Ch19: New Development
Lelouch is working on the laptop after Orpheus have the wires connected to Leila's television. After making their escape from the mystery hideout in the woods, the Riders end up staying in Leila's apartment to rest up from what happens to be their most hellish experience they ever endure.
"This is what I got from Club's security footage around our mystery foe." Lelouch said before pressing the play button.
Everyone gathered to watch the mystery red fog figure slew everything in its path. It still hard for them to believed something like that exist in the forest.
"Have you guys encounter anything like this before?" Leila asked to the guys. Akito shakes his head in a negative.
"That thing have strength beyond anything human could do." Akito comment cold.
"I been through forest a couple of time, but never seen anything like this." Orpheus said. "But it can be a new kind of Inves." He added. He already crossed out the possibility of Geass user since he don't recall someone possessed that ability.
"However, this is different from any average Inves I even seen." Lelouch said while rewatching the footage on the television. "Whatever… this is. It currently fighting with brute force and higher intelligence and left us alive."
"I remembered that Yukiya calling that thing something Wild One." Ayano said, getting others' attention. "It sound like they or who leading them have some knowledge on whatever that thing was."
"I see your point…" Lelouch muttered.
"But why did it leave us alive?" Leila asked to everyone. If the attacker is that strong, then they finished them off without any remorse.
Akito is the one who answer with a grim expression.
"There is only one reason and one reason alone." Akito said serious. "It was testing our abilities."
It looks like the further that they venture through the forest, it seem there are new dangerous around the corners.

(Instrument) The song begins with a full view of ruin building in Japan before the scene started with a ruined building with Zangetsu standing watching over the Tokyo settlement when the sun is set before the entire scene was replaced with the title.
Kodoku ni yureteru Emotion
The scene began with Lelouch yawning as he lying on the school yard as he thought about his past before Ayano appeared behind him which caused a scene of him being chased by Ayano around.
Itsu demo jidai no hadō ni nomikomarete
Unknown to them, Orpheus was chuckled at the scene with amusing before he and Akito spotted each other. The two stares at each other before they went on their separated paths with their Lockseeds in their hands.

In his room, Rai holds tightly on the Orange Lockseed tightly as a memories of young girl flash in his mind. Soon the screen turns toward Gaim and he holds tightly on his Daidaimaru while looking at the viewers.
Just One Nation kizanderu I.D.
The scene changes to Helheim forest and shows Jam with dark aura.
Doko e mo ikenai jibun ga
Suddenly the scene changes to Japan starts being covered by Helheim forest and Inves began their invasion. This cause many civilian began to start run for their life, though Britannian soldiers try to fight against Inves, but they soon got overwhelm by the number of the creatures of in the forest.

Soon the scene changes to the Black Knight headquarter as the operative members monitor event going on.
Sore demo yume ni miteta
As the Inves got closed to them, Lelouch and his fellow Riders got out their Drivers. They soon locked their Lockseeds into their Drivers before they transformed and charge into battle.
Haruka tōku taiyō no shizumu oto ga suru
The Lancelot Club is seen race across the field while taking out large Inves and Britannia Knightframes at the same. Soon the scene focused on Zangetsu running at incredible speed slashing through Britannian soldiers and Inves alike while explosions occur around him.
Ano basho e yukō Sekai no hate made
Suddenly he becomes Zangetsu-Shin before getting out his Sonic Arrow and deliver a powerful slash to destroy an unknown Knightframe.

Habakiri did a spin slash with her dual katanas; Ryugen firing several shots with his gun; Baron spins her Banaspear and thrust it forward; Kurokage spins his weapon; Knuckle pounced his Kurumi Bombers together.

Soon an Britannia airship dropped bombs on the city and caused the Riders to struggle in pain until Zangetsu-Shin shows up and destroyed it with his Finisher. The scene changes when Zangetsu-Shin and Jam spotted each other before they clashed with each other as sparks flying everywhere.
To Be Free
The scene changes to Lelouch and Ayano were walking together, then they turned around facing the screen, then it zooms out revealing Rai, Kallen, Nunnally, Orpheus and Akito along with several members of Black Knights.
There was the sound of sneeze can be heard from the main office room and papers went flying around of headquarter of the Black Knights.
"Kallen, watch where you sneezing!" Ohgi shout serious.
"S-Sorry…" Kallen apologized. "The dust from these papers getting to my face."
Rai didn't say anything as he focus on the paperworks regard to the budget.
It still been a week since Lelouch and Ayano left to see check on Helheim activities in the E.U., but giving them the test to see how they are handling without him in charge for few weeks.
Rai have to admit that it a bit hectic without Lelouch being around charging. The Black Knights is doing what they usually and stop small crimes and looking into Inves sightings around Japan, but there are some problems.
Ohgi is fine with standing in for the absent leader, but he doesn't feel confident in the role like Lelouch as he and his old cellmates are used to following his orders after forming the Black Knights. Though Rai have to help him out especially when it comes to handling conversation with Reed since he is curious about the lack of their leader being here.
Not to mention Lelouch should handle with Rivalz being one of us… Rai thought to himself. Rivalz might help him out with what he lack as a Rider, but Rivalz is also Lelouch's best friend and Rai decide to let him handle it.
As for Kallen, there is a little improvement between their relationship… but Rai still sense that there is a long go as she focuses on training the newbies in Knightframe pilots and weapons.
Hope that Lelouch can get back soon… Rai thought to himself.
It was late at night in the building of Government Bureau.
"We received intel about the Four Holy Swords' whereabouts. Now we are going to cornered them one by one."
"Are you being sarcastic? We're barely pulling our force together after the Black Knights helped the remnant of JFL flee to China Federation." Cornelia was not in a good mood today.
Everyone in the Bureau being useless and sputtered nonsense everywhere but she barely listening to them right now. It has been a week and the battle she went into. Cornelia thought she has won, but Zangetsu outsmarts her in the process.
"Can you really protect anything if you're so weak, Witch of Britannia?" The mocking voice of the white samurai in her head. Even since that day, Cornelia still cannot help feel restless about that day when Zangetsu making her shaking in fear and those words rang in her head.
That is the first time she even felt weak and not being able to do anything to stop the white samurai even when she was at his mercy twice. Zangetsu could kill her whenever he wanted and the words he spoke making her shaking alone. There is no doubt after she die, Zangetsu will takes his sister's life like he did with her half-brother Clovis. After that week, she been sleeping with Euphemia alone in the same bed like when they were little kids. Fearing that there is a chance of her sister being taken from her if she sleep alone. She already failed both Lelouch and Nunnally.
'I am not weak. I will not be weak, against Zangetsu and his forces…' Cornelia thought to herself.
She then start banned any melon related fruits from Area 11. Though this made others think she is out of her mind, but the sights of those fruits made her being paranoid of her enemy appeared from the fruits. This matter started when she sometime seeing soldiers playing with the fruits especially melons, making her hands shaking and banned melons in the Bureau. She know that she must get rid of the sight of melon at all cause.
She and Euphemia remembered the way the Emperor of Britannia looking down upon them. They didn't think the Emperor will call them through a large television. The way he look at them indicated that the calling wasn't good news for them. But Cornelia knows it about what happens in Area Eleven… and the Emperor countered up her three failures to defeat the enemies. This made the two siblings flinched.
She have to hold herself back from snapped at the Emperor when he was praising Euphemia survival longer than Clovis at the encounter with Zangetsu and put herself to stand for her fellow Britannia, but Cornelia know that he isn't the type of father who shows concerns for his children.
The next thing he says making her feeling more gritting and angry was that Emperor send someone to Area 11 to watch over her battles. To make sure that not another member of the Royal Family fall like Clovis and Marianne's children.
His force is growing stronger and bolder every time. Not to mention we still don't have any leads on how he obtain his power and where those strange monsters are coming from… Cornelia thought to herself.
"How long before the Knight of Nine shows up?" Dalton asked.
After the emperor heard about her failure of defeating Zangetsu's Black Knights and her response to Black Knight at the hotel, he decides to send one of his knights. It also happened to be someone she known even though she slight shudder about the idea of Nonette coming here.
"She should be here tomorrow." Cornelia said.
Euphemia is looking out of the window of her room as she couldn't sleep right now. No, it not that her older sister who was busy working in the office that bother her.
Her thoughts focus on a certain white Rider as she think about the second time they encountered.
(Flashback)
Zangetsu approached Euphemia as their eyes stare at each other. "I heard you are a Sub-Viceroy, Your Highness."
"It's not the appointment I'm happy with." Euphemia answered.
"No it's isn't. It's because I murdered Clovis. He begged pathetically for his life to the very end. And to think it was the same tongue that ordered the deaths of the Japanese." Zangetsu stated.
"Is that why you murdered my brother?" Euphemia asked. Zangetsu shook his head. "Then why? Why did you murder him?"
"I killed him because he was an offspring of the Britannia Emperor. That reminds me, you're one of his children too, aren't you?" Zangetsu pointed his blade at the pink hair princess.
Euphemia took a step back. She clearly wanted to run, but she knew that she couldn't go anywhere.
"Then again," Zangetsu said in thought as he pulled back his sword. "It difficult to believe that you are truly related to that man, considering out you act completely against his ideals of Social Darwinism."
(Present)
"There is no doubt." Euphemia muttered.
Then there was that unexpected and shocking phone calling that made Euphemia seen a different side of the white Rider. The warm and gentle tone that the white Rider used with her on the phone made her feel shudder at the same time.
Even though the idea is possible. But she cannot help feeling drawn to the white Rider despite being afraid of him on first encounter. But she needs proofs in order to be certain that it really him.
Is it really you? Euphemia thought to herself.
It was another normal day in the W-0 Headquarter as Lelouch finished with the paperworks. Though it been a few days since the encounter with the unknown Rider before the crashed made by that vicious Inves. It won't be long before he and Ayano will make a leave for Japan soon. They still have the mission of free Japan from Britannia which will sparks possible resistance in other Areas that been conquered by Britannia in the past.
After finding out her friends survived, Ayano is focused on her time with training so the next time she met them on the battlefield and vowed to knock sense into them. Orpheus is busy with himself after Leila lend him the CD, Orpheus might have a chance since he did sneak into their base before them.
As of now, Lelouch is taking a tour of W-0 technology weaponry or the R&R lab. He didn't get the chance before as he was still new to the place. He knows about what the Alexanders can do, but he is also curious about what else they created here if he ever crosses path with the E.U. after take back Japan.
The one who happens to give him the tour was none other than the purple hair scientist named Anna Clément and the developer of Alexander. She seem kind enough to shows him around the place when he politely requested it. She began to explain to him about how the Alexander works and how they send them through with the Apollos' Chariot. Lelouch is intrigued by the idea of Knightframe changes form to adapt for certain situation, but he is interested about how they launched them through rockets since he didn't get what Akito meant.
So they can send Knightframes through that but… Lelouch suddenly have another concern in mind. Even though he knows there is a slight possibility for that to happen.
"What is the matter, Mister Kingsley?" Anna asked curious at his silent.
"I am surprised that this technology wasn't used as a weapon in the world especially the Britannia capital," Lelouch admit. He can totally see the rocket being launched into the sky and strike down on capital to leave untold destruction and kill the Emperor. The again, the European Union government is incapable of making good decisions and he senses their defeat in the future by Britannia.
Not only that, but any part of the world… Lelouch mentally added which is a scary conclusion.
"I can see what you're saying. It will be truly terrifying if Apollos' Chariot used to target any part of the world." Anna said. She understands that it can be scary thought on what will happened if this was used as a weapon to kill many people. She might not be part of war, but she knows about destruction and war by powerful weapons.
"But still if Britannia finds out about, they will do whatever it takes to get a hand on it and turned it into a weapon of mass destruction," Lelouch said with concerned expression.
"That is another reason why W-0 is keep hidden from the public so information won't be leaked and the Chariot won't be abused for such madness. But don't worry, nothing have past the castle's defensive in the past." Anna said.
Lelouch agreed with the logic of keeping the organization hidden from E.U. But Lelouch got a feeling that somewhere in the future, it won't last long and someone will used the device to attack any parts of the world. But that also means he needs to beat them before they're even allowed to use the device. After all, he cannot allow someone cheated him from beating the snot out of the emperor by overkilled Britannia with a rocket.
Meanwhile not far from where the W-0 headquarter, Kamuro in his Jimber Peach Arms is training by himself in the forest especially with the new weapon Sonic Arrow. Though Lelouch offered to help him with learning used Sonic Arrow, but the silver Rider wants to figure out his new power by himself. He easily find out his Jimber ability being different from Ryugen as he can feel his sensory increased more by listening in on those in W-0 headquarter.
Though the ability is useful in sense enemies and gathers information, Kamuro might need to find ones that can help him adaptive to different situations for the future. Not to mention preparing himself against that monster who wrecked them in the forest.
'Now for the real test…' Kamuro thought. After scatter few Himawari Lockseeds before and see Inves emerged curious into the woods.
The Elementary Inves devour those Lockseeds before they evolved into Shika and Komori Inves as Kamuro goes into stance with his Sonic Arrow as he charged forward and unleashed multiple slashes on the Inves.
(In Ashford Academy)
After the class was over, Rai is hanging out with Rivalz during the break hour. The two seem to be enjoy what seem to be peaceful break outside of listening to lecture.
"Cannot help wonder what he is doing now…" Rivalz said, thinking about his friend in another nation.
"I am sure that he is fine since Alice is with him. But you know that he might chew on you when he finds out." Rai said as Rivalz give a nervous laughed.
"Hey man, I thought you're on my side for this…" Rivalz said.
"I am just giving you a head up since you two know each other." The silver haired teen said. "I doubt that he will give you a better pay raising than your part-time job even if you end up with the Black Knights." He joked.
"Oh, I am fine with my pay raise." Rivalz said.
Unknown to the two friends, their conversation been overheard by Suzaku who happened to be passing by. He clenched his fist tightly after hearing Rai make a joke about Rivalz getting a job in the Black Knights. Who would want to work with those despicable bunches? He was still bitter about the encounters with Zangetsu and his force. Zangetsu dropped metal watermelons on him but causing the rockslide on the Britannia forces in Narita.
"But still, I would wish that police can take care of the problems on the streets themselves." Rivalz said.
"I won't deny if they been more responsible like with the Refrain incidents, but that would be unlikely to happen." Rai said.
"They may not be that effective right now," the two boys turn around to see Suzaku, "but they could have invoke change from within." He said.
"Suzaku… But weren't you accused by the Purist Factor and used as a scapegoat for their own agenda." Rivalz said. "They know that you had nothing to do with Clovis's death but they pinned the crimes on you and were going to have you convicted just to get what they want. Also I think it's a good thing that Zangetsu stepped in when he did and bust your ass from your charge."
"But even so," Suzaku said with a frown, "it's a shame that they just being a menace who just stirs people and tips the world into chaos then they sit back and congratulate themselves."
Suzaku's comments surprised Rivalz while Rai narrowed his eyes at him.
"Suzaku, I know that you aren't a fan of them but despite that if it wasn't for his group, the student council won't alive in the first place." Rai said.
"Yeah, if it wasn't for them, they stop criminals throughout." Rivalz added.
"Even after all the things you seen, you still think he will caused harm?" Rai questioned.
"I do." Suzaku said, "Zangetsu may do some good but they refuse to work with the government and never shared what they have with the Britannia… not to mention the fact that they killed a lot of people in Saitama and Narita."
"Are you refereeing to soldiers who moves into Narita who killed a lot of people when they moved in?" Rai asked. "The soldiers who in Saitama who kills innocent people to lured out Zangetsu and kill him at extreme prejudice?"
"That's…" Suzaku spoke and didn't know what to say.
"Seriously, man… what is your deal with them?" Rivalz asked, confused. Though he hears a bit from Kallen and Rai about Suzaku, but he is still confused about what Suzaku's grudge against Black Knights. "Couldn't you be least happy that they never target civilian?"
"I am not happy with them, alright?!" Suzaku snapped, surprised the two boys. "Their methods are meaningless and they just selfishly do things just to satisfy their own egos."
Unknown to Suzaku, Kallen was hidden nearby after hearing that. She has an angry look on her face against the former minister's son. 'You think that our cause is meaningless! That Nii-san and everyone else dies for nothing, but their ego?' she thought bitterly and angry.
"Ego huh?" Rai muttered. "Isn't that a given among the forces of the Britannian Military who see their wars as nothing more than a way to prove themselves rather than actually protecting their people?"
"What?" Suzaku can't help but feeling offend. "No, that-"
"But that's just your opinion though." Rivalz pointed out. "I mean you don't know anything about him as a person and all we know for sure is that he acts and speaks in the name of justice, which he proved countless times."
"Yet you accused him and Black Knights of being bunch of egomaniac and cannot see Britannia military fought only to increase their wealth and political gain? It isn't just Britannia, but there are many people out there with ego possible bigger than you claimed. Tell me who do you think have the biggest ego in the world?" Rai questioned. "Well?"
Suzaku was taken back with what Rai had just said and didn't have anything to respond.
"If you have nothing else to say, it show how less education you are in understanding others when being blind by your own ego and your self-satisfaction like them. We will be leaving, Rivalz." Rai said. Rivalz nodded.
"Rai… Rivalz… wait." Suzaku said.
The two boys didn't say anything as they leaving Suzaku by himself. Suzaku, on other hand, have sorrow expression that he couldn't convinced Rai and Rivalz see his way is correct.
Kallen is currently riding her Rose Attacker with her black helmet to cover her face as she spotted Britannia soldiers tried to shoot Inves who target civilians. Sadly, their weapons are ineffective against them.
When their bullets run out, the Inves soon return with their own attacks as few of Britannia soldiers got destroyed and this made the rest of them run away in panic.
"Hmph… watching them run like cowards after realized how they outmatch." Kallen mused at the pathetic of the soldiers in running away.
"More venting for me to do." Kallen said before getting out her Banana Lockseed.
"BANANA!"
Her Banana Arms materialized above her head after descending down from the crack.
"Henshin…" Kallen said before pressed down on her Cutting Blade.
"COME ON!"
Soon the Banana Arms land upon her shoulders before she was covered in her bodysuit as her armors started to form.
"BANANA ARMS! KNIGHT OF SPEAR!"
Baron with her Banaspear impaled the Elementary Inves with her Banaspear as she accelerated her motorcycle forward while smacking hard on the Inves nearby.
The Shika Inves and Seiryu Inves tried to fire at her with electricity and flame, but Baron dodges the attack by jumps high into the air with her Rose Attacker.
"How about this!?" Baron exclaimed before she pushing down her Cutting Blade twice.
"COME ON! BANANA SQUASH!"
As her Banaspear extended with yellow energy, Baron thrust her weapon forward and hits every Elementary Inves except for the Shika and Seiryu Inves.
The two Inves let out a roar before they fired their attacks at Baron got send flying off her motorcycle in the process as she lands on top of abandoned car.
Before the two Inves could continue with their destruction, they were hit by missiles as the Rider and Inves look up to see a police Knightframe.
"No one move! Under Lady Cornelia's order that you're all-" Before the pilot of the police Knightframe could continue. The two Inves combined their attacks and struck the Knightframe before it caused the pilot to activate the ejection pod which land sadly on the ground. The nameless pilot thought he could escape, but the Inves fires their attack on his back as he collapsed to the ground.
'That was so anticlimactic…' Baron thought to himself. "Time to get serious." Baron said before getting out her Mango Lockseed.
"MANGO!"
Soon appeared above her head was the Mango Arms and Baron replaced her current Lockseed with the Mango Lockseed.
"COME ON! MANGO ARMS! FIGHT OF HAMMER!"
With the Mango Punisher in her hand, Baron soon charged forward and hits the Seiryu Inves in the chest and the Shika Inves on the head next. This forced the two Inves back away few feet away from Baron herself.
Baron then pressed down on her Cutting Blade twice.
"COME ON! MANG AU LAIT!"
Baron let out a roar before she spins her Mango Punisher around as it glowing with energy. It wasn't long until she throws the Mango Punisher at the Seiryu Inves, entrapped the Inves and caused it to explode in the process. The Shika Inves saw this and follows its instinct before trying to escape from her.
"I won't let you get away!" Baron shouted.
In the base of the Black Knights, Rai is wearing some exercise clothes which is white shirt and black pant. He is training himself in hand to hand combats with stuffed dummies, performing serious of punches and kicking. Ohgi is watching Rai nearby with impressive expression.
"I see… So that is what happened." Ohgi said. "He consider us egomaniac."
"I don't get him at all," Rai said as he continued punching the dummies. "He think that he can change Britannia from within and think that Black Knights get in the way of his goal of changing within, but blinding himself away from the corruption that we see every day."
After Lelouch come back, Rai wants to confront him about why Suzaku is obsessive with changing things from within. Whether or not he likes the answer at all.
"I see." Ohgi said.
"Not to mention I think he is bitter about his constant defeated by our leader." Rai added.
Ohgi nodded. It wasn't long until Ohgi's walker talker starting to ring and he picked it up.
"What is the matter, Minami?" He questioned.
"We picked up intel of Inves spotted near the park. Baron have her hand full with a deserter who flee." Minami said.
"I will take care of this," Rai said before putting on his jacket. Ohgi nodded.
Rai soon left the hideout before getting out his Sakura Hurricane Lockseed and tossed it into the air. Soon it materialized into a white motorcycle before him.
Rai soon got on his helmet and gloves as he pulled the throttle as he moving out ahead.
(In the park)
"Thank you for coming this way… Rivalz." Shirley said to her blue haired friend who sits on the bench next to him.
"Its fine, Shirley." Rivalz answered as he didn't mind her sudden call to meet her straight out of the park alone.
Shirley cannot help, but feeling a bit calm and have a downcast look.
"Rivalz, do you know how long Lelouch… be gone?" she asked hesitantly.
"It hard to say… but I know he will be back." Rivalz answered. Though he knows that Shirley still having hard time of look at Lelouch directly after thinking about what she did. To Rivalz, it was the most horrible thing that anyone would make someone sweet like Shirley have done.
"I am still haunted by what I did and I know… that I have no right to ask him this, but it important." Shirley said.
"What is it?" Rivalz asked, have growing concern for his friend.
"But I think… it possible I remember what happened before I got that belt and who give it to me." Shirley revealed quiet as this made Rivalz look shock.
"Y-You remember it now?" Rivalz asked.
"It still hurt and made my head confused. But I want Lul-I mean I want him looking into it. But I have no right to ask him to do it… after what I did." Shirley explained, looking timid and afraid.
"Of course, I will." Rivalz said with a smile.
Shirley come close to his ear and whisper something as this made Rivalz's eyes wide in shock.
"…No way." Rivalz said.
"I know it hard to believe, but it true. Would you passed it to him?" Shirley asked.
"I-"
*BOOM!*
They heard an explosion and see people running away from Inves.
"Damn!" Rivalz and Shirley try to get away from them like other people. Though Rivalz would transformed, but his main concern is getting Shirley and anyone else away from the Inves first. But the Inves are gaining speed on them from behind before Rivalz hear something familiar.
"ORANGE SQUASH!"
An orange energy wave cut down the small number of Elementary Inves and made Rivalz turns around to see Gaim with his Musou Saber and Daidaimaru.
"Leave this to me and help others get away." Gaim said to his friend. Rivalz nodded before he helps Shirley get out of the way.
With them gone, Gaim can focus all his attention on the Inves. He soon charged forward as he slashing the Inves with his dual blades.
Gaim didn't have any problems with the Elementary Inves since they're the weakest chain in the Inves legion. But it wasn't long until a Komori Inves fly in the sky and tackled Gaim straight to the ground and made the Rider tumbling across the ground. The other Inves are coming toward him.
"I am not done yet!" Gaim said before takes out the Strawberry Lockseed.
"ICHIGO!"
Soon he replaced his current Lockseed with Ichigo Lockseed as there was a metallic strawberry above him. He then pressed down on his Cutting Blade.
"SOIYA! ICHIGO ARMS! SHUSHUTTO SPARK!"
After donned the Ichigo Arms, Gaim obtains the Ichigo Kunai in each of his hands. He start throwing at the Inves as the kunai exploded on impact as Gaim keep firing more kunai from wherever he was getting them from, then the Komori Inves descend down with the intention of attacking.
But Gaim saw the attack and jumps out of the way before he got out his Musou Saber and fires several shots at the wings. This cause the Komori Inves have rough land on the ground with its head stuck in the soil. The other Inves soon coming after him from other directions.
"Time to finish this," Gaim said before take out his Ichigo Lockseed and equipped to his Musou Saber.
"LOCK ON!"
"1-0-0-0! ICHIGO CHARGE!"
Gaim swings his Musou Saber into the air twice as two large Ichigo Kunai made of energy appeared and rain down smaller kunai onto the Inves before they exploded.
He was about to let out a sighed before he sense something and dodged what looks like an energy arrow which caused the trashcan exploded.
Gaim turns around and seeing it was none other than Tyrant with dozen of Kurokage Troopers around her.
"You…" Gaim said with caution. Is this the same one or a new?
Tyrant scoffed. "This time, I won't let anyone stop me…" Yep, this is the same Tyrant that forced to flee from Sigurd before.
Gaim ponder about his chance of going against the Genesis Rider. It going to be low one. He still has the energy Lockseed and the strange core, he doesn't know how to use them and won't want to drag others into this fight.
Soon Tyrant charged at him with her Sonic Arrow in hand, Gaim soon brought up his Musou Saber to block the attack as there is showing of sparks between their weapons. The two Riders soon got into a clashed as their weapons traded blow with each other before Gaim saw a blow that coming for him and he dodged the blow. Gaim loaded his Musou Saber and fired his shots at Tyrant who didn't flinch.
"Get him…" Tyrant said to the Kurokage Troopers who followed her order and charged at him.
Gaim dodges a blow and kicks the Kurokage in the stomach hard. He then picked up the Kagematsu and hits three Kurokage Troopers. But he suddenly got overwhelmed by the number of Kurokage Troopers as two Kurokage Troopers grabbed him by both arms. Two Kurokage Troopers in front and back thrust their spears at Gaim. Gaim let out a scream of pain and agony.
Tyrant seem to be amused by the easy victory, however an arrow from out of nowhere and a large melon form above as arrows rain down on the Kurokage Troopers and forced Tyrant backward.
"Huh?" Gaim looks surprised at the unexpected assistance before he turns around to see Zangetsu-Shin with his Sonic Arrow. He is surprised that he didn't think that he will be back so soon. Not that he is grateful for his help.
"You…" Tyrant hissed in angry.
"So you're the one who plays with my army, huh?" Zangetsu-Shin asked before giving a brief glance at Gaim. The two Rider stood silently as they look at each other before the white Genesis Rider focus his attention on Tyrant.
Zangetsu-Shin then charged forward with his Sonic Arrow at the opposing Genesis Rider as the two clashed with each other.
Gaim hears movements to see more Kurokage Troopers and unknown Knightframe come charged at him. Gaim soon loaded his Musou Saber and fires his shots at the Troopers. He then throws Ichigo Kunai at the joint points of the Knightframes to crippled their movements and caused them to tumbling against others. Gaim then picked up an abandoned Kagematsu and used it to slash the Kurokage Troopers multiply time in the process. He turns around to see three Kurokage Troopers pressed down their Cutting Blades.
"MATSUBOKKURI SPARKLING!"
Gaim quickly get out the Suika Lockseed immediately before they jump into the air and come down with their screw kicks as they caused an explosion. As the explosion faded, their eyes wide in surprised to see the Suika Arms Yoroi Mode in the place.
"Now it time for some payback..." Gaim said from within his Suika Arms.
Meanwhile Zangetsu-Shin utilized his speed to dodge the arrows from Tyrant. It wasn't until he sees a slight opening before Zangetsu-Shin charged in and gave rapid slashes. Tyrant let out a groan and try to move away before Zangetsu-Shin fire an arrow which she dodges at the last minute. But cost her shoulder to get gaze in the process and smoke showing up. But Tyrant doesn't give up as she pushed her Seaboll Compressor.
"So you still keep going?" Zangetsu-Shin asked.
"Shut up!" Tyrant growl menacing.
"SODA~! DRAGON ENERGY SPARKLING!"
Tyrant let out a roar as energy like wings form from her back before she soared through the sky and she glare down at Zangetsu-Shin. She coming down at one target and that was none other than leader of Black Knight as she hits him with her energy wings. But the white Rider manages to get up and fire his arrows from his Sonic Arrows, but Tyrant used her wings to shield herself from the attacks. It wasn't long until she charged at him head on.
"I must say that ability is impressive, but…" Zangetsu-Shin began before stopping Tyrant in the process with his bare hand and struggle a little before he throws Tyrant straight to a tree.
"H-How could you be this strong, you cur!?" Tyrant barks angrily.
Zangetsu-Shin didn't say anything as he places his Melon Energy Lockseed into his Sonic Arrow
"LOCK ON~!"
Tyrant struggle of getting back up from the ground as Zangetsu-Shin pulled back the shaft of his Sonic Arrow before released a powerful arrow.
"MELON ENERGY~!"
When the arrow coming for her, Tyrant try to resist the arrow before her armor couldn't withstand it anymore and caused her to explode in the process.
Meanwhile Gaim kicks away the Knightframes before pressed down his Cutting Blade twice.
"SOIYA! SUIKA AU LAIT!"
He entrapped the Kurokage Troopers and the Knightframes in watermelon like prisons before he spins the Suika Sojinto and slashed them away in the process, causing them to explode.
Zangetsu-Shin could see the Dragonfruit Energy Lockseed falls from the explosion before he see a shape of woman struggling in the smoke.
"It over for you." Zangetsu-Shin said quiet before he approached her.
But when the smoke vanished and Zangetsu-Shin soon saw Tyrant's true identity as this made him looks shocked.
"You got to be kidding me…" Zangetsu-Shin uttered, looks at the woman.
Tyrant's real identity happens to be none other than the same woman he first tested his Geass on. He did recall Jeremiah says that her name is Villetta Nu. Except she different from what he remember as she wore dark outfit with white fur and there seem to be a scar near her left eye.
Is this another karmic bad luck I having? The white genesis Rider thought to himself.
"I won't let you defeated me here, Zangetsu… for the sake of my Lord," Villetta said. "and… obtain godhood!" she said with a grin.
"What godhood?" Zangetsu-Shin looks dumbfound before he and Gaim witnessed Villetta vanished by dark locusts that came out from nowhere.
Gaim soon approached Zangetsu-Shin as the white Rider returns his Lockseed back to his Genesis Driver.
"What in the world was that about? What does she mean by godhood?" Gaim questioned to Zangetsu-Shin.
"I am clueless on what is that about." Zangetsu-Shin admit but still focus on the place where Villetta was. It still hard to believe that she is Tyrant.
Does Jeremiah knows about her disappearance? The white Rider thought to himself. He shakes his head of the thought and looks at Gaim.
"I know it a surprise that I come back. But let head back to the base, I want to know if there is anything I missed." Zangetsu-Shin said. Gaim nodded.
The two Riders soon rode on their Hurricane Sakura bikes as they left the scene. Unknown to them, someone watching them not far from where they are.
She was dressed in a pink bodysuit which included a loincloth and a Genesis Driver with Energy Lockseed with pink core. The suit also included a black top. Over the suit she wore peach-colored armor with a silver shoulder pad on her right side. Her helmet, which was shaped like a peach, sported large eyes, each shaped like the half of a peach.
"Awww… it looks like I missed an interesting fight. But he shows a promised challenging after putting Tyrant through," The female Rider chuckled.
In an abandoned building, the Four Swords who followed Todoh stood there as they having a worse dilemma right now.
"Damn. How could we let this happened?" Asahina growl in frustration.
"There is nothing we can do at our current state after they ambushed us." Urabe said, gritting his teeths in frustration.
"They will executed him for sure…" Senba said.
Suddenly an uncertain thought appeared in one of the Four Swords, but it not a thought she would like with how the situation it was.
"There might be one group can help us… rescued Todoh." Chiba said.
"No! We agreed that we won't be involved with those newbies!" Asahina protest angrily.
"What other choices do we have? Our machines are damaged and we couldn't rescued the Colonel on our own when he give himself up to save us!" Chiba argued to Asahina.
"But—"
"Do you have any other plans to help us?" Chiba questioned serious.
"It looks like we don't have a choice." Urabe said solemn. "They're the only ones who might help us rescued Todoh whether we want to or not."
"We need Kyoto to contact the Black Knights…" Chiba said.
