Ch5: Flight of New Club!

Suzaku had been getting stares for the duration of the class. He knew it was going to be difficult when he entered in the campus and that he was going to get stared at.

Some of them he noticed were stares of worry and some of them were stares of resentment.

"What's an Eleven doing here?" a male student asked.

"He was a suspect in Prince Clovis's murder, wasn't he?" A female student asked.

Meanwhile Kallen stares caution at Suzaku. She never would thought the one who piloted the white Knightframe from Shinjuku would be here. But the question bothers her is what is the Honorary Britannian doing here?

Shirley, Rivalz, and Nina were watching Suzaku and Nina was fearful seeing someone like Suzaku so close.

"An Eleven here in school?" Nina asked.

"Well, he is an Honorary Britannian," Rivalz pointed out.

"I know but still all the same…"

"Well, he doesn't look all that scary to me," Shirley said with a smile, "why don't we just talk to him? I'm sure he's—"

Shirley was about to go over, but Rivalz stopped her and Shirley looked at Rivalz confused.

"Hey," Rivalz said, "the guy just got here, so give him some space."

Lelouch stood up from his seat and went to the door and Suzaku looked at Lelouch. Lelouch tugged on his collar and Suzaku was surprised as he knew the signal as Lelouch left the classroom.

(Rooftop)

Suzaku comes to the rooftop and saw Lelouch. They looked at each other before smiled.

"Seven years since we did the signal, huh?" Lelouch said, tugging his collar.

"Meeting on the roof, just like old times." Suzaku said with a smile.

They finally can talk to each other fairly without letting anyone knowing their past friendship with another.

"Yeah."

"I'm glad you're ok, I've been really nervous." Suzaku said with a down cast look. "I thought you were killed."

"I'm alive and kicking, thanks to you." Lelouch's smile then turned to a frown. "You almost died… trying to save me."

"I was just returning the favor from seven years ago." Suzaku then realized something. "What about the girl, you know from the capsule!?"

"I don't really know we got separated after escaping from them." Lelouch answered. "Of course you really didn't know anything about her, right?"

Suzaku nodded, "The only ones who knew would be the members of the Royal Guard."

"I see…"

"What about you? Do I still call you Lelouch?" Suzaku asked.

"Records of my old identity are counted among the dead. I am now called Lelouch Lamperouge." Lelouch said.

"I understand."

"What about you? What happened at your court martial? And why are you enrolled at the school?" Lelouch asked. He has a strong feeling Euphie has something to do with it.

Suzaku then smiled.

"I'm just as surprised as you are! What are the odds that we'd end up in the same school? Well you see… someone arranged for me a proper investigation and that someone said that a seventeen year old should be in school." Suzaku explained.

Sound like Euphie is interested in you… Lelouch mused to himself.

"I understand. But since you'd here, do you want to come over for dinner tonight? Nunnally will be very happy to hear from you again." Lelouch said.

"Do you even have to ask?" The two smiled and went downstairs to presume class.

Euphemia sighed, looking up at the numerous paintings that her late brother, Clovis, had painted during the course of his tenure as Viceroy of Area 11, or Japan she mentally corrected herself.

Unlike most of the royals, Euphemia was an oddity in that she refused to refer to the colonies by their numbers, instead making it a point to refer to them, and the locals, by their original nationality. She believes it was the least she could do to maintain their humanity.

"Clovis…" she murmured, sighing sadly as she recalled her pompous, flamboyant, but nonetheless loving elder brother. The Royal family might have their faults, but there was a degree of love and affection between them that spoke of loyalty, at least as far as the princes and princesses were concerned.

Zangetsu… Euphemia can't help think back to the thought about the mystery white armor warrior. Though she shouldn't have the thought about the one who killed her beloved brother, she can't help feeling something familiar about him.

But why do you felt familiar… She thought confused.

Her eyes happened upon one picture in particular, that of the Emperor's fifth wife, and her two children, her Step-siblings that had been lost during the initial phrases of the colonization of Japan. One of the reasons Clovis has transferred here because he wanted to look for traces of the two, for disgraced or not, but blood was blood.

And now he is gone…Euphemia thought to herself.

Britannian Panther tanks rolled up to the base of the mountain on all sides, cutting off any form of escape as they traded fire with the turrets of the mountain fortress's defense.

"Sir, we've managed to pinpoint the Gorillas' base."

"Excellent. Transmit that information to Viceroy Cornelia." General Andrea Darlton commanded.

Cornelia moved up the other side of the mountain by taking a wide path and went up the North Slope. Her Gloucester sped down the mountain, lashing out with her assault rifle against the inexperienced Japanese resistant fighters as they tried to shoot her.

"Relics of a forgotten age." Cornelia scoffed.

She easily destroyed three turrets without suffering a single scratch before landing her Gloucester on an abandoned railway track.

"This will take me to their main base, correct?" Witch of Britannia asked.

"Yes, Your Highness. Shall we accompany you?" Darlton asked.

"No need Darlton, not for this pathetic resistance."

"Understood your Highness."

She followed the tracks into a large circular room that served as the center of the base. "If you Elevens got on your knees and beg for mercy I might let you live."

Her offer was answered with a thousand cries. "DOWN WITH BRITANNIA!"

"Fine then. Die you worms." Cornelia raised her rifle and pulled the trigger.

(Night)

Lelouch was waiting and hears the door opening. He turns to see Sayoko and Nunnally came home.

"Hello big brother! I'm back from school." Nunnally said happily.

"Yeah welcome back!" Lelouch said. "And you too, Sayoko."

"It's good to be back," Sayoko replied with a smile.

Lelouch then looks at Nunnally.

"I have a surprise for you, Nunnally." He said as he stood up.

"Huh? A surprise for me?" Nunnally replied curious.

Lelouch then placed a finger on his lip gesturing Sayoko to be quiet. Then Suzaku steps out and see Nunnally.

Lelouch nodded and Suzaku went in front of her. He then knelt and placed his hand on Nunnally's hand. Her facial expression changed to surprise as she touched Suzaku's hand. "This hand…" She then started crying tears of joy. "Thank goodness. I knew it… I just knew you would be alright."

"It's been a long time, Nunnally." Suzaku said with a smile.

"Suzaku…" Nunnally spoke.

Later on, Lelouch and Nunnally were having dinner with Suzaku as they discussing.

"So you are going to stay the night, right?" Nunnally asked.

Lelouch explains, "Suzaku is a student now at Ashford Academy so you can see him anytime you want." This made Nunnally's smile grew wide.

"Yeah, I still have to do my work in the military so I can't stop by every day," Suzaku said.

"Oh? You're still… still in the military?" Nunnally asked.

"It's all right," Suzaku assured, "I've been assigned to the engineering unit so it's not as dangerous."

You mean that you pilot the White Knightframe… Lelouch thought serious. He got to do something to make sure Suzaku won't get caught in battle.

Suzaku then notices the way Lelouch looks and wondered.

"Is something wrong?" Suzaku asked.

"Oh no… it's nothing." Lelouch assured.

He then got some of the plates and Suzaku stood up.

"Let me help you with that." Suzaku offered.

"It's ok, you can sit down. Unlike seven years ago, we get to be your hosts now." Suzaku smiled and sit back down. "Strange, you're lot more mellow than you used to be."

"And you're a bit rough."

"I suppose." Lelouch soon went into the kitchen and notices CC. "I told you to wait in my room."

CC has her arms crossed.

"That man there with Nunnally now," CC said. "He was that soldier in Shinjuku. Is it really wise to have him there?"

"It's fine… he is our friend." Lelouch said.

"Still, don't you think you are being a bit… careless?" CC asked.

"This coming from the woman who wandered around in the campus with no thought of the consequence of being seen by someone outside," Lelouch said serious, "Do you really think you're the one who should be on my case about being careless."

CC was taken back and then looked away.

It wasn't until the late evening when Nunnally was sleeping, everything was washed, and the two friends were now at the front door.

"I hope you'll come again soon. Nunnally will enjoy it." Lelouch said.

"Sure, but…"

"What is it?" Lelouch asked, looking confused.

"I don't think we should see each other at school." He was shocked at what Suzaku was saying.

"Suzaku, what the hell are you saying?" Lelouch asked.

"Just think how would you explain being friends with an Honorary Britannian? You have to guard your secret. No one can know you are royalty and the same goes for Nunnally… I don't want to cause you two any kind of trouble." Lelouch wanted to argue about this before having a new idea.

"Why don't you just let me worry about that? Besides, either way you're going to see me at school a lot." Lelouch said. This made Suzaku looks confused.

"What do you mean?" He asked confused.

"Every student here is required to join a club since I'm vice-president of the Student Council and there hardly any other clubs to accept you. Don't worries, the president is a family friend and can understand. And, I'm sure the others will go easy on you. I will make sure of it." Lelouch explains.

"You would do that?" Suzaku asked.

"Think of it as my way of returning the favor from other day." Lelouch said before smiled and went back inside before saying, Goodnight, Suzaku." Suzaku smiled.

"Goodnight, Lelouch." He said.

(With Kallen)

Kallen soon enters the resistance hideout where Ohgi and others are.

"Hey Kallen, how is school?" Ohgi asked.

"Stiffed as always." Kallen replied. "But I rather stay here."

"But Naoto would want you be at school," Ohgi said. "Who knows what will happen when the army discovered us."

Kallen sighed. "It sad that Nagata isn't here."

Ohgi has a similar sad expression and nodded.

"Do you saw the news about Zangetsu?" Ohgi asked.

Kallen nodded.

"I did…" Kallen said. "Do you think he knows about the one who killed my brother?"

"I don't know…" Ohgi said with guilty. If he got there in time, he could have save Naoto from his demise fate.

(Next day)

Lelouch sigh in relief about talking with Milly in getting Suzaku to joins the Student Council as he used one of the old favors that Milly owes him.

But I still need to be careful if she find out… Lelouch thought caution.

He was about to heading back to the class when his cellphone starts to vibration in his pocket right now.

Hmm… the hero stuff always seems difficult sometime… Lelouch thought. He took it out and activates the location system on his phone.

"It's not far from here…" Lelouch muttered at the zipper sight.

"What is not far from here, buddy?" Rivalz asked, coming toward him.

"Sorry, Rivalz. I don't think I can come with you to challenge the next guy." Lelouch said, causing Rivalz to look surprised.

"But why?" Rivalz asked.

"I have something important to take care of." Lelouch apologized before running off into the hallway now.

"But Lelouch-" Rivalz couldn't help feeling a little worried about his best friend Lelouch. He knows that Lelouch tends to go off somewhere whenever they hanged out at either school or public…

Rivalz shakes his head and made his own decision.

I better make sure he is okay… Rivalz thought as he follows him from behind.

Lelouch soon looks around the bushes gardens before noticing a school bag which has bloodstains on it and have a grim look.

There is no doubt about it… Lelouch thought with a serious look.

Lelouch soon got up and continued move forward in the garden before he hears bestial growl.

He seen bunch of Inves emerged out from the shadow as they came to 'greet' him with a charge.

"You little-!" Lelouch said as he punches one of the Inves back. He soon rolls to his right shoulder to avoid a claw attack from another Inves. Soon Lelouch grabbed another Inves before kicking it toward it's' comrades to caused them to tumbling back.

Soon the Elementary Inves fires energy orbs at Lelouch who jumps back from the attack and find a fire extinguisher at the last second.

He takes it and pointed at the Inves.

"How is this!?" Lelouch said before he sprayed it on the Inves, pushing them back.

"Now then… it times to take you guys down." Lelouch answered with a grim expression. He got out his Sengoku Driver and attach to his waist before getting out his Melon Lockseed.

"MELON!"

Rivalz arrives to see Lelouch facing against strange monsters before seeing the large metallic melon above Lelouch to causes him to stop.

"Lelouch…" Rivalz looks surprised.

Lelouch soon tossed his Lockseed into the air before caught it.

"Henshin!" He then inserts his Lockseed into his Driver and using the Cutting Blade.

"SOIYA!"

The Melon Arms soon descend on his shoulders and covered him in his white bodysuit before completely his transformation as Zangetsu now.

"MELON ARMS! TENKA GOMEN!"

This left Rivalz to jaw dropped immediately at his best friend transforming into the mystery white armor warrior now.

The same one Milly has been chasing after.

Le-Lelouch is Zangetsu!? The blue hair boy thought.

"No way…" Rivalz said as he looks completely shock.

Zangetsu charges into the fight in a lighting fast speed and slice down several Inves with his blade. He soon throws his Melon Defender to hits the Inves from his behind.

But few of the Inves soon leap into the air and starts flying. Zangetsu saw this before pulling the trigger on the Musou Saber now. The shots didn't hit the Inves, but Zangetsu managed to blow holes in their wings and causing them to tumbling down.

"TOMATO!"

The Crack opened and a red metallic tomato descended down before Zangetsu switched Lockseeds and sliced the new one open revealing the core of the tomato on the top and a pair dual tomato-theme razor blades.

"SOIYA! TOMATO ARMS! WARRIOR OF RAZOR ED~GE!"

The Tomato Arms landed on Zangetsu's shoulder before disassembling into new armors. The front portion folded together at the middle before connecting to his chest, fitting perfectly with red metal and back siding to accent it. The two sides folded together before resting on his shoulders as protective plating. The top and back folded together onto Zangetsu's back, landing on his back. Another splash of red energy allowed the armor to set, as well as summon two razor blades in his hands. They're known as Tomato Edges.

"That is so cool…" Rivalz whispered in awe.

Zangetsu soon charges forward with his dual swords before slashing the Inves from their behind and sending them flying a few feet back.

The white Rider soon connected both swords by their hilt together and forms a boomerang. He soon throws the weapon and the boomerang went flying across the air. It struck the Inves before they all exploded.

Zangetsu caught his weapon before resting it on his shoulder and turns around to see a speechless Rivalz now.

"I take it that you like my show, Rivalz?" Zangetsu replied, turning to looks at his friend.

"Umm… Lelouch, what is going on here?" Rivalz asked.

(Student Council Room)

"Eh!? He is joining us!?" Shirley asked in surprised.

Nina Einstein didn't say anything as she looks warily at Suzaku.

"Yes, I can't ignore the recommendation of my Vice-President. Lelouch wants Suzaku to be welcoming here." Milly explains.

"I-I hope we can get along." Suzaku said, nervous. He can't thanks Lelouch enough for helping him getting into the student council.

It wasn't until he notices pictures of Zangetsu everywhere before he turns to looks at Milly.

"I forget to tell you that the Student Council is also the members of Kamen Rider Zangetsu Club." Milly added.

"You have a club for Zangetsu? Why?" Suzaku asked as he looks confused similar to Kallen did when she learned about this.

Suddenly Milly has a dream look when Suzaku mention Zangetsu's name.

"It's my goal of revealed my samurai in shiny armor's identity." Milly explains.

"You see, Presid knows about Zangetsu." Shirley explains. This got Suzaku's interest about Zangetsu to increase since Milly might know something about him.

But whoever he was… I don't really want to know what will happen if Milly finds him, Suzaku thought slight nervous.

"You do?" Suzaku asked. This might be the place he could get some useful information about the white armor Rider.

(Back with Lelouch)

Lelouch soon leads Rivalz to an abandon room before he looks at his friend.

"You probably don't understand why I am doing this. I can't force you to understand, Rivalz." He said.

"You're secretly a superhero and rebel at the same time?" Rivalz remarked.

Lelouch wasn't plan intending to let anyone else finding about his secret identity especially if their name is Milly Ashford. But he is also against using the power of his Geass on a close friend like Rivalz who have been his friend during school. Also he knows Rivalz could keep secrets.

"Lelouch, why didn't you tell me about this? We have been friends since school." Rivalz questioned with a confused expression.

Lelouch takes a deep breath first. He soon opens his eyes again to see his friend is waiting for an explanation from him.

"You might not know this… when Nunnally and I were younger, we're children of a high ranking noble Britannian family. Then 7 years ago was the day when we lost everything. Our mother was killed, Nunnally lost the ability to walk and see. We were discarding by Britannian society and the rest of our family considered us weak. I refused to abandon Nunnally after our mother's death and realized how rotten Britannia in the world. Their ideal of sacrificing the weak in order to gain power is twisted." He explained.

"Lelouch…" Rivalz looks surprise as he never seen this side of his best friend. This is the first time to hear about Lelouch's past since Rivalz has always gone to Lelouch about his problem and Lelouch listened. "I-I didn't know that… Is this why you're fighting against Britannia? Because they casted you and Nunnally away?"

"Not only that, Rivalz." Lelouch said as he came close to Rivalz. "I'm doing this because no one deserves to be stripped of everything and left to rot. I was there when Britannia starts their invasion on Japan before it was call Area 11. I walked through a war zone and saw the decaying bodies of soldier and civilian alike. Men, women, children, all dead because Britannia wants more. I had to lie to Nunnally, tell her we were walking near a landfill."

Rivalz gasped at Lelouch. He knows Lelouch never like to lie toward his sister unless it was to protect him. But this caused him to questions about Britannia's ideology from Lelouch's view.

"And what were those creatures?" Rivalz asked. He never saw those creatures or Lelouch's armor as Zangetsu before.

"They are known as Inves. They are a race of Invasive species that devours everything and caused harms to this world." Lelouch said. Rivalz looks surprised at this information.

"But where did they come from?" Rivalz asked. Lelouch sighed.

"Rivalz, if you heard these words, there won't be chance of back out. You will be involved in a battle that you have no reasons to get caught in." Lelouch warned.

Rivalz thought about it, Lelouch's warning does sound scary but at the same time he want answers plus he is worried about Lelouch since he fighting them by himself.

"I want to know what is going on." Rivalz said.

"Inves are invasive species not native to this world, but they are from another dimension. They possess strength that surpassed average human and spread disease that can inflict harms to human and animal alike to mutate them into Inves." Lelouch explains.

"Wait, mutated… then you killed them?" Rivalz realized.

"Let me finish." Lelouch said, taking the blooded schoolbag. "Once a person or animal turns into Inves, there is no way of turning them back to normal. Whoever has the school bag was long dead before I got there."

Rivalz's eyes were downcast.

"You couldn't save the student from become an Inves?" Rivalz asked but he has an idea of what Lelouch's answer would be.

"Rivalz, I have been fighting them for a long time, if I find a solution then I would've used it now." Lelouch pointed out.

"And where did you get that armor?" Rivalz asked.

"I meet a friend who give it to me. Kamen Riders are the only ones who can fight against the Inves and the injustice in the world." Lelouch summarized.

"How long have you been a Rider?" Rivalz asked.

"A long time, even before we meet." Lelouch said, surprising Rivalz.

"You have been fighting against them for as long as I've known you?" Rivalz asked surprised.

Lelouch nodded.

"I'm glad that you weren't Milly." Lelouch said with a smirk.

"Lelouch, can you tell me why is Milly infatuated with your alter-ego?" Rivalz asked. Lelouch sighed.

"Oh that is a long story, Rivalz." Lelouch said.

"I still want to know and I won't leave until you told me." Rivalz said.

(Two days later…)

It's been two day since Suzaku joins the Student Council especially Milly's strange Kamen Rider Zangetsu club. But Rivalz promised to keep things quiet since Rivalz seem to slowly accept the other side of Lelouch's life. Lelouch is currently talking with Jeremiah on the phone about recently events in the military now.

"How is everything going there, Jeremiah?" Lelouch asked.

"For now, the Pureblood factor is currently unavailable to serve the government for the injuries they have." Jeremiah explains.

"I see…" Lelouch said. "Do you find anything regardless to Lockseeds from Bartley?"

"Negative, my lord. I'm actually surprised that none of Bartley's men knows about the Lockseeds since I could see it spread like wildfire. But I couldn't get anything out of him after he has been shipped back to Britannia as prisoner." Jeremiah explains.

"I see… I guess you and Bartley were the only ones." Lelouch said.

"But I got something related to the green hair woman in your resident." Jeremiah said. This got Lelouch's own attention.

"What is it?" He asked curious.

"It's call Code-R. There weren't a lot of information on the experiment, but I would guess something to do with immortality she possessed."

"And spread among Clovis's subjects to gain popularity. Nobles always want to stay young forever." Lelouch answered.

"True. My Lord, I know this isn't my place to say this. But be caution around your sister Cornelia as she attempts to draw you out when she steps her foot here." Jeremiah warned with serious.

"I know and I will be sure to be careful around her. Is there anything else?" Lelouch asked.

"No, My Lord. If that's all, I'll be going now. I'll come by to check on you and your sister."

Lelouch nodded as they closed down the communications. It's certain useful of having Jeremiah being on a look out from within for post him on Inves in the government building, though Lelouch doesn't have to worry about Helheim being discovered by Britannian yet. But Jeremiah is right about being wary of Cornelia, unlikely Clovis, Cornelia is really a warrior.

CC entered the garage and saw Lelouch starting to wear his costume now. Lelouch was thinking about what the Emperor said during Clovis's funeral.

"''All men ... are NOT created equal! Some are born swifter afoot, some with greater beauty, some are born into poverty and others born sick and feeble. Both in birth and upbringing, in sheer scope of ability every human is inherently different; Yes that is why people discriminate against one another, which is why there is struggle, competition and the unfaltering march of progress. Inequality is not wrong, equality is. What of the E.U. which made equality a right? Rabble politics by a popularity contest. The Chinese Federation with its equal distribution of wealth? A nation of lazy dullards. But not our beloved Britannia, we fight, we compete, evolution is continuous. Britannia alone moves forward, advancing steadily into the future. Even the death of my son, Clovis, demonstrates Britannia's unswerving commitment to progress. We will fight on, we shall struggle, compete, plunder and dominate, and in the end, the future shall be ours. ALL HAIL BRITANNIA!"

Lelouch's expression became consumed by rage and thought about Nunnally and his mother. His own 'father' could just leave them in the dust in the pursuit of being strong and leaving the weaklings behind. CC soon spoke and broke Lelouch out of his thoughts.

"It's obviously a trap, surely you're not going." CC said.

"Of course I am." Lelouch had already pulled on his hooded. "They went to such trouble to invite me; it would be rude not to go. There is something I wish to ask Cornelia."

"Destroying Britannia or discovering who murdered your mother, what is more important?" CC asked.

"Both of them are equal importance. But there is something great above them: Destroying the Rule of Reality and changed the world for the better." Lelouch answered.

"Rule of Reality?" CC asked.

"It is the undeniable rule which states that hope can be only obtained by sacrificing something else in return. Cast the weak aside in order to gain more power. The three power factors of this world: Britannia, E.U., and Chinese Federation follow that rule." Lelouch explains serious.

"And you think you alone are capable of destroying the Rule of Reality that demands sacrifices? Do you pretend to defy the world and not sacrifice something in return?" The green hair woman asked.

"This power was given to me, was given to me over billions of people!" Lelouch response while showing CC the Melon Lockseed, "So yes, I believe I can break that rule."

"As long as he keeps moving forward with steel resolved, he will dye the world in his own ideals." A familiar voice said.

CC and Lelouch turns around to see Sagara except he wearing civilian clothes consist a headband, gray coat, white suit, a black tie, and black pant.

"Sagara, what do I owe this visit?" Lelouch asked casual.

"I just happened to dropping by." Sagara said before looking at CC. "So you made contract with Lelouch, Miss CC."

CC studies Sagara with a strange expression before looking back at Lelouch.

"You know him?" CC asked slight curious.

"Yes, I do. He told me what I must do in order to make a changed to the world." Lelouch explain before looking at Sagara. "So Sagara, I take it that you know CC here as well?"

"But I never seen him before or make contact with him." CC replied.

"True, we never actually meet in person." Sagara said. "But I hear she has a lot of contractors before you and they failed to grant her wish."

"So you abandoned them when they no longer have any use to you." Lelouch said, stares at CC.

"Here, Lelouch." Sagara said, tossing something to him.

Lelouch caught a blue and black Lockseed, but what is strange about this one is there a picture of Knightframe face similar to Lancelot with a blue V sat on the forehead and its colors are black with blue highlights.

"Lancelot Club? I never see one like this…" Lelouch said, studying the new Lockseed. But why is there is a face of Knightframe on it?

"Why don't you give it a try?" Sagara asked.

Lelouch pressed the button on the Club Lockseed and the eyes on the Lockseed start to glowing. Suddenly a massive zipper portal opens and brought something completely unexpected.

"A-A Knightframe!?" Lelouch asked in shocked.

Coming out of the zipper is a Knightframe with the helmet like on the Lockseed. Its body is quite humanoid with the colors of black, green and blue highlights. Also on his body were strange looking white crystals on its body. There is a black long sword hanging on the left side of the Knightframe's waist.

Suddenly the Knightframe turns and looks down at Lelouch.

"So you are my new partner?" The Knightframe asked curious in a young male voice. This causes Lelouch's eyes wide like dinner plates. Did the Knightframe just talk to him?

"Sagara, w-what the hell did you just do?" Lelouch asked shock.

"This is going to be your new partner." Sagara answer with a smug.

"I am known as the Lancelot Club. But you can call me Club and I hear a lot about you from my creator… Lelouch." Club introduced himself politely.

Lelouch couldn't help feeling speechless at the talking mecha before him. You can't really blame someone like the former prince of Britannia to not expecting getting his own Knightframe. Scratch that out.

A Knightframe partner who can communicate…

"Hello? Buddy, are you there?" Club asked.

"He is created from the same company your friend work at, the Camelot Company." This make Lelouch looks shocked. "But it cost too much to maintain him and he was left abandoned him in dust until I find him and fixed him up." Sagara explains. The Club nodded.

"So I'm going to be his pilot?" Lelouch asked.

"He will be helping you host a surprised party for the new Viceroy." Sagara said.

Lelouch blinks at Sagara.

"Wait, you want me to host a surprise party for Cornelia? Why would you-" Lelouch asked before he figured out what Sagara really means. "Oh. This is another test in the deep water?"

"But I want to see if you inherited any skills of using your Knightframe of your mother." Sagara said.

Lelouch knows what Sagara meant. If he ever going to faces Britannia, he will eventually need his own Knightframe to battle against them.

He then looks at Club who stares at Lelouch.

"Club, are you willing to serve me until the bitter end?" Lelouch asked with a serious expression.

"It's my duty to help you with whatever you needed of my power, Lelouch." Club replied with an honest tone.

"What is your reason of helping Lelouch?" CC asked with suspicious stare at Sagara.

"Oh don't misunderstand. I'm only intervening to even out the playing field." Sagara said. "After all, those who want to change the world must dirty their hands sometime."

"But do you think that I will let Lelouch go out without fulfil my contract?" CC asked.

"True," Sagara said. "But why don't you go with Lelouch to keep an eye on him?" he asked.

Lelouch stares at Sagara. "I don't exactly trust her…"

"Well, you can stay here and argue. But Cornelia is going to not stop if you continued this stubbornness, Lelouch." He said, frowned.

"For once, I agree with him." CC said.

Britannian soldiers cornered a group of Japanese civilians and shot a man in front of the crowd.

"Why are you doing this?! There are children here! These people have done nothing!"

"Exactly you are doing nothing to reveal the terrorists hiding here. You cover for them. That treason against a suzerain state." The soldiers pointed their rifles. "Now you will-"

The sergeant never finished his sentence as he and the other soldiers were all crushed by a large foot and blood splatter on the ground. The civilians saw the Club before their presence.

Lelouch felt like grinning as the Club crashed the Britannia soldiers to ruin their moment.

"To issue capital punishment to so many for the actions of a few. Cornelia is turning out to be no better than her predecessor."

"Is that?-" Before any Britannian soldiers could finished, they were brutal kill by the Club himself. The knightmare turns to looks at the confused civilians.

"People of Saitama, I am Zangetsu and I am here to evacuating all of the civilians." Lelouch said. "Follow the tunnels to get as far from the battlefield as possible. There will be fighting to starts soon."

Lelouch then looks at the system of Club now.

"Club, can you hacked the radio of Yamato Alliance?" Lelouch asked.

"Of course, Lelouch. It will take a few minutes." Club answered with a firm tone.

How is the Witch doing now…? Lelouch thought.

"Please have mercy." A Japanese man begged as a group of soldiers pointed their guns at him, his wife, and his son.

"Worthless Eleven. This is for Prince Clovis!" The soldiers prepared to fire but just before they did, they and their leader were cut down immediately by a green flash from out of nowhere.

The other soldiers couldn't response when they were taken down from the behind. Stood behind them is another Rider. Locked into her belt was a dark green Lockseed which was opened and revealed the core image of a lime while the back lid showed the image of green lime theme scepter. She wears a similar white body suit like Zangetsu except she wearing a lime gothic armor with lime theme with black lining and a dark green witch hat. Her helmet resembled Zangetsu except she doesn't have two gold horns, but her visor is dark green and have two green fins on both sides of her ears. In her hand was a staff with blade resembled a lime slice on the top. This is Kamen Rider Code.

"I'm sent here by Zangetsu to make sure all of you get away from here." Code explains with a calm expression as the Japanese group grazed at her with grateful looks. "We're evacuating all civilians. Go in that direction to get to safety before the fighting starts."

They nodded before they're starts to moving soon.

"How is thing on your end, Code?" Lelouch asked.

"All civilians are clear, but I still advise you watch the Yamato Alliance." Code whispered to communicator in her helmet.

Lelouch scoffed. "You really don't need to remind me. But I'm still upset that you have a Driver all this time!"

Code chuckled. "It's unfair that you won't let me get involved like others. But I told you… I'm going to stick with you until you fulfill my contract, Melon boy. Beside you need all of the important players in your future army. Whether you like it or not."

"Stupid witch."

"Melon boy." Code countered.

Soon Code saw three Sutherlands trying to intervene with the escape of civilian. But Code soon uses her Cutting Blade now.

"LIME AU LAIT!"

Code's Scepter suddenly glowing with dark green energy as she spins the scepter and rain green lightning down on them now. This causes the Sutherlands blow up immediately.

The leaders of the Yamato Alliance watched with grim and fearful looks as Cornelia's forces began decimating the Ghetto.

"Can't we get through the Saiko line?"

"They have armored tanks blocking it."

"We can't even use the side roads either."

"What about the other districts like Akakbani or Jojo? Can they send support?"

"The Britannians have covered all entrances, so they can get one or two people in but that's it."

"Sir, listen to this." A soldier ran in with a radio.

"This is Zangetsu. Does anyone read?"

"Zangetsu? The one from Shinjuku?" one of the leaders asked.

"The very same and now if you desire victory then listen to me."

(With Cornelia)

"Viceroy, we've lost contact with the squads sent to gather civilians." Darlton reported.

"It seems we either underestimated these terrorists or…" Cornelia smirked. "Zangetsu is nearby. Shall we begin?"

In a few minutes, Lelouch starts giving out orders to the Yamato Alliance like he did in Shinjuku now. It wasn't until he noticed something wrong when Cornelia changed plans now.

Is she using what happened to Shinjuku against me now? Lelouch thought.

"Yamato Alliance! Fall back to the evacuation route!" Lelouch said.

"We can win!"

"Like hell! There is no way we can beat Cornelia's Royal Guard. That's a death sentence. I'm out." A pilot pushed the eject switch in his cockpit.

"I will take care of them! Just make sure the civilians get out of here." Lelouch said.

"I'm not chicken out here. So I am going to give Cornelia a piece of my mind!" Another pilot said as he rushes reckless in his Sutherland at Cornelia's forces.

"Me neither!" Two more Sutherlands stated as they start moving.

"Come back, you three!" Lelouch said.

It wasn't long until Club's radio system picks up explosion and Lelouch gritting his teeth in angry.

"Lelouch… They have been killed by her." Club said.

"I know…" Lelouch said with a growing angry. A few rebels ignored him like that, especially since he went through all the trouble to help them beat Cornelia.

They especially don't care about the civilian's safety than their selfish pride… Lelouch thought serious.

"If any of you want to live, then evacuate with the civilian now. Or I will cut you down with your Sutherlands." Lelouch said in a cold voice.

He heard some gulped sounds before they answer.

"Yes, sir."

"Club, it's time to throw the welcoming party for Cornelia." Lelouch said.

"Yes, Lelouch."

Lelouch soon places on his Sengoku Driver and takes out his Melon Lockseed.

"MELON!"

"Henshin!"

"SOIYA! MELON ARMS! TENKA GOMEN!"

Lelouch soon transforming into Zangetsu before something occurred to the Club as well. The crystals on Club's body began to glowing green and emerged on Club's right hand is a large version of Melon Defender except it green and black.

Club soon charges into the battlefield alone and spotted couples of Gloucesters from afar. The Club throws his shield like a boomerang and slices the Knightframe from their waists. They soon exploded it.

"What the hell…!" Other Britannian Knightframes gasped.

"Surprised, suckers!" Club greeted.

Club soon regains his shield and charges forward and slashes down several more Gloucesters.

Zangetsu starts to admire the abilities of Club. "Sagara…you just saved me from waste numerous of Suika Lockseeds."

"What are you going to do next, sister?" Zangetsu asked. "Are you going to accept my invitation now?"

(With Cornelia)

"Your Highness, we've just received reports of a strange Knightmare have been taking down several Gloucesters."

"What!?" Cornelia narrowed her eyes. "Don't tell me that he has a personal Knightframe as well… This is different from the reports about watermelon Knightframe suit."

"Your Highness, we lost another set of Gloucesters just now!" another pilot reported.

This causes a dark smile form on Cornelia's face. "I'm going to enjoy this. Zangetsu, you will pay for making a mocking of my forces." She said. "Let's go Guilford; we must join with the rest of our troops."

Up in the news chopper high above the battle, Diethard Ried was having the time of his life.

You may wonder how someone like Diethard did hearing about Cornelia's plan about purge of Saitama….

He has connections and a strange anonymous tip about getting a good story here.

Diethard soon set out to the battlefield beneath the copter, he immediately record with his camera while leaning out of the chopper. He is recording the battle of a strange Knightmare and Cornelia's forces like it was the most important thing he had ever done.

"For those of us just tuning in, here is a brief rundown of the situation going on below. Princess Cornelia has set Saitama Ghetto to be purged, between a mystery Knightframe and Cornelia's personal squad right now." He reported the scene below the helicopter.

Cornelia and her personal troopers soon arrive at the battle scene as they only see broken Gloucesters everywhere. But the mystery Knightframe is nowhere in sight.

"Zangetsu, show yourself now!" Cornelia roared through the microphone now. "I'm going to send you to hell after this!"

She doesn't know that the Club is watching Cornelia and her troops from roof of a building without making his presence known.

"Dear sister, when will you learn I come back from hell and become stronger?" Zangetsu asked before using the Cutting Blade of his Driver.

"SOIYA! MELON SQUASH!"

The Club's Melon Defender and MSV start glowing brightly before the Knightframe come down on them as a green twister. The Sutherlands were destroyed by the unexpected attack from above. The Gloucesters were sends few feet back as they stand their own ground. But they were surprised by the appearance of the new Knightframe before them.

"I never seen a model likes that…" Guilford said.

Suddenly the left arm of Guildford's Gloucester got cut off and Club bashed the Knightframe with the shield back.

"Guildford, are you alright?" Cornelia asked.

"I'm fine…" Guildford said.

The Club landed on the ground and stares at the Gloucesters now.

"Welcome to my party, dear Viceroy…" Zangetsu greeted mocking.

"Party?" Cornelia asked.

"Of course, you don't think that I'm not going to celebrate you become the new Viceroy, don't you?" Zangetsu asked.

"We went through a long way for this. You will face judgement for the murder of my brother, Clovis." Cornelia's Gloucester pointed its lance at the Club.

"Is that so?" Zangetsu mused. Cornelia really didn't know about what Clovis been doing behind them.

"Yes, we will send you to hell for that!"

"Witch of Britannia, let me tell you something about myself… I've seen hell and come back from it." Zangetsu remarked before the Club got into his fighting stances as the three Gloucesters charged at him.

"You're going down!" Guilford said as he made his Gloucester charged at the Club first.

The Club blocked the incoming attacks from the one armed Gloucester with his shield before thrust his MVS weapon into the waist of the Gloucester.

"Guilford, ejected now!" Cornelia said.

Guilford complied to the Princess order as he activated the eject switch before his Gloucester exploded. Soon Cornelia and Darlton come advanced at the Club with their weapons after Guilford ejected now. The Club got both his sword and shield to blocking the incoming attacks as they try to push him back. Suddenly mini rifles reveal on the sides of Club's head and Zangetsu firing them to force the two Knightframes back as they regroup with three more Gloucesters.

They soon combined their weapons to form doubled dual lancers as they come charging at Club to prevent him from using any escaping point when they have him cornered from all sides.

"But I won't go down that easy." Zangetsu said before using the Cutting Blade three times.

"SOIYA! MELON SPARKING!"

The Club soon starts glowing with green aura before he turns into a powerful tornado and negatives the incoming attacks as he sent them all flying backward.

"How are you holding up?" Zangetsu asked to the Knightframe.

"I can keep going, but we will be outmaneuvered if Cornelia brings more Gloucesters." Club said to Zangetsu.

"I got just the thing for this problem…" Zangetsu soon removed the Melon Lockseed from his Driver and taken out the Suika Lockseed.

Zangetsu isn't sure what would happened if Club using the Suika Lockseed. But he is going to gamble his chance of survival now.

"SUIKA!"

Suddenly a massive zipper portal opens above the Club and revealed a larger Suika Arms used by Zangetsu now. This causes Cornelia and her forces to gasp at the sight of the Suika Arms as Zangetsu locked the Lockseed into his Driver before using the Cutting Knife now.

"SOIYA! SUIKA ARMS! ODAMA BIG BANG!"

The massive Suika Arms suddenly end crashing Zangetsu to his 'death'.

"Did he just kill himself…?" Darlton asked, still shocked.

The Suika Arms soon rolling toward them like a bowling ball as it scatter Cornelia's forces to several directions now.

"This is really fun…" Zangetsu laughed.

"Stop that watermelon now!" Cornelia ordered as her Gloucester getting up from the ground first.

"Yes Your Highness!" The others chanted at the same time as they chased after the massive mechanic watermelon from behind.

"Club, it's time to flight mode now!" Zangetsu ordered.

The Gloucesters were close in their pursued of the massive mechanic watermelon that they unaware of another special ability of Suika Arms.

"GYRO MODE!"

The Suika Arms leap into the air before transforming into the flying configuration. The side parts opened and panned, revealing thrusters underneath them and arms locked in place in an L-shape. The upper half of the front part folded upward forming a protective canopy above Club's head and the lower half formed a platform along with the still folded legs. The blades unfolded and rested on the back of his armor, forming a pair of wings.

"No way… his Knightframe actually flying!?" Cornelia asked in shocked along with the rest of her Gloucester forces now.

The Club maneuvered the Suika Arms to dodge the bullets from the Gloucesters before unleashed the own barrages at them.

"Say hello to my little friends!" The Club declared as bullets began to firing at the Gloucesters below them.

Several Gloucesters soon have holes in their suit from large watermelon seed like bullets struck them before they were blown up and their pilots ejected immediately.

But most of them try to get away as they're sitting ducks from Zangetsu's air machine now. Cornelia didn't retreats as she spins her lance around to create a barrier to shields herself from the attack.

"Fight me fairly, Zangetsu!" Cornelia roared.

"Until you are on my level. But I'm thinking of finished this soon enough" Zangetsu said, using his Cutting Blade once.

"SOIYA! SUIKA SQUASH!"

Energy began to gather at the fingertips as they glowed with fierce green before the Club fired his weapons. Miniature watermelon projections streaked through the air and hits Cornelia's Gloucester, each with the explosive force which caused chunks of watermelon 'flesh' to scatter. He kept on firing against and again until the Cornelia's Gloucester collapsed on the ground before falls to its knee.

"Damn it…" Cornelia groans as she trying to get her Gloucester to move. But the machine couldn't move due to the damaged intake from the Club.

The Club hovers closer to Cornelia's Gloucester as Zangetsu's attention focused on her.

"Are you going to kill me?" Cornelia asked.

"Not really." Zangetsu answer honestly.

This causes Cornelia to look surprised now.

"I didn't come here to capture you, but I'm just here to greet you on the battleground now." Zangetsu said. He really doesn't have any place to keep Cornelia to get answers about his mother's assassination. "I'm leaving now."

"Zangetsu, just who are you!?" The Club turns to looks at the beyond repair Gloucester.

"The Kamen Rider who authorized by the Divine Providence. Remember that." The Club then soon take off to the air once again and leaving a frustration Cornelia.

The Club soon lands in abandon building close to the Shinjuku Ghetto as the Suika Arms vanished after Zangetsu emerged from the Knightframe.

He saw Code is watching the rescued civilians with remnants of Yamato Alliance from the window before removing his helmet as he approached her now.

"I take it that the Yamato Alliance didn't listen to you about fleeing with civilians?" Code asked in a calm tone.

Lelouch sighed.

"You were right about the Yamato Alliance. They didn't listen to me when I told them to leave with the civilians." Lelouch said. He can't just make promise of victory to every rebel groups since they might not trust them.

"They aren't the same as the rebels in Shinjuku." Code shook her head. "You will get kill because of this."

"Then I have to find people that I can trust to work with me." Lelouch said.

Code stares at him before nodded. "Also the civilians want to thank their heroes for saving them."

"Alright," Lelouch said before placing his helmet and becomes Zangetsu once again. "I will greet them soon enough."

Zangetsu soon went down the stairs and left Code with the Club watching him.

"That boy will sure get himself kill." Code remarked.

"You really are worried about him, huh." Club said.

"I rather eat pizza right now." Code said.

(With Cornelia)

Cornelia entered her office and was immediately met with a surprising hug by a familiar pink hair sister now.

"Euphie!?" Cornelia looks surprised at her now.

"Oh, sister! Are you okay? Did Zangetsu hurt you badly?" Euphie asked.

Cornelia just sat on the couch as she felt sore and tired.

"He tough, I'll give him that…" Cornelia's eyes wide in realization. "Euphie, how did you know this so quickly?"

"Oh well, it's on the news." The pink hair sister answered honestly.

"WHAT!?"

It wasn't long until Cornelia went straight into the break room with Darlton as they saw a jealous Lloyd tearing a napkin and Cecile watching the TV. The new channel was showing footage of Zangetsu fighting against Cornelia and her personal Gloucester soldiers.

"Based on what we're seeing Zangetsu has acquired an unheard Knightframe with the ability to fight on land and sky. I think this shows how our government underestimated the Kamen Rider."

"What do you mean?"

"Look at Zangetsu, he took down Sutherlands with just a sword before gained a new Knightframe with special abilities and dealt damaged to Princess Cornelia and her soldiers. I'm surprised that Zangetsu hasn't built his personal army yet. How many could there be?"

Cornelia looks furious at the news; now everyone in the worldwide would know about her defeated by Zangetsu.

Meanwhile Lloyd looks at the Knightframe with mix of surprise and envy look. Because Zangetsu already beaten him to developed a Knightframe with the capabilities of flying!

"How could someone already beat me to it…?" Lloyd cursed with a hint of envy. He really wished to studies Zangetsu's power more than ever.

In the E.U…

A young Japanese man with blue hair that has long braid and blue eyes watching the news about Cornelia's defeated by Zangetsu. He knows Zangetsu would start his rebellion in his former homeland soon.

"What do you think of this, Lt. Hyuuga?" Leila Malkal asked, watching the news about Zangetsu with interested. The E.U. has hard time when it comes to Cornelia's force, but it somehow please to many in E.U. that Zangetsu standing up to Britannia.

"It's still hard to determined, commander." Akito answered.

Akito soon turns and leaving the room as this gets Leila's attention.

"Where you are going?" Leila asked.

"Getting some air." Akito answered as he heading outside as he looks at the starry sky above him.

Unknown to others in W-0, Akito knows there is only one person who could be Zangetsu. It's have been a few years he last saw him. Even though he cast the possible of his former homeland being free from Britannia, Akito feel intrigue by his determination.

Akito soon takes out a Lockseed with a silver apple on it. This used to belong to his father figure when he saved him from the tragic of his village before he mysterious disappeared.

Can you really live up to your promise of a revolution, Lelouch? Akito thought.

Unknown location…

A blonde hair man with green eyes is watching the news about Zangetsu with interest. Orpheus knows there could be only one person who has gut to pulling this off especially with a new Knightframe.

This is really going to be a fun reunion, Lelouch… Orpheus Zervon thought mused. He soon takes out a Lockseed with purple grape on it. Orpheus discovered this and a strange belt when he and Euria escaped from the Geass Order.

"BUDOU!"
