly became haze. "Until the next attack, Tsunayoshi."

Tsuna nodded at Mukuro before the siblings disappeared. He looked around the area then settled his eyes on his remaining friend. He crawled closer to Kyouya and sat beside the latter. They silently enjoyed the breeze of the late afternoon as the sky got painted with different colors of purple, red and orange.

He started to think of what he had done from the start of the day. From talking to Mochida who feared about safety, Enma who was frustrated with his inability to help, Nezu-sensei who was so proud of him, then Hana who almost regretted dying without seeing him. He wondered if Kyouya feared something too after that encounter with the Sins.

He looked down to the peaceful noiret. He inaudibly sighed through his nose. It's either now or never. Because they knew they won't be able to stall this long.

"I talked to Mochida-sempai, Enma and Hana today." He informed, leaving out Nezu-sensei. "I asked them what do they want to be in the new world."

"What did they answer?" The prefect asked in almost inaudible voice.

A smile itched on his lips. "Meet me again."

"Well, I don't want to meet you again." The prefect replied in an indifferent tone.

Tsuna blinked before a laugh went out of his lips. "And why is that?"

"No. I'm just expressing my want." Kyouya stated as he opened his eyes and looked straight at him. "Because I know that if ever I exist in the world you changed, we will meet again whether we like it or not."

"Fate, huh."

The skylark sat up and faced him. "Thank you will not compensate enough for all the things you've done for me since we've met in this academy."

Tsuna's eyes widened when he felt himself getting tugged forward and got engulfed in a tight embrace.

"So let me at least do this." Kyouya whispered on his shoulder as those arms around his torso tightened their grips. "As a gift for being my family when I don't have any."

It took a second for Tsuna to hug his friend back. It was tight, not willing to let go. He nuzzled his face on the other's shoulder and willed himself not to cry. He had been keeping his tears at bay, not wanting to cry after all the confession and wishes his friends had told him. The gratefulness, the appreciation and the want to meet him again.

He doesn't know if this intensifies or not the self-blame he had imposed himself for causing all the troubles he did. Should he wish to never exist in the world he'll change for the sake of their safety?

Hypocrite.

Utterly hypocrite of you, Tsunayoshi Sawada.

"Let me knock some sense on you, Onii-san." Tsuna gasped when Kyouya said that. The latter rarely calls him that. "You are needed in this world. Without you, the world will get destroyed. Our lives will perish with dogs' deaths and nothing worth will be remembered."

"Wa-Why? C-Can't you imagine your life without me?" His voice cracked.

"I can. But too peaceful. Too boring."

Tsuna gave a watery laugh. "Too mundane."

"Do not worry of our safety, Tsunayoshi. Worry when you're sure we are in trouble. You taught us well. You taught us to ask help when needed, make do when we have to and feel free to do anything as we deemed necessary. That all kinds of lives matter. That humanity is more important than being just a human being. We do not care if you destroy the world. As long as you know what you're doing and you think it's for your own good, do it. For once, be selfish because your selfishness always leads to the right decision."

"How can I? I don't even know how to be selfish with all the time I deemed myself one."

"Think of your own desire. Your want. Your need. Because even if you don't agree to it, it's for your own sanity too. You've been working nonstop for the sake of others that you're not thinking for yourself."

Tsuna tightened his hold on Kyouya. "I'll try."

"Do it." The prefect stated with finality.

He exhaled with a nod. "I will."

They stayed like that until sundown. Enma, Mochida and Hana found them in that position and hauled them in to eat with them. Tsuna didn't hear anything from his summons until he was inside his room. They didn't voice their concerns. But they knew one thing for sure, the tension on his shoulders and the stress he was experiencing had been lifted up.

That night, Tsuna smiled the easiest smile he had given from the entire time he woke up from his coma.
